      Dear Team, I had booked a mobile headset Order ID OD[protected] on dated 27th March-2015 but still didn't receive the mobile set. Why it is not received on time as i got the message it will be deliver on 4th April-2015. even on site is showing wrong. Please see the screen shot for your reference. I don't know I need refund of this amount as well headset for delay for this services. I will raise a complaint against you on consumer court as non delivery of product on time.       For GOD Shake DO NOT mis-use the complaint option given to you.
      And in Hurry, Burry do not blame the good organizations.

      You have got the brain. Got give you everything but, at least 25 percent people mis-use it.

      It is said you will come to value only if you come across bad things. Then only you will come to know about Good organizations.

      FLIPKART is the number one ecommerce site in India. At least only after experiencing Flipkart people are coming, Purchasing again and again. And check their turn over and growth. This is only because of the good service.

      AGAIN I am not from FLIPKART - Not even from the city where Flipkart is there.

      But, after seeing your complaint I am surprised to see that. You said you want money as well as free item. ONLY because due to some delay in delivery.

      What do you say.IF some cheater company like ASKMEBAZAAR.COM
      Which is very tiny website but, still cheating most of the people.

      I ordered item on 28th Jan, 2015
      And today is 5th April, 2015

      Till now I have send at least 25 emails. Called 25 times. SPEND lot of time. And more important I spent Rs.500 on STD Calls.
      Because, these fraud fellows even do not have toll free number.

      That too education, well knowledge person like me facing issue. Then imagine the condition of other normal people.

      I spoke with supervisors
      Even manager
      Everytime I call I simply need to explain each and everything again and again. They even don't have account system.
      And everytime they are just wasting time. 4 times I was given wrong coupon. That too paid coupons. That never work.

      And this is 100% genuine case

      I have even registered complaint from various websites.
      Nothing works.

      I am already prepared to lodge a case. And complaint even forwarded with Noida and Delhi Police.

      So, my suggestion is FLIPKART is very good website.
      having toll free number.
      Prompt response from customer care.
      Genuine of the genuine website.

      Delay can happen sometimes due to delivery person ill or issue with particular parcel due to local government etc.
      What do you say. India Speedpost. The government courier company itself take 25 days to deliver one of my parcel.
      Do you file a case against government?

      Here issues can occur at Flipkart only due to some unavoidable circumstances.

      Whereas if you would have complained against FRAUD and Cheater fellows like Askmebazaar.com one can understand.

      What would you do. if you are customer who spent too many hours that too very angry with customer care.
      And issue not resolved from Jan to April??

        It is strange to see when you order items from some Sellers on Flipkart the delivery charges also multiplies when the delivery is made together. As an illustration if "a Soap Combo Pack" costs Rs. 230/- with delivery charges of Rs. 50/- and if number of Combo Packs you order is increased say to 2 or 3 the delivery charges also changes to Rs. 100/- or Rs. 150/- resp. The above order will be delivered together than why additional delivery charges? When called Flipkart Customer Care they say its Sellers discretion. The policy itself looks wrong. The same seller should not charge extra when quantity is increased, Kindly look into matter

            I Purchased D&D Power bank from flipkart.com. They supplied wrong product and that too with short shipment. Charging cable was missing in the courier packet. When I used my own cable to use the product, I found it is dead (Not charging even though I put it on charging for 10 hours). When I ordered return of the product, the collecting person told that cable is missing and the product can not be returned. I wrote mail to flipkart.com but no response. Their customer care is jut useless (I don't want to use un-parliamentary word bul****t here but they just deserve this word either). Suggest can I assume no response to mail as sufficient proof of negligence in service and seek help of consumer forum. I am based out of Delhi. Pls Suggest.                 I ordered a power bank Order ID - OD[protected] and it was due to be delivered by 9th April. I was keep monitoring the status with bluedart. Yesterday it was showing like out of delivery area, today status was out for delivery and by today afternoon it was showing prohibited area so couldn't be delivered. Actually am not residing in any military camps. So made a formal mail with the support asking what is all this. Immediately am getting reply like my order has been cancelled and refund has been initiated but by evening 5 o clock the package was dispatched. Now they are creating a status like I initiated a cancel request and it failed. I have attached all the support reply mail copies below.

                        This is regarding Flipkart order ID: OD[protected].I have ordered total of 4 "Rishika Printed Katha Cotton Sari" of item ID:[protected] Quantity:2,[protected] Quantity:1,[protected] Quantity:1.I have received total of 3 "Rishika Printed Katha Cotton Sari" of item ID:[protected] Quantity:1,[protected] Quantity:1,[protected] Quantity:1.Price of each item was Rs.286 (Incl. Delivery and Tax), And have paid a total of (Rs. 286 x 4) = Rs.1144 through cash on delivery to ekart courier man "Sanjib Saha (Mob.[protected])".Since Flipkart policy is that I cannot open the package before payment/handover, I was unable to check the quantity before paying.The issue is that I have been contacting Flipkart customer support ([protected]) for 120 hours and they do not reply and keep escalating the issue.I have contacted on 30.03.2015, 01.04.2015, 03.04.2015, 04.04.2015, Incident ID:[protected], Complain no: 40727247.Every day I call them they keep saying they will call back within 24 hours which has not happened yet.

                            Dear Sir, I ordered a Lenovo ThinkPad T410/T510 11V/ 9700mAh/ 9cell Original Battery on Flipkart on 5th March 2015 whose price was given on flipkart worth Rs.2100/-. The first time I got the wrong battery of 6500mAh/4cell battery. Again I placed a new order with the same configuration on 25th March 2015 at Rs.3944/- and again i got a wrong battery. Then i replaced it the order at that time the price for the same battery was Rs. 3944. This is the third time I'm getting the wrong battery with configuration 4400mAh 6 Cell battery. This happened the 3rd time even after the 2 replacements they are giving me the wrong battery with the wrong configuration. I talked to the Customer Care regarding this issue his name is Mohammad Mustafa and ID:[protected] but I am not satisfied with his service. neither the service of Flipkart. I want to take a serious action on this service misleading the customers then what they have requested giving them the wrong product then what show on the website.

                                  Item was shipped through ekart.
                                  It came to manipal hub on 28th feb. When i checked internet it is showing address pin code mismatch. But nobody informed till now.
                                  Same adress same pin code amazon delivered 3 items.
                                  If you cant deliver properly why you take the order?
                                  Many people complained about this.why ekart senior manager not taking action on this branch?

Which was faulty so i returned that phone & recieved the mail from flipkart that i will get my money back through orignal payment. but recently i checked my bank statement i foumd my bank is charging me & sending EMI's for that phone still. i confirmed from my bank than they told me that your seller is still charging to the bank for this phone.                                         This mobile i have bought in Flipkart sale. Now the phone performace is very poor. I am not able to use this phone. 1) Phone geting over heat in short time 2) Phone Frequently getting Hang 3) Battery quickly getting Discharge without any usage. I have really upset to bought a such a phone in Flipkart sale. Please give me my money back for such a reasons. I belive Flipkart this is my first experience. Please save your customer & do the needful as the earliest.
