I have placed a pre-order for a Manorama year 2015 (English) book of WS seller, which was having free delivery option. I paid the money by my debit card and money gets deducted from my account and the order was confirmly placed. But before i ll get the order placement mail, i got a mail from flipKart that my order had been cancelled and respective money will be refunded by 10-12days. My order id is OD[protected].
Now what is this! Its like i didnt get anything as well as my money also get stucked!!!
Please revert asap with reasonable solution to the inconvenience caused to me.

    Hi, Flipkart doesn't value for customers time. i was trying to register for Redmi Note @ Sharp 6Pm on 25th Nov as intimated by flipkart. But due to some issue frm flipkart i was not able to register my self for that. Same thing happened on Big Billion day also, they cancelled many products booked by me in EMI n later they said they have booked same thing in COD, where i was loosing 10% Cash back n also EMI.       Dear sir, I have purchased a Xiomi redmi 1s on Sep 10. But i have facing a following problem on the cellphone 1.Battery is not standing for atleast 4 Hours. 2.My mobile is getting hanged frequently. 3.My mobile got heated frequently. 4.Hanging while trying to call. 5.Hanging while speaking.           This complaint is regarding the order no -- OD[protected].. I've bought a Mahi Classic Baguette White Silver Stud Earring. As the page's pictures shows the jewelry will come with a authentic swarovski crystal with a certificate.. But when i received the package i realised that there is no such certificate.. Then i decided there is no point of spending 1688/- for a thing which has no authentication. I called up the customer care guys .they told me 23.11.14 ---- Flipkart Customer Support wrote ---- Dear Asmita, Greetings from Flipkart.com! This email is with regards to your query about "Mahi Classic Baguette White Silver Stud Earring." With regards to your query we regret to inform you that certifucate is not available in the sales package. Please feel free to call us back on our toll free number for further clarification." As per the email I've called the cs and told them i would like to return and refund. As in there previous email they've confirmed that they can't provide the certificate.. So I've decided to return the stud... Accordingly I've called the customer care on 23.11.14.. And Requested for return and refund... But on 24.11.14 I've got a email that replacement of the same OD[protected] has been done... When I didn't requested for a replacement how did you guy's raised this replacement request without my permission .. You guy's are wasting your and my time... I want my money which is 1688 rs back on my bank account as soon as possible.. Such a useless site.. I'll refrain myself next time onwards from shopping with you guy's... Such a bad experience..             Hi Team, I have purchased a Moto E handset on 17 June, 2014 with order no OD[protected] through EMI mapped with HDFC credit card. From the last four moths (from July'14 toOct'14) i have paid my EMI of 629INR, however as per the HDFC bank their was no EMI opted by me as they don't receive any EMI request query from Flipkart. So they ask me to pay the whole amount on 6999INR (excluding penalty) and also they have laps all the EMI paid by me previously. As I have already raise the case to Flipkart on 04th Nov'14 with Incident #[protected], however not receiving any response from Flipkart so i have raised my concern with you. Screenshot attached which cleraly state that the produce is through EMI.               I ordered Sonata watch thorugh flikart order no OD[protected], but its not working properly so i asked them to exchange my product but they told there is no option to exchange the product.but in web site the posting 30 day exchange & warranty, all are cheating the people.i asked them to refund the amount or i want to buy the another watch but they told me there is no option for refund amount.i think there is one way transaction, only paying the money and no refunding the amount to people even when they are suffering, i heard last week flipkart turn over more than crores, now only i came to how they making money.

                  I had ordered for Philips trimmer.. the order id is OD[protected]. The bugging site allowed me to place an order.. After a day got a response saying OUT OF STOCK. So pathetic. Do u check for inventory after a day?? So Idiotic.

                    I had ordered 2kg Dumbbells from Filpkart on 22nd Nov 2014. The product description was "Nivia Vinyl Fixed Weight Dumbbell (2 kg each) " This means that there will be 2 pieces in the product. I got only one dumbell. The description of the product is very misleading. But, in flipkart, we can only return an order. But I got deceived and demand my money back.

                      Myself subhra Maiti, purchased one handbag through your site, which was delivered on 17th of nov 2014, invoice no BC-DEL-014/08561..My complain is delivered material was not same ( colour was not same) as well as today when i try to use it within a hour string is broken..this is very disappointing and not expected.as early as possible replace the material..

                                  I bought MOTO X 16gb from Flipkart on Big Billion day sale on October 6 and they deliverd on October 11..As the product delivered in time i was busy with my excitment towards the phone..soon after somedays i realised the back cover is damaged a little but i neglected it because its a very little break..but after one month the battery keep dying and finally it is not charging at all.And the back side the phone get softend which i dont know what to do..The Flipkart says it can take returns for 1 month period but it is only 10 days late and the phone costs 18000 rupees..Please accept the return

                                    My Order I D. No, :OD[protected]. I have ordered for one mobile, which was returned from fedex(Gandhidham) without dilevery. On putting the matter before the company, they dispatched it again and the same thing happened, the moblie was returned without delivery. Though I was ready to collect the same from their Fedex office in Gandhidham. Earlier, I had ordered for Mobile on 06/10/2014, the same happened. This company has no interest in supplying the ordered materials, instead of this, they play with the money of the customers and then ...?

                                      I had placed an order OD[protected] and it was supposed to get delivered on 22Nov 2014 . I did not get the product and when i called up customer care they said they don;t have detail and they cant say anything . On twitter and facebook they said they are getting in touch with logistics. Now i got a sms that my refund has been initiated and when contacted customer care they said i called up at 8:34pm and told to cancel my order. When the truth is i didnt called up at that time. If this is the case send me the recording which in which i told the customer care guy to cancel my order...

Worth rs-18700 When i purchase this product on flipkart.com after three days i click the software update button which requires to update os.After i click the button, it's got currupted, then i gave for madurai blackberry showroom, they send that product to banglore blackberry showroom, this product holding 1.5year warrenty but in bengalore showroom their they mentioned that, it can't be repair under warrenty service, because this IMEI number got currept, so after i complained to flipkart many times, till now there is no response from there, Please give me a solution My email [protected]@gmail.com
