I ordered a handset of Sony Xperia ZR C5502 (IMEI/Serial No: [protected]) vide order ID: OD[protected]Invoice No : # DEL_GGN_[protected]) on 21/10/2014 as well as delivered. The phone has developed some problems like frequent disturbance in WI-FI connection, mobile data not functioning properly, problem arises while receiving data / information through internet / WI-FI despite showing connection, Google crome, play store and other internet related activities failure, down load speed is very low in comparison to other hand sets operating in nearby location. Please suggest how to overcome this problems and take remedial action at the earliest. Amit Gupta [protected]

    Dear Sir/ Madam I wonder why it is so that despite my ASAP act to inform you about your blunder of shipping my replacement to wrong address, the item is still going on with same ekart speed. What are you guys doing? If you dont want to replace faulty product just say it. I will waste my time in taking some other possible action within my rights. Why changing my delivery address without my permission and sending the product to some other address. Earlier when I contacted on phone, he said that the product was originally delivered to my bhagalpur address. Ridiculous! Because I never ordered on that address before say 4 days ago. Also, apply simple logic, can you deliver you product from bilaspur to bhagalpur in 12 hours? I bet you can't. Well you did deliver the same within 12 hours but to my Delhi address. I have already sent you the invoice send by you guys only. Please inform me if you can't help me or dont want to help me. Its really frustrating to keep writing every time.     There was a whole lot of confusion but gradually they got my problem. I had to email them and kept calling them till I got the result.

      Hi I purchased a Sauna Belt from Flipkart, they delivered before they committed, I purchased it on COD mode. Once I opened and tried to use it, the product is not working at all and immediately I placed a return request to flip kart. They rejected my request simple saying that the seller is not accepting it, I tried again and they replied the same. Really its good to buy products from our nearest shop, atleast we can check the quality and can bargain with the shop keeper. If it is not working after that we can go and return to the shop keeper immediately. Please save small business people.

I ordered 2 jack and johns pants of waist 32 its a pure duplicate stuff which would be smuggled i guess from dubai one of the pant was a 36 waist with 32 tagged and the other one was womens pant sold in mens section. Bloody don't waste our valuable money and time

I ordered a rebook l29624 bag and its a pure duplicate bag. On top of it its a damage piece one of the pockets zip is not working. On footpaths of Hyderabad we get much better bags for rs.300/-.Bloody don't waste our valuable time and money. Beware before you make any such frauds in further we may sue you.

            Last week I had placed an ordered for Asus Zenfone 5 - A501CG (8GB) handset via Flipkart. During specification checking of Asus Zenfone 5 (8GB), I came to know it is providing the latest OS - Android version i.e kitkat 4.4, moreover I had a talk with Flipkart customer care executive atleast thrice to re-confirm the said issue, and every times the answers were same "Sir you are getting the latest android version kitkat 4.4". I had chosen that product (8GB), leaving Asus Zenfone 5 (16GB) as Zenfone (16GB) is providing 4.3 Jellybean with 1.6 GHz processor however it has also mentioned it is upgradeable to kitkat 4.4 and in case of Zenfone 5 (8GB) nothing was mentioned over there hence I had misguided a lot to choose the product. Flipkart is a wellknown, renowned and trusted organisation in terms of online purchasing however I really had a worst customer service experience with it. Why did the executives provide me the false information without checking the ASUS official web page, I believe its nothing but a trick to convince the customers by show casing the extraordinary features of the product which actually does not have. Even I call ASUS customer care, they suggested somehow Flipkart has modified the product information by their own sweet style, which is absolutely a breach of policy. I want the proper investigation on that, if necessary change the product features & specification with immediate effect and the information should be valid and authentic. I can better understand the distinguish between 8GB (1.2 GHz) (Kitkat 4.4) (INR 7999/-) & 16GB (1.6 Ghz) (Jellybean 4.3) (9999/-), in that case the lower value handset is not supposed to provide the latest android version in comparison to higher one in which I have been trapped. I hope, I can able to elaborate my areas of concern. Now I am seeking a prompt and justified reply from Flipkart at its earliest convenience. Till the time I won't get any response, I will keep on sending escalations. I will expect, my matter should be dealt with priority.

                  I have ordered a Cross Trainer from Flipkart and they had mentioned in the product description that they will be installing the product with 48 hours from the delivery of the product. I have email and order description to prove that. And that was one of the reason which propelled me to buy from Flipkart. They delivered the product on Wednesday 4th Feb so as per my understanding the product should get installed by 6th. But I have not received any call or update regarding installation.Even after numerous call I have not received any proper updates. I want an apology from Flipkart for misleading me nd also they should change the product description to include correct information.

                                        This time the shopping experience with flipkart is really pathetic. My order number is "OD[protected] ". Order delivery date was 2nd March. they booked non serviceable Logistics Delhivery couriers. After My compliant and follow ups DELHIVERY couriers returned to FIPKART w.house . Also Mr Kiran (Flipkart Grievance officer) promised that he will arrange personnel delivery March 3, 2015 without fail.

                                        But again Customer service people booked by same couriers & same answer getting we do not have service in your area.

                                        I request you to return my money to Credit Card immediately. Because my due date is CC very near.

                                        I hope I will get the refund amount ASAP. Please do the need ful
