I ordered Studds Chrome Super Motorsports Helmet - XL(Matt Black) from flipkart on 6 Dec 2014 with Order ID OD[protected]. According to the size chart shown at flipkart was XL - 620mm but when I received the product on 8 Dec 2014 it was of 600mm. After that i made a complaint for wrong product and the executive also registered with complaint with the same size issue. He agreed for replacement. On 10 Dec 2014 I received the replaced helmet which was also of the same size. After that while complaining again, i found that Flipkart has changed the helmet size chart now to XL - 600mm. Now, they are denying to either get it changed or to register my complaint. This is really fraud. It means that one should take the screen shot as they can change any thing on site and will prove customer wrong. Very depressed from flipkart.

I have purchased 3 product ---
Rogaine Hair Loss Foam,
Gillette Mach 3 Cartridges,
U.S.Polo.Assn Full Sleeve Printed Men's Sweatshirt
from flipkart online store at price-- 1361 rs, 298 rs, 1498rs respectively
with offer discount-- 418 rs, 91rs, 461 rs respectively at 10 Dec 2014, they had give me offer because i made purchase of minimum 3000 rs and i was made payment by SBI Debit card at 10 Dec 2014.they send me 2 product Gillette Mach, U.S POLO sweatshirt but now they does not send me Rogaine Hair loss product .and today they cancle my order of Rogaine Hair Loss Foam without my permission and give me reason that your parcel is lost so i am canceling your order.

When i ask for resend of another product then they said me that Your ordered product is out of stock then you should re order this product but product is in stock at this time.
Problem is -Now that product cost is 1779 rs insted of 1361rs so if i reorder this product again then i loose my money by 418 rs, when i ask for 418 Rs then he told me that we will not return this Money back. I have mailed them but they are not responding .when i call to flipkart customer care center then they disconnect my call.
plz help me.

    i purchased moto g 2 phone on launch day within 2 month a line appeared on display i had given phone to service centre now after 8 days when i called service centre they are telling company has not provided display i have to wait another week nobody is listening in motorola worst customer care

      hello, i have bought a weighing machine from flipkart, it shows on website that it can lift upto 50kg, but when i try to lift 20 kg it started malfunction.when i have asked to replace the item they say that cannot do that, i felt like they are cheating us.

In COMPATIBLE UTENSILS they mentioned Stainless Steel Pots, Stainless Steel Rice Cookers, Cast Iron Frying Pots, Oil boiling Pots, Stainless Steel Water Jugs, Cast Iron Pots, Color Pots, Grilling Iron Plate but the item is so small that it cannot take the rice cookers and even medium sized pans

          Hi, I have purchased Moto E in June this year. It was working fine up till now. But suddenly it has some problem with its speaker. I am neither able to call on speaker phone nor I am able to listen any songs. It is under 1 year warranty period. Can you replace it with another or repair it? Hope you will help me in this issue. The bank statement was already mailed to flipkart support, but for your concern Once again am attaching the bank statement with this mail. I am not getting desired response from your side. Even after 58 days, my complaint has not been solved.                     I am facing issue with Moto E. Its not getting charge in switched off mode. I have registered a complaint for replacement when this product is under replacement policy. But they rejected my request. Again I register complaint again they rejected. This happened 7 to 8 times and now they are saying my product is out of their policy and I have to go to service center for the issue of phone. My Order Item Id is OD[protected] .                       I hereby Request you that please Understand my problems about your product and kindly do needful; I have your product Mi3 The date my purchase your product and all concern details are attached in this mail please find from attachment of my invoice; and the IMEI number of the product is : [protected]. and My problem is its only nearby 2 months I have your product but few days before my Mi3 is not switching on I really Sad to say this I tried with another charger also I do that because of your executives advise but it won't work then youre executive suggested me to submit my product in authorized service center nearby my location.                         Flipkart had floated a scheme on motorola phones "SBI debit and credit card holders get 10% Cashback on Moto G and Moto X for limited period on purchase above 10000/-". I had purchased a Moto G phone worth 11, 999/- and was entitled for a cashback of 1200/- . As per the flipkart-Cashback will be posted to your respective card by or before 17th October 2014. I had started a follow up with the company and then started a sequence of false promises and assuarance. The caashback date started hanging from 17 to 27 Oct, to 3rd Nov, 27 Nov and now they are just looking into the matter. This is highly unethical on part of such a big online portal.

From Flipkart, I got replies saying it would be done by this date and further on, so it was too much of confusion. Sorry for the issue. Thank you

                              To whomsoever it may concern. I have purchased a phone huawei honor 6 but as promised and also as per the phone's box. There is no headset provided to me with phone. I have used [protected]@rocketmail.com for transaction. So request you to please arrnge to send me the same asap. Always customer support service of Flipkart sucks... as i have posted on FB and even twitted on twitter but there is no single reply.
                              Dear friend headset is not provided with honor 6, they provide u 2 screen guards.

                                I ordered a micro max canvas knight 350 mobile on 29 Nov, 2014, order id OD[protected] got the product delivered on 01 Dec, 2014. Opened the box and did all the basic setting up of the mobile and found that the mobile was getting hot i[censored]se it for more than 5 mins, i thought it was due to the new mobile takes some time to get set it. i used it for 5 days and found no improvement, it was even worser, if i use to mobile for just 2 to 3 mins it gets hot near the camera and slowly it comes down and if i get a call i am unable to speak since my ears couldnt resist the heat. its so hot!!! Hence i called flipkart customer care on 06 dec2014 and explained the problen and requested fr a replacement they said that the product is curently out of stock only a refund can be issued, i accepted that happily since i am getting my money back for a defective product and i was very happy that flipkart has such a great customer service, the next day that is today 07dec2014 a guy named AMIT from Flipkart called saying that he will help trouble shoot my mobile to get the heating problem resolved. I said i had requested for a refund and even i got a mail confirmation that the refund request is under process and now why ur calling to troubleshoot, he said that there is no replacement or refund policy in flipkart and the good once sold cannot be taken back, i was SHOCKED to hear that from a flipkart representative, again he said the same and asked me to co-operate to troubleshoot. i said i wanted a refund and i do not want to troubleshoot. He again said flipkart does not have a refund or a replacement policy. i said i read in the website before ordering the mobile that flipkart has 10 to 30 days replacement or refund policy, he denied that stating its only for genuine reasons, i dont understand what is the difference between genuine reason and my complaint. Whoever reads this mail, please i beg you to refund my money, i will not buy online anymore, this is my first experience which turnd out to be a very bad one, please please its hard earned money, please refund it na, i will not buy any product online hereafter, kindly refund, i beg you

                                    I sai krishna purchased HP Laptop Adapter on 23rd December and I got the fake product on 27th December. Before ordering on 23rd evening I called you flipkart (customer Care rep) and I got confirmation from the rep like the product which I chosen was HP genuine and original even I am going to have HP logo on that(you people can check the voice recording also). But 27th December I got the fake piece which is having name called "HAKO". This is not the snapshot which is there in the website or as they confirmed. I have returned back it to send the genuine one. They confirmed there fault and promised me that they will send a genuine one for this time but on 7th December again I got the same fake product. Please consider my complaint and take proper action. Attached screenshots for your reference. Thank you.

                                      I was erroneously charged twice in succession for an order I had placed on 05th August 2014. The transaction reference number from the bank are given below: [protected] INR 1, 716/- [protected] INR 1, 716/- The above amount was the combined total for the below orders: OD[protected] – Rs 712/- OD[protected] – Rs 419/- OD[protected] – Rs 585/- Total – 1716/- I was debited twice for the above (total) amount. Since then, I have written dozens of emails to Flipkart to try and get a refund for the same, but to no avail. I have even supplied the bank statements of my account and details of transaction numbers from the bank to Flipkart. They always reply with - we are looking into the matter OR - we tried to contact you on the phone but you did not answer. They keep lying to me. It's been more than 4 months now and they are yet to refund my money. I would appreciate any help in getting my money back. Best regards Mohammad Raza Khan
