I PLACED THE ORDER FOR TWO BOOKS FOR RS 292 AFTER FEW DAYS FLIPKART SENT A MESSAGE THAT BOOKS ARE NOT IN THE STOCK PLACING THE 100 RS IN OUR WALLET ENSURING THAT WHENEVER WE WILL PLACE THE ORDER THESE 100RS WILL BE ADJUSTED BUT NOW THAT WE HVE PLACED ANOTHER ORDER 0F WINKY THE KID OF 228RS BUT AGAIN WE GOT THE BILL OF RS 228 SO WE CANCELLED THE ORDERBECAUSE WE WERE SUPPOSE TO PAY 128 SO KINDLY MAKE IT POSSIBLE AGAIN WITH 128RS ORDER WITH CASH ON DELIVERY FACILITY

However there isn't any bill provided when the product was delivered. When checked the product is in Post replacement policy so informed same to customer and please visit to service center they will rectify the issue product is still under 1 year warranty and he agreed.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer, she claims that she order Nova NHC 1005 Hair curler red and after some days wire got burnt and its have 1 year warranty so customer called the Seller and informed same. Seller told customer to ship the product and he will fix this issue and reship the product and customer did the same. But she got the product as how she sent to him so she again called him and he told to ship this time he will surly fix this issue and she shipped the product once again but now the seller is not responding properly and she called him so many times and he is not responding properly. Informed customer that will escalate this issue to concern team and once issue is resolved then closing the case.

I have order lenovo Tablet S8 on 12 December 2014 and while placing order it says it will get delivered in 3 business day, But today is 21st December 2014 and have still not received my product, even after 10 days. This is very pathetic service by flipkart. I have been calling Flipkart every day since 16th December but every time they say the product will get delivered in next day . I have spoken to all the possible customer executive but no use, they say they can't help it, its due to logistic problem. Dear all buyer i suggest you not to buy product from Flipkart They are very bad in their commitment.

The IMEI number on invoice and the box are different which can not be as every phone has one or two UNIQUE IMEI number/s depending on the number of sim slots available, for finding data/erasing data and to trace my product down. I recently lost my device and due to this above blunder my mobile phone could not be traced and the data on it may or may not have been erased causing Harassment of intellectual property and product loss.

I gave this complaint on 20th dec 2014, but did not give order details phone num etc. flipkart asked for these details given below on 26th dec 2014 but did not get a notice about your need for further details. Just received a mail saying my first complaint is marked unresolved but in the complaints page it says resolved.

Placed my product on 10th of Dec 2014, and got it deliverd on 12th of Dec . When I have tried to switch on the phone it was not working so went on to call Flipkart CC to find out the replacement for the same. Called them on 15th of Dec to place a return request to refund my money or request for new piece and the response I got from them is "will resolve your issue in 24 hrs". So waited fro their call on 16 dec but no one called me so I have to call them again on the same day after waited for 24 hrs as per their timeline but dinot get call from them so waited till 17 th dec and I went on to call them but diappointed to hear from them again that have to wait for another 24 hrs. On the whole my waiting for 24 hrs is kept on going till today 20th of dec but no solution for my query. I don't know as what is the problem they are facing to resolve this issue. In this juncture a getting mails from them saying that The below mail I got from them on 15th dec as We regret to inform that seller has disapproved your return request for following items in the Order OD[protected].

Dear Sir, Reference Flipkart Order No: OD[protected] As I am a regular customer of flipkart (buying 3 to 4 items every week) and I do appreciate their fast and one the best service comparing to any other online shopping websites. But this week as I was outside office, I asked one of my office colleague to use my laptop which was at office to place an order for 2GB DDR2 RAM(2 Nos.) I did get the RAM but the bus speed of the RAM was 800 and was not compatible with the motherboard I am upgrading. I needed 533 MHz Ram and I requested for a change. The product specialist called me and as expected, he was rude and very plainly declined that he cannot exchange nor he can refund the amount. I am seriously not expecting this kind of behaviour from such a big online brand like FLIPKART. Please help me to get my money back as I had to pay cash from my pocket. after asking refund money from flipkart, just after 1 minute one call came from this no. that people said i am from flipkart and asked my atm no. and said 1500 rs extra he will transfer actually my mobile cost is 12999rs but he told that he will transfer 12999+1500.
some one making fool and want to cheat, may be a customer care because after asking for refund just i received a call for that from this no.[protected]

please help me ...

Your distributor came in to deliver the order I had placed and well yeah there's only one thing I like to say that teach them some seller ethics. I mean seriously, he came with the product and I "SINFULLY" asked him to wait for some time so that I may go and get the money from the atm and he agreed, when I came back and called him again to receive the product he said to me, " madam you can willfully reject your order I have came far from your address now." Moreover he sent me message "please reject your order". If he couldn't wait, he shouldn't have agreed in the first place. He didn't have the courtesy to wait for a few minutes. You know what even if I ignore this, the way he talked to me, as if he was doing some favour by delivering something I had ordered.So, harshly seriously, is this the way to deal with your customers. You people our doing a tremendous job providing us with these online services but incidents like his really set you back. ID WSRC [protected]

I log on to flipkart to cancel the order but it site exclaimed that if you will cancel the order for honor holly the Redmi 1s will also be cancelled. So i didnt cancelled the order instead i paid for it and thought that i would apply return request. But when i called costomer care the told that you cant return the product. I sont want Huwei Honor Holly pricing 7000 rs. Seeking for your Help. Phone is still seal packed with me in box.
