purchased the moto g2 phone from flipcart, but later on i found that the phone having problem of hanging, application was crashed and the most and the major problem was battery issue. I complaint it about several times but they reply me about different every time when i complained to flipcart . im really not satisfied from with their servies and their customer helpline user to not to provide me proper solution of this product.now i request you to please kindly help me to solve out to my problem and replace my faulty phone with another to get out me to trouble with this .Hoping for the best solution from you as soon as possible

    Ave returned a Reebok t shirt instead of the actual macro shirt How do I proceed further???Please note that the Reebok t shirt was also ordered from flip kart and Im supposed to return tat as well Ave received a reply that they cant return the item since the same have already reached at seller's ware house So wets the alternate option?? I do have 2 same shirt with wrong size. And what about the money I spent on shirt and Reebok t shirt as well If the seller have delivered the correct item in the first place or even in the second place I would haven't not ended up with this and even your delivery person doesn't have any idea of what he is picking up from the customer's place??? And I called your delivery person last note and he informed that the seller would reject the returned item since it's a wrong one This was the complaint registere by me in flip kart and received the following response the second time Thank you for taking your time to write to us. Order ID: OD[protected] I certainly understand your concern and offer my sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused. At this point, we may not be able to provide you an update on this but I'eve notified your concern to our team. We’ill call you back with an update by Tomorrow within 09 AM to 09 PM. Ill h accept a comb instead of a laptop??????? 5. secondly if a seller have received a incorrect item in the return y cant he ship it back saying its a incorrect item??????? 6. he can just reject the delivery and request the customer to send back the correct one, 7. same question ill he accepts the return if some old teared shirt is being returned instead of a new one???????????       Hi, I had ordered a Roti Maker, with order id OD[protected] . As per the handbook and the demo cd, the Roti maker, light should turn off after few minutes, However, it does not turn off at all.Hence this could damange the device. Please help.

        Samsung and Flipkart both doing their cheating job very well Again on 17/4/2014 got calls from both Flipkart (9:19 am) and Samsung (4:17 pm).Flipkart representative as usually told me that sir we are looking into your matter and will try to solve it till 17/4/2015 evening. But as usual got no calls from Flipkart till 17/4/2015 evening. Then at 4:17 pm got a call from Samsung representative clearly stating that sir we at Samsung do not take any responsibility of any kind of service or wrong doing done by any E-COMMERCE website such as Flipkart, snapdeal, e bay etc because these websites are not Samsung official websites nor they are Samsung official dealers .We are not liable for any kind of wrong doing done regarding any Samsung product by these websites. We only provide solutions, services to those customers who buy Samsung products from Samsung authorised dealer and Samsung official websites and Flipkart is not one of our official website nor our authorised dealer hence any wrong doing done by Flipkart do not come under our liability. Samsung representative also stated that Samsung is not bothered about the fact that Flipkart and all the Other E-commerce websites who are selling Samsung products on their websites are selling Samsung products by displaying wrong specs. After hearing all this I asked Samsung representative that is it not Samsung’s duty to keep a check that weather these E-commerce websites including Flipkart are displaying correct specs of Samsung products on their respective websites or not ?To this he answered that sir we do not care about these things we are only concerned about our sales and nothing else .After listening to all this I am sure of one thing that Samsung and Flipkart are only concerned about their product sales and nothing else.           I was order 2 pcs of RajasthaniaKart Premium Ganesha marble all purpose chowki on 14th April 2015 (Order no. OD[protected] which i get today. The size of the chowki and the Ganesha shown and written on the display is Height - Chowki - 10 inch, Ganesha - 5 inch Width - Chowki - 10 inch, Ganesha - 5 inch, but the size of the product which i get is smaller than the size display. And the leg of one of the chowki was broken.I want to exchange the product but there are no such option like that.-0... .

            Order Number: OD[protected] Order Date: 31 March, 2015 Seller: WS Retail I ordered a Dell Inspiron 3452 laptop (Rs.35660) on March 31, 2015. It was delivered on April 1, 2015. But the laptop was faulty (DOA) as it did not power up. I asked for a return request and got a call next day from Flipkart executive who promised to replace it. I received a new laptop on 5th April. But even this laptop is faulty (DOA). It is not turning on. I tried various options. I tried to charge the laptop at different power outlets at our place but it won't turn on. I also tried to charge it with another Dell charger (with similar ratings), still it won't turn on. I am fed up because the same problem is occurring in the replacement piece. The other issue with this product is the warranty. As per Dell's website, its warranty will end on January 20, 2016 (9 months from now). The accidental damage service and phone support service will end on November 20, 2015 (7 months from now). I have shared these problems with Flipkart through numerous email and phone calls. I was promised that they would get back to me by 9th April. In their email and phone communications, they have promised to get back to me within 24 hours. Between 9th and 17th April (today), I have not received any response from them on how they are going to resolve my problem. I am also a subscriber of Flipkart First which claims to provide priority customer service. Is this the manner in which they treat their customers, particularly FF members? I am really disappointed as I never expected such a pathetic customer service from them.

OD[protected] Bikenwear Royal Enfield 350 Twin Spark Two Wheeler Cover, as the pic shown in the Flipkart Web Site, so that i booked my order for two pes required for my Bullet Motercyle. But When i received this thing, i saw that the Cover is short in size & there clothe is also not good. Its a really very bad experience. I lonched a complain on 15.04.2015 & the msg comes that we will resolve problem in 24 hours, but still a am waiting.                 Hi I am very irritated for Flip kart costumer services... I had purchased Moto G2 2nd generation on 24th mach, it had be delivered on 30th march... From on that day to this to day the phone is blinking automatically and it charging down suddenly 100% to 10%, then i put charger it goes to 100% within 1min... I did so many times to contact the flip kart customer care there is no response from their, only said your requested will regarded our technical department will call you within 24hrs... But there is no response form customer service, if i again call to the customer service again they said we will call you within 24hrs... Already 15days are going like this... I am very angry on flip kart, no one should resolve my problem probably...Plz do this immediately... And i questioned to the flip kart costumer service, without anyone telugu representative to talk with people in telugu, then why there r sold to telugu people... Thanks for given this opportunity to tell my problem like this... I will wait for replacement or need our money back...

                  I had booked my order no. OD[protected] Lava Iris X5 mobile) on 30th March 2015 but when received item, the accessories promised were found incomplete. • In the box, there was no Flip Cover though it was promised to be there and even also mentioned on the box. When I complained for it in Flipkart, they arranged for a compensation of Rs. 400 in my Flipkart wallet account with the condition to use this wallet amount through purchases from WS Retail Seller only though the payment was made by be through net banking. • The flip Cover of this modal is not available in the whole market, it was available on the Flipkart website, as I added in the cart and tried to use Wallet amount transferred in my flipkart, it showed, the amount can be used only from WS Retail seller. This condition is very wrong as of this seller very selected products are available and for me useless. • I have saved all contacts and messages in the handset and invested Rs. 600/ on tempered glass also after wasting one day to go to different shops. Only one shopkeeper had tempered glass matching and applied tempered glass on it. I emailed and requested on phone also to Flipkart customer care on 13/04/2015 that as now Flip cover of this modal is available on your website, kindly send that on my address as no amount is required to me in my wallet. But they say that only replacement can be done as with the same WS Retail seller condition, Rs. 600 transferred in flipkart wallet as tempered glass compensation but with the same condition of WS Seller. I dont want to replace the handset, only want flip cover which is already on their website. • I called 4 times in Flip Kart customer care[protected] with my registered mobile no. [protected] at 5.45 p.m. on 15th April 2015, and told to talk with some senior to discuss upon the issue. There all the times, after taking my full details, Mr. Adil and Mr. Sanjay told that at present no senior is available on the floor, so within next two hours, our senior will call you but till date no call received. (Full recording of it is with me) I also put mail immediately to let all of you know the harassment of the consumer. • Received sms and mail from flipkart that replacement is being done with full accessories though I only requested again and again that Flip Cover is available on Flip kart website itself @ Rs. 399/- only but nobody was convinced • Today i.e. on 17.04.2015, when I was in my office, delivery boy Mr. Ratan ([protected]) came at my home and security guards called me as the order was on my name only. So I had to go at home after taking leave though I had already wasted my leave for the same order issue. Then my husband also had to take leave from office as due to delivery boy, he had to attend him. Again the same issue, as we handed over him the product, and opened the new one, the same flip cover was missing. After calling on Flip kart customer care, why this harassment is being done, they had no reply and forced to accept the replacement but we refused to take the replacement order with the same missing Flip Cover. • Now its enough, I have saved already all my contacts in the phone and spent Rs. 600/ on tempered glass, the amount of Rs. 7999/ ( Order Value) + Rs. 600- ( Tempered glass) + Rs. 10, 000/- as compensation for mental, physical and financial harassment for which of no fault of customer. I want refund of my amount spent. • As the payment was made through net banking at the time of booking of order, so the whole amount is required through net banking only.                     Order ID: OD[protected] Hi, Thanks for immediate response by yesterday, Now the only thing is I don't want a replacement of MOTO G 2 Generation Right...!!! We need our money return back sum of Rs. 9899/- Flipkart team has decided to Replacement product for us. They sent through via mail and message. I don't want to receive the problem again and again. I have lots of work and problem. I am not ready to struggle with flipkart team. Totally unsatisfied with flipkart team or Customer Support or flipkart product. At the same time how can I trust again the flipkart team. It's impossible Right...!!! Finally I need MY MONEY RETURN BACK.

                        I had purchased one Kenxinda Android Touch Screen SHINE 2001 on[protected], My order no.OD[protected]. That phone was once worked properly after that i had charged two hours, but that phone wasnot open. Please rectify this problem or change new one immediately. I have enclosed Delivery Receipt. Kindly do the needful.
                        I had made complaint[protected] at morning (Order OD[protected], Kenxinda Android Touch Screen) based on that complaint the Flipkart people talk with me at around 3pm. After conversation I am explaining how the phone was not working properly in the following.

                        When pluged the power charger on the switch board I got Kenxinda logo displayed few seconds only, then power charging logo also displayed, after few seconds automatically phone has been switched OFF. Once we taken out charger pin from the mobile, I can't able to switch ON the phone.

                        Please replace the new one.

                            This is for every one to read before buying any thing from Flipkart. I have bought Samsung 4k 55HU7000 139 CM (55) LED TV from flipkart on 11/12/2014. According to flipkart website during december 2014 Samsung 4k 55HU7000 139 CM (55) LED TV specs shows that it is capable of displaying 4k content at 60 hz through HDMI port version 2.0 and shows that Samsung 4k 55HU7000 139 CM (55) LED TV has 4 HDMI ports and one of these ports has version 2.0 for displaying 4k content at 60 hz which is definitely not the case. Have been complaining about this issue to both samsung and flipkart for a week now but of no use. Today I got a call from Samsung (3:00pm to 3:15 pm).Samsung representative who called me is stating that we do not take any responsibility of any specs, service and warranty shown on flipkart or any other website except our official website or official store at any time, period or duration and who so ever is buying any Samsung product from flipkart or any other website except our official website will not be liable for any warranty or service.Samsung representative also said that all Samsung products sold on flipkart and all the websites are imported products from different countries like USA, CHINA, INDONESIA, SINGAPORE, MALAYSIA and do not come under samsung india .Samsung representative also gave me example that products sold on flipkart and all other websites are like those products which are sold in GRAY market such as KAROL BAGH AND GAFFAR MARKET without bill. Samsung representative also said that we only provide service and warranty to those customers who buy our products from our authorised showroom or Samsung e-store .Hence if any problem arrives in my product in near future I will not get any support or service from Samsung and for service and support I have to approach Flipkart only. I also got a call from flipkart today between (12:39 to 12:55) where their representative clearly stated that any issue regarding specs, service, support or anything you have to contact Samsung. From my experience I am able to figure out one thing that both Samsung and Flipkart are doing a very good job of making a fool out of their customers because neither one of them is willing to take any responsibility of their wrong doing.So I warn everyone to be careful and enquire everything before buying any Samsung product from Flipkart or any other online website.                               I had placed an ordered Zenfone Asus501 with the order ID OD[protected]. The product is faulty and I already had raised complaint with you on 13Apr2015 and been told that I'll get call within 24hrs I did not received any call from your side. Today, 15Apr2015 I called again still no response received. I got a call from your side and been said we will call you back within 4hrs. This is highly inappropriate and not professional behavior. This is not at all expected from flipkart. Replace this phone with immediate action or I have to file a case with consumer court and have to post on social network sites. Take immediate action in this regard. Hope to get a positive response.

                                Dear Flipkart team, Am sridhar, writing from Hosur, Tamilnadu I would like to lodge a complaint on the product i procured through you, which was defective and poor response from you and your service team. I bought a Redmi 1S mobile on 23rd Oct'14 through online purchase. Model : XIL[protected] Invoice number : BLR_WFLD[protected] dated 22nd Oct'14 Order id : OD[protected] The mobile was not working (touch screen not working - no display) and i contacted Flipkart on 25th March'15, and they advised to contact the service centre at Bangalore (two address / contact id given) On 27th Mar'15, i approached the service centre at Koramangala Bangalore and given the mobile. Work order number[protected]. On First Apr'15, i got a call from Service centre stating that the mobile can not be repaired (casue of failure reported by service centre symtom of fell in water) and asked me to pay Rs.5000/- for replacement of the main board. I told them it was not fall down in water. further when i rendered the mobile, the battery charging was happening (refer attached photo) and i could feel vibration effect.But the service guy not ready to listen. More over it looks it is a regular dialogue by the service engineer to other customers too (since he was using the same language on that day to other customer when i gave my mobile on 27th Mar'15). Immediately I called the flipkart customer care and one Mr Sandip responded. I raised my concern and he lodged my complaint on this. As per your response time, one Mr Rajasekar called me on 8th Apr'15, I explained in details about my concern and my expectation of proper response from service team / replacement from Flipkart (as it is within warranty period). But Rajasekar clearly told me (after checking with the service team and) service team is confirming it is the fault of end user (me) "No consideration of replacement" and told one more thing that "FLIPKART is only a marketing centre and can not consider replacement of product, even if it is defective. But the same mobile i given to a local service centre and it was repaired within a value of Rs.1200/- (understood one spare was defective (manufacturing defect) and replaced. Now the mobile is working (refer another photo) Ultimately, a) A manufacturing defect mobile was supplied to me, for which no replacement was offered by Flipkart. b) The authorised service centre ( TVS Electronic Limited) not able to detect the fault and simply blaming the end user (I think, they are in-capable or it could be the direction of Flipkart to avoid replacement under warranty). c) Though warranty is valid I was denied for replacement. (Means warranty clause is invalid?...) d) Due to above, i incurred a loss of Rs.1200/-, two times unnecessary travel from Hosur to Bangalore, Tension and unwantedly loosing patience. e) Poor response from Flipkart Customer service. considering the above: i request you to replace the defective mobile with new one as well need compensation on the time and money spent.                                   Hi, i had ordered a micromax tv which nearly cost 15k, so i used my credit card to purchase the product . Then i realised its not the correct modelbi ordered for . And i cancelled my order instantly . Then i got a message from flipkart that my had been cancelled and i will be recieving my credit amount in 3-5 weekdays but still i dint get my credit back...

                                    I bought a iphone 5s from flipkart.com around 7 days ago from the day 1 i am facing mobile phone heating problem while charging the phone i thought that it might go away with time but its not its still going too much heat in the phone back panel and charger itself and i must state that i am not using the phone in making calls or playing games or using Internet nothing i am doing. so i raised a compliant against it to replace the phone so today i got a call from flipkart saying it is normal for the phone to gets heat up i tol them that my father has a iphone my friend has a iphone they never faced this problem so how it is normal? she said becuse your phone is getting heat up it is normal and others not that is not normal and refused to replace my phone i paid Rs.36400 for this phone and now they want me to keep this phone like this only please raise complaint against this please it is a total cheat.

                                      Respected sir, today i get my order OD[protected] But it not in correct size. This sizs is very short. I orderd 30 inch But जो मुझे प्राप्त हुआ है वो इतना छोटा साइज़ है की 8 साल की बच्ची भी नही पहन सकती। Plz sir solve this problem and return this order and satisfied your permanent costumer. Otherwise u will lost your permanent costumer faith. Thanking you

                                        I bought the moto g mobile dtd on 23rd march from flipkart and they deliver the same with dead charger. After so many complaints they sent me a mail that they don't have charger in stocks so you can buy anything from the same company worth rs 500 but i am unable to find the moto charger from the market as brand has tied up with flipkart only. . it's a dual sim phone and one of sim slot is also not working. already called them so many times for replacement but not getting any revert. will never buy phone from the flipkart
