I took Alcatel mobile from flipcart but got to know that it was a used mobile There was no sealed box at the time of delivery and there was screen guard already on the screen wit lot of scratches which clearly says it as used mobile. Flipcart says that it will sell only original products and it is mentioned clearly on the site but I have got the used one. I spoke to tech team as well, Mr Danish Hussian also agreed that it was not the original product and also floor supervisor Venkatesh B also agreed with this and they offered unit replacement in order to cover up their loop hole I am filing this case in consumer form as well.

    hi, I have purchased D-link router on flipkart .Due to compatible issue with airtel i cant use the purchased D-lnik roer.I requested flipkart customer care to exchange or allow me to order any other product of the same amount.But Flipkart customer care says their is no option like that. Ex: If i purchase any product in any show room and want to exchange the product.Show room allows to shop other product with the same amount. I request Flipkart to consider this request to make exchange order. Now my mindset is to not to purchase anything in online. because of this issue

      I ordered Micromax MMX 353W 3G USB Modem, Order No OD[protected] of Rs 1040 /-, but on 06.01.2015 i cancelled the order, than i waited for 10 days and no refund i got in my bank account, than i emailed them to get refund, they did not give me satisfactory reply, than i emailed them again, that time they ask my bank statement, i provided them, again i wait for refund but no reply i got, than i called them and their call centre executive told me that i will get a call from their end but till date no call, no mail, no refund i got even after 1 month of cancellation of order.

          SIR, I PURCHASED ZOOT24 DOUBLE TAN BOOTS FROM FLIPKART ON 06 DEC 2014. WITHIN 02 MONTHS THE LEATHER OF THE BOOTS TORE FROM THE PLACE WHERE IT IS CONNECTED WITH THE SOLE. THE LEATHER WAS OF SUBSTANDARD QUALITY AND TOTALLY FAKE. I AM TOTALLY UNHAPPY WITH THE QUALITY OF SHOES. I PAID RS. 1125/- FOR THESE BOOTS BUT IT IS NOT WORTH EVEN RS.500/-. I purchased the mobile and confirmed the order with all my required information by cash on delivery. And i also got a confirmation call also.                   I purchased one lenova A 800 from flipkart last year. I faced some problems in the display. When I went to the lenova service center, they told me that invoice from flipkart is not correct.The IMEI number of the phone is not included in the invoice. I contacted flip kart many times asking them to send a new invoice with IMEI number. There is no proper response from them.

                  Issue is I have lost invoice and the box, I have only the product (MOTO G 16 gb) .I was asking for the invoice but they are not providing me the invoice .they are saying like IMEI number (that is there in my mobile ) is not there in their records.so they cant help me on this.

                  and yes moto G that I received in first week of august, it is updated as "Returned " in their records.. how come it is possible?????

                  Pls help me on this ASAP as I need invoice urgently .

I want my order to be delivered tomorrow between 10 am to 5 pm without fail and please ensure such unsavoury things are not repeated in future.

                            Dear Flipkart, This is regarding my complaints for my order OD[protected] . I have received a product which is entirely different from what I have ordered. The image is not all same and neither the features and functionality. I don't understand how I have received something else while I have ordered a different item shown in the website. product received: jbl-on-stage-micro-2 speaker product ordered: JBL Micro II Mobile Speaker I have attached the image what I have received. I had to complain multiple times as Flipkart was not giving any update in time. Every time I get the same reply "We have escalated your complaint to technical team. You will get a call back tomorrow at XX:XX time". Then I never received a call. While calling the customer care and asking them again & again, it is the same response, " Due to some issues, we are not able to call you today and You will get a call back tomorrow at XX:XX time".Now its more than hrs what is the delay in escalation?Your customer service team is not able to even give the status of my complaint. Each time I call they just say you will get a call tomorrow at some time. They even refused to arrange a reverse pickup.Please give me a specific time frame with in which my issue will me solved. I am tired of your "24 hrs" time limit.Also does Flipkart provide any complaint number to track complaints? Thanks, Dipak Pradhan

                            Spoke to customer and arranged for a replacement as the product what he received was different from the one ordered online. Customer agreed.
                            No...its not true...flipkart team is not responding to my calls and complaints and they have not refunded my money ever.They have just initiated a replacement of the product...but i have received the same old product again...AND THEN IT WAS REJECTED EHEN I ASKED FOR A REFUND ...VERY VERY FRUSTRATING TO SEE THE STATUS AS RESOLVED!!!

                              ihad ordered for twoshirts from flip kart .same were delivered to me on the14th of january . since the shirts wre too tight ihad initiated return of those 2 shirts on 14th itself. but so far no action has been taken to take back those shirts. first they assured that the issue will be resolved by 27th jan then the date was exteded to 1st feb but nothing has been done so far .the customer care executive today told me that the issue will be resolved by 4th feb!but if i go by their past records i cannot be sure that they will resolve by then

                                    Order ID: OD[protected]I am unable to avail airtel offer available on purchase of moto g 2nd gen. I bought new Airtel sim card on 25/1/15 and till today 1/2/15 offer is not active.when I go to www.airtellive.com/offers it says no offers available for this device.I have not used this airtel sim card on any other phone. first flipkart told me they'll resolve the issue on 31st jan(last day of offer) now they've increased resolution period by 2more days now. Meanwhile I'm without data service last 6 days, wonder whose going to pay for this.

                                      I tried to order Dimpy Stuff Teddy - 37.4 inch(Cream) product last night at the price of 839, but due to website technical order I didn't order the product. This morning I got a mail from flipkart for complete my order but now the product price is 1399. Flipkart hike the price for same product re 600/- in less than six hour. Flipkart is worst e place ever ... just making fool to India and Indian. I am giving one star because I don't have option to give them rating in -ve.

                                        i have order xioami m13 phone through ebay.in. and paid the amount by debit card. but the seller { not ebay] use my user id in flipkart.and book same item my in my name, .by cash on demand. flipart sent email to me and pay rs13999 on delivery.my pyment through ebay is PaisaPay ID [protected].here the seller act as a broker.how i reclaim my money.and i dont have account in flipkart how it is possible some one using my mail id and book the items. ]
