I ordered for attending the marriages on 28th Nov-2014 Bata sandals size no: 9, (Id: OD[protected] But i receive size no: 6. I was talked to Cs then i send by DTDC(courier) charge Rs.100/.to Bangalore..For that mistake they were added wallet amount Rs.100/.(Except service charge).I used that (to buy a Baby soap worth Rs.68/.). Then i checked the status of my exchange of sandals, i found again they packed same size..Immediately i made a call on Dec-15th.they said no problem we change exact size.I said if i got again same size i will go to consumer court..Almost i lost Rs.1100(for lop of my salary and all).Now i want Rs.3000/. My cell no :[protected].

Spoke to customer regarding the post, he complains that he has received a wrong sized for the second time. Apologized for the inconvenience caused. Informed that we will refund the amount paid of Rs. 398/- back to source. He demands for Rs. 3000/- to his bank account. Informed him that is not possible. Informed him that the only option left is refund of Rs. 398/- that too after the reverse pick up is completed. Customer does not agree for the same. He says he want Rs. 3000/-. Informed him that is not possible and the resolution is refund of 389/- ony. Customer rejects the same and disconnects the call. Closing the case as information provided.

    Spoke to customer and he says that the HCL tablet purchased from Flipkart did not charge and it is completely dead from the time it was delivered.Customer was not in town for sometime and later got to know about this issue. The replacement period was over and we had asked him to visit the service center. Customer says he was denied assistance at the service center as there was some mismatch in the serial number as per invoice. Customer now wants us to interact with the service center and have his product fixed as he blames it is Flipkart's mistake. Escalated the issue to concern team.

      I ordered Redmi 1s on 8th December 2014 and the delivery date given was 18th December. On 19th December i.e. after 11 days of the product registered the order was cancelled by Flipkart showing fake appologies about Courier Partner Unable whereas Flipkart product are delivered at my place. Again today on 22th December a phone call came from Flipkart promising that I will be delivered Redmi 1s in 1-2 days. I asked again about the surity of the product (You can check Phone Call recording if available) and your customer care executive twice assured me for that. And again my product is cancelled. What the hell do Flipkart think about the customer ? Do Flipkart have any respect regarding the customer ?? Order is cancelled once and again promised to be delivered and again cancelled ??? How can Flipkart Fool the customer by cancelling the same product twice ??? I am really sad about the worst service and the harrasement Flipkart has given to me by breaking the expectations. I HAVE MAILED THE SAME TO FLIPKART CUSTOMER CARE and waiting for their reply.

          In FLIPKART, i have ordered lenovo mobile S920 today with price tag of 14k in hyderabad, after period of one week ekart done the delivery . but when i opened the case, shocked to see there is hard stone instead lenovo mobile . doesnt know what is happening within the flipkart team . guys be careful whenever flipkart delivering the product .

            Hi, I recently bought Redmi Note as part of 5 seconds sale conducted online at flipkart.com. The product was delivered the very next day, so no complaints r regrets about that. However there isn't any bill provided when the product was delivered.                   I have ordered Nova NHC 1005 Hair curler red Order No OD[protected]. Flipkart customer care gave me seller numer for replacement this product has 1 year warranty... Mr Ramesh Kumar is a Seller [protected]. Its been 15 days i am doing follow ups with him, no proper revert and he didnt replace/repair the product yet.. asking me to call tmw day after excuses every time.. Kindly look into the matter on urgent basis.. I need my product ASAP.. Thanks I am higly disappointed with the behaiour of the seller, i have spent money.. pls help seema sharma [protected]

                  Spoke to customer, she claims that she order ​ Nova NHC 1005 Hair curler red and after some days wire got burnt and its have 1 year warranty so customer called the Seller and informed same. Seller told customer to ship the product and he will fix this issue and reship the product and customer did the same. But she got the product as how she sent to him so she again called him and he told to ship this time he will surly fix this issue and she shipped the product once again but now the seller is not responding properly and she called him so many times and he is not responding properly. Informed customer that will escalate this issue to concern team and once issue is resolved then closing the case.

                      I have order lenovo Tablet S8 on 12 December 2014 and while placing order it says it will get delivered in 3 business day, But today is 21st December 2014 and have still not received my product, even after 10 days. This is very pathetic service by flipkart. I have been calling Flipkart every day since 16th December but every time they say the product will get delivered in next day . I have spoken to all the possible customer executive but no use, they say they can't help it, its due to logistic problem. Dear all buyer i suggest you not to buy product from Flipkart They are very bad in their commitment.

                        I ordered a MOTO G II Generation, black color on the 7 September 2014 with the Order ID- OD[protected]. The IMEI number on invoice and the box are different which can not be as every phone has one or two UNIQUE IMEI number/s depending on the number of sim slots available, for finding data/erasing data and to trace my product down. I recently lost my device and due to this above blunder my mobile phone could not be traced and the data on it may or may not have been erased causing Harassment of intellectual property and product loss.

                          I ordered Danny Daze brown colour sunglasses. I got the wrong order the first time, I got Pink glasses so cancelled the order and haven't received the refund yet. I ordered the Second Time same sunglasses and again Black sunglasses has come for which I just placed the return order. Just because your company is in a dominant position you cannot abuse your power and harass consumers. You have wasted my time tremendously, sending a sorry for your inconvenience e-mail/ message doesn't make you not efficient. I have lost all the faith you have in your reputation.

                            Placed my product on 10th of Dec 2014, and got it deliverd on 12th of Dec . When I have tried to switch on the phone it was not working so went on to call Flipkart CC to find out the replacement for the same. Called them on 15th of Dec to place a return request to refund my money or request for new piece and the response I got from them is "will resolve your issue in 24 hrs". So waited fro their call on 16 dec but no one called me so I have to call them again on the same day after waited for 24 hrs as per their timeline but dinot get call from them so waited till 17 th dec and I went on to call them but diappointed to hear from them again that have to wait for another 24 hrs. On the whole my waiting for 24 hrs is kept on going till today 20th of dec but no solution for my query. I don't know as what is the problem they are facing to resolve this issue. In this juncture a getting mails from them saying that The below mail I got from them on 15th dec as We regret to inform that seller has disapproved your return request for following items in the Order OD[protected].

                                Dear Sir, Reference Flipkart Order No: OD[protected] As I am a regular customer of flipkart (buying 3 to 4 items every week) and I do appreciate their fast and one the best service comparing to any other online shopping websites. But this week as I was outside office, I asked one of my office colleague to use my laptop which was at office to place an order for 2GB DDR2 RAM(2 Nos.) I did get the RAM but the bus speed of the RAM was 800 and was not compatible with the motherboard I am upgrading. I needed 533 MHz Ram and I requested for a change. The product specialist called me and as expected, he was rude and very plainly declined that he cannot exchange nor he can refund the amount. I am seriously not expecting this kind of behaviour from such a big online brand like FLIPKART. Please help me to get my money back as I had to pay cash from my pocket. And today I got mail showing your appologies that your Courier Partner cant deliver the product to me. Whereas other product by Flipkart or Snapdeal, Amazon etc is being delivered at my place. Please... I dont need your appologies. Take necessary measures to deliver the product. I need it any how. How can u cancel it and make your customer fool ? Kindly change your shipping partner as other competitor like snapdeal amozon etc are delivering products to my place at right time. Now its flipkart problem to deliver the product. I hope you will do something regarding this.

                                    Dear Flipkart team, My debit card misused some other persons, I reported to jaggampet police station i received F.I.R copy, and submitted to ICICI Bank and received transaction details(FLIPKART PURCHASED, 12, 999/- purchased ID: INN/FLIPKART.CO/[protected]/0) These are all process done with out my permission. I don't know exactly who were misused my debit card so can you please provide the customer details and also please stop product delivery.                                     after asking refund money from flipkart, just after 1 minute one call came from this no. that people said i am from flipkart and asked my atm no. and said 1500 rs extra he will transfer actually my mobile cost is 12999rs but he told that he will transfer 12999+1500.

                                        I have ordered a Certification Book (CCIE Routing And Switching Exam Certification Guide (With CD) (English) 4th Edition) on FlipKart Online, the order number OD[protected] on 9 October, 2014 4:34 PM for Rs. 827 /- But the Paper Quality and Printing is really worst and letters on book can be wiped off with out hands.
