Hi, When ordering a sunglass on 22 Dec 2014, at first time my payment failed but money debited from my account. Though i had to pay again to order the piece. Flipkart said that i'll get the refund after 6-7 days. But even after 15 days i didn't. Then i again filed a complaint on their customer care after which they again gave me another date of 13th Jan. But still no success. I just keep getting mails saying your problem is notified to their concerned team. Then they even requested my bank account statement which i mailed them which clearly show that the amount was not refunded. Now i gave up. Please take a look at my concern.     I've registered for Booking of Online purchase of Redmi IS mobie through Flipkart on 06.1.2015 notification given on 13.01.2015 at 5.00 Pm booking will be started . At right 5 pm i'm trying to book Mobile but in few second it is shown out of Order .. this means that Online Site ( Flipkart ) intentionally created market value for this particular product.

      I have ordered Redmi 1S at 5pm 13th Jan 2015, " You’ve already purchased one Redmi 1S Successfully added your Redmi 1S to cart! Please proceed to complete your order. You can complete the payment process by 10PM on 13th January, 2015 (Today). But when i clicked "View Cart" there are no items in the cart "There are no items in this cart. " What is the meaning of this...???

      When i ordered Redmi 1S through flash sales at 2pm, it displayed successful and congratulations message. But when i clicked the cart icon, the item wasnt there...so tried a lot of time in the mean time logging off and logging in through various devices but could nt find the product so i have raised a complaint...finally in the evening i have seen the product listed in the cart...but couldnt update it on ConsumerComplaints website...The Problem is resolved the wanna close the complaints since its been resolved. Thank You

          I got a flipkart gift voucher from my brother so i thought of buying something on flipkart, so i did. I bought a watch order id : OD[protected] but the next day it got cancelled and my voucher amount got added to the flipkart wallet. so then i called flipkart and they said they are having some technical problem so they said try after some while, and so i did but again it got cancelled order id : OD[protected]. then after this i called again then they said i should try to buy something else as there is some problem in this product. So i did this time i waited a few days and bought a Philips headphone order id: ODA[protected]AQINB00 and then the same thing happened the order got cancelled. i tried it ordering something else the next day and the same thing happenend, i called flipkart again this time they said change ur email address and phone number . So i did changed my name, email and phone number and tried ordering after few days and it still got canclled. so i got irriated and toild them to give me a refund or another voucher and they told me for a refund you need to tell the preson who gave you the voucher to contact flipkart and so my brother did and they were like we cant refund vouchers, and they cant help us. After around 4 months i thought lets try again and a so this time i again changed the name email and phone to my sister's name and even the shipping address to my sister's office address and i ordered a mousepad yeasterday but still again my order got cancelled. So now you tell me how am i going to get my money back or my voucher back as flipkart is cancelling all my orders and everytime i call they have some new story. below are the orders that got cancelled OD[protected] OD[protected] OD[protected] ODA[protected]AQINB00 ODA[protected]EHOKI00 OD[protected] OD[protected] OD[protected] OD[protected] i have even attached a screenshots of few ordres cancelled

            I ordered one pair of boots from flipkart first on 25 dec.order no. OD[protected] and delivery date is on or before 31 Dec. but i did not get my order i registered my first complaint on 1 jan 10:18 am and got reply that your order will be deliver to you in 2-3 day but still did not get my product. Then i again register complaint on 6 jan. this day flipkart cancelled my order without my permission just and mailed me that your order is cancelled and requested to do a fresh order. Then i again made a order on 6 jan. order no.OD[protected] whose delivery date is 13 jan but when i chcked status of my order it is still in Delhi. Means again in stage of non-delivery. Company is doing nothing but harassing costumer. i want to register a complaint against company and i never recommend my friend circle to buy product from this site moreover i will tell everybody not to purchase from this fraud site.

            after posting my concern on this site yesterday (13 jan 2015) i got call from flipkart that your order will be deliver to you with in 24 hours
            but as company unable to be there on words they today (14 Jan2015) again called me told me to wait for 48 hours more...
            Worst online shopping site i have ever seen...

                      Sir, I have ordered Eureka Forbes Quick Clean DX Vacuum Cleaner 16 December, 2014 1:48 PM( Order no is OD[protected] this order was delayed .They informed me, order delayed due to an unforeseen transit related issue.they cancelled following items and initiated the re-shipment on Fri, 2nd Jan12:13 pm.and I will receive my shipment by Friday, Jan 16, 2015.thats what they informed me, my order is not DELIVERED by the latest estimation displayed in the website. In invoice the battery serial # was different from serial # printed in the battery. even the size of the battery is bigger which is not getting placed in the mobile too.                                   I had purchased a Moto G (First Generation) mobile set through Flipkart on 23rd Aug 2014 for Rs. 12, 089/- vide Order ID:OD[protected];Order Date:[protected]; Invoice Date:[protected]. Barely 4 ½ months after purchase it started malfunctioning without any rime or reason. The calls were automatically going to unwanted subscribers while trying to contact a particular subscriber. Even while setting the Alarm, it would not stay at a particular point but automatically move to other point. I lodged a complaint with Flipkart. Initially they tried to resolve the issue by directing on the phone through their technician and factory restore was done. The malfunctioning did not get rectified.Again a call was made, this time Flipkart washed their hands off stating the warranty of 30 days was over. Hence I should get in touch with Motorola. Accordingly I contacted the Motorola toll free No.[protected]. They then told me to download the App RESCUE+ for Android.The technician gave certain directions on phone, which was carried out. It appeared that the mobile was alright but after 5 minutes it started malfunctioning again. Thereafter on contacting Motorola they suggested me to take it to a Service Centre. Accordingly I took the product to OM COMMUNICATION in Uttam Nagar, New Delhi. They took about 1 hour and gave me the phone saying they had reloaded the software and the phone would now work properly. On reaching home when I checked the phone in detail, the same problem was there. On contacting Motorola now and narrating the call centre executive I was suggested to take the phone to their better Service Centre in Okhla. Accordingly the phone was taken to ENSURE SUPPORT SERVICES INDIA LTD, OKHLA PHASE- 2 on 07/01/2015.After checking the phone I was informed by Mr. Jitender, technician that there was an INTERNAL CRACK in the left bottom side of the touch screen. The touch screen therefore has to be changed which will have to be paid for. I then rang up Mr. Praveen Kumar, Regional Head of Motorola in Delhi on 07/01/2015 and apprised him of the entire progress. He spoke to Mr Jitender, Technician and informed me that he could not help me out and I would have to pay the cost of the touch screen amounting to Rs.4775.66.He was totally unconcerned and indifferent to my problems and the difficulties I was undergoing.Such attitude is not expected out of a Regional Head of an MNC like MOTOROLA. Nevertheless, I thereafter deposited the phone against Work Order No.DEL/MG/14/01490 on 07/01/2015. It was collected on 09/01/2015 and payment of Rs. 4775.66 was made vide Invoice No. DEM00274 Dated 09/01/2015. The phone is presently functioning alright. In view of the above, I have the following submissions to make:- (a) How did the phone started malfunctioning without any rime or reason just after 4 ½ months of purchase? (b) When shown to an authorized sevice centre at UTTAM NAGAR, NEW DELHI why did they not point out the INTERNAL CRACK IN THE TOUCH SCREEN ? (c) The INTERNAL CRACK IN THE TOUCH SCREEN IS NOT VISIBLE WITH NORMAL EYES to a layman. Only an Authorised Technician can detect it. (d) It appears that Flipkart is handing out Motorola phones with some inherent technical problems. Hence, it is requested that I be reimbursed the amount of Rs.4775.66 at the earliest, otherwise MOTOROLA and Flipkart are likely to earn a bad name. I would also like to mention that the Motorola Service Centre named OM COMMUNICATION in Uttam Nagar, New Delhi is grossly sub standard and not at all in keeping with MOTOROLA. One feels appalled in visiting such service centres in the Capital. Please do something about it. Col Gurung Mob: [protected]

                                    the charger I got with my redmi note 4g is very loose I have to spend a lot of time in connecting it with my MI phone... Also the phone can't read my sim card contacts... The note is not satisfactory... can the charger at least be replaced... I am having a lot of trouble using it... You can see how small the Jack is...                                         Hi, I am sohail bought a phone Asus with the email id :[protected]@gmail.com, Order ID : OD[protected]. The phone sent is not upto the expectation as the camera rear and front both are not working. Furthermore the phone doesn't have the headphones, battery charger and usb cables. As the phone is not upto the expecation looking forward for the urgent money refund which I have paid on the cash on Delivery. This is now frustrating, I am totally pissed off with the poor service of Flipkart. This is also affecting my daily work schedule and also leading to physical and mental harrasment. I will escalate this upto the higher hierarchy till the time the refund won't get credited to my account. Looking forward for the positive response. Regards, Sohail Equbal Mob: [protected]

                                        ​ ​Spoke to customer, he claims that ​ phone sent is not upto the expectation as the camera rear and front both are not working. Informed customer will escalate this issue to concern team and they will provide to replacement. Customer said that already someone called said that refund will given so he is waiting for his call and he said will talk to him only. Hence closing the case.
