    I had ordered on 20th Jan 2015 and paid 100 RS extra expecting delivery within 1 day. I am receiving calls from the guy who is at your Talegaon/Talawade office. His number is [protected] saying delivery boy is trying to call you but unable to reach at you. If you are saying that due to network conjunction my mobile is not reachable then how am I receiving other calls and why do I do not receive delivery boy's call only. If he is unable to reach at me, then he could have submitted it to Security member available at gate or else would have called me up with their help. Or else the guy with number[protected] would have arranged the conference call with delivery boy. And now you people are asking me to stay back in office till 7 pm. I can't wait till 7 pm. My last bus is at 5.30 pm and I stay at Lohegaon near Airport. So either deliver it before 5 pm. Their are many options if you wish to deliver it on time Simply giving reasons shows you are giving bad service to the customers. You are fooling your customers. Why should i bare for your mistakes. You have to pay for this.

      I purchased a Lg Double door refrigerator with order no:OD[protected]. According to your website this refrigerator has Smart Inverter Compressor which consumes lesser power. So I exchanged my old refrigerator which was in good running condition just because to save electricity bills. But after a few days from LG I came to know that this refrigerator doesn't have smart inverver compressor. I lodged a complain with incident id:[protected]. A mail confirmed that I will be contacted within 48 hours, but it didn't happen. On the 3rd Day I contacted the customer service executive and they were asking for a refund of the paid amount and Rs 2000/- for the exchanged refrigerator and told me to cancel the order and issue a fresh order. But the present price of the Smart Inverter Compressor enabled LG refrigerator is around 22000/. I didn't agree as it is not my fault. Moreover, you can't send me the old refrigerator back to me. Then why should I spend that extra bucks for a refrigerator with same technology? I want a LG double door refrigerator which has smart inverter Compressor. I don't want refund as I won't be able to buy that type of refrigerator with that amount. Even I won't buy a refrigerator which doesn't have smart inverter compressor because if I buy it than what was the problem to carry on with my old refrigerator? One of your executive called me over the phone on 9.1.2015 from no: [protected] and assured to give a solution very soon, but never again received any call from her after that. You are playing with our time and money.

            महोदय मै दीपेन्द्र कुमार पाण्डेय आज दिनांक २१ जनवरी २०१५ को फ्लिपकार्ड (flipkart.com) से micromax 40T2810FHD LED TV order no OD[protected] किया, जिसका आर्डर हो जाने और Rs 20990/- मेरे अकाउंट में क्रेडिट हो जाने के बाद flipkart.com के द्वारा बिना सुचना दिए हुए आर्डर को कैंसिल कर दिया गया, जिससे मुझे बहुत असुविधा हुआ और मेरे अकाउंट से पैसा भी काट गया एवं सामान भी नहीं मिला जिसके कारन प्रार्थी को आर्थिक रूप से कठिनाइयों का सामना करना पड़ रहा है, फिल्पकार्ट से बात करने पर २९ जनवरी तक पैसा वापस किया जायेगा जिसकी सुचना हमें मिला है जिससे बिना किसी सामान दिए प्रार्थी का १० दिनों तक पैसा फसाया गया है जब की प्रार्थी को दिनाक २४ जनवरी को अपने क्रेडिट कार्ड का बिल भुगतान करना होता है नहीं तो प्रार्थी को ब्याज देना पड़ता है महोदय से निवेदन है की प्रार्थी को फिल्पकार्ट से ब्याज सहित हर्जाना दिलाया जाये और भविस्य में ऐसी गलती दुबारा किसी अन्य कस्टमर के साथ न हो ऐसा न्याय किया जाये.

            ​Spoke to customer, he ​claims he placed the order for TV and before placing it he checked with the Pincode 492001 and it showing available so he used the credit card and made the payment. After 10 min order is cancelled due to non serviceable area. Informed same to customer but he said now also he checked it taking taking the order for the same pincode so informed customer that is website error so provide Rs 1000/- as TOA and customer agreed. Hence closing the case.

                    I bought a LG refrigerator from Flip cart and as per the display its shows that the Freeze comes with the inverter Technology, however its not. When the installation team came, they very well informed me that this is a basic model.I have contacted customer service on 12th Jan and complained. They told that my issue would have been resolved by 13th and after that I was receiving sms every day postponing for next day. However I did not receive any contact from Flip cart. Finally I have contacted them 21st Jan, 12 AM and somehow I managed to reach a supervisor and the supervisor was asking me to contact the LG customer care for a Technician to visit my place and need a written confirmation for my claim. However after 1 hour conversation I was able to make him understand that the product specifications are showing in the Flip cart website is wrong asking him checking in Google with the product number and he has confirmed finally. Then he offered me 1000 Flip cart bucks as a compilation. This is not gud. Finally he processed the refund. And taking my freeze. Now who will pay for this inconvenience.                             i ordered a Logitech G602 Wireless Wireless Gamin... Qty: 1 Rs. 3339 on 19th jan 2015 and opted for same day delivery by paying 140rs extra via netbanking. however the product was not delivered when i called the customer service (8times) and spoke to the supervisors, asst managers and managers they all committed to different delivery timings. and its been 49 hrs now and the product has not been delivered . tomorrow i wont be in bangalore till 26th and i needed the product at the earliest and the escalation dept cancelled my order without my concern and reordered and are now telling me the product wont be delivered by 10 am. what am i suppose to do?

                                  I am writing to express my shock at the pathetic customer service regarding return request for Lenovo Yoga Tablet (Order ID: OD[protected]. I had requested a return of the above said item 6 days back (one day after delivery) due to quality issues. Subsequently, I got two calls from their customer service team and wasn't able to attend the calls work related conflicts. Third time, I only got a message that you guys tried contacting me and not any call. What was shocking was that there is no way for me to call Flipkart back to discuss about the issue. I just got an email three days back that my request has been rejected. There was not a single line of explanation given. I sent an email to their resolution team and haven’t gotten a response in the last 4 days. I raised another ticket for which I received a call yesterday. I was told that it is being escalated to the concerned department and I should be getting a call to resolve the issue. Nobody has cared to call me so far. It has been 6 days since I raised the first issue. I hope there is someone to care about customers at Flipkart. I would like a refund for the order I placed. All in all a pathetic customer service from Flipkart. I have been a customer of Flipkart for 5 years and I don’t think I am ever going to purchase anything from Flipkart again.

                                  Spoke to customer and apologized for the inconvenience and initiated return and refund as per customer request and hence closing the case with customer's permission.
                                  Same thing happened to me. I ordered DELL VOSTRO Laptop and the OS crashed during setup. I complained, but yet to get a chance to talk to the back end guys. It is being 3 days, since I lodged the complain.

                                    This is with reference to order ID – OD[protected] [Philips GoGear Tapp 8 GB MP4 Player]. I was delivered the product today (20/Jan/2015) and am extremely disappointed with its quality. For an MP4 player priced at Rs. 6, 150/- what I am offered is - pathetic sound quality, below average resolution for videos, non-responsive touch panels and highly inefficient supportive accessories (data cable, charger and headphones). As per the product description, I was also supposed to receive a 2GB memory card which was missing from the package altogether. No sane customer would have ever agreed to that bargain and hence, I immediately called up the customer care department to get the product exchanged but then I was told that since the delivered product has only ‘Replacement Guarantee’, it can only be ‘replaced’ and not ‘exchanged’. Now for an amateur online shopper like me, the terms need to be clear enough on site such as – ‘No Exchange/Only Replacement’ to keep the customer informed of what he/she is getting into. Moreover, a company in shopping business is not expected to be that rigid with the return and exchange policies. All the major e-commerce sites across the board allow much more customer friendly procedures for such cases. Anyhow, keeping faith in Flipkart’s customer friendly ethics I would like to request to either refund my money or if not possible, then at least allow me to get this shoddy product exchanged for something of the same or higher value. Request you to look into the matter ASAP.

                                      Dear Customer Care team of M/s Flip Cart I have online ordered “Kaspersky Internet Security 2015 1 PC 1 Year” as per Order ID: OD[protected] Order was delivered on Cash on delivery basis. Amount of Rs 500/- paid on order delivery. While installing the software, warning is coming that “Digital verification is not done “ Hence I am unable to install the software.                                         Order No. OD[protected] Seller: pinguz Samsung Sync & Charge data_cable Item Price Rs. 199 Qty - 2 Subtotal Rs. 398 I have received today only one cable out of the 2 no's ordered. I have not opened the packet containing the cable and it remains sealed. Kindly look into the matter, as i have not experienced such a problem earlier.                                         ​Spoke to customer, he claims he order for the 2 qty and he received 1 qty. Informed customer to wait 24 Hrs to change the status from shipped to delivered and then we will create replacement for one qty and customer agreed. Once status is changed in FLO creating replacement for 1 qty.
