This is regarding Flipkart order ID: OD[protected].I have ordered total of 4 "Rishika Printed Katha Cotton Sari" of item ID:[protected] Quantity:2,[protected] Quantity:1,[protected] Quantity:1.I have received total of 3 "Rishika Printed Katha Cotton Sari" of item ID:[protected] Quantity:1,[protected] Quantity:1,[protected] Quantity:1.Price of each item was Rs.286 (Incl. Delivery and Tax), And have paid a total of (Rs. 286 x 4) = Rs.1144 through cash on delivery to ekart courier man "Sanjib Saha (Mob.[protected])".Since Flipkart policy is that I cannot open the package before payment/handover, I was unable to check the quantity before paying.The issue is that I have been contacting Flipkart customer support ([protected]) for 120 hours and they do not reply and keep escalating the issue.I have contacted on 30.03.2015, 01.04.2015, 03.04.2015, 04.04.2015, Incident ID:[protected], Complain no: 40727247.Every day I call them they keep saying they will call back within 24 hours which has not happened yet.
Complaint marked as Resolved Was contacted by a Flipkart representative within 24 hours, was able to identify the issue accurately and took to right steps to resolve the quantity issue, received the missing quantity within a week.
