Please note I have purchased the Product of “Asus Zenfone 5”on 6th March 2015, with confirmation of Cash on Delivery (throughCredit/ Debit Card)
I had received the Vendor confirmation via SMS for gettingthe same delivered on 9th march 2015 (from EKARTL) on my mobilenumber, confirmation delivery before 7 pm

However the vendor had called me and mentioned, that he hasforgot to carry his Credit Card Machine and requested me to arrange Cash.
Since I was not prepared with Cash at 11th hourso I refused him and requested to comeon 10th March, 2015 with Credit card
Next day on 10th march 2015, I received SMSconfirming the to keep my credit card ready at time of order delivery, which Idid . but to my surprise again the vendor had called me at 11th hourjust 15 mins
before delivery time and started requesting me for Cash withreason that machine is not working and its under repair.
Since I was again not ready with cash at 11thhour of the day, I refused and asked him to come on 11 March 2015, with Creditcard swipe machine, which the vendor agreed on.
But today the same thing repeated, the vendor came withdelivery and started asking for CASH with same excuse telling me card swipemachine was not working and all Card machine of FLIPKART is not
working all over mumbai. I had refused to take the deliveryand I felt that something was wrong by the vendor and not FLIP KART
I strongly feel, need for FLIPKART intelligence to checkthe ongoing deficiency in services given by the empanelled vendor of FLIPKART fornot accepting the credit / debit card from genuine customers

we are having card swipe machine. So, I had to go back to withdraw money or get money from other and pay for it. Well, this is not the first time. I faced the same problem every time I ordered from flipkart. From next time I 'll simple refuse the product or else I won't go for flipkart anymore. Please don't send any product if your swipe machine or else please don't say that debit/credit card is acceptable.
