To Flipkart Customer care, Subject: Faulty Charger Received This is to bring to your notice that that we had purchased a Motorola Moto G (Second Gen) from flipkart on 29 September 2014 with the order number OD[protected] The shipment was received by us on 1 october 2014 and the box was in good condition. Just after a few days we realised the phone was not charging properly, initially we thought that there is an issue with the phone, after few days we tried to charge the phone with another charger and the phone battery was getting charged properly. Would request you to get in touch with us on email [protected]@yahoo.com or Phone [protected] and replace thegood faulty charger as soon as possible. Hoping Flipkart will live up to its service levels as advertised and of online customers and we will not be forced to contact again and escalate this small matter that can be solved by your corporation as the replacement has to come from the manufacture of the product. Hoping for a quick and a positive . response

I have compliant at customer care around 5 times... but all are telling to wait again and again... they are telling same from last one week.. I feel this too much delay and very bad service.. The tile of the dupatta mentions that it is silk... BUt when you browse down it is mentioned as silk in a second place and as chiffon in another place...Pls confirm what material the dupatta is made of as i don't want a chiffon one.             This is to bring to notice that Flipkart is not providing customers with original accessories. I purchased a RG Bumper cover for my phone Xiaomi Mi3 on 31st October 2014. The bumper cover has faults- 1- The 3.5mm jack is not where it should be. It is offset. 2- The lock of the cover keeps on opening. 3-The side with the lock has play. 4-The sensors on top of the phone are covered by the cover which makes no use for the sensors. 5- Metal cut outs are there on the top and bottom of phone. 6- The keys -volume up, down and power key are pressed very easily and it seems they are already pressed. I could have got the cover from nehru place for Rs 300 but as I trust Flipkart I decided to order the cover online for Rs 590. Also, the packing that I got of the cover was NOT of the bumper cover but of some another cover ( Back cover). It is clear that Flipkart has replaced the genuine product with a cheap one. You can see that the instructions given are not of the bumper cover but of a back cover. Also, the company (RG) states that the hole location matches. But it is not matching. Clearly, this cover was not build for my phone OR Flipkart has replaced the genuine product with a cheap one.               I have ordered Lenovo A536 (order No OD[protected] mobile on Oct 19, 2014.. it had a delivery due time of Oct 28, 2014.. As per the tracking number item has reached local courier office on Oct 23, 2014. But till today Nov 08, item is not delivered When contacted Flipkart or courier company getting redundant response... Horrible customer experience and no one is taking the responsibility...
              TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE ITEM...

                I has supposed to get my shipment delivery for FMPP[protected] today by 7 pm. Now at 5.20 pm when I checked the tracking status as still the delivery has not happened, surprisingly I found the status the the customer ( i.e, me ) have requested for a reschedule . This is absolutely wrong as I have not received any call from flipkart regarding deliver nor have I made such requests. This is un ethical way of covering up your flaws of failure of maintaining timeline by showcasing it as customer request . I know many a times the customer don't even check what the status is showing . This is not the first time that such cases has happened . for my last few purchases I have got the the sms on the committed delivery dates the delivery cannot happen due to vehicle breakdown now call it coincidence, fate or covering up

                    Hi, This is with regard to order # OD[protected], the 23" Samsung LED TV ordered on 20th Oct and delivered on 25th Oct, till date none of the representative from Flipkart neither samsung, called me, Complaint was lodged with flipkart for return/replacement due to defective TV delivered. Its almost 13 days my request was rejected without valid reason, once again request was raised on 7th of Nov for return/replacement, kindly do the needful at the earliest.                       I had booked a Huawei Honor Holly mobile in flip cart and received the phone on 06.11.14
                      I found there is phone speaker issue and incoming calls automatically cut down and poor quality
                      When i approached the Huawei Honor Holly service center the contact number is out of servce and always in engagged mode and checked with flip cart they require 3 to 4 days for solving this issue

                        Hi Sir, My Order ID :OD[protected] I ordered a Nokia Lumia 630 Phone on 26 October 2014 and got delivered on 29th October 2014. When i checked the headset i found out that one earpiece is not working. Kindly make required actions to replace the faulty headset.

                          Team, We have purchased MICROMAX LED tv from flipkart.com which was delivered with broken screen. Installation technician accepted the fault and my refund request was approved. Amount will be refunded once they pickup the delivered tv. But no one has approached for pickup. After chasing much via emails and phone calls on flipkart toll free numbers, we were given timelines of 30-oct-14, 1-nov-14, 7-nov-14 and now they have extended it to 11-nov-14. We are not assured about the same after this false commitments. My amount of approx 21750 is blocked. Please look into the matter and help us. Anticipating your quick response.                               I had ordered Moto G(2nd gen) on 3rd Nov, 2014 and the order no. indicated by flipkart is OD[protected] and the date of delivery intimated through SMS as well as on the website was 7th Nov, 2014. However, I have neither received phone till 9pm today nor any SMS regarding expected delivery of same. The delay in delivery of item by flipkart raise doubt on capability of flipkart to deliver the material on committed date and I have to think in future before placement of any further order.

                                  Hi I purchased one TP-LINK Wireless Router and my Order ID : OD[protected] dt. 30.07.2013 . At present wifi signal is not coming . I made a call on 6.11.14 to Flipkart Toll free no. and excutive gave me a Toll Free no. of TP-LINK . I called at least 30-35 times but I did not get any one to talk only I got please wait our engineer will talk to you . I made a call in the evening to Flipkart Toll Free number and told them in detail . I am not getting any after service . So please tell me what I can do right now . I* am really disheartened with this very bad service . Whenever I am calling to TP Link only one answer I am getting - pl. wait our eng will talk to you and after two times they are giving a number telling to give a missed call and they will talk but that number is incorrect as and when I am calling to that number . I told Flipkart executive to solve the problem as I purchased that Router from Flipkart .May I not expect this little support from your end ? I also let you know that the product purchased by my son and his mobile number is given in the order . Myself Dr.S.D.Banerjee .                                     I have been using Flipkart services for a while and havent faced any serious issues till your billion day sale. From there on the Service of Flipkart has deteriorated beyond customer satisfaction, to how to completely dis-satisfy the customer. I am writing this mail after a long conversation with Mr. Kamal who has escalated this issue, escalation id being[protected], after a lengthy conversation. To cut a long story short, here are the sequence of events. I order a Redmi phone on the 28th of November, as a gift, with the estimated delivery date as 1st Nov 2014. Since I had not received the consignment I logged a ticket with Flipkart CS to which I was promised a resolution the 7th of November Today is the 7th and instead of receiving the phone today, I get an sms stating that my PREPAID Item has been canceled. Well I wish you could just put yourself in my patient shoes.. and tell me your reaction to my grievance. I know of people who have ordered it on cash on delivery at much later sale dates and having received the items well in time. I dont know why Flipkart chooses to make the prepaid customers suffer. Let alone that offer resolutions like kindly replace the order. Not every person enjoys waiting for 2pm to see the wheel of adding to cart happen in tens of minutes... I find a total turn around in the service standards of Flipkart and trust me if this is what it boils down to in me getting a refund after 10 days of waiting, better still would be to deactivate my flipkart account from your end itself as you have done with my order. A consumer should not be taken lightly and his geniune concerns should be addressed. and cancellation of a transaction might be the easiset fro the company based on the Terms and conditions. But is an unethical way of doing business.

                                      I bought a moto g2 phone from flipkart on 2nd november 2014 whose notification tab is not working from the first day o[censored]se. It works intermittently, at times it responds but most of the time it doesnot. In addition to this, the phone also responds slowly when notification tab is not working. Logged a complaint with flipkart for return of faulty piece but no resolution yet now, I always get a messge sorry for the inconvenience and we will call you tommorrow. This is disgusting flipkart, is that the way you are becoming billionare by fooling people. I will not spare you people, if you think you can get easily over it and let me remind you, you will have to pay for consequences if my problem is not resolved because I dont have free money to spend it on your website, when I have paid, I want service for it.                                         Very Bad Service from flipkart I have ordered a moto g 2 on 5th Nov 14, It was a gift for my friend. It was very embarrassing moment yesterday because I was unable to give him a birthday gift. I paid Rs. 90 extra for one day delivery. flipkart CS had promised me that I will get the product by 9.00 pm on 6th Nov 14 but the product is yet to be delivered. I will not buy any product from flipkart in future. After raising this issue in flipkart CS, they replied that they are compensating the customer emotions in RS 270. Money is not a concern, how flipkart can understand customers sentiment.
