Fake JBL Speaker Given By Flipkart I purchased a JBL Speaker Micro Wireless Not even a month back they have stopped working . I thought the battery is low i kept that on charging but its not even charging now. Then i saw the package and i realized that Flipkart has given me a duplicate product. And there is no warranty of the product. I would Suggest not to buy anything from Flipkart. There should be an option of no stars too! The 1 star which I have given is for the poor service.

    handle and material come off. I have purchase Fostelo Saffiano Hand-held Bag (Rs 699), Order ID 'OD[protected]' I used the bag for the first time. sudden two sides of the strap came off then the other. which means one side of the handle is gone. I was embarrassed when it happened for i thought, Flipkart have a good reputation and they are not cheap then why they have poor suppliers like Fostelo. Hoping they will arrange the replacement. Even the material also started tearing away. kindly look in to the matter and provide me with a positive outcome on priority basis.

        Hi, I ordered a product called wacom graphics tablet/pentab, when I got the first delivery the product was different which I ordered and i asked for exchange it back then when I received it second time then product was with half of the accessories .. then finally I asked them to it back and refund my amount. It seems that they took long time to refund the amount back and while refunding it back they didn't closed my EMi and de to that I received the EMI for the same product which I already returned .. so who will going to bear the loss, extra amount of EMI .. thats called intreset, because I already returned the product from my end and atlast there was a settlement b/w Merchant and Bank..           hello sir i have purchased a xolo omega 5.0 phone from filpkart some advance buyers and in 12 days display is cracked . and the phone is not fallen down with hand or in any condition. but screen is not cracked. all features is good everything is working. i showed to the xolo authorised service center the guy said it take 5000 rs for repairing and i have purchased in 7000 . i called filpkart for the replacement they said this is not possible because of the advance buyer. filpkart didnt help me .the phone is in wararnty. u sell me a bad product .. or ur devices are having a bad quality i hav a bad experience with xolo omega 5.0 i wll never refer anyone to go with xolo phone or to visit ur site . i even complaint on ur offical sites but they give me a soln to go to the nearest service center...i hoped a lot of features and good phone . but ur company disapponted me ... i hope u ll understand my suitation... i m a student only .. i hope some help or reply from ur side atleast now

              You all are surprised to listen

              I was ordered a I phone 4 16GB vide order id-OD[protected] DATED 2ND MARCH AT THE COST of Rs. 15000/-, order was processed and after 36 hours I was received
              A message from flipkart team, your order has been cancelled by seller and Rs 500/- was credited on you flipkart wallet. This was shocked me then I was try to contact
              Their customer care team. They were very easily replied me your order has cancelled due to technical error in prices and we are credit you Rs 500/-. Also they suggest
              Me to place a another fresh order on his web site.

              So as per them, I was raised a fresh order for IPhone 4s 16gb vide order id-OD[protected] dated 4th march at the cost of Rs. 19250/-, as usual order was
              Processed and on 7th march I was received again message, again your order has cancelled. During my 2nd order I was mail their team please make sure this order
              Will not cancelled by you due to any reason and they assured me through mail your order has been processed and deliver you on 13th march. I mailed their team and including Mr.Sachin Bansal and Mr.Binny Bansal. Regarding this situation but did not got any positive/satisfactory response from him.

              When I was harassed and not got any reply from them then I was forced to write a mail to their owner as below.

              "" Dear Mr.Sachin Bansal & Binny Bansal,

              You are running such a huge company holding such a brand value and the quality of service you are providing to your customer is so poor.
              You should be ashamed that after taking you too in the loop still there is no solution. I feel snapdeal and amazon is far better than you they respond the query / complain promptly.

              Now I m force to update this particular incidence on the social networking sites."""


              So all are requested please think twice/thrice before placing any order to Flipkart for any product. It depends on their willing, if they want then they provide else
              They can cancel your order. At that time you do not have any alternate option. Please share this among your circle to educate their poor service.

                I am genuine registered buyer and customer of FLIPKART, having registered mobile number – [protected] & Registered Email id – prayank.[protected]@gmail.com Please note I have purchased the Product of “Asus Zenfone 5”on 6th March 2015, with confirmation of Cash on Delivery (throughCredit/ Debit Card) I had received the Vendor confirmation via SMS for gettingthe same delivered on 9th march 2015 (from EKARTL) on my mobilenumber, confirmation delivery before 7 pm Tracking Id – WSRC[protected] Vendors Mobile Number 1. Mobileno. +91 [protected] 2. Mobileno. +91 [protected] 3. Mobileno. +91 [protected] However the vendor had called me and mentioned, that he hasforgot to carry his Credit Card Machine and requested me to arrange Cash. Since I was not prepared with Cash at 11th hourso I refused him and requested to comeon 10th March, 2015 with Credit card Next day on 10th march 2015, I received SMSconfirming the to keep my credit card ready at time of order delivery, which Idid . but to my surprise again the vendor had called me at 11th hourjust 15 mins before delivery time and started requesting me for Cash withreason that machine is not working and its under repair. Since I was again not ready with cash at 11thhour of the day, I refused and asked him to come on 11 March 2015, with Creditcard swipe machine, which the vendor agreed on. But today the same thing repeated, the vendor came withdelivery and started asking for CASH with same excuse telling me card swipemachine was not working and all Card machine of FLIPKART is not working all over mumbai.                     I had placed an order on Flipkart and chosen for cash on delivery.Today I got an sms that the payments can be made either by cash or using debit/ credit card. However, at the time of payment, the delivery boy informed that card swipe machine is not working. So, I had to go back to withdraw money and pay for it. Well, this is not the first time. I faced the same problem every time I ordered from flipkart. From next time I 'll simple refuse the product or else I won't go for flipkart anymore. Please don't send any product if your swipe machine is not working or else please at least don't send sms saying that debit/credit card is acceptable.

                      Order OD[protected]. This order was placed on 1st March, an attempt to deliver was done on 4th March. However since I am working I requested for delivery on Saturday/Sunday 7th /8th.The boy promised me delivery on Sunday. However no one came and when I called on customer care on 9th march, I was told they will try again on the following weekend. But today I have recvd a message saying my order has been cancelled and several attempts to deliver have been made.I have not recvd a single call to check the address. Surprisingly my previous orders have been delivered without any such issues. This is not acceptable and I have had to place a fresh request which is not guaranteed to be the same or at the same price .

                          I ordered a trimmer model no. Nova 2 in 1 Cordless and corded NHT-1014/00 on 17 Feb. 2015 the price of the trimmer was rs. 240 and rs. 100 were extra as delivery charges... i accepted the price and opted for cash on delivery option... my order Id is OD[protected]. On 23/02/2015 a packet was delivered to me on full payment of rs.340. On the outer packing of it a slip was pasted bearing the same description as I ordered. But on opening the packet I was Shocked it was a completely different model. I found Nova NHT-1027 model inside the packet. Which is of less price. On contacting Flipkart promised to provide me the right product i. e. Nht 1014/00. But on 28.02.2015 they again delivered me the wrong products and this time they supplied me Nova NHT 1014. I instantly complained about it they again apologize and promised me to supply the right product. But on 07.03.2015 they again supplied me the wrong product and again it was Nova NHT 1014. I am in a grave mental agony caused by the conduct of flipkart. They took the full amount from me on the first instance i.e. on 23.02.1015 but instead of supplying me the right product they are continuously trying to befool a bonafide customer by supplying wrong products again and again consecutively for third time. Flipkart by these malpractices not only playing with the trust of the bonafide purchasers but also misappropriating the money of purchasers by playing fraud of these kinds. On contacting flipkart advised me to take back my money on returning the product by saying that they cannot supply the ordered product. In this condition the important questions in the interest of common consumers are *if flipkart is not capable of supplying me the right product why they promised me by misrepresentation? *Why flipkart should not be held liable for misappropriating my money? *Why flipkart should not be held liable for mental agony being born by me? *Every time they gave me a probable delivery time message, I had to manage to take delivery on the cost of my routine work. Who shall be responsible for suffering of my time and work? N.B. Showing their worst to a bonafide consumer Flipkart has barred my number in their system to contact for complaint and has directed it automatically to the satisfaction survey without transferring to any customer help executive. Now I want flipkart to bear the liability and provide me the right product and also pay damages for my mental agony and suffering due to their fraud and also apologize.                               I had placed an order of Mi 5(gold 32 GB) having OD no[protected] of which last date of delivery was 07 oct 2016 but somehow it get delayed and customer care executive assured me that i will get my order on 10th of oct till 1.00 Pm, then again i received message regarding delaying order by 7 pm on the same day of 10th oct 2016, now when i called customer care to ask for status they said now its again delayed for one day and will be delayed on 11th Oct 2016.

                              Although i informed customer care executive that the last date when i could receive order is 10th oct 2016 because i have flight today but still no response from customer care even i didn't get any call regarding this.

                              I request you to please stop delaying products delivery and if you can not deliver product then do not disturb people as we have lots of other work also apart from tracking order and talking to your customer care uselessly

                              This was my first order on Flipkart and i got lots of Disappointment in place of geting my order on time.

                                    To whome so ever it may concern that my micromax phone A96. was submitted my on 17/02/2015 at the M/s AKS CARE, Siddharth House, Kanpur Road, Lucknow. At the time of submission i was told that i will be getting back my phone within 7 working days but now after so many days still they requires few more days to return my phone. Even the executive at the office Ms. Swati has a very rude behaviour towards it.she had disconnected my call several times i tried to them. Please help me with the suitable solution of my concern.

                                        Hi, My name is Manooj Kumar Dhar, I placed an order for an item which is not the product I searched for. I received my order today morning and within 30 mints I realized that its not the product of my choice. I requested a replacement with the intended product name but Flipkart refused to process my refund/replacement. Kindly help me to get either the replacement (with the intended product D-Link DWR-710) or return the product received i.e. D-Link DWP-157. I'm willing to pay the differential in case of replacement. I'm leaving India next weekend and early resolution to my request will be appreciated. Expecting an early response. Regards, Manooj Kumar Dhar
