I have order two products on 18th november, i have received only one product and not yet received even the dispatch details of the other product. The seller is WS Retail, i raised a complaint for 3 times but i dint receive any info about the product. The order number is OD[protected].     I ordered a new Wilson racket from flip kart one and a half months back and while playing it was broken with shuttle itself. If it is meant to be played with shuttle then how could it be broken with shuttle. I hope you people will look into this matter and get me new racket of same range and same quality.

      It is painful to learn that First Flight Couriers (on behalf of Flipkart) has unilaterally cancelled shipment of consignment to delivery address. They had no courtesy to speak to the consignee on his telephone number. It is sad Flipkart relies on unprofessionals. The Lenovo tablet that I had purchased was meant for my 13-year old nephew who had been pestering me for it since months. I booked and paid for the purchase on 09th November 2014. I had been tracking the shipment that was promised to be delivered by 22nd November 2014. Today morning, when I tracked the order, I was disappointed to know "shipment is cancelled by courier" without any call to either the consignor or the consignee. Calling Flipkart customer care, I was told that consignee refused to accept shipment and therefore it was returned. This is absolutely false. There was not even a telephone call and nobody reached the delivery address. Moreover, it is mentioned in the tracking prompt: "shipment is cancelled by courier". The delivery destination falls on the Ooty-Mysore highway and is a prominent address that cannot be missed. My time and energies have been wasted. Flipkart says it is sorry for that and it cannot do anything. This is deficiency of service that is actionable. Flipkart service is unreliable, to say the least. It is prudent to avoid patronising Flipkart.com

        I hava placed an order 6 montha back for a weighng scale. It reached me in pieces, completely broken. I returned them the product but I have till not received my eGift voucher for Rs..1400 even after so many complaints. At first they didn't send me eGV because of wrong mail id i had mistakenly. But even after asking more than 5 times at various intervals in these 6 mnths, they have not sent my money back

My order(OD[protected] has been arrived 3days ago at the courier store but i didn't receive it yet ..they are giving me silly excuses & today the courier company guy came 1Km far from my house & called me to tell that i need to come there to pick my parcel so i told him that i get every time parcel in my house but he said that i need to come there to take it otherwise he cant deliver it or he is going to give me after 3-4 days ...it is so disappointing after waiting for such a long time & you cant get your product while you are waitng for it so eagerly...please help me...[protected] [protected]@gmail.com

            Sir/Madam, I brought a BlackBerry z10 charcoal black mobile on 22 September 2014. Now my mobile is not getting on. Battery is gone. Then called your Customer service department, they said that go to the BlackBerry authorised service centre. So I went to the authorised service centre, near ammaniammal school, Rs puram, Coimbatore, Tamilnadu. 641002. They said that there is no manufacturing warranty available for this mobile. So again l called your service department stating the issue. They registered my complaint and asked 3 days to clear the problem after 3 days I didn't get the call from you. So I called again. Again they registered my complaint and again asked 3 days. And after 3 days I get call from your technical department, they said that they will clear the issue and call me within 3 days. But I didn't get a call from you. So I called again. Then they say that the WS retailer accepted for the replacement and to clear the warranty issue and they that I'll get a call from the retailer within 2 days. After two days also I didn't get a from the retailer. So I again called u your customer service department. They again said that the retailer ll call you anytime. Again they asked three days to resolve this issue. This is being repeated for more than 15 days. But still I didn't get the solution. So please give me the solution for this issue within 24 hours. Otherwise I'll post this issue in social media and network and also I ll complaint to the police station and send to the notice to you because ib have no other way to find the solution. Take this as serious issue or you have to face the consequence.

              I ordered for two black color Nilkin flip covers for moto-e, as I hv two of these phones. Both the covers I got were of grey color n without screen guard. They hv charged me for screen guard also. I asked for replacement of both covers from the company, their guy came twice but didn't replace bcoz they wanted screen guard also. When I only got cover then hw will I return the screen guard ? Replacement guy took the replacement package back n asked me to call n complain. When I call them, executives lie n say v'll replace at the earliest but nothing happens. Its over a month nw. I request u all not buy any of these products from flipkart, they r nw in a cheating n mal-practices mode. Flipkart, pls refund my money asap. Hemant Bhartia Mob: [protected]

                Sir/Mam My order No of the flipkart product is OD[protected]. I am receiving fake product every time. The product is not as shown in the images of flipkart neither the company tag for which i had ordered is mentioned.The company tag is different.Despite of constant reminders the delivery is not up to the mark. Customer care is also not responding. An early action on this shall be highly appreciated.

                    hi i buy ed one moto g mobile in flipkart that time one offer is there any SBI debit card 10% cash back it will deposit with in 27 th september but it's not deposit so i called to flipkart custmor care they are told to me already money is deposited please contact at bank i take statment on bank but there is no transaction so again i called to flip cart but they are telling different answer like there is no offer, and we are not responsible for cash back so please take action on this otherwise custmors will loss confidance on flipcart

                      Being working for a newspaper, I have been receiving compaints for various issues like jacked prices to show lucrative offers, product advertised by splash of full pages and even double spreads in prestigious newspapers to gain eyeballs which were absent and drained from site before the papers reached the customers. Delivery and moneyback issues. Well after all that hoopla going, I decided to do a ground check. I simply ordered an battery for my cell phone. The Samsung battery I ordered was well below the available market price when I did a simple market survey, They promised me a couple of days delivery and WOW the product reached well before committed date. Excellent logistics and tracking methods deployed. Mails n sms kept popping all the time to keep me informed for tracking my product. The cash on delivery method adopted by them gave me little doubts about any embezzlement. Just as my journalistic queried mind demanded, I asked a few questions to the delivery man who came in a commercial tempo filled with products, about the number of packets he normally delivered daily. The figures he told his logistics company managed were an eye opener. The company deploys approx 120 plus persons for supply management for the twin city of Chandigarh and Mohali (which nestles approximately 25 lakh people), delivering approx staggering 5000 parcels per day. He was buoyant about the galloping increase in numbers, more so of the fact that recently acquired myntra deliveries are excluding these numbers. Well this translates to one in 500 person in buying a product daily in this advanced cities. But once I opened the packet, I found that there was no bill attached and the samsung battery just wraped in a bubble sheet without any samsung packing. I wondered if all is well. I took of my existing battery from phone and after fully charging the new battery i found out that it drained the last 40% of its charge in less than 20 minutes of non use (something which my so called obsolete battery did in 5-6 hours). I repeated the charging-discharging process a couple of times, but with no different result. I went to the nearby samsung service shop, but they told me that the products sold by these sites are not covered under any guarantees or warranties. He could not even certify if the product was a genuine samsung product and more so even if the product was new and might be a product taken out from some old obselete phone. After carefully examining the plastic bag in which this product came (wonder if these are banned), I saw a mention that this is from some Harjeet Kaur of Delhi (not from Flipkart). It does not even have any Sales tax or any other mandatory detail. Flipkart logo is there on the cover. Well dozens of Questions flashed my mind. Are the products as sold by flipkart (or all these kind of companies) genuine? Are the prices and discounts genuine? Is the Goverment getting its dues? Is the customer taken for a ride?                         Moto g 2 which I have bought from flipkart has very poor battery life network problem n audio in whatsapp cant be played. Even after reporting many times they rejected my return request. Troubleshoots told by them did not work. Kindly replace this with a new one fk. No more patience. Its going to be a month. I ll persevere until i get a nondefective new piece.

                          I had requested for returning the product. Flipkart promise for 30 days return policy. When I complaint that my product is getting heated and hanging each time after I bought. There is no proper response from flipkart. Simply the process is being delayed. Flipkart please dont make me lose trust on the company. My order no. is OD[protected] Because of these kind of service the trust on flipkart is being lost. Please take this heating and hanging product back and return my money .

                            Sir, I purchased OSR Flip Cover for Micromax Canvas A 1 Android One Black OSR (Flipcover_MicroA 1) from flipkart on 17 Nov 14 vide OD No[protected] for Rs160/- and item delivered to me on 19 Nov 14 which is in a damaged (broken) condition. I am surprised that a Flipkart such a big and reputed company can do this cheap activity or delivery persons has done this. The Flip Cover is broken in two places and seems to be used (old). It is requested that the Flip Cover may be replaced by new one immediately. If it is not possible to replace it then my amount may be reimbursed and your item can be taken back.

                              Sir i have ordered my sandisk 16 gb pendrive on 8th november 2014.i have ordered it from my debit card.and flipkart gave me the delivery date of 18th november 2014.but still i didnt get my pendrive.when i have tried to contact them they are telling me that they cant deliver my pendrive on my place and that to when i call them on 19 nov 6.00pm at that time they are telling me that they cant delivered.when i ask them for refund of my transaction they are alloting me more 8 days for refund and there customer care are also incoperative..soo hope my this complaint will be effective order id:- OD[protected] name :-akshay

                                  Order Number : OD[protected] I ordered Moto e on 17 Oct, 2014. The price was Rs. 6299 at that time. And an offer was there that if I order Moto e through SBI CreditCard then I will get 10% cash back. But I have not got any cash back till yet. And flipkart is asking me to wait again and agin. I tried to contact toll free number many times and eberytime they are give me some differnt reason for not returning the amount. They are just giving the fake offers and not implementing them.

                                        Order No: OD[protected] Name: Chandra Singh Flipkart has delivered me a 24 inch Micromax TV on 12 Nov, 2014 with COD. Flipkart send me the installation update confirming the installation would be done within two days (14 Nov, 2014). However no one has turned up for the installation till today (18 Nov, 2014) What is more surprising is that every time I call Flipkart they say it would be done today. When I was speaking today with Flipkart Executive he told me the engineers are on the way but never reached as on 10.30 PM of Nov 18, 2014 and no updates from flipkart either. My only submission is that if you are not able to send someone as per the scheduled that you have confirmed you are accountable to update the customer with the status. Please do not assume that your not informing will invite huge incentive of appreciation. This was a pathetic and unethical response from Flipkart Chandra
