Hi, I had ordered a pair of shoes through flipkart and it promised delivery within a week, after 4 days of order I receive a mail that the Item has been cancelled !!! & it states that your request for cancellation has been taken ... Can someone please explain me that how can my order be cancelled if I have not cancelled the same .. Is it some of your cheap tricks to make peoples order stuff on discount and cancel the same from back end ? Do let me know ...     Dear Sir, I purchased Moto G2 mobile from Flipkart It had a offer of 10% discount on purchase from Axis bank debit card Flipkart website showed offer is applicable to all Axis bank cards I ordered the phone from my uncles Axis bank debit card Flipkart haven't gave me any discount and on inquiry they are saying that offer is limited for some Axis cards which was never mentioned they havent proivided me the information as to which cards offer was not valid I have purchased the mobile from Flipkart mobile app Attached is the document of TnC

      I ordered oleva silk purse..The item is shipped and i got mail..The courier boy from manipal called and asked about address.He is not ready to do home delivery.He told to come to the road side and collect.Such an attitude he was showing.And directly he cancelled the parcel.Not satisfied with the courier facility.Courier name is Ekart Logistics, manipal branch.

      Hi i have ordered item from #flipkart .
      Item was shipped through ekart.
      It came to manipal hub on 28th feb. When i checked internet it is showing address pin code mismatch. But nobody informed till now.
      Same adress same pin code amazon delivered 3 items.
      If you cant deliver properly why you take the order?
      Many people complained about this.why ekart senior manager not taking action on this branch?

        Dear sir, I purchased a forme p6 mobile through order no. 0D[protected] with my SBI credit card on EMI. Which was faulty so i returned that phone & recieved the mail from flipkart that i will get my money back through orignal payment. but recently i checked my bank statement i foumd my bank is charging me & sending EMI's for that phone still. i confirmed from my bank than they told me that your seller is still charging to the bank for this phone. I requested many time on your customer care but still i didn't get a single call or resolution from you. Kindly Help me & solve my issue ASAP.

Also product details which is mention on packing showing duplicate of product. So its humble request to you kindly replace it or compensate that loss.             This mobile i have bought in Flipkart sale. Now the phone performace is very poor. I am not able to use this phone. 1) Phone geting over heat in short time 2) Phone Frequently getting Hang 3) Battery quickly getting Discharge without any usage. I have really upset to bought a such a phone in Flipkart sale. Please give me my money back for such a reasons. I belive Flipkart this is my first experience.                     My flipkart account email id is [protected]@yahoo.com, i have some amount in flipkart wallet. I have ordered some products and paid through flipkart wallet. But flipkart is canceling my orders again and again. I have also contacted flipkart customer care several times but did not get any satisfactory answer feom them, they said to order again and said to forward complained with more than a week days of waiting time to know the reason. Please take necessary steps to get the product using flipkart wallet amount. Thanks

                          I placed an order with Flipkart and they accepted the order, also received confirmation also. after few minutes I received a mail that, order is cancelled. when I called to customer care, they are saying, there is no stock. but still it is showing in stock. it is not showing as out-of-stock. Customer care executive saying that, you need to place a new order if needed. but in my previous order the amount already deducted. it will come back to my account only after 8 working days. if i order again, what is the guarantee that, I won't face same issue...executives are not giving proper justification on that, simply saying place new order if you want. order no.                               This is to inform the respected authorities that I had purchased an AMD FX 8320 Processor from Flipkart on 29.12.2014 and after one month i[censored]sage its not working. Earlier I had asked Flipkart about giving me the phone number of any AMD Service Center in Kolkata. They gave me two numbers one of which belongs to Rashi Peripherals. I asked there only to find they do not service AMD Products anymore. And the other number [protected] is invalid too. I am from Kolkata region and it will be helpfull if you all can provide me with a working phone number of the nearest AMD Service Center in Kolkata. My product is under warranty and I want to get my processor serviced as soon as possible if not replaced.                                   I placed an order on 30th of March on the 'Bookmark It' sale( Order ID_OD[protected]. On 1st of April I got an email stating that my request for cancellation for 4 of the items out of 9 was being processed. I had not requested for any cancellation so I called the customer care and inquired about it. He replied that the cancellation was requested by me. So I told him that I hadn't requested any cancellation and he said he couldn't do anything about it and I would have to order the product again. After that 2 more items showed as having been cancelled as the courier was unable to deliver the items. After that I again contacted the customer care but I didn't get any satisfactory response. I request you to please look into the matter. I would like to receive the items as I didn't cancel them( I wouldn't waste my time here if I had cancelled them myself). And the items that got returned to the courier problem shouldn't have showed availability in the first place. What's the point of showing available when they weren't, I could have ordered them somewhere else. Please send the items to me, I can provide another address. (I had ordered them as they were selling cheap, but what is the use when you cannot provide the items after showing such promising deals...expected better from Flipkart though). Hoping for a satisfactory response from your side!

I don’t need an apology but the items I ordered. And you didn't even reply to the part where my orders got cancelled and your customer care blaming me for cancelling them when I didn't cancel them.
                                  So, here I would again state the problems that I am facing:
                                  1) Some of the items in my order (Order Id=OD[protected] got cancelled and when I inquired, your customer care responded by saying that I had cancelled the orders when I didn't cancel them.
                                  So I want a solid reason for cancellation as I didn't do it and I don’t like you blaming it on me.

                                  2) The second problem was that two other items in the same order got cancelled as the seller (WS RETAIL) doesn't have delivery facility in the specified region as you mentioned in your response. Now this seems so absurd because other items in the same order is by the same seller and one of them has already reached and others are in transit. (Even in the subject of your email you mention that the seller has a delivery facility here). Even my friends have had orders delivered by WS Retail in this region. So please stop fooling me and kindly ship the items.

                                  3) When I was paying for Order Id=OD[protected], due to some reasons the amount was debited from my account but Flipkart showed as payment not received. It stated that if by any way payment was debited from my account it would be credited back to my account within 3-4 days. So I paid from another account and then the payment was successful. So it has already been three days today and I hope it would be credited to my account soon.

                                  I have had tremendous faith in Flipkart and I always believed that I would never face any problems. So after my orders got cancelled I thought it would get corrected but I was disappointed after talking to your customer care service. Then I searched on the internet and found many customers have faced similar problems like their order gets cancelled by itself and it shows user cancellation or after a promising deal is ordered it gets cancelled due to availability. Now I don’t know why you show them as available when the product is not. Flipkart your customers have tremendous faith in you as you have provided us an alternative to the neighbourhood shopping experience. You used to have excellent quality service but it seems that has changed since. I always believed that WS Retail was the best vendor you had and I always made a point to order from them. But after this order you have let my hopes down. I came across an article where the author rightly described the change that you have undergone from a customer friendly to a seller friendly market. I hope that you would do whatever it takes to instill my confidence back in you. I have done what I could have done on my behalf and I don’t want further trouble. So hoping that you come with an appropriate solution and not just an apology, because an apology is vague and incomplete if you do nothing to correct it.

They would be shipping the items and I would update this as soon as I receive them. As for the third issue they have asked me to contact the bank for it and I hope it would get resolved. So it has already been three days today and I hope it would be credited to my account soon.

                                  I have had tremendous faith in Flipkart and I always believed that I would never face any problems. So after my orders got cancelled I thought it would get corrected but I was disappointed after talking to your customer care service. Then I searched on the internet and found many customers have faced similar problems like their order gets cancelled by itself and it shows user cancellation or after a promising deal is ordered it gets cancelled due to availability. Now I don’t know why you show them as available when the product is not. Flipkart your customers have tremendous faith in you as you have provided us an alternative to the neighbourhood shopping experience. You used to have excellent quality service but it seems that has changed since. I always believed that WS Retail was the best vendor you had and I always made a point to order from them. But after this order you have let my hopes down. I came across an article where the author rightly described the change that you have undergone from a customer friendly to a seller friendly market. I hope that you would do whatever it takes to instill my confidence back in you. I have done what I could have done on my behalf and I don’t want further trouble. So hoping that you come with an appropriate solution and not just an apology, because an apology is vague and incomplete if you do nothing to correct it.

                                    Hi All, This is absolutely ferocious, when is it is a new order I Would have received it in 2 days but on the other hand for replacement I have to wait for that long I am not at all happy with this type of delay, since 24 hours the shipment is stuck in Mumbai what type of service you are running I was expecting the delivery today but seems it will not. I have no reason to rely on you for any purchase in future. I am will force my self to consider a new provider. The person on phone just left me on phone for minutes and went silent.. Not happy!!!                                         I am Darhit from Ahemdabad I was purchased a mobile Moto E(2nd Gen) from flip kart. The delivered hand set was not ok as which battery hitting, Handing phone. i will check phone with filp kart customer support services via smart check application. after check phone via smart check application another issue come in phone like not display name or phone number when comes incoming phone. i can open lock, goto home screen then goto all contact and then press back button then i receive/reject incoming call. I register a complain for replacement after a lot of traboolsuting step followed the problem could not be resolved by flipkart.then after they not agree to replacement of the set or refund. Customer care executive told me goto nearest Motorola service center but why i m goto service center because this problem generate by Customer care executive. i request for a refund but they are trieng to delay the matter . please help me
