We had ordered for "Geronimo Stilton" book for my son thro' flipkart on 31.10.14. We got an sms that the same will be delivered by 8th Nov. 2014. (ID FMPC [protected]) . On 4th Nov. 2014, a flip cart executive (Name not known but his mobile no. is [protected]) called on my mobile no. As i was in office, I could not receive his call. When I called him back he did not pick the call. On 5th November 2014 again the executive called and stated that he is standing in front of my house and he will be delivering the same. But till now, no book has been delivered and he is not even picking the call. A very bad service indeed!!! Please direct the executives to atleast pick the call and respond properly. Dr. Isloor.

    Hi My syed Irfan, I have ordered a Zen phone 4 Asus Order ID: OD[protected] Dated 28 October, 2014 6:07 AM. Late after a Day or two I had requested for RETURN, there was a call from flipkart to my contact no since there was no response the request was delayed for next day, but late after that there was no response from flipkart the return request was canceled without any notification, then again I had requested for return day before yesterday the call was expected today 05/11/14 3:30 PM, but i dint get any call from them, when i spoke to customer support they updated my number was not reachable to it is now postpone to 7th Nov 2014 4:00PM, its 9 days now after getting a NEW Phone I'm not able to use my PHONE.       Hi, This is in reference to my purchase which I did on flipkart. I had given them my VAT/TIN number so that they can send this to seller and put it on my purchase bill. However, no one from last 3 weeks has turned out to help or fix my issue. It's just their laziness or I don't know what, that they are not willing to reply on my email. I had also called their helpline, where the executive had confirmed the issue will be fixed in few days, however that too has been 10 days old. I am not sure who to escalate this issue and I am sure there are lot o[censored]sers like me who has suffered this kind of issue. Flipkart order id : OD[protected] Regards,

      Spoke to customer and informed him that it cannot be done, also confirmed the same from the concerned department. So closing the case as information is provided to customer.
      I am not sure how the case is closed by just saying that this cannot be done. It's a sales tax rule, which is not being followed. I would be happy if some one actually applies updated rules as per the sales tax laws.

            I have booked a ASUS ZENFONE 4 on 20th October 2014 in Filpkart with the order ID -OD[protected]. The product was supposed to be delivered on 28th October 2014 . It was delayed to be delivered on 1st Nov 2014 and has been rescheduled 3 times and not delivered yet.It was a horrible experience form flipkart and every time I call customer support the answer from them is 'the product is out for delivery'.

                Order No: OD[protected]. 1. Item (Smartphone) was purchased via Flipkart on 16th August, 2014 via SBI netbanking with the offer displayed clearly stating 10% cashback on purchases with SBI 2. I call up Flipkart's customer care representative on 17th August, 2014 asking when the cashback will be received to my account. I am informed that the cashback amount will be credited to your account on 17th October, 2014 3. I do not receive the cashback till 17th October, 2014 4. I again call up Flipkart's customer care asking about the cashback status and their representative informs that due to some technical problems at Flipkart's end, the cashback will be credited to my account on 27th October 5. I do not receive any cashback till 5th November 6. I again call the customer care of Flipkart asking for the status and your representative informs me that cashback is not possible since I have made a purchase using SBI netbanking This is how Flipkart misguides their customers fooling them into buying your products. I need a clear resolution to this issue and also arrange to refund the cashback amount to my account Thanks Arihant Dugar

                  As flipkart providing offer on redmi 1S on 4th nov n when i try to book i got error that internal problem occur and it happen with me thrice even in last offer as well and i log complain about 21th oct 2014 about the same issue but again i got same complain regarding flipkart as in last offer i dont have snap shot of the complain as well and even i try many time to book it but at last it show that out of stock

                    I placed order OD[protected] on 10th Oct' 14. They took 15 days to deliver the product and finally I got delivery on 25th Oct '14. I was already regretting my decision to order online. To my surprise what I got was not what I ordered. Product delivered was of a different brand and of inferior quality. On 25th Oct '14, I requested for a replacement on their website. However their back office later came to know that the product is not available at all however they did not bother to inform me. I called customer on 29th Oct '14, they apologised for the delay and wrong product and promised a replacement by 31st Oct '14. Finally when I did not get any replacement till 4th Oct 14, I again called customer care. Now they again they told me that product is not available and also that I can't get a refund as I have exceeded number of days allowed for refund. This is clearly fraud. Basically they wasted my time and in the end rob me of my money. I wish I can give them a fitting reply for their fraud. I have decided not to shop with them in future.

                        Hi, My registered mobile no.is [protected], and my order id is OD[protected]. I had ordered for a micromax mobile canvas nitro for 13089/- on 30 sep, that was delivered on 01 oct 14. However, within 4-5 days there occurred with a problem with the mobile, the screen went blank all of a sudden, and then i tried switching it, but it did not start, then i had to take out the battery and start it for 2-3 times then it got switched on. I had called customer care around first week of october, the flipkart executive told me to reset the phone on factory settings and use it, i had done the same and phone was fine for 10-12 days, again this problem started occuring. so i had lodged my first complaint on 27 oct, and i was told that i will receive a call within 48 hours, I had recieved only messages that flipkart was not able to contact me time and again. I did recieve a call from your executive on 29th eveving once, in which she said that flipkart don't have any replacement available and they will refund my money. I told her, replacement would be better, and since i was in meeting that time, so i asked her to give me a call back in 10 mins, she said she will, but i didnot recieve any call there after. I dont understand how I was only not reachable for flipkart and available for others. further, on 31st oct i had recieved a mail that since they were not able to contact me, they have turned down my return request. I don't understand how can such issue b turned down with sending me an sms or call? further I had again lodged a complaint on 31st oct itself, for which I was told, that i will recieve a call on 01 Nov, 1230pm. The executive had called around that time, But there was lot of nice from your executive's side, and he said he will arrange a call back, I told him not to hand down the call, bacoz of my past experience on 29th, to which he assured that he will call me within 10 mins, but instead i received a message that i will get a call around 6pm on 01 nov. I did got a call around 6 pm, but as i was about to pick up, call got cut and i recieved a message again that i will get a callback around 1230 pm n 2nov. I had immidiately called up customer care, but no help. I dont understand how i was not contacted upon my alternate no. further I have not received regular intimation on my emails either. On 3rd I had got call again from flipkart after repeated complaints on phone, the executive told that the product is not available so he will arrange for refund and collection of the product back. However, still no coresspondence after that and I had no other option but to show the phone to authorized service centre of micromax, as I have this hard earned 13000 worth of product, which i had taken after much research and voila! I m not able use it.. so this service centre person has given following problems in the set- 4107:Phone reboots, 4901-DISPLAY SEGMENTS MISSING, 4911:DISPLAY TOUCH NOT WORKING. I had not used my mobile since first complaint, and pathetic customer support from flipkart left me with no option but to save my money through service centre interfernce. I had good experience in the past but this time every thing is ruined. I would request the matter may be looked upon on priority and issue may be resolved at the earliest. Regards Monica

But at the end also they don't have any proper explaination, I have the voice call recordings. Whenever I use to call to FlipKart, they end up saying that the you have to wait till the promised date of delivery and we cannot take any complaint before that, yet till today i didnt received the product. I have all the screen shots, all records & mail communication. They have never came forward to give explaination, and on my regular follow-up they haven't taken it seriously. They have given me mental harassment, fights at house depression business loss, and money loss, BUT STILL THE PRODUCT HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED

                            I ordered a sunglass on their website. They gave me the delivery date of 29th of October but they didn't. When i enquenquired they said it will be delivered by 30th of October. Then they gave me the date of 2nd of November. Then they gave me the date of 4th of November. 4th November is also gone and my order is not delivered yet. My order number is OD[protected]. And the worst part is they have taken my money.

                            I have purchased a Motorola G vide order No. OD [protected] however after using 15 days some software problems have cropped up along with malfunctioning of Charger. Subsequently, I requested for return (Return ID: 8999394). The complaint was attended immediately and your representative talked me over phone and suggested some ways to overcome the problem of software. However, he agreed to replace the charger within three days (i.e three days from 22.10.2014) But till today I have not received any consignment from you. This is not fare and you must adhere to your policy.

                                Vide Order id: OD[protected] Euroline 3.2.Ltr. damaged Ricecooker delivered to me on 24.10.14 and the matter was raised to seek replacement of the product through customer care.The product was replaced to me on 04.11.2014 and on opening the packing before the delivery man it was again found damaged.Photo proof of both the delivered (Damaged) Rice Cookers are attached as an evidence.I am very much disappointed and (now) reason to believe that Flipcart not capable to deliver this product in good condition.So I seek refund of amount Rs.1870/- paid .                                   IIT IS BROUGHT TO SHAME BY GREED OF BINNY BANSAL & SACHIN BANSAL WHO IS BRINGING SHAME TO RESPECTABLE INSTITUTE OF IIT by minting money from innocent shopper from COUNTRY India and by cheating them giving them refurbished and defective products, i must say that amazon and eBay are far more ethical than flipkart in way of working.. I am quoting my experience but when I went to websites to post these reviews, I found thousands of companions who were also cheated and harassed by flipkart. I have been an old shopper with flipkart, But I faced a Cheated experience with the, flipkart cheated me on my LG LED TV, When they refused to return it after one day of delivery as 1- I ordered this product for my cousin as anniversary gift, and as flipkart delivered it late, I could not gift it and had to use for myself as I had already paid flipkart. 2- However, I did not like THIS FOR PERSONAL USE AS THE audio and picture quality(which u cannot see online); I felt dejected customer and regret doing s much shopping with flipkart in past. 3- I explained this issue twice to flipkart but they did not help me… 4- I even asked flipkart not to return my old tv which they took as exchange as the sme offer is going on on other tvs also and they can give other iv which I will choose from their website…so that flipkart does not hve t refund my amount. • Order ID: OD[protected] Item) 4. I also gave flipkart an option of buying a more expensive TV FROM THEIR WEBSITE SO THEY DO NOT HAVE TO RETURN ME THE amount paid for LG TV…and I can pay the difference, in short 3 ways flipkart cheated 1. delivered product late inspite of me calling their customer care for early delivery 2. delivered a poor product which is not as stated in their website 3. never offered refund or exchange 4. it has been over 4 weeks but my tv installation and mounting is not yet done I WILL NEVER EVER SHOP AGAIN FROM FLIPKART…

                                  I too have been cheated by Flipkart. Buy online always from Amazon or E bay.Flipkart quotes less and supplies only refurbished electronics items. If they dont get refurbished items from their supplier, they just cancel your orders.
                                  Good evening, i am a seller on your website under the name Toyworld123. This is in reference to complaint ID[protected]Your company has held my payments for over a month now and for no reason what so ever.Your
                                  team is extremely inefficient in helping or sorting my issues out. i
                                  have provided your company with the list of pending payments with the
                                  compete order IDS over 6 times however your "senior staff" Mrs.Komal
                                  singh who is supposingly in charge of my account refuses to get back
                                  with me or provide me with an definitive response.The total pending
                                  amount is Rs.26692.92 out of which following up for almost a month the
                                  transferred a mere Rs.4554.3. Why are my payments being held up? This is
                                  the exact reason why i have removed all my listings from your seller
                                  portal.Every time i call your customer care number i am either
                                  laughed at, yes your so called professional team has the audacity to
                                  laugh at its sellers who have been selling on your "India's number one
                                  market place" for over a year now, they refuse to transfer my call to
                                  komal singh or to any supervisor for that matter with the repetitive
                                  excuse "sorry they are in a meeting" . I just got of the phone with
                                  Mr.Dheeraj and he was extremely unhelpful, following the standard
                                  protocol "we have escalated the issue we will arrange a call back etc
                                  etc." I wonder does your senior staff do anything besides sit in
                                  meetings?Mr. Sachin i want my payments cleared as there is no valid
                                  reason your company is holding them up, for no fault of mine or my
                                  company. Our account has always been a positive one with the seller
                                  ratings above 70%. Failing to do which i shall take this matter to the
                                  social media and send your company a legal notice as well.
