Item display with wrong amount when I tried to buy it is showing another amount. India is powerfull country, so I think it should not happened in right government. By this flipkart is trying to cheat the people that is the reason we should not encourage flipkart. Flipkart putting mental tension to people and wasting other times with wrong adds. I have each and every proof to take forward. This site will help us(common people).

      thnq sir..i got a call from flipkart after meeting you...they gave an ARN number and said that you must go to bank and ask for ARN number...i went to the bank and asked about that ARN number such that they said that no transaction has been done by flipkart into my account...& when im asking about this they are saying that transaction has been intiated...but exactly no transaction has been made by flipkart ..they are making fools about customers...pls take an action immediately..

            Hi, had ordered iPhone 6 (OD[protected] to present to someone on Birthday keeping enough buffer time in my mind to get the delivery before the date. I was started getting anxious when even after 3-4 days nothing was happening at the tracker. I called Customer Care to check on the status, to my amusement they said that Order was on hold giving some stupid excuse and that it will get delivered only after 10-15 days once the issue will get resolved. When asked they were not able to tell the problem!!!When I asked why it was not intimated to me, they had no answer to it. When asked to cancel the order they insisted that I should continue with the order. I think Flipkart (FK) is committing fraud and misrepresentation by keeping the high amount and minting interest on the amount which they receive instantly from the customer. Just calculate if FK do this to even 10, 000 customers, keep around 60k for 15 days and multiply with other products!!! (THINKING OF BILLION SALE) I am aghast with this act and approach of fleecing the customers and rolling back this profit to fool the customers by giving SALES!!!By this act of FK has played with my emotions and seriously dented my faith in the brand and lost one customer.I Keep in mind that arrogance has never won the battle! I condemn this act and shall raise at the highest level inside and out side the company.

              I can’t believe that the service at flipkart are so pathetic that they are not able to deliver the right product even after 4 exchanges . So here’s my story goes … I have ordered for a lipstick of PINK colour (Cranberry 060) with order # OD[protected] However I got a bright RED colour (Non Stop Red 510). Then I filed an exchange on the website and I received another one but that’s again in RED colour . I denied to accept it and the courier guy took it back . Then I called Customer service and spoke with Pappas Rao and he filed an exchange for my another lipstick order and then I received a BROWN colour, again I refused to accept it and then I called customer service again and I explained the issue to Sandeep and he put me on hold for 15-20 min and never came back and then again I called and spoke with Pappas Rao and supervisor Anand Kumar, they assured me that this time it will be a PINK colour as he can see a batch number which is assigned to a PINK colour is dispatched, I received the lipstick today and to my horror it is again A RED colour . I don’t understand that what is it happening ? Why I can’t get what I ordered and for what I paid for and why do I have to go for all the harassment I am now . This is not such a product that it is rarely available . I don’t want to cancel my order, I don’t know from which vendor you are getting this and I don’t care if that vendor has this shade or not . I want a PINK colour, a PINK COLOUR, there is hell lots of difference between PINK and RED and why am I getting RED colour again and again ????? Called the customer service department, spoke with Kashyap Kumar, he said that we can only refund the amount . Then I spoke with supervisor Kamal Pezu and he assured that it will be delivered a right product this time or they can refund me the money .Then he asked me to call after 7p.m to check the status . I called at 9p.m and spoke with Yusuf Khan and he was not ready to transfer me to his supervisor . Then I spoke with supervisor Nawaz Pasha . He said that he is sending the email to his backend office to check where is it going wrong .Please refer to reference number for supervisor comments[protected] and[protected]. And I have just checked my account that my replacement is cancelled . Can anyone tell me what is it happening ? I DONOT want a refund, I want my product a lipstick of PINK colour (Cranberry 060)

                With reference to my order reference OD[protected] on purchase of Lenovo A6000. This product has not been shipped to the address. They did not say anything before payment as there is no service to that address. Lateron they said order has been cancelled to due to lack of service to the at address. If there no service to that address then they suppose to send a notification for valid address change where they have the service. It seems, it's a one type of fraud like allowing the product purchase with out stock and finally saying no service to concern address. If this is not the case, Flipcart has to pay the interest to the costumer along with service charge on poor service. Regards, Devdas

                    I have ordered an SONY portable charger on 07/09/2014. The order number is ODA[protected]QDPN100. It is just been 6 months and the product is not anymore working. When I have took the product to authorised SONY service center, in the first sight itself they have said that the product is fake and it is not originally manufactured by SONY. I do not know what's happening with flip kart now a days. Even though many say flip kart sells fake product still I believed and purchased a product from you. And finally you guys proved that you are selling the fake product. Definitely I need my money back or I need a replacement with the original product.                       i ordered two products but only one of the them was delivered.I made the complain about the same & there is no assurance from Flipkart that, when it would be resolved. Customer care executives don't seem to be well trained to take the call. I had to call Flipkart for more than 5 times & every time there was a different process to be followed... s**it man...!!


                      The product (one of them ) delivered to me is really cheap in quality & even color is also completely different then what i ordered.


                      Looks like Flipkart is resorted to Shopclues ways of dealing customer(fraud/cheat)...

                                      I wanted to purchase "Lenovo A 6000" phone and I had registered myself for the purchase. I logged in at 1:44 PM for the sale which was beginning at 2:00 PM. At 2:00:01 it gives me an message that Phone is "Out of Stock". I immediately called up the call centre the flipkart executive says "Sorry Sir Phone is out of stock" I asked him how can the stock get over in less than a second? I also told him that I will escalate this matter to the CEO of your company, then he says, Sir I have bought once phone for myself you can take that phone and pay by cash. I told him give me the e-mail ID so that I can escalate the matter he then disconnects the phone. I again called the call Centre but the executive disconnected the call.

                                      I am very disappointed with Flipkart with this kind of behaviour.

                                        ir, This is to inform that tracking id FMPC[protected] against booking for Casio FX 991 ES, has been delivered without bill. The delivery man also checked the same & did not found the bill.He assure that by mistake it is fault of company. I tried more than 10 times to several no for providing the bill including your customer care centre. But no response / bill received till now. Delivery of any goods/products without bill is illegally and will render tmthe warranty null and void. Pl. Provide the same as i have made full payment against the order.
