I can’t believe that the service at flipkart are so pathetic
that they are not able to deliver the right product even after 4 exchanges . So
here’s my story goes …
I have ordered for a lipstick of PINK colour (Cranberry 060)
with order # OD[protected] However I got a bright RED colour (Non
Stop Red 510). Then I filed an exchange on the website and I received another
one but that’s again in RED colour . I denied to accept it and the courier guy
took it back . Then I called Customer service and spoke with Pappas Rao and he
filed an exchange for my another lipstick order and then I received a
BROWN colour, again I refused to accept it and then I called customer service
again and I explained the issue to Sandeep and he put me on hold for 15-20 min
and never came back and then again I called and spoke with Pappas Rao and
supervisor Anand Kumar, they assured me that this time it will be a PINK
colour as he can see a batch number which is assigned to a PINK colour is
dispatched, I received the lipstick today and to my horror it is again A RED
colour . I don’t understand that what is it happening ? Why I can’t get what I
ordered and for what I paid for and why do I have to go for all the harassment
I am now . This is not such a product that it is rarely available . I
don’t want to cancel my order, I don’t know from which vendor you are getting
this and I don’t care if that vendor has this shade or not . I want a PINK
colour, a PINK COLOUR, there is hell lots of difference between PINK and RED
and why am I getting RED colour again and again ?????
Called the customer service department, spoke with Kashyap
Kumar, he said that we can only refund the amount . Then I spoke with
supervisor Kamal Pezu and he assured that it will be delivered a right
product this time or they can refund me the money .Then he asked me to call
after 7p.m to check the status . I called at 9p.m and spoke with Yusuf Khan and
he was not ready to transfer me to his supervisor . Then I spoke with
supervisor Nawaz Pasha . He said that he is sending the email to his backend
office to check where is it going wrong .Please refer
to reference number for supervisor comments[protected] and[protected]. And
I have just checked my account that my replacement is cancelled . Can anyone
tell me what is it happening ?

Flipkart Customer Care's response The issue is escalated to the concerned team and we will update the customer about the resolution and close the complaint.
thnq sir..i got a call from flipkart after meeting you...they gave an ARN number and said that you must go to bank and ask for ARN number...i went to the bank and asked about that ARN number such that they said that no transaction has been done by flipkart into my account...& when im asking about this they are saying that transaction has been intiated...but exactly no transaction has been made by flipkart ..they are making fools about customers...pls take an action immediately..
