Flipkart Order ID: OD[protected]. Order contains: Moto G 2nd Generation. I have received the above ordered item on 28th March, 2015. But when I power on the phone for the 1st time I have noticed a white spot on the centre of the display. Then I 1st contacted the Moto Care Centre. They replied me to contact Flipkart. Then I called the Flipkart Customer Care regarding this problem. They told me that a Flipkart executive will call me on the next day to troubleshoot the issue. They called me and told me to reset the phone. But this is a hardware issue and resetting the phone cannot solve it. But still I tried phone reset and issue not solved. Again they told me that a Flipkart executive will call me again on next day regarding this. In my case I have noticed that they are ignoring my issue. My phone's screen white spot issue is a hardware issue. Phone reset and any troubleshooting steps cannot solve it. So, Why they don't give me a Replacement? Under the Flipkart 30 days Replacement Policy, I have the Full Right to get the Replacement. So I kindly request you to accept my complaint and take proper action regarding this. Please mamage them to approve my Replacement Request and arrange a Pick-up as soon as possible. No more Troubleshooting. I have already tried all troubleshooting steps. But still My phone has the white spot on the screen. So now I want Direct Replacement as soon as possible. I hope a better response soon. Thank you. I have received the above ordered item on 28th March, 2015. But when I power on the phone for the 1st time I have noticed a white spot on the centre of the display. Then I 1st contacted the Moto Care Centre. They replied me to contact Flipkart. Then I called the Flipkart Customer Care regarding this problem. They told me that a Flipkart executive will call me on the next day to troubleshoot the issue. They called me and told me to reset the phone. But this is a hardware issue and resetting the phone cannot solve it. But still I tried phone reset and issue not solved. Again they told me that a Flipkart executive will call me again on next day regarding this.

In my case I have noticed that they are ignoring my issue. My phone's screen white spot issue is a hardware issue. Phone reset and any troubleshooting steps cannot solve it. So, Why they don't give me a Replacement? Under the Flipkart 30 days Replacement Policy, I have the Full Right to get the Replacement.

So I kindly request you to accept my complaint and take proper action regarding this. Please mamage them to approve my Replacement Request and arrange a Pick-up as soon as possible. No more Troubleshooting. I have already tried all troubleshooting steps. But still My phone has the white spot on the screen. So now I want Direct Replacement as soon as possible.

I hope a better response soon. Thank you.

    Last week I had specifically ordered flip cover for moto E 2nd generation mobile but flipkart sent me flip cover for moto E. flipkart employee took my mail ID wrong. I need the correct order of flip cover for moto E 2nd generation or refund AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

      This is regarding the problem I'm facing from your service center support. I'eve given my phone from the past 18 days, from since I havent got my phone. and yesterday when I went there, they told me my phone was ready, and they dint even inform me. And then comes the best part, the phone which they were giving me was not my phone!! my phone was clean and with no scratch before giving it to the service center but the phone which they were giving me yesterday had many many scratches and the screen guard was also torn. so I request you to give my phone back as I will not accept that phone! and please take a severe action on that service center. I beg for my phone.         I've purchase Xiomi Redmi Not 4G mobile phone. mobile have something problem like video camera, hangout, auto restart. I complaint 2 time complaint flipkart and 10-12 time call received from site but no solution given and Not given replacement guarantee to me. there are not given satisfied solution. please takeout process.

              This is to inform the respected authorities that I had purchased an AMD FX 8320 Processor from Flipkart on 29.12.2014 and after one month i[censored]sage its not working. Earlier I had asked Flipkart about giving me the phone number of any AMD Service Center in Kolkata. They gave me two numbers one of which belongs to Rashi Peripherals. I asked there only to find they do not service AMD Products anymore. And the other number [protected] is invalid too. I am from Kolkata region and it will be helpfull if you all can provide me with a working phone number of the nearest AMD Service Center in Kolkata. My product is under warranty and I want to get my processor serviced as soon as possible if not replaced. The order was placed on 25 thh march, 2015.I appreciate that you people have given the option to track the info online uts been three days no canges happend on my order. Only thing confirmed was may payment and order confirmation from the seller.Based on my terrlible past experiece with flipkart, Regarding the same I called gthe cx care to check with my order and askd if you people can expedeite this. She said On a priority base she would ship the order on 9 th which is mentioned on the website :D . For you people to ship the order it takes around 15 days where as every ships in 3-5 days . She also told me that there is a huge demand for that product that is the reason delay are happening. She proactively giving the option to cancel it thats the greatness of your cusomter care agents. I asked her to connect to the Supervisor, she came with the different version(trick) saying your might be cancelled because the product is not available with the seller (unfortuately you didnt give the option for customer to talk to seller) and she says if i want i can cancelled the order or after few days they. That sounds a like joke and you dont have value for your customers at all. This is not the first time when I placed the order for samsung grand long back I got the same verbiage and dialogues in the past. no change now. I would consider you people dont even bother. Here I have few things to say, >When the product is not available with the seller why do you have to keep it on website like it is available(why cant yo keep as out of stock like you used to do ) >Product is not available with the seller is wroinng information where I can check the same model stilll available on your website. as on today. > Your so called supervisor was rude in giving the explanation for the above statement, she says when it shows available what can I (suupervisor) do. > When I repeat the same statement she gave explanation that there was an from flikart side that is the reason it showed up like that. So when when it is your mistake whe sould customer have to face the problem. > If you think that there is a problem from you side we should be informed as soon as you charge us. You did not do so, for which I would like to ask you do wanna cheat me or trouble me ?. or she might have given me the wrong information. > Let us consider that there is a mistake that showed on your website, it your job to get it rectified change the order with the different seller or get it done from the same seller that is your problem why should cusomter face the problem. > When I asked for a resolution your flip kart cx care super visor gave me resolution of cancelling the order. that sounds funny to me instead of rectifying the problem troubling more. > If you people cancel the order I dont have any problem but I want the money to be credited on the same day. I do not want to wait for 8 working days as per your policy. Why should I wait. > When great flipkart service placed my call on hold for a long time i had caled snapdeal and paytm people about the prduct availblity they said product is available that can deliverble by tuesday yto the max if I placed the order today with the same price. and snapdeal have gone one step ahead and gave a chance to coomunicate with the seller that sonds great to me. . Finally your super promised that shhe ecaleted the to the concerened team where they can take necessary action so that product can be deilivered. She promised me that within fice hours i should recieve a call from them its been 7 - 8 hours . which give me a understanding of false promise to avoid the call or your service is poor. No one called me yet. Let me tell you clearly, I do not want to cancel the order and I need phone to be deilverable as soon as possible. If you people canceled the order i want the money to be refunded on the same day. I have also checked the online reviews on flikart roday mornind you started troubling goood number of people, and I am surprised to see that same verbiage or dailgues which I hear from your customer service. This is a second instance I am facing i am not going to leave this time . I have all the call recording too.. I can go to consumer court and all the socail foreums people should relaize how flikart is troubling people.                           Misselling by Flipkart. ordered a Tommy Hilfiger bag where it was advertised as 16 inch laptop backpack. Recieved it yesterday; wherein my 15.6 inch laptop does not fit. Please return my money. Order ID OD[protected]. Shocked by Flipkart using wrong information to sell products; truly disgusting. Called customer care, spoke to Tejas not helpful at all.He said do whatever you can, we are not replacing the product.

                            FAKE 30 DAYS RETURN POLICY BY FLIPKART I am a regular consumer of Flipkart from last couple of years, still facing tremendous from them. Purchased one Daikin AC on 18-Mar "OD[protected]", Delivered on 23-Mar. Through Flipkart logged Installation request to Daikin on 23-Mar "AMD[protected]". On 24-Mar, I got a message from Daikin informing about the service request, and provide local channel partner no. When I called they told, as I have purchased fron Flipkart not for their shop they will first complete their own customer installation. On 25-Mar, 2 Daikin Executive came and done partial installation and doesn't provide power connection, as they don't have enough wire. And collected Rs. 2000 as Installation charge. On 25-Mar Itself, I received a message from Daikin, stated that the service request is attended successfully, although it's not. On 26-Mar, same executive came and done some trick and collected Rs. 400 From my wife, and stated there is some problem in power, and he will come later. On 26-Mar, I called my Electrician to check the power, he found none of the wire is installed, also power is ok, they simply make us fool and gained Rs. 400. Till then, the person is not picking up the phone. And my hard earned money is displaying in front of me as a showpiece. Summary: I called Flipkart, and stated the entire story, neither the executive is interested to listen my problem, same time he asked me to wait another 2 days, also when I asked for refund, they told *t&c apply, and they can't help me any more. Now regretting, why I have done such a big purchase from Flipkart. If they can do this to a regular customer like me, what would happen for the other. This is the poorest after sales service, I ever had with Flipkart. WHAT WRONG WITH YOU GUYS, I ALWAYS APPRECIATE UR SERVICE, WHAT WENT WRONG?

                                i ordered a pair of nike shoe lunar tr 01 and recieved a totally diffent shoe in the box of nike lunar . The mrp of the shoe i called for is 7995 . Saw the picture on the site to recheck because i found it different looking and actually it was a different one . Box was shoe i ordered . I have been calling the customer care but not getting a proper response . This is the second time it is happening with me on flipkart . Last time it was a moto 360 watch . I keep telling them to replace my shoe with the one i ordered but they are not ready to do that . I have the recordings of the conversation i had with the customer care people and now i will have no option left but to go legal because i feel this is cheating

                                    my money is deducted from my account by INB Flipkart internet private which was Rs.11999 which I am paying from my internet banking..this morning I am trying to order my item and paid also through internet banking and deducted also after deducting the order items is not there in order cart and the messages is not coming in my email also. I don't know how it happened... from today I will not purchased anything from this site.. it was very disgusting... lastly when it would be refunded..

                                      sir, with due respect n honour, as a purchaser i had a couple of good link up with flipkart, but as in deep i truly never thought this day would come.As its is worth telling i have been cutting circular after another after another, given day after day, completed every document, confirmed every bank pages need but may request for refund is still on delay, its good to see 24*7 customer service but now iseec non respond well doesn't confirm or unreliable, as if they r programed to tell what is been told. Its my experience over this passed days, being a normal customer, belonging to a middle class backgroung and d citizen of India, i just claim what is mine, plz refund the money as soon as possible.with regard n thankful to look into this matter as soon as possible n refund the amount. ordered on 10th march, transaction on 13th march 2015 item electronic nikkon dslr d3200 mine phone no.                                         Hello, I am Titas Roy, ordering two moto g2 from FlipKart. But one order is cancelled and it is came in my mail that, "We would like to inform you that we have processed your cancellation request for the following items in the Order OD[protected] :". But I am not cancelled it. I called to their customer care and asked why it is cancelled they replied that as I ordered same two product so they need to verify and they are not able to reach my cell no. So it is cancelled. But for this I loose INR 3000 as that product is under some discount. One funny thing in the process of FlipKart is there I did not found any mailing system from the app though it is there a section where user can mail. But that button is not working.
