I bought a HTC desire 816g mobile from flip kart, there was end no. of issues with the first product i received than i complained they said they will send a replacement which they did, they promised me that the replacement they will send would be quality checked and better but the product they send is damaged and nothing is working fine with the device, i complained again to flip kart and they are not able to send me a replacement or refund my money back instead they are asking me to go to a HTC service center, which is not a policy of flip kart 30 days replacement or refund.I just need the refund now, fed up with flip kart and the way the representative speak to a customer. Literally was behaving like i have done something wrong and ordering me to go a service center. I have paid full amount to get the phone and now i don't have a phone to use. Please help me. Worst experience with flipkart will never buy anything from flipkart.

      Purchased a Philips 40PFL5059 LED TV from the 5000 Series from Flipkart and was delivered on 28th Dec 2014 Sunday. Flipkart Advertises that the Installation and Demo of the Tv is done within 48 hours from the delivery of the product. I received a text message from Flipkart saying you have been booked for the same and that i will be receiving a call from the manufacturer.This was false since i did not receive any call from anyone regarding this matter. As i made a complaint against this i was Emailed that wait for 2 more days, you have been placed on priority basis. Well, 5 business days have passed but there have been no calls from the manufacturer and also no real assistance form Flipkart. I am not sure how serious Flipkart is about their customer service but one thing is for sure that Flipkart is false advertising their services and no real effort is been made to rectify their mistakes. By the way, i am still waiting for my Installation and Demo as my TV is lying in my living room waiting to be mounted on the wall.

        Hi I have ordered HP KY619 3 Button USB 2.0 Optical Mouse on 12 December 2014 in flipkart through Net banking .it costs Rs 375. i cancelled the order on the same day itself. at the time i received a message like this your order was cancelled and Rs 375 will be refunded within nexxt 5-7 days.on 17th december 2014 again i spoke with them regarding money not refunded to my account.they told me the information which we provided on 12th december 2014 is wrong . it will take again 7 business day then again i spoke with them on 26th december they told me amount will be refunded within 31st december 2014. but still also they didn't refund my money .This is the order ID: OD[protected] .i feel great dissppointment with flipkart anymore.flipkart is very very Wrost Service providing .i never seen a such kind of .they are big cheats.

        ​Spoke to customer, he claims that he cancelled the order on the same day but till now he didn't get the refund​. When checked the refund is done from our end and informed customer to check with the bank and if you didn't received the amount please get back and will escalate this issue to concern team.

          I purchased a Samsung 21L microwave oven today from flipkart.com When i opened the package and took out the thermocoil on top, the glass used for microwave cooking came out with it, fell down and broke. When i brought this to the notice of flipkart personnel on phone, they informed me that i shouldn't have opened the package until the technician from Samsung came. This was not informed to me either by the delivery person or any flipkart communication. The flipkart employee informed me that this information is present in their website. The consumer cannot be expected to read the website everytime he or she makes a purchase. Morever, even when i told them that i will pay for the glass, they said that i've to buy it from any Samsung outlet. Now, my new microwave is useless unless i buy this spare part. regards, Sumanth

            I had booked my order 'Redmi 1s' through Flipcart.com on 23rd of December 2014 after paying fully through credit card. My Order ID is OD[protected]. The speed post tracking number is EK[protected]IN. I have still not received my order as on 2nd January 2015. I have serious doubts about receiving my order in good condition by the stipulated date of 3rd January 2015. I came to know through your website that my order was dispatched by speed post on 24th December 2014; beyond that my consignment is traceless. I have also checked with my local post office and found that the consignment has not reached there. I have been doing online purchases through other platforms like 'Amazon' successfully and this is my first experience with Flipcart, which has been terribly bad. I also fail to understand why Flipcart uses the typical 'sarkari' speed post system, instead of a reputed courier, which is not used nowadays by any body. I have been touch with your customer care representatives regularly and what I get is only lip service without any satisfactory answer to my problem. Gradually, I have developed a negative perception about the quality of services being provided by Flipcart, before entering into a long term business relationship. In view of above, may I expect receipt of my order in good condition or a response from you at least.             I wonder they would have mentioned you the expected delivery date, they will surely reach your product on or before that,
            Kindly please have a bit patience.
            While it would have been much better if you call up and confirm with them, since its only Flipkart.com who will be able to help you out to sort this issue.

                  the complete feature and specification of the product is unavailable in the website because of this the product delivered in not meeting the requirement .We order a Baby toy in flipkart via order no OD[protected] because the specification of the product is unavailable we presumed that it is automatic driven engine when the product was delivered it is manually driven train.We immediately called customer care the response was poor & I requested them to provide me a exchange with another products which they completely neglected.I bought a product which I am least interested Kindly either refund my money or exchange it for a better product I am ready to pay the bare the excess.Kindly resolve immediately.

                    Dear Sir/Madam, I had ordered a MICROMAX TV having model number 40T2810FHD on 24/12/2014 and the delivery of product was done on 26/12/2014. That was on time. The delivery crew was filling up a form and was asking us few questions and Noting it. Crew asked us to install the TV by company person or by ourselves(customers only) and we successfully choose by option COMPANY PERSON. And the crew confirm that the person for installing this TV will come within 48 hrs. But unfortunately by today's date (31/12/14) those company person for TV installation didn't come and we (my family) are suffering, calling customer care, complaining them but still installation is not done, no action has been taken from company to fix it. Whenever we call customer care they only give fake and dummy promises stating that within 24 hrs your TV installation will be done. Sir please help us.I am here to register a complain against FLIPKART and MICROMAX companies regarding extreme delaying and for not providing the facilities on which I have right to be satisfied by the companies. It's my extreme request to consider my complain, accept my petition and do necessary.

                      i i have recently purchased a Sony xperia C through flipkart recently. therefore wanted to order another item from flipkart which was more expensive than the previously ordered item. I was shocked to hear through your customer service personnel that the mobile cannot be returned/replacement.This is the first time i heard that such a reputed online shopping website that is competing with others like Amazon and indiatimes shopoing has a no refund/ return policy on my item. The customer care exective Mr Rahul telling me that there is somewhere written in the website that my item is non returnable but there lies my questions a. Why was this not highlighted at the time of purchase? As a customer, i could have consciously chosen whether to purchase or not? b. How can an item which is unpacked and not even opened cannot be refundable? Others like Amazon offer 10day return policy with full refund on all electronic items and 30 days for others? c. As a customer, am i expected to invest that much of time that I should read the fine lines somewhere on the wesbite or rather find the return/ refund policy hasslefree? I am sure that i am not expected to read everything on the website - i am in no way becoming your website analyst, am i? I am extremely dissapointed with this - my item is an expensive item which cannot be reused. i would like to receive a response on my complaint and i am pretty sure that you have made me frustrated enough to not buy anything from flipkart any further in the future. Also, i would not be advicing my friends and all over the world and family to buy anything from fliparkt unless i get a full refund for my product.                       Not get any good response from flipkart.very very bad service, if they not respond me best I will never ordered from this website and I suggest my friends n ol over the world not ordered from this site, if they resolve my problem then I wil updated in the site.so pls safe guyz.
                      Not got any solution from flipkart.i will never shop from flipkart and flipkart electronic hub seller.

                        I ordered a Farenheit Wayfarer Sunglasses (color:violet) with 'black and blue' frame at Flipkart on the 21st of December, 2014 (Order: OD[protected]. I received a 'black and red' framed sunglass from Flipkart. I registered a replacement request (Return ID:[protected] immediately. The replacement item that I received was also 'black and red' framed sunglass. I immediately requested a refund (Return ID:[protected] for the sunglass, since I had been delievered the wrong product twice in a row. The refund request was refused by the seller for reasons unknown to me. I tried calling up the customer care. The executive put me on hold for over 30 minutes and then disconnected the call. I wrote a mail to [protected]@flipkart.com, explaining the situation involving the sunglass, but have received no reply so far. This, in my opinion, clearly construes a breach of seller-customer trust. Flipkart is refsuing to take responsibility for selling a wrong product.

                                Look attached file on below the image showing time of order canceled and conformed. Even I paid for the product with in given time throught debit card after taking money from bank got message from flipkart order successfully placed reach home by jan 09 2015. Later few minutes canceled by seller i callled customer care of flipkart replying " I don't know sir why seller cancel your order" and not getting proper answers from them made a call 5 times For a refund of money they take 5 to 6 days but just a minute they canceled my order

                                  Hi, I am Aniruddha Naik, email:[protected]@gmail.com I have registered for the Xiaomi note 4G sale on 30 Dec 2014 and successfully booked and placed the order for the device today on COD on the name of Sreeraj Nair my friend. Order ID: OD[protected] Within 15 mins I got the email stating that the order is cancelled as they could not reach my number. While I didn't receive any call from flipkart for the order confirmation. I called the customer care for the issue. The customer representative said that the order was cancelled because of some technical issue. I asked them to speak to a senior. The senior said that the order was cancelled because I have ordered more than 3 electronic tech devices from flipkart from same account. I told them is this the reason for the order cancellation. the rep said yes and asked me to place the order from a new email address. I said this is not acceptable. Is it my fault that I bought more electronic devices from the same account and there is no such description written on any website stating that a person cannot order more than 3 electronic items from same account. Eariler also they cancelled my COD order for MOTO G2nd gen for the same reason. Order ID: OD[protected] Now I have to re register for the next sale from another account and wait till 2 pm on 6th Jan to buy the device. I am a genuine regular customer for Flipkart. I think the service is pathetic from Flipkart. I am highly dissatisfied. I really need a compensation for the same.

                                    I ordered a Moto-E on 14th December and Flipkart promised to deliver it by 30th December but still have not recieved it. I also received a mail on 16th December that it has been dispatched via Blue Dart with Shipment Tracking ID: [protected] but when I tried to track it, it gave an error "Numbers Not Found - [protected]". Kindly look in the matter. This was not expected, especially from Flipkart, which is known for Fast Delivery services.

                                        I booked my order with you against order no. OD[protected]. The consignment of the good was sent by you through Delhivery Courier against their tracker no. "awb[protected]". I received sms on 27 December that the consignment is out for delivery and will reach me shortly. I repeatedly contacted Delhivery people on their phone no. [protected] however, every time I was given assurance that the consignment is on the way however, it has not yet reached me after a lapse of 3 days. Please look into the matter and ensure that the delivery of consignment is made today i.e. on 30.12.2014. The poor services rendered by the Delhivery people are very pathetic and you are loosing a customer like me who will think twice to book order with your couriers are lazy and making fun with the customers.                                         Spoke to customer, He wanted to cancel the order because of the delay, Informed customer to provide us some time so that we can update the status on the delivery, Customer agreed to wait till tomorrow.
                                        I am writing to issue a complaint regarding a recent product wich I ordered from flipkart on 29th Feb. On 3rd March I recived a message stating the product is out for delivery.
                                        I called at your customer service center for four times but so far did not get any solution of my problem. Though I shop many times from Flipkart but never faced this kind of trouble ever.
                                        When contacted on the number provided in the message the 1st agent was not of much help to me, 2nd agent garrenteed me the delivery in the in end of the day, talked with the same person again said the samething, the 3rd agent to whom i spoke was nither of any help infact he was being anoying, and was arrogent.
                                        I request you to kindly look into the matter and resolve my problem as early as possible.
