I had ordered professional screen guard 12332 for moto g. In my 1st delivery I had got only 1screen guard instead of 5.. When I called customer service they made a replacement again same mistake made. Now they are telling me to get a refund as the product is out of stock.. But now I need a delivery only and not refund.. I've seen that it is still in stock..

    ORDER ID : OD[protected] I placed an order for nikon d5200 dslr on 10th dec and got the delivery on 13th dec, i was satisfied with the delivery until i found out that the product was defective. Within two hours of receiving the product i called the customer service and informed them about the same, i also communicated my problem, which i also communicated while ordering the product, that i will be leaving for vacation on 17th evening and need the replacement by then, they assured me that i will receive a call within 24 hours, for the next four days i did not receive any call from Flipkart. I called them every day following the day of receiving of product but all they continued to postpone it to the next day. On this day when i called they said it was not possible to deliver it by 17th as it is not possible to deliver it within a day. All these days i was requesting them to resolve the issue, but because of their casual and indifferent attitude nobody at Flipkart even tried to solve the problem till the last date. I am highly disappointed by Flipkart's service and repenting for having placed the order with Flipkart. I am feeling cheated by the inefficient and insensitive attitude of Flipkart. I would advise the Flipkart to first have their systems in place before inviting the customers to place orders. The only way to redress my grievance is by replacing the defective product by 17 evening or refund my money. In the absence of that i will have no other option but to claim damages for causing inconvenience and mental agony by this deficiency in service.

        My flipkart user id is [protected]@gmail.com. I had tried purchase an item on 22 NOV times and it failed two times at payment gateway(flipkart's new payment gateway is pathetic) but my account debited twice. It got refunded only once and the second refund is pending since 22nd Nov even after multiple follow up with customer care. They had promised the issue will get resolved in five days each times but nothing happened. I had good experience with flipkart until now but now I have doubts over flipkart's commitment to customers. There are severel bad reports on flipkart coming out recently and my experience is also same. I hope flipkart can resolve my issue ASAP. Regards, Merry.

There is some issue in mobile that for Sim 2 slot, mobile shows as Emergency Calls only or No service. Its very frustrating because for the whole day mobile does not show network and my number is not reachable to others. I am facing this issue from the time I purchase this mobile.               this is mrs. kasthuri from bangalore. I ordered elite book cover for dell venue 8. 30th november i received a message stating the order no as OD[protected] amounting to rs.799/. on 2nd i received another message on 2nd december that the book cover is packed and ready to be shipped.the same day i got another message stating that the elite book cover has been shipped and will be delivered by wednwsday, the10th of december. on 10th i didn't received the cover. i waited two more days and then called the customer care and enquired about it. the person answered the phone told us the the cover is still with the mother hub. when we insisted whether we can go there and collect it she said she would talk to the concern people and see that the cover would reach us by 18th.december. we also received a message saying they have escalated our issue to the concerned team and will resolve the problem by 18th december. 4.30 p.m. this morning i received a call from flipcart and the lady called said that our area pin code doesnot match the address hence the order has been cancelled. when i insisted that the address and the pin code is correct she told me to contact customer care. when i called the customer care she also told me the same.i told her that it's the address we are using for past 13 years and 6 months and we have never missed any letters or parcels both national and international, by government and private courier services. so far no courier service has told us the pin code is wrong . she imply said that she is only repeating what is is been updated on the system and she cannot do anything beyond this.she also told that the consignment is been cancelled and if i want the same i have to place a fresh order. few minuetsi received a message saying "we regret to inform you that our courier partner was unable to deliver your flipcart .com order. we have cancelled the order and initiated refund. please check the email for more detail.sincere apologies for inconvenience caused." with this regard i would like to strongly object the cancellation of my order. 1. we live in this address for past 13 years and 6 months. our passport, ration card, adhar card, bank passbook, our HP gas connectin, our L.I.C . policies land documents, voters i d and various other important documents bear the same address.and the same pincode 560092. i even checked with my neighbours. even they have the same address and pincode. then how can your courier partner say the pin code is wrong.and based on that you have cancelled the order. 2. our phone number is very much with you and definitly you would have given the same to the courier partner. neither you nor your courier partner bothered to call us. if at all there is a problem in finding the address your partner or your company could have called me, so that i could have directed them. the problem would have solved. you send so many messages before that, atleast you could have sent us a message saying there is a confussion regarding the address. without informing us how can you cancel our order. without verifying how can the courier partner say our pin code is wrong. you also witout verfying cancelled the order. i'm very much upset and disappointed by your action. Incapability of your courier partner and lack of commitment on your part has caused inconvenience to me. my address is 8, santhosh vihar phase1. jakkur road, byatrayanapura bangaloe.560092. i have attached the copies of my address proof to show that my address is correct. I WILL NOT ACCEPT THE CANCELLATION. i want you to honour the order see that the consignment reaches me within a week. i'm expecting a reply from you. i would also like to know who is that great courier partner who is incapable of delivering the parcel to us. kasthuri

                E-GIFT VOUCHER pin code leaked by flipkart

                I live in new delhi.i purchased a e-gift voucher from flipkart but after 2 days when i was using the voucher i found that the voucher has no balance...when i called at flipkart customer care they told me that someone else has used the voucher who lives in andhra pradesh..and the fraud case is not solved by flipkart yet..i want my money back.....

Saturday 13th Dec i got the transaction details, that my consignment dispatch from Seller Warehouse. now its in transit, However, Today I got the status details that my order has been cancelled. the flipkart used my money for 5 days. threfore, I would like to complaint regarding the same. and still i want my consignment. and don't want my cash return back.

                    I have purchased one redmi 1s from flipkart via order no. OD[protected] dated 25.11.2014 and delivered to me on 3.12.2014. i started using this phone from 6.12.2014. for first 2-3 days the phone was quite good. problem started from 10.12.2014 when in morning all of a sudden battery drained to zero from 88%. it was morning and i waked up and picked up the phone to switch off the alarm means i was not using the phone and battery become zero. it happened for atleast 4-5 times from 10.12.2014 to 13.12.2014 out of which for twice vattery become zero and for rest of the time the phone get switched off after becoming inresponsive. I had given a complaint regarding this on 12.12.2014 and i was told that technical support rep will contact up to 4.30pm and next day i received an sms due to hheavy work load they were not able to contact me and i will be contacted up to 1.30pm of 13.12.2014 and third time i received the same thing that now i will be contacted on 14.12.2014. yet i have not received any technical support and yet i am not aware what resolution will be given to me. so i appeal to all pls do not buy redmi 1s or note from flipkart. flipkart is importing this phone in india and have no technical expertise to solve your problems. they will keep riding over you and will not respond. i suffered a lot as i have this as the only handset to use. do not get driven towards this cheap phone by alluring feedbacks on different sites as i know atleast 5-6 people having same phone and facing problems and flipkart is not responding. they are making people fool by organising sales and showing these phones out of stock... now i have decided that i will file a writ against flipkart and see how they shed their hand from their responsibilities.

                      I received a msg from yours(flipkart's) courier partner EKARTL on Saturday(13th of December 2014) at 1:26 pm that "Hi! Items SayItLoud Regular Fit ... with tracking ID FMPC[protected] will be delivered today before 7pm by Faizan Ullah ([protected]). Please keep ready 899.0/- in cash" but there was not delivery made by your courier partner on given date and time as per mention in their msg . Today(14th of December 2014) at 9:46 am i get another msg from EKART that "Hi! Items SayItLoud Regular Fit ... with tracking ID FMPC[protected] will be delivered today before 7pm. Please keep ready 899.0/- in cash" but today also i don't get my item delivered yet. So i request your courier partner EKARTL that please don't send such kind of promising msg with full of confidence because sometimes customers like us believe on this msg and most of time they change their schedule and their program to receive the item's which they ordered. And also kindly request to u that please may concern about this problem and if possible solve this problem asap. Thank you.

                        I ordered Gansta Aviator Sunglasses for Rs 295..Today when i got the delivery of the product and opened it, it was having some local cheap defeated sunglasses. Is this the service flipkart is offering now a days, do the indian customers look like fools i will from now on every order anything from flipkart because of this my money is stuck and i am left with this product which i had to gift it to someone.

But when i opened it, there was a single pendrive. I reported the complaint to the flipkart consumer support they gave me time so that they can contact me, but they are resheulding the date for it.                               Unresolved Case fir order no OD[protected] I have been a proud and happy customer of Flipkart and done so many purchases from your company more than lacs during the year but this purchase has been the worst experience and worst customer care service and questions i have faced from your end for more than a year now I have purchased a Sony Xperia Z Ultra and the first handset which came was faulty and had a problem in speaker which gave crackling sound I got a replacement in next 2 days for another handset from the same reseller (ws retail) and the handset which came again was having display panel issue Sometimes, buttons work on their own on screen and panel is not responsive in all areas and system, I remained Patienet till that time also and foloowed trousbleshooting steps and did a hard reset as well but didnt got lucky I am became a Flipkart First customer and thought i would get a best service and treatiment from your company. Let me Tell you, PATHETIC SERVICE AND ANSWERS YOU GIVE FOR SOLVING THE PROBLEM, YOU NOW TELL MNE AN ENGINEER WILL VISIT TO SEE THE PHONE OR WILL CALL FOR TROUBLESHOOTING AGAIN. WHAT DO YOU THINK, CUSTOMERS ARE FOOLS WHO KEEP BELIEVEING IN YOU, NOW YOU ARE SAYING RESLLER ISNOT ACCEPTING THE RETURN. THWN WHAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE OF FLIPKAT OR 30 DAYS RETURN????? STOP CHEATING THE CUSTOMERS AND HELP CUSTOMERS NOT BEING CHEATED FROM RESELLERS VERY UNSATISFIED WITH THIS PURCHASE, NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE NIPUN SACHDEVA [protected] In a gist – 1. Flipkart guaranteed 30 day replacement, which it did not honor. 2. Customer staff kept giving me incorrect information, on purpose 3. Its delivery guy harassed me, used profanities.

                                Hi, We bought an Ausus handset R95740 vide tax invoice no: del[protected], dt: 04/12/2014. After a week, we found that the phone was not charging . We lodged a complaint and a call came to my father's mob no: [protected] and since he was at work, he could not attend and the person who called, took our home landline no and promised to call. Again on 12th we called flipkart and complained and were told that they will call back in 48 hours. We want you to resolve this issue since we bought this ph with lot of expectation . if you check your record, we are flipkart's regular customers.                                   I had ordered for a bed sheet DREAMSCAPE 7021, order ID- OD[protected] I had received this product this morning and when the product was given for a wash the bed sheet had faded. I request the concerned authority to deal with this problem with utmost sincerity. And I hope that this product will be exchange and a better quality product will be given to me. Or the cost of the product should be refunded.

                                    Respected Sir, Today i.e.13/12/2014 5.00p.m i have received a second hand product against replacement of my original pre delivered above mobile supplied by W S Retails The following issue was noticed by me after taking delivery. 1It looks like a 2nd hand phone in finishing 2 the barcode was damaged by intentionally and covered with tape 3 the original green sticker was covered with another sticker 4 the screen guard was old damaged & plain but on my predeliverd product have some signs that are of information related. 5. Battery was zero %. in new phone it was 50% charged generally. 6.phone box was damaged and the bar code of the box also get replaced with covering other bar code sticker please take a action to change or refund me.
