I got a time from technical committee at 3:51 PM today.
But the committee could not call me timely. After some time when I was busy at some other call then he would call me. That time I was busy hence a message I got that next day at 2.00 PM committee will call me. Why so? They should try timely to customer because we can wait your call only said time. I have no more time to receive your call beyond said time. So please earlier call me to to provide quick service to me.

Spoke to customer on his alternate number '[protected]'. Customer complains that laptop display is not clear and its mentioned glare display and dell service center stated that the model is like that only and it is not defective. So informed customer to visit the authorized Dell service center and get a Jobsheet/acknowledgement to validate if the said product is defective and then we can arrange for a replacement only. Customer agreed, Service center details provided and also e-mail sent to customer.

    Dear Consumer Complaint, Greetings from Flipkart.com!!! Spoke to customer regarding the post, he complains that the product he has received is defective and damaged.!! Informed him that replacement is created and informed him the same. Requested him to ship the defective product to the warehouse, once the same is received at the warehouse we will deliver the replacement. Customer is very adamant and not at all ready to ship the product. He want the product to be picked up from a different address and the same is updated. Informed customer that we will replace the product and arrange for a pick up manually. Customer agreed. Thank you.

      Hi I ordered a Sony CP-F10L Portable Power Supply on 19th of jan and got it delivered on 27th jan . OD[protected] . The product was not working fine so i called your customer care and they told me to visit sony service center . The Sony guy told me that THE PRODUCT IS FAKE, which came as a surprise to me . I would like to file a complaint for the same .This should be last product from flipkart . I didnt know that you guys sell fake products .           complaint for defective goods deliver sir i am practicing advocate of mumbai high court and have good reputation before my wife i had placed the order for special occasion of valentines day you had delivered the microwave oven whirlpool 20 ltr but i had check the only oven but stater kick for making idli is damage, the delivery boy didnt give us the opportunity to check the whole kit as he was in a hurry and hence i am unable to prepare the food so kindly reply in 24 hours in i had placed the order to give gift my wife for 14/2/2015 occasion but due to this i had suffer mental agony and i immediately contacted your customer care but after receiving the payment they refused to replace the same hence there is no use for purchase of the same in special occasion hence i call upon you to replace with in 24 hours the same in event i have no alternate to approach the consumer court for seeking damage of Rs 10, 00, 000/- due to your intentional misconduct my impresion before my wife is ruined and my whole vlentines day is spoilt. now she dienies to accept this gift as broken things cannot be gifts. and my sentiments are hurt which are priceless. i am ashamed of this misconduct. now after looking at this damaged gift my wife says she dosent want to stay with me as she considers this to be the cheapest approach towards her. my full marriage life is ruined because of your intentional piece. please replace the kit with an appology letter to my wife else i will have to claim damage claim against you in civil court as well as consumer court. a separate legal notice by speed post will be sent soon to your office.

                I placed the order for Dinner set @ Flipkart.I received the product of incorrect specifications, so I cancelled the order and claimed for refund as per the guidelines specified by the site.The Customer Care asked my Bank a/c No. & IFSC Code for refunding the amount, I have given them, but they are'nt responding to my message and initiating the refund, I'm receving the message daily as I did'nt submit the details for initiating the refund.I contacted them many times, but they are telling the same that I did'nt send the details.I need action immediately regarding this.

                  I am really disappointed with the service especially with the repayment . I was asked to share my statement which is of no use. I asked them what is use of statement they me they will check with my bank and finally reverted me to contact the issuing bank. This should have been done at the first instance . Turn around time which they took to respond resolve to contact the bank was ten days. Stop annoying us and do not try to be oversmart and over play You are not going to help us any more. I decided and advised my family members not to buy from flip kart any more.

                      Now I got to know that flipkart is simply interested into pushing (not selling) products to customer.I feel you guys are not bothered to serve customers!!Why my return shipment is not picked up by ekart/flipkart - I want the answer!!When got no response from flipkart/ekart,

                                I have purchased a lenovo laptop G50-70 through FLIPKART online today 13.02.15. I found some mismatch after received my laptop.

                                1- Warranty period is 248 days shown in my system, which is lesser than 1 year.

                                2- Received Laptop & Invoice from WS Retail in the invoice no Dealer Stamp/Seal in mail. But while registration for Warranty at Lenovo they not registering due dealer seal /Stamp is not in the invoice.

                                      Reg : Order with Flipkart.com [OD[protected]] Mi4 16GB @ 19, 999/- Registered email Id [protected]@gmail.com Mobile No.: [protected] Mi4 16 GB mobile was received by me on 11 Feb 2015. As per Product Accessory List mentioned in Warranty booklet following items are included Earphone, Charger, Power Bank & Battery (scanned copy attached). Sorry to say in the box 2 items - Earphone and Power Bank were missing. Your customer care executives are saying that this mobile is without these items... Like charger even Earphone is the most basic requirement of a mobile phone. Exclusion of a basic item from such premium mobile is not acceptable. All branded and local mobile companies are giving earphone with the cheapest and highest value mobiles. Its like mobile without a battery & charger. Without mention charger, battery and earphone are expected with all types of mobiles. In fact Good Brands are giving additional items also like flip cover etc. If Mi is not giving the most basic item of a mobile it should have been mentioned in bold in product specifications in your website. When we are shopping online its your duty to make your customer aware of every detail of the product in writing.

                                        Flipkart Customer Care's response
                                        ​Called on this number ​[protected], he said that he not the person and it was wrong number and he complaint about Flipkart so sent email to customer asking for correct phone. Hence closing the case.
