Dea sir, i have purchased LENOVO a6000 Mobile phone from flipkart on 25.03.2015 with order NO. OD[protected]. the mobile heating like anything.I have order 4 phones of lenovo a6000 but i am facing problem in this piece only.kindly replace the product.its a humble request.battery backup too bad . 1) On 10th of april 2015 android is not working& error has come.as per flipkart representative I have donefactory setup . phone start working with anderoid .but I have loose so manydata which is required

I have display problem with my lenovo A6000 which i purchased 1month back.I have palced a return request 1 week back and i got a message saying that their technical support guy would get back to me but there is no response from them at all.I have called them several times and explained the issue but they are giving me the same response saying that their technical team would get back to me.I am pissed off by the service they are providing.Please resolve the issue

        The product I ordered was first delayed and then cancelled without my permission . They said As the product was delayed, so they think I would have cancelled the product and thus they cancelled my product on their own . When i called them they said that according policy they cannot give me the product now as its out of stock and once it comes in stock I have to place a new order once again . I kept saying that the product which I "returned" "unwillingly" should be in stock and thus on the website it should have been in stock . But still he kept on sayin his unusual things to pretend that the fault was mine . Flipkart I didn't expect it from you a big thumbs down

Ipad purchased through Flipkart on 4th Feb 2015 and delivered by their seller Emagic for Rs 29990/- Upon receipt found it had scratches and was having trouble signing in. When we called Apple customer care, we learnt this is unit more than 6 months old and already registered in somebody else's name! Request for return was approved on 12th Feb itself Return ID: 14133332 But its already 20th feb and still we havent been able to get refund processed by flipkart.

                I ordered MOTO E on Flipkart on 12-feb 2015, got it delivered it on 14 Feb 2015 and within few days the internal display screen broke while it accidentally fell from just few inches on the desk ..is it that fragile ??? and I recently got to know that, Motorola is replacing broken screen for free for their phone users across globe.                                 I got a microwave ( LG - 28 ltr) delivered on 14th Feb 2015 that was ordered by my sister ( in US) as a surprise gift. At the time receiving the product, I realized that it was not going to be a fit for my kitchen and I asked delivery person if I can return it. He said I need to contact customer care. I called up customer care, and told them that I needed a microwave of smaller capacity/size and the delivered one was of no use to me. they told me get the order details and they would do it. I got the details in the evening an called them, however, this time the representative said they can not exchange it as they do not such policy. I requested that I was ready to bear any courier changes for shipment and also told that I was not looking for any refund. However, they did not considered my request. This was very surprising to me that a customer calls up on the same day when he receives the product and was denied an exchange. I really do not understand such policy. IT was disappointing as they could have given me an exchange by creating exception.

                                Your customer care executive contacted me (over the phone) and informed that Flipkart has policy of No Return/Exchange for any electronic products - due to size, color, or any other non-technical issues. You already have order details. I have been a customer!!
                                I put-up this issue mainly to make people aware of such weird policies.

                                  Yesterday I visited Micromax care (MS Perfect solutions Kalakaji) Tel -[protected] Mobile number- [protected] They say that there is mother board problem in the phone and will send it to the company and will take another 15-20 days. what will be step from your side as the set was just bought 1 month before cost Rs.13500 Job code numbers is[protected] reply us urgently. I want a replacement (repaired or new set) within two days.

                                    Dear, I have order one product by flipcart on 09th Jan 2015, but some reason we return the product on 20th Jan 2015 but at till now flipcart not provide better solution and refunded amount against product of Rs. 1292. My Order id is OD[protected]. I have gave Account Detail many time for NEFT Transfer but yet now not provide cash Back.

                                    Still now we not received the payment, No call from flipkart, So please escalate the complaint to higher Authority. If i have not received my Payment then i complain to Forum. No One tell me process of Refund.

                                    Neft refund update isnt working have been continously filling my account info in and in over and over again but it isnt working and and their is no other refund policy either ! useless apps give my money back
                                    Please Help I cannot update NEFT information and so that I cannot get my refund of Rs. 539.

                                      I recently ordered a Moto E through flipkart. Since COD was not available at my location, I undergone a online transaction through my Debit card. Even though standard delivery service like Ekart was available, my product was sent through Speed post. So as expected I have to wait longer as my product was coming through India post. But the worse part is that when I went to post office to receive my product, I found that the box was empty as I felt no weight in the box. I was not expecting this from Flipkart. This was the case of WS retail reseller. I have wasted nearly about half a month in purchasing in purchasing a product and I know that time will also be wasted in refunding process. Finally I am in a dilemma whether to order any mobile product from Flipkart because firstly it will take huge amount of time to deliver and secondly there is no gaurantee of the product. My order ID is OD[protected]. Kindly help me.

                                      ​Spoke to customer, he claims that he received the empty box with out opening the parcel​ and he felt that box was empty by weight. Informed customer that you would have open the box and check and we already initiated for refund. Hence closing the case.

                                        Really i fed up in our daily conversion, send your bank details and i
                                        told more than 10 times i don't have any bank account .

                                        I told you send this amount in my flipkart wallet, you guys tell no can't
                                        possible, then you guys tell me we can give you e-Gift voutcher then i
                                        told you fine . Now you guys are telling e-gift Voutcher can't give in
                                        some legal issue .

                                        What should you do for this tell me clearly, Already i told you i don't
                                        have any bank account details .

                                        *Can i purchase any product in Rs -320/- amount but payment option cash on
                                        delivery but i can't pay you guys are manage these things . *

                                        ​Spoke to customer, she claims that amount want to transfer to wallet account and she do not have bank details. Informed customer we cant do refund to wallet account and within bank details we cant do refund so informed customer if you any family member bank details and she said and will come back with bank details and dropped the call. Hence closing the case.
