​Spoke to customer, she claims that she received wrong product. Apologized for inconvenience cased and informed customer that product is Out of stock so will do refund. She said she fine with the product and please don't repeat and she said she order one more time for same product and please deliver the correct product. Hence closing the case.

        I purchased a pack of 10 LED bulbs on 17 feb 2015, but i got only one bulb, i complaint and they initiated replacement for the product and the parcel delievered was having only one bulb again. Then i filed complaint to customer care and i they delivered parcel which was containing only one bulb again. Then i complaint and they tried to make me fool saying that you ordered one quantity so you got one bulb, then i told then it was pack of 10 bulbs so 1 quantity = 10 bulbs. they said we can refund your money as we cant give you product. I told then you wasted my 2 week in this and i made several calls for replacement, its not that you dont have bulbs, why cant you send me then. If you cant send me bulbs write a letter of apology to me for wasting my time and refund money or send me bulbs. They refuse to apologize. My order Id is OD[protected]

          I purchased this product in nov-2014, & the product warranty is 6 months. flipkart can u explain how it crossed the replacement period.

            This is in reference to the phone SONY xperia T3 which I ordered online from WS RETAIL on flipkart dated feb 25th 2015. At the time of ordering there was a offer with the product of Free Sony Smartband SWR-10 & Premium Case (worth Rs.5990/-& Rs.2490/- repectively). But when I got the order on 27th Feb 2015, the freebies(smartband and Premium case) was missing. on the same day i.e, on 27th feb I raised the complaint on phone to flipkart customer care and they promised that they will provide an alternative solution within 7-10 working days and they closed my claim. I have been waiting but didn't got any call or email from them till now. Please look into the issue as I don't want to accept the product without this offer. Note: I have the latest recording also of the conversation which I had with the flipkart customer care. The complaint number related to this is Return ID: 15760360

You are claiming that the front camera is 2 MP but it is only of 1.3 MP as written on the box. 2.                     I ordered a Chiffon Saree of Rs 2999/- from flipkart on 2nd March which was supposed to be delivered on 13th March, but it was not even shipped by 12th march. I raised the complaint for the delayed delivery. In the action of that the retailer shipped the product in hurry, with the wrong product. Instead of Chiffon Saree which was very classic saree, they delivered me the Georgette Saree whose cost is not even worth Rs 1000/- with totally different design and color. What do the flipkart think that the costumer is a fool, and can be bluffed by this stupid act. I am a regular costumer of Flipkart and have ordered many products from flipkart, but after this incident flipkart has lost its credibility for me. I was supposed to wear that Saree in the event which was going to held on 15th march, now after all this mess, I have to face lot of inconvenience, which is not expected from such a big and famous online shopping site.                         Dear Team, This is inform you that i have so many product from flip kart but i never complaint from my product to flip kart but today i got my purchased phone moto e nd generation and i that phone soft ware are not working like whats app, viber and many more if i buy android phones and this types software are not workes then what can i use for this phone suggest me, i was speak twice from your customer care but they are not aware this issue and just saying we have raised your complaint, kindly suggest if i m buying my products with my credit card so i have trust on flip kart and also i filled i got this solution from facing this problem .i have in voice copy for my proof related Please i m requesting you that phone i have given gift to my dad . pls give me solution as soon as possible, i m also technical person thier is os issue just i suggesting you kindly change my phone replace it that set for best solution from my side .

                                I am Deepak Verma, have placed an order of Digiflip Power bank on flipkart with an order ID OD[protected] on 1st March 2015. In this regard, I had received an defective product. I had made a refund request on customer care of Flipkart on 9th March 2015 (The copy of the complaint is attached herewith). But there was no response from Customer care regarding refund. They have replaced the same item (Invoice of the Replaced item is attached herewith) with the wording of the technical person that the defective product had been dispatched. But when I used the replaced item, the same problem I am facing with the replaced item. Now I want to return the defective product and get my refund on selected product at the earliest.                                   I had purchased one item (sari) vide order number OD[protected]. This order has been cancelled sumoto while I was waiting for delivery. Yesterday, I had received a call asking to confirm the item & order, it was done and inspite of it, the order has been cancelled. I didn't purchased this item considering that it will be delivered by Flipcart but after cancelling, I am in trouble because my plan has been disturbed. Having no option, I have booked the item again vide order number OD[protected] and now, its showing that item will be delivered on 25th March. I have the marriage of my brother on 22nd, therefore, would be thankful if the delivery of my order is done by 20th march as per time schedule of my earlier placed order.                                     Firstly, I ordered havells jiyo dry iron on 27th Feb, that I received on 7th March but the product was different. I recevied havells oro iron(I had to replace because 2 years warranty won't be applicable). So, I raised an replacement issue, so they said product will be delivered by 14th March, but when I contacted them they are saying it will not be replaced, its gonna take 2-3 more days, i.e by 17th 0r 18th march. And, also I have to shift to new location on 14th march by end of the day, so they will not ship the product to new address. So, I just wanted they should replace the product by 14th march or should send me invoice for the product that I have received i.e. Invoice for Havells Oro Iron.

Amount also deducted from my account and i saw my transaction that the said amount was reached the flipkart. Is OD[protected] its a express delivery and I received the same in next day, due to some unavoidable reason I did not open the same on that day, but when i open it on next day i found the phone in god condition but the frame did not had the stand(missing), well this the best feature in that phine, I Thought may be its not the additional part, and need to purchase from outside, i went to few reatiler but they ask me to contact customer support for the missing part, I called yesterday in customer care but did not get any prompt reply/advise from there, even the person make a strange reaction like there is no network, your voice is not clear and so and disconnect the call (really did not expect such behaviour from any customer support) even than after i tried several time and always get a reply that this is not the part of the product as it is not mentioned their in site( so if any of the screw or battery cover is missing i suppose to keep quite because it was not mentioned in site) question to you don't you expect a stand while purchasing a photo frame? so this is the part of the phone, the one friend of mine ordered the phone from Amazon and he received the whole stuff, so that's clear that this stuff is the part and was missing in my box, Please help me to get the same, Thanks, hope the issue will resolve soon.
