This is regarding the order OD[protected] I placed on Oct 12.
I bought this item using gift voucher (5000/-) and credit card (723/-).
After 3 days I cancelled this order and immediately the total amount has been gone to seller wallet.
Since I don't have anything to buy from that seller, I called customer care and asked their help to take back that money from that seller and put it back to my credit card and gift voucher so that I can buy other items from other seller.
The customer care immediately helped me to transfer the money which I paid through credit card and asked me to call next day to transfer the money paid by gift voucher.
Next day the person took the phone (I guess his name is Avinash) told me transferring the money to gift voucher is not possible, he even checked with his senior when I asked him to double check, he can ONLY transfer that money to my bank account, so I have given my bank account and dropped the call.
I bought other item using credit card thinking that I will be getting this money to my account but after 3 or 4 days, when I called, they told me transferring the money to my account is not possible they can put it back to my gift voucher, in fact this is what I wanted in the beginning but I have changed my plan after talking to the first customer representative.
Now what will I do with this gift voucher as I already purchased the Item which I need using my credit card thinking that Flipkart will transfer the gift voucher money to my account.
I have called several times to the customer care, many emails to them but every time they will say your issue will be solved so and so time, end of the day they will say your money has been transferred to your account which is NOT the money I paid by gift voucher, it is the money they already transferred to me first time which I paid by credit card. I fed up of saying the same story to them, now what should I do to get the money I paid by Gift Voucher to my account as promised by Flipkart in the call ?
