my order no is OD[protected]., Courier guys called me on sunday[protected] to pick up the order, i told them that i am out of station with my family and i would come on monday to get my order, but to my amazement i got the message on my mobile that the refund process of my order will be initiated. i didn't cancel my order, why you cancelled my order with my notice. This is not fair, you people think even on sundays also we are available, but please remember i am an employee and i get the holiday only on sundays, our family will enjoy the sunday visiting temples and relatives.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer, he claims that order is cancelled with our informing him. Informed customer that return is already return so please place fresh order and apologized for inconvenience. Hence closing the case.
AS MY COMPLAIN WAS GIVEN BEFORE...I GOT THE CALL FROM FLIPKART TEAMON 01/04/2015 @ 3:03 PM AND THE CALL WAS END UP @ 3:16 PM (13 MINS) FROM THE NUMBER :-[protected]...THE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE NAMED MS. ARSHIYA, SHE TOLD ME THE THAT THE PRODUCT WAS UNAVAILABKLE FROM THE OLD SELLER AND I (RAJIV MEHTA) HAS TO PLACE NEW ORDER FROM ANOTHER SELLER WHO HAVE THE PRODUCT AVAILABLE AND WHILE PLACING THE ORDER I (RAJIV MEHTA) HAS TO CALL ON CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER :- [protected]
.. AND THEN AFTER I (RAJIV MEHTA) HAVE TO GIVE REFRENCE NUMBER, SO THAT THE EXTRA AMOUNT WILL BE CREADITE BY US (FLIPKART) TO YOUR WALLET ACCOUNT AND THEN I (RAJIV MEHTA) CAN USE THE AMOUNT TO PUTRCHASE SAME PRODUCT...
AS I WROTE THE DISCUSSION WITH ME AND ARSHIYA I CAME HOME AND OPEN FLIPKART TO PLACE ORDER AND CALL IN CUSTOMER CARE [protected] AND TALKED WITH MR ABHISHEK KUMAR AND TOLD HIM ABOUT THE DISCUSSION WITH MS ARSHIYA, HE TOLD ME THAT THAT IS NOT POSSIBLE AS SHE DISCUSSED WITH YOU...
SO AFTER DISCUSS WITH MR ABHISHEK KUMAR I TOLD HIM TO RAISE MY COMPLAIN AND REGISTERED NEW COMPLAIN AND FORWARD IT TO SENIOR PERSON AN HE DO THAT AND GAVE ME A NEW COMPLAIN NO:[protected]...AND THE CALL WAS HELD FOR 52 MINS (5:31 PM TO 6:24 PM)...
AFTER THAT I GOT A ONE MORE CALL FROM THE NUMBER [protected] AS THE PERSON TOLD ME THAT HE IS TALKING FROM SOCIAL MEDIA TEAM FROM FLIPKART AND MR. SAIYAD MISTA HUSSAIN WAS ON CALL AND HE REFUSED EVERYONES STATEMENT GIVEN TO ME SINCE I RAISE THE COMPLAIN FROM MR PANKAJ SHARMA, MR ABHISHEK KUMAR AND MS ARSHIYA...
AND EVERYONE WAS TELLING WRONG ANSWER FOR EACH STATEMENT GIVEN BY THE OTHERS AND MR SAIYAD TOLD ME THAT THEY WANT TO TELLL ME THAT EXECTLY WHAT MY SAIYAD IS SAYING...AND AS I LISEN HIM THAT HE IS TRYING TO ORDER ME THAT HE IS THE RIGHT PERSOAN SAYING ME RIGHT AND ALL COMMITMENTS ARE WAS WRONG...AND HE TOLD ME THAT WE R NOT GIVING U MORE THEN 90 RUPEES FOR THE COMPANSATION...AND AS I TOLD CLEARLY THAT I DOESNT REQUIRE MONEY FROM THE COMPANY BUTU AS I ORDER THE PRODUCT, I ONLY NEED THE FRESHPRODUCT AND IT WAS COMPANY LOOK OUT THAT FROM WHERE THEY CAN PROVIDE ME AFTER RECIEVING MY ADVANCE PAYMANET...MEAN WHILE THE DISCUSSION SUDDENLY THE VOICE CHANGE, AND I WAS SURPRISE THAT SOME ONE TRAYING TO ABUSE ME WHITH HIS STRONG AND BEDLY TALK THAT HE IS NOT GOING TO PROVIDE ME ANY KIND OF SERVICE AND I ASKED HIM TO TELL HIS NAME, AND HE REPLIED ME THAT HIS NAME IS MR. CHARLES AND HE IS THE INCHARGE...I TOLD HIM THAT I DONT WANT TO DISCUSS MORE AS I ALREADY FED UP WITH SERVICE AND DISCUSSION WITHOUT MY PROBLEMS SOLUTION, SO REUQEST HIM TO PROVIDE ME THE PRODUCT
