Hi, We are customer associate who each and every one working for flip kart truly and hole heatedly and creating the good name for our Chennai hub and to flipkart.But we have little doubt about the salary which directly provided by flip kart to customer associate and not getting proper payslip and not getting proper response about the salary mainly from the in charge so kindly take a step on this and be a favour to C.A

    Hi, I had purchased moto e on the big billion day. Order ID: OD[protected]. Seller: WS Retail. It stopped working a few months after. I could not hear anything on call. I took it to the PC support shop in Pune which is 10km away from where I am staying. Conveyance is a big problem for me. That is why I order things online. The lady there asked me to come after 2 days. I kept the phone there for two days, the issue was fixed. After 2 months, the charger stopped working, instead of taking it to the shop, I purchased a brand new charger because travelling for me is a problem. After a month my phone is facing the same issue which I faced earlier. My phone is still in warranty. I am not able to hear anything on call. I want somebody to come take this phone and replace it with a new one. I have not dropped the phone even once, it is in excellent condition. I have ordered allot of stuff from flipkart in the past, but I will never use flipkart again if this issue is not fixed.

    Spoke to customer and informed him to visit the service as the product has crossed the 30 day replacement period and hence we would not be able to offer replacement. Customer agreed. So closing the case.

      I have placed an order in Flip kart for an AC and I received it on time. They have scheduled your Installation for the following item in your Order OD[protected] . But unfortunately I have not received any support from Flipkart after 4 days of delivery of AC. I Called them 4 times, each time it is been told that installation will be done in 2 days. We are paying bulk amount to buy products like AC and not getting installation support is frustrating . Please support Sanju [protected]

        I had purchased moto x(2nd gen) on 3rd Jan order no. OD[protected] from flipkart and the handset delivered to us had speaker problem.At that time i had to go overseas on my job so i was unable to give it for repair.Now i came back from my job and submitted the phone for repair at your lucknow service center on 11th march and it hadnt got repaired upto 31st march that why i had collected it back. service center persons were informing me on calling that motorola dont have the spare parts of moto x in india that's why they were unable to repair it.They have informed they have to import parts from outside.Why should i be punished for the reasons you dont have spare part of moto x in india for repair.Firstly motorola have send defective piece and now they have worst repair service (The phone was at service center for 20 days and problem had not been rectified).I want to return the phone and also want my money back because now i dont have any trust on your phone and services.I had purchased the phone thinking moto x(2nd gen) will be good product but it is worst as the new phone is not working properly and quality have not been checked before selling that's why defective piece was sent to customer.I had taken the phone for use and not to submit at your service center for repair.I need replacement or my money back..Hoping for your prompt action.

          Tried calling customer on '[protected]' and it was switched off and also tried reaching on his alternate number "[protected]" twice and there was no response. So sent e-mail to customer that we have already refunded Rs.42,989/- from wallet credit to back to source along with timeline and closing the case

After That I Got The Confirmation Message From FlipKart That Your Order Is placed And Will Be Deliver On 04/04/2015. But Next Day They Updated the Delivery Date to 06/04/2015. And on 20/04/2015 I Got The Confirmation Message that Your Order Will Be Deliver today Before 7PM, But i Didn't Get My Product. And on 04/04/2015 they informed Me that your order is Cancelled And Gave Me reason that you Cancelled The Order But i didn't Cancel.               I have buyed hcl me tab u1 from flipkart on 26 march 2015 and order no. Is OD[protected] and my product is confirmed and given delivery date is 02 april 2015 .After this on 27 march 2015 i have got message that my product delivery date is updated to 11 april 2015 . On 06 april 2015 i have got message that my product is cancelled by ws retails who is seller . This is wrong that flipkart is cancelling the confirmed product and giving refund of Rs.100 in flipkart wallet. Finally i want my same product hcl me tab u1 at same price Rs.1999 from flipkart.                   Spoke to customer and she says that she registered her VISA Debit card and then completed the transaction online. However, customer complains saying that she has not received the 10% cash back for which she was eligible. So escalated the issue to the concerned team to double check and have the issue resolved.

                    My Order no is : - OD[protected], I order this phone 24 Mar, WS Retail was a seller, and delivery date was 1 Apr, But they not delivered on 1 Apr. After complaint they again reship the product and Delivery date was 7 Apr, Again they are not delivered my product, After call in Customer care they told me you can visit your nearest India post office, I went there and after 1 hrs I found my Flipkart box, but that box was little bit damaged So I opened that box and found In box have income tax booklet . I am very frustrated this bloody service.

                          Its just 30 days old and Sim 2 slot of my phone is disabled on Moto G 2 black. Its just 30 day since i bought it via Flipkart. Am not sure why this problem with network voice break and and SIM. I used dual sim for a month it was all fine all of a sudden sim 2 is disabled and not working. I am currently using Sim in Sim 1 slot of Moto G, I tried testing the sim it works fine in Sim 1. I have tried this a lot of micro sim cards, result same, Sim 2 slot remains in disabled mode always.                             i was received a lenovo vibe x2 from flipkart, , and i was face lot of problm with that mobile so flipkart will replace my mobile, , , at the time of replacing the mobile i was called to customer care of flipkart and one of the executer his name is santosh he told me that sir you will receive the battery backup case with your mobile but i didnt receive that, , then again i gave a complaint then one of the executer will call me his name is (ohmed) he talk very rashly with me, , , and told me that no sir we will not provide any battery backup case to you, if you want we will arrange a call back to you but still i didnt receive any call from flipkart, , , what kind of service is providing by flipkart, , , i need my battery backup cover other wise i raise a complaint against the flipkart in consumer court...

                                  I bought an mi note from flipkart. When I received it I found that the camera was not working. I called them the very first day. I was told that I will receive a call next day. They called only once & that was too very short call. I missed it & they rescheduled me for next day. Same thing happened again. After three days I was finally able to receive the call & the guy called me asked about the issue. Then he told me that I will receive another call within 24 hours. I haven't received any call after that. It has been really bad experience. I can't understand that why do I need to wait for so many days & why a person calls me just to say that I will receive another call.

                                  My phone no is [protected]. It has been really bad experience with flipkart. Please do something if you can.
                                  I ordered HP pavillion P204TX on 4-4-2015. It got delivered to me the very next day (best first time delivery service indeed). But i found it defective so i requested them to replace it as they had promised 30 days replacement guaranty. I lodged the return request on 6-4-2015. I explained my position to their customer service representative and in return he assured me that all my issues will be resolved by 10th of April. So i waited for them. But trust me, since that day, they have been just postponing things. They will just say " our product specialist will call you to resolve your issues" but nobody cares to call. Its the worst customer service i have ever seen.
                                  I bought it for INR 45500 and i wont let it go that easily.
                                  My order no:OD[protected]. It is really a good product. I got this product with full excitement. Just on the second day, it was not indicating the charging light (RED). So i didn't know that it is charging or not. So I opted for replacement almost 10 days back. But still waiting. No response from FLIPKART. I am dialing following up with flipkart executives but no help. Daily they use to say that I will get a call within 24 hrs. But almost 10 days passed, I didn't get at least missed call from them.

                                  So my suggestion is product is very good and please DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT FROM FLIPKART.

                                    I bought MotoG 2nd generation on 13th March, 2015 Order No. - OD[protected] . However the product delivered by WS Retail is defective. After a week the handset started to give problems. The battery drained from 80% to 30% in a matter of couple of minutes. Also while listening to music, suddenly the music stops and restarts again. WS Retails is not willing to provide a new handset, though they are giving suggestions like music problem cannot be resolved and asked me to reboot my mobile every day to resolve the battery problem. Who on earth nowadays reboots it's mobile fone on a daily basis. So clearly they are not willing to refund the defective product. Now coming to Flipkart, whom I had trusted the most and bought several things from them, one novice customer care guy - Sachin Yadav(he gave me this name, not sure it's authenticity), doesn't know anything about replacement kept me on hold for 15 mins, and when i asked him to give the fone to his superior, strangely the reply is that his superior is busy. It’s understood they are not going to heed to my problems. Now as already a friend cautioned me about Flipkart and asked me to go for Amazon instead, I am not going to go for Flipkart any more. My bad. Does anybody knows how to escalate this issues to the top executives. This may happen with anybody. Just a matter of time.

                                    Spoke to customer on '[protected]' and she says that the handset delivered is defective and there is no audio quality and there is frequent interruption while playing music as gets stopped for few minutes. Customer has already tried all possible T/S steps that we have offered and the problem with the phone is still not fixed. Escalated the issue to concerned team and will close the case after the issue is resolved.

                                        Spoke to customer, he claims product is not yet delivered. Informed customer that product is return due to you number is not reachable. Customer said that his phone is always reachable and switch on. Apologized for inconvenience caused and please place fresh order and customer agreed. Hence closing the case.​
