i bought a phone A&K C300. wastage of money in this product, sound quality is very poor, headphone is missing charger is damaged, when i called customer care i said i want another phone, i dont want to buy A&K phone, i want nokia 105 than she said maam mai kuch nhi kr sakti aapko replacement me A&K c300 hi milega, and her attitude was very bad . i said i, i dont want my money back . u transfer my money in my wallet than i buy a phone of my choice. these company are not cooperative, and these people are not solve my problem.. please resolve my problem

    I had already talked to many personnel in Flipkart and also requested for replacement of phone Moto G2 which I had bought around 27th December 2014, as it has severe issue regarding its battery which gets drained out in 6-7 hours without using Internet & phone calls (i.e. it remains idle for 4-5 hours out of 6-7 hours). I had conversion with Flipkart customer executive but he resolved problem saying this is not genuine problem and wanna me to prove by getting certificate from motorola customer service center which is very much far away from my home. I am certainly not getting that what is use of their 30 day replacement policy. If customer is not satisfied with the product and product have certain defects then why he need to prove its problem on the other hand Amazon, eBay well known e-seller are giving at least replacement without asking their customer to prove the problem. Motorola mobiles are exclusively sold by flipkart only so how customer come to know that all android apps won't work on this Android phone, so how can you say this phone Android phone. This phone would have used its own operating system in which only that application will appear which gone run properly on it. This is totally ridiculous if some phone shows application which you install and then you come to know that this is unsupported app for this phone. I would request consumer complaint forum to please resolve my prolonged problem as early as possible. If possible then Flipkart should first credit amount of this phone to customer wallet as these are extremely unavoidable problems or the last resort is to replace it with new one.

On 15.01.2015 Flip kart sent me massage that the bill will be sent within 24 hours of delivery on my registered email. Also User Mannual was missing in the box. Still the Bill and User Mannual not received. Please provide me its Bill and User Mannual.

On 15.01.2015 FLIP KART sent me massage that Redmi Note 4G shiped at Jan. 2015 the invoice will be sent within 24 hours of delivery on my registered email. Also User Mannual was missing in the box. Still the Bill and User Mannual not received. Please provide me its Bill and User Mannual.

      I lodged this complaint on 24.01.2015 and received massage from MOBILE No. [protected] on the same day at 08:20 PM that the bill is being sent on my mail ID very shortly. Today is 28 Jan.2015. Still I have not received the bill and User Mannual. My E-mail id is "[protected]@gmail.com." I also send message to Flip Kart on their mail ID [protected]@FLIPKART.co but the mail was received back with the remarks "the recipient server did not accept our request". What is the purpose of this mail ID.

          i bought a Microsoft Lumia 535 from Flip kart which happens to have very flimsy case cover . When i contacted flip kart and said this not what i needed? i contacted Flip Kart CC all they said is there is no exchange and there is nothing they can do about it.. There is no 30 days replacement warranty for those who buy the product from certain vendors. Then why di they tell me 30 days replacement warranty. i thought Flip kart was giving a excellent customer service. but now i had to change my view on that. I do not have the control on which vendor is supplying the product to me. If anyone from Flip Kart cares about the customer service, they got to do something about this. [protected].

            I Ordered Sony MDR-XB30EX Extra-Bass Stereo Headphone(Black) through flipkart. Order ID: OD[protected] Seller: HeartySibling Order Date: 21 December, 2014 6:10 PM delivered on 26th December, 2014 1:13 PM but its not a genuine sony product. build quality and sound quality are very very bad. there is no specified qualities like tangle free serrated cord, gold plated 3.5 mm jack, hybrid silicon ear buds... and can see some glue is pasted on many parts of it..the parts all are very poor quality. there is a logo of sony but its duplicate... i paid RS 1099/- at 50% off for this product through debit card.its a big value for me . i requested to returning this duplicate product and cashback on customer care of flipkart . but they are not responding to my request. So please return this product and return my cash back

              Vijayalashsmi cooker 7.5lt with reference to order no OD[protected], the cooker was delivered on 23.01.2015, before the due date 28.01.2015. Thanks for the same. But the message i received was the mat will be delivered by Bodella Rajinikar cell no[protected]. But actually mat was delivered by some other person whose cell no is [protected]. I told him to deliver after 1 pm, since no person was there in the house at that time. But he refused. The material you have dispatched is manufactured in feb 2013. You have delivered old stock and the warranty card does not have stamp of purchase and date. In case of problem how to address. If you have told me that you will deliver old stock i would not have ordered. Please solve my problem immediately. Regards avramesh

              Spoke to customer and gave him options for refund or replacement as the delivery box shows manufactured in 2013 and manual shows 2 years warranty from the date of manufacture. However, customer said will consult with his family and get back. So provided customer care number with e-mail address to reach us and closing the case.

                I had purchased a 10000 mah sony power bank model CP-F5/LC/ULA for Rs.1499/- from FLIPKART delivered on 19.01.2015. My order no is OD[protected] and tax invoice no is 2835. When I tried to put a USB cord in the charger port for the first time, the whole USB port went inside the power bank. When contacted the Sony Service centre as per the instructions of FLIPKART customer care represenatative, he informed that the said power bank supplied to you is "duplicate" and not a original sony make. We have also showed the same to Sony India Pvt.Ltd Main service center at Andheri East, who too confirmed the same and showed certain logos and marks on the box which proves it to be duplicate. They instructed us to take up the matter with FLIPKart authorities as the said duplicate power bank was supplied by FLIPKART and not purchased from authorised sony center. We request you to please take up the matter of said Power Bank backqith FLIPKART and pay back Rs.1499/- paid by me . It is very surprising that a online shopping site like FLIPKART is supplying the goods without checking its genuineness while getting it from the suppliers. This not only malignes name of FLIPKART but also a reputed company like Sony India P Ltd. Please take up necessary steps to make good the loss borne by me and refund the said amount at the earliest. with regards, ADITYA KELKAR [protected]

                    This is the ever third class service i received. I purchased a micromax 40inch LED TV from flipkart on 21st jan and its delivered to me on 23rd jan at 1pm (before an expected delivery of 6pm). I am really very much happy with this fast shipping of my product. But when i called to flipkart for my TV installation on 23rd at 1pm he (Mr. Tarekh ) said that your installation will be done on 24th (100% he says). Mr.Tarekh (flipkart executive) he gave me a number and said call on this number[protected] for tv insatallation) on 24th. The number was for BSNL number change service (what a nonsense), when i called back to flipkart regarding this they says that it your installation will be done on 26th jan (remember they have 2days installation policy) I dont think that they will do this on 26th (Republic Day, a national holiday) So my TV delivered on 23rd jan and they will do installation on 27th jan (4 days) What a nonsense is this. Whatever... i just wish to that flipkart should take an action on mr.Tarekh who misguide me provide wrong number and also talking useless on my next day call. "This is so cheap assistance flipkart "

                            It is a matter of great regret that services of filprikit
                            Courier are far below standard. I order
                            Two items and i was informed me on my phone [protected] that keep money ready .
                            Order will be delivered by 7.00pm on 22.1.15 but to my bad luck the same could
                            Not happedned .

                            I contacted courier man on number [protected] four
                            Itimes named vipun, he told me that i am having lot
                            Of work so i will deliver the goods to you on 23.1.15 by 11/00 am. But
                            When i telephoned he told me that i am on leave . You contact on number [protected] name inderpal. I telephoned
                            Him he says still i have other works and other important things to do . After
                            That i will be delivering the parcel in the evening.


                            I made 22 calls to him but he has not replied the phone and
                            Till now the goods are not delivered.


                            I feel this all is responsbility of filpkrit and for this
                            Mental tension and agony i claim rs.5000/- immediately. Failing which i shall
                            Be comelled to file in consumer
                            Court at your risk and responsibility and i will be free to preache the bad
                            Services of filpkrit courier thourgh social media also

After confirmation of my order flipkart cancel the same without any valid reason, as per me, because this is the hi demand product only after 2 min of confirmation they cancel my order on 09-12-14, after regular follow up always got the email stating the date and time for resolve the problem, last email I got on 30-12-14 is as below, after that their is no repose from your end.                                   I had booked a charger from Flipkart of "Samsung ETA-U90EWE Battery Charger" from Gurumantra online and I really think this is a scam where the update info according to the agent who received my call swetha or whatever says that they called and we didn't receive any call atleast I can get the phone records.. I need to know how can the order get cancelled even without calling the customer??? Govt needs to ban flipkart I assume...

                                      I ordered print land back cover of zenfone 5 on 27 December 2014. Order No is OD[protected]. It's broken in a month. I put some photo proof. Please check and get back to me. Because once I cheat or unsatisfied with product I wont trust again.
