I have ordered Samsung EHS44ASSBECINU Wired Headset on 4th Jan 2015. And from last 9 day the status is same ie.."Your item has been packed." And same status is showing from 6th Jan 2015. I had complaint twice but still not getting any response.

Tried calling customer no response, customer claims that product from 6th Jan its in shipped status. ​Escalted the issue to concern team and once issue is resolved then closing the case.

    i had received huawei honor holly(order no is : Order OD[protected] as on[protected] from your courier service.when i was open the package there is no headset for the mobile and the travel charger, but that are denoted in the back of the package of huawei mobile, but i can't find the headset and travel charger, Surely i need the two items which is in then box otherwise i ill return the product, so please send the above materials as soon as possible .I am expect and believe you will do the same .

    ​Spoke to customer, she claims that she not received the headset in the box. When checked the for this mobile headset doesn't come with box​ and informed same to customer and you need buy separately. Hence closing the case.

      order id: OD[protected]. I had received duplicate product samsung EB575152LU battery for samsung I9003 from flip kart. In invoice the battery serial # was different from serial # printed in the battery. even the size of the battery is bigger which is not getting placed in the mobile too. And i got the same in the replacement order too

      ​Spoke the customer, he claims that he receive the product which is duplicate ​ and invoice the battery serial # was different from serial # printed in the battery and apologized for inconvenience caused and make sure that it wont repeat next time and informed customer will escalate this issue to concern team and already return created for refund.             I had purchased a Moto G (First Generation) mobile set through Flipkart on 23rd Aug 2014 for Rs. 12, 089/- vide Order ID:OD[protected];Order Date:[protected]; Invoice Date:[protected]. Barely 4 ½ months after purchase it started malfunctioning without any rime or reason. The calls were automatically going to unwanted subscribers while trying to contact a particular subscriber. Even while setting the Alarm, it would not stay at a particular point but automatically move to other point. I lodged a complaint with Flipkart. Initially they tried to resolve the issue by directing on the phone through their technician and factory restore was done. The malfunctioning did not get rectified.Again a call was made, this time Flipkart washed their hands off stating the warranty of 30 days was over. Hence I should get in touch with Motorola. Accordingly I contacted the Motorola toll free No.[protected]. They then told me to download the App RESCUE+ for Android.The technician gave certain directions on phone, which was carried out. It appeared that the mobile was alright but after 5 minutes it started malfunctioning again. Thereafter on contacting Motorola they suggested me to take it to a Service Centre. Accordingly I took the product to OM COMMUNICATION in Uttam Nagar, New Delhi. They took about 1 hour and gave me the phone saying they had reloaded the software and the phone would now work properly. On reaching home when I checked the phone in detail, the same problem was there. On contacting Motorola now and narrating the call centre executive I was suggested to take the phone to their better Service Centre in Okhla. Accordingly the phone was taken to ENSURE SUPPORT SERVICES INDIA LTD, OKHLA PHASE- 2 on 07/01/2015.After checking the phone I was informed by Mr. Jitender, technician that there was an INTERNAL CRACK in the left bottom side of the touch screen. The touch screen therefore has to be changed which will have to be paid for. I then rang up Mr. Praveen Kumar, Regional Head of Motorola in Delhi on 07/01/2015 and apprised him of the entire progress. He spoke to Mr Jitender, Technician and informed me that he could not help me out and I would have to pay the cost of the touch screen amounting to Rs.4775.66.He was totally unconcerned and indifferent to my problems and the difficulties I was undergoing.Such attitude is not expected out of a Regional Head of an MNC like MOTOROLA. Nevertheless, I thereafter deposited the phone against Work Order No.DEL/MG/14/01490 on 07/01/2015. It was collected on 09/01/2015 and payment of Rs. 4775.66 was made vide Invoice No. DEM00274 Dated 09/01/2015. The phone is presently functioning alright. In view of the above, I have the following submissions to make:- (a) How did the phone started malfunctioning without any rime or reason just after 4 ½ months of purchase? (b) When shown to an authorized sevice centre at UTTAM NAGAR, NEW DELHI why did they not point out the INTERNAL CRACK IN THE TOUCH SCREEN ? (c) The INTERNAL CRACK IN THE TOUCH SCREEN IS NOT VISIBLE WITH NORMAL EYES to a layman. Only an Authorised Technician can detect it. (d) It appears that Flipkart is handing out Motorola phones with some inherent technical problems. Hence, it is requested that I be reimbursed the amount of Rs.4775.66 at the earliest, otherwise MOTOROLA and Flipkart are likely to earn a bad name. I would also like to mention that the Motorola Service Centre named OM COMMUNICATION in Uttam Nagar, New Delhi is grossly sub standard and not at all in keeping with MOTOROLA. One feels appalled in visiting such service centres in the Capital. Please do something about it. Col Gurung Mob: [protected]

              the charger I got with my redmi note 4g is very loose I have to spend a lot of time in connecting it with my MI phone... Also the phone can't read my sim card contacts... The note is not satisfactory... can the charger at least be replaced... I am having a lot of trouble using it... You can see how small the Jack is... Please reply to my query

                Hello, I want to ask you that when we order the product it should be delivered at home, but the delivery boy ask me come to collect the package nearest landmark i mentioned. Its your responsibility to ensure that the delivery must be at the door of the customer...please take necessary action regards this as so that in future it will not happen again

                  Hi, I am sohail bought a phone Asus with the email id :[protected]@gmail.com, Order ID : OD[protected]. The phone sent is not upto the expectation as the camera rear and front both are not working. Furthermore the phone doesn't have the headphones, battery charger and usb cables. As the phone is not upto the expecation looking forward for the urgent money refund which I have paid on the cash on Delivery. This is now frustrating, I am totally pissed off with the poor service of Flipkart. This is also affecting my daily work schedule and also leading to physical and mental harrasment.                     I have bought a router from Flipkart which has been delivered on 2nd Jan 2015.The order no. is OD[protected] . The issue is, the router I bought is not satisfying my requirements. So, I decided to return it. But the company is saying that we can't return or exchange this product because this product don't come under return policy. However it is clearly mentioned, that the company gives easy returns. They have mentioned some exceptions but the product I bought doesn't come under those categories. I have tried two times for returning the item but they rejected. They say that we can only replace it but we can't exchange or return. Even they have not mentioned anywhere 'No exchange No return' for the product. The only thing they mentioned is "30 days replacement guarantee" but it doesn't mean that they will not return or exchange the particular item.                     I ordered alcatlel one touch phone from flipkart. but very second day i got to know so many defect in that phone.
                    so i requested for replacement. again replaced product is more worst than the previous one.

                    they are like selling the faulty and defective phone.

                    i raised the complaint for refund on 12th feb evening.
                    they said their technical team will call on 13th feb before 3.30 pm.

                    but i didn't get a call. again i raised the complaint. then they said they will be calling by 13th night before 8 PM.

                    but still no call. when i called today morning then the said that they need another 24 hour to arrange the call.

                    I want to know what the hell is going on.
                    are you guys playing with customers.????

                          I have purchased a phone Moto 2nd gen from flipkart.When i got first piece it starts having problem in its display, i put it on replacement and received another which is also having issue in its calling, Sometimes when I receive a call, I am not able to hear the voice on the other side, and I even do not hear any voice when I dial a number.I put it on replacement again.I am not satisfied with company service.Replacement procedure waste my time and money both.Everytime when i got new piece i have to install softwares from start and everytime i have to take backup of my phone data which is pretty much time consuming.

                          I bought 2 mobiles from flipkart Moto e and moto g when i got the product I found that both of them are defective so I call to them for replacement and they told me they will call back but I didn't get any call and I used to call them every day after 3 days I got the call and my replacement is procesed for moto e(Yet to be replaced by 14 may) then on the same day(7th may) I got a call for moto g and then on 8th may again I got call for moto g and they told me that it will be replaced by 28May.My replacement guarantee is for 30 days in this way they are completing my replacement guarantee.I bought Moto g with additional 90Rs for one day delivery and It is available in the site So I mailed them for the query why will I have to wait that long but no reply It is really frustrating to bought 2 products for rs18000 and both of them r defective and for replacement I will have to call them everyday and in return what I will get is that Moto g will be replaced by 28may.I don't need replacement if it is not done within 3 to 4 days i need my money back kindly help me

                            Hi, I ordered Yepme bellies from flipkart. The product is of very cheap quality. Within 10 days, the sole of the shoes got torned completely. When I asked customer care to refund my money, they said as per the policy, they cant change the product or refund money now. I am so much disappointed with their behaviour.                               Hi, This is Raviraj, i ordered two ladies handbags on flipkart...Paid by netbanking, transaction was successful...But i didn't receive any confirmation from flipkart about order...I checked my cart, those two handbags are still in my cart and order isnt been placed...I complained them on phone but they asked me to wait for 24 hours and later they said that they didnt receive any money and they couldn't process order...But money has been deducted from my account and i have bank statement which clearly states that its been transferred to their account and i have attached it to complaint...                                 I had placed an order OD[protected], however as per flipkart they are not able to fullfill the order hence they would refund the money. There is absolutely no clarity regarding the return of money. The flipkart representative had been asking the bank account details on the phone, this is really unacceptable. I had been requesting the representative to send mail regarding the requirement of the details to do the refund, however she had been saying that it cannot be done. I think asking anyone's account detail over the phone is against ethics and policy. I would appreciate if a mail can be sent regarding the required details for refunding the money. Also appreciate if you can train your personnel to rightly handle these issues. Regards Pradeep

                                  My name is Vikas and This is with reference to Moto X handset which i received on 8th Jan 2015 and I found severe issues with respect to handset heating taking place while talking or simply browsing on next day i.e 9th Jan 2015.. There are also issues pertaining to mobile touch not working in smoother manner and also while navigating to apps, they are being getting hanged up. I never faced such issues with other brand handset which i had used earlier and even after explaining so much to flipkart technical person, they are simply making a statement that heating is a very common problem with Android phones as if they feel that i am a new user of Android phone and i am new to Android market. This is a brand new phone and if such kind of issues takes place with such a mobile then i am not left with any other option rather than to return this handset. I received a call from Flipkart Technical person and was not at all satisfied with their approach/discussion..They are asking me to perform troubleshooting steps which is really ridiculous..I am a customer and if there are issues with new handsets, then as per 30 days return policy of flipkart.it should be taken back by flipkart. Flipkart is making false commitments of 30 days replacement policy by giving vague responses and with weird approach taken by their technical teams. Since Moto X can only be sold by Flipkart hence i am not left with any other option rather than to rely on Flipkart for Moto Handsets and they are making misuse of it by not addressing complaints properly. Request you to help me to get my money refunded back to my account or get it replaced with a new handset asap.

                                    Flipkart Website track package data is not reliable. They are not providing correct details. The customer support person also not considering my issue. They are sending template mails everytime. No updates for the product delivery. If I cancel the order also, i am not sure the refund will be given. Flipkart is just cheating....

                                    My name is Prakash Punjabi. I had purchased redmi note mobile @8999/- from flipkart.com. I ordered it on 2.12.14 n received it on 3-4working days.(order id OD[protected], But there is some issue with mobile charging . So I had applied for return this item from my mobile app.& On 15.12.14 (redmi note)item was picked up by ekart courier service & I had received a acknowledgement from courier boy. I had received a message from flipkart service that refund is in processing and it will be credited in your bank account in 7-8 working days, But now till todays date 9-jan-2015 there is no refund credit in my bank account.even flipkart cusomer care had told me that payment has been credited to ur account but it was not done then flipkart customer support had asked for bank transaction details, i had managed the .jpg file(transactiondetails) to them also even then there is no responce, regarding my refund Ihad complained that to flipkart toll free number many times no one respond properly . Every time I was ensure by flipkart cc that payment will made by us shortly but till date there is no refund. I am highly disappointed by flipkart.com very bad service & no after sales service or help to the customers, no one in flipkart.com network is able to properly help me out with my refund process i am not free to call again n again to ur customer care n ask n receive the same responce .Kindly arrange me my refund ASAP or else I have to take the further steps or take the issue to consumer court as its already over time n its very badexperience with flipkart refund .

                                    FLIPKART.COM very bad n worst service, customer care call had received but he has just given me the trans id, pg trace id, trace no, rrn no. n told me to ask to my bank customer care regarding transaction, i had talked to my bank workers, but they r saying there is no transaction as per ur given id n nothing has credit in ur account from flipkart till now date 13/1/15 they had updated my passbook n shown all the details, again the flipkart is making poor alibi rather then giving my money back its already been 30 days till the days redmi note dey had collected from me,

                                      I bought one Kenstar Captain Induction Cook Top on 6th of October, 2014 on the Big Billion Day. After working for perfectly 2 months, it has now stopped working from the 3rd week of December. Big promises were made by you that it will always work well and all, but it doesn't seems to be true. I hope you will not let your company's prestige down and will see my complain as soon as possible and take some action for it.
