I had placed the order for Lenovo A6000 from flipkart and paid the whole amount by debit card but next day I had received the mail stating my order has been cancelled although no rreqreqrequest was made by me in this regard. Though the product was shipped to the courier service provider, it was shipped back to the retailer. I was not provided any notice prior to the cancellation. Order id is OD[protected] I have attached the proofs of transaction details after order confirmation and after cancellation.

    Dear team, i have order a product named LG HBS-730 BLUETOOTH HANDSET @ 930/- RS. ON THE DATE Of 25 march 2015 at 11:01 am, and i got a massage from company that your order is placed with order number :- OD[protected]..which was approved by flipkart and then after i got massage from flipkart on the same day @ 12 :00 pm that " lg-hbs-730 bluetooth h ...is paked by seller and ready to be shipped. and you will get tracking details once we ship it."...And the whole transaction was done via egv (e-gift vopucher), which was purchased (2000/- rs vouchers) by me from flipkart itself...After that order i placed 3 more iteams from the same site and then all are already shipeed to me... but after so many days left today (31/03/2015) i was thinking to call in customer care regarding the shipment of bluetooth at after noon but was unable to call as buzy sedual and when i was on my way towards my home i got massage from flipkart that your order is cancelled and the amount will be refund in 7-10 woking days..After reached my home i called to customer care number [protected] and discussed with Mr. pankaj sharma for 1 hour and 10 mjins regarding the problem and request him to help to complain regarding not satisfied and didnt get the producst as the company (flipkart) committed and registered complain with complain number:[protected] as the call was held from 7:44 pm to 8:54 pm...these was the situation was happend with me as a customer i pain full amount demanded by the flipkart and placed order for the product and the compnay was not informed me even before cancel my order itself...i want the product with the same price and with good condition as flupkart was taken my order for the first time...and even i want to file a co0mplain against the flipkart company to broke my trust for online shopping...and if company will not fulfill customers need then requesty you to please help me to take strikt action according to law...

    SO AFTER DISCUSS WITH MR ABHISHEK KUMAR I TOLD HIM TO RAISE MY COMPLAIN AND REGISTERED NEW COMPLAIN AND FORWARD IT TO SENIOR PERSON AN HE DO THAT AND GAVE ME A NEW COMPLAIN NO:[protected]...AND THE CALL WAS HELD FOR 52 MINS (5:31 PM TO 6:24 PM)...

    AFTER THAT I GOT A ONE MORE CALL FROM THE NUMBER [protected] AS THE PERSON TOLD ME THAT HE IS TALKING FROM SOCIAL MEDIA TEAM FROM FLIPKART AND MR. SAIYAD MISTA HUSSAIN WAS ON CALL AND HE REFUSED EVERYONES STATEMENT GIVEN TO ME SINCE I RAISE THE COMPLAIN FROM MR PANKAJ SHARMA, MR ABHISHEK KUMAR AND MS ARSHIYA...

      Dear sir. I am Kausar Ali from Allahabad I was purchesed a mobile LENOVO A6000 from flipkart. The dilivered hand set was not ok as which battery back up was only TWO HOURS.I resister a complain for replacement/refund after a lot of traboolsuting step followed the problem could not be resolved by flipkart.then after they agree to replacement of the set.But it was more socking that replaced set was a manufacturing defective.as which back panel was not fit.I imedeately complain the the matter to flipkart .next day i find same battery back up problem too.so i request for a refund but they are trieng to dellay the matter .please help me

        hello, my order id number : OD[protected] comprising micromax canvas knight A350 dated: 19th August 2014 was functioning till date but today all of a sudden there was a bulge on the phone and looks like the battery was about to burst . i switched off the mobile and have kept it . the phone is under warrenty period . and i am enclosing the pictures of the phone . i am very unhapy with the product and would like you to do the needful . This product looks very dicy as well as risky to use . i request you to kindly take the necessary action . waiting for your positive reply.

            I purchased a badminton racket from you costing Rs 1200/- only Order no PMPC [protected]. This material is to be delivered at 134-C Type IV DS Rail coach factory Kapurthala Pin Code is144602 with cash on delivery. It is very unfortunate that your concerned staff is sitting at outside the colony gate and giving ring to inform for collecting the product and hand over the money instead of home address. This is not the proper way to deliver the product. After discussing concerned staff is telling that they will do like that only they will not deliver the product at home. Even they are not giving any contact no of complaint cell and telling whatever you want to do you can do search the no or ID on site.               I have purchased a Spartiate Running Shoes with order ID: OD[protected] on 08.03.2015 for Rs.899/- The size was not provided properly to me . I have returned it on next day itself but yet I have not got my money back. I have called many time to customer care number but the executives are just fooling me by giving me false UTR no. It is more day 20 days, I didn't received my money. I just want my money back within 24hours. This a big fraud done to me by Flipkart. I have even mailed mini statement of account detail which was asked by Customer Care Executive of Flipkart. But yet I didn't received my money. It's really very shameful that Flipkart is doing fraud with the customer. By help of Social Media I will inform everyone for not to do online purchasing from Flipkart as these people are big cheater/fraud.

                  i had ordered xiaomi redmi note 4g from flipkart. my order id is : OD[protected]. they sent me defective mobile phone. it is hanging all the time, specially while charging. i called flipkart customer care executive. 7 different executive talked with me. they made me fool 7 times & at the end i lodge replacement. they called me yesterday and told me clearly "we will not replace your phone at any cost. thank you for call in flipkart".i stunned by this reply. kindly do needful ASAP.

                    On 10 march I have ordered Nikon D3200 worth Rs 23969 and when the delivery man swap my debit card the transaction was fail but the same amount has been deducted from my account and still not been refunded till today as they have given 31 the last date after complaining for many times and after mailing all the bank account detail and bank statement even I got a call on 28 march as the amount has been debited to my account but it wasn't and today is the death line date but no response.

                        I had ordered for single laser printer "Brother Hassle Free - HL-2240D" on flipkart.com on EMI on my credit card. I got delivered 2 printers. On the day of 2nd delivery I called up flipkart regarding this mishap. The lady on the phone told me that this could be a mistake and she'll arrange a pickup. I asked her to confirm that I haven't been charged for this and she said I wasn't. I didn't hear from them later and no one picked up the printer. I called back on 31st and they're saying this wasn't a mistake, there were 2 orders placed and they can't do anything about it. I actually got a confirmation telephone call probably for the second one, but I confirmed I'd ordered one because they didn't ask me explicitly if I'd ordered the second one.                         ​Spoke to customer, he claims that he order for one product and he received two and he looking for refund. Informed customer that will arrange for refund and created ​wait refund. Hence closing the case.
                        Got a call from flipkart customer service and got things clarified, getting a pickup arranged and refund initiated.
                        I'm glad and relieved. Please don't make your customers resort to this.

Please send me the right selection of my order, the window curtain with additional fringes attached intermittently along the normal fringes.                                   Hi, I have ordered shoes on Flip kart, order number is OD[protected] and i mention the size number was 9 but inside on shoes it was 40...                                       Flipkart Order ID: OD[protected]. Order contains: Moto G 2nd Generation. I have received the above ordered item on 28th March, 2015. But when I power on the phone for the 1st time I have noticed a white spot on the centre of the display. Then I 1st contacted the Moto Care Centre. They replied me to contact Flipkart. Then I called the Flipkart Customer Care regarding this problem. They told me that a Flipkart executive will call me on the next day to troubleshoot the issue. They called me and told me to reset the phone. But this is a hardware issue and resetting the phone cannot solve it. But still I tried phone reset and issue not solved. Again they told me that a Flipkart executive will call me again on next day regarding this. In my case I have noticed that they are ignoring my issue. My phone's screen white spot issue is a hardware issue. Phone reset and any troubleshooting steps cannot solve it. So, Why they don't give me a Replacement? Under the Flipkart 30 days Replacement Policy, I have the Full Right to get the Replacement. So I kindly request you to accept my complaint and take proper action regarding this. Please mamage them to approve my Replacement Request and arrange a Pick-up as soon as possible. No more Troubleshooting. I have already tried all troubleshooting steps. But still My phone has the white spot on the screen. So now I want Direct Replacement as soon as possible. I hope a better response soon. Thank you.

                                        my order no is OD[protected]., Courier guys called me on sunday[protected] to pick up the order, i told them that i am out of station with my family and i would come on monday to get my order, but to my amazement i got the message on my mobile that the refund process of my order will be initiated. i didn't cancel my order, why you cancelled my order with my notice. This is not fair, you people think even on sundays also we are available, but please remember i am an employee and i get the holiday only on sundays, our family will enjoy the sunday visiting temples and relatives.
