I got this last week: Order id- OD[protected] Item- 11.6 inch Netbook Sleeve. But the sleeve is not able to take Dell 11.6 inch laptop. So that sleeve is useless as it CANNOT take 11.6 inch laptop as mentioned in the Flipkart website. I requested for refund but I got a phone call from flipkart refusing to do so. This is absolutely cheating and ridiculous. I will never ever order anything through Flipkart.

      dear sir, flipkart online shopping gave the worng information to the consumer this company provide much discount to the consumer in mobile phone & provide in EMI which made fool to the consumer samsung phone which i take informatiom about EMI WHICH is absoulately wrong please take immediate action for this company otherwise people become fool & which give much profit to company

        Sir, I have ordered one Asus zenfone 5 (order_id = OD[protected] with flip cover (order_id=OD[protected] on 23.10.2014 which I was getting delivered on 01.11.2014.Due to my absence One of My family members received the parcel. Yesterday only I returned back and opened the Parcel and I found that I was receiving the damaged phone. Front Camera is not working. Herewith I attached the photo copy of the damaged one. Kindly replaced the damaged phone with the new one. Thank u. G.Gurumanikandan

          Its highly Irritating to have shopped with flipkart. They are cheating big time. I purchased a salwar suit material on the Big Billion Day sale. The order was cancelled without any intimation to me on october 18th saying the product was out of stock. The refund for the same is still pending. How cheap. For the past one month I keep calling Flipkart and they keep telling dates on which i will get my refund. First they promised on october 28th, then on Nov 2nd then on November 11th. Today from morning I have been calling flipkart and they say the money has been refunded and told me to check in the bank. When I checked in the bank and mailed them the bank statement they told me to wait till till today evening 7 ( Spoke to a person called Imran). Immediately after half and hour I get a message saying I have to wait till Nov 19th. I called up flipkart again and they claim there is no customer care officer called Imran and I have to wait till Nov 12th, when I say the message said Nov 19th then they are immediately telling ya wait till Nov 19th. All the customer care officer names also they lie. Too bad. I have all the messages and mails sent to flipkart and their replies too I have my bank statement also Spoke to customer care officers : Pushpa, Imran, Farook (Dont know these names are true) Order ID : OD OD[protected] I have spent nearly 200 Rs calling them for the past one month. Suffering to get our own money. Highly unsatisfied customer.

Replacement - Im facing serious problem while using this phone, its getting very heat and battery discharging very fast. i asked for refund/return but they contacted me i did't get correct responsible..               I had ordered shoes from flipkart.com on 1st Nov 14 and it was suppose to be delivered to me on 6th Nov 14. But flipkart dint deliver it on time and when i called up the customer care he just keep on repeating same words "sorry for the inconvinience caused but the product will be delivered to you 10th". When he couldn't answer any quetions he just kept the call rudely without giving any information. I gave them 4 days grace time but they failed to deliver me, on 10th morning they called up and said give us one more day time. Why should i give i already gave enough time. Now they refunding my amount and take 8 days for it. I want to complain regardin the rude behaviour and insult caused to me because of the customer service.

                  This is regarding the order OD[protected] I placed on Oct 12. I bought this item using gift voucher (5000/-) and credit card (723/-). After 3 days I cancelled this order and immediately the total amount has been gone to seller wallet. Since I don't have anything to buy from that seller, I called customer care and asked their help to take back that money from that seller and put it back to my credit card and gift voucher so that I can buy other items from other seller. The customer care immediately helped me to transfer the money which I paid through credit card and asked me to call next day to transfer the money paid by gift voucher. Next day the person took the phone (I guess his name is Avinash) told me transferring the money to gift voucher is not possible, he even checked with his senior when I asked him to double check, he can ONLY transfer that money to my bank account, so I have given my bank account and dropped the call. I bought other item using credit card thinking that I will be getting this money to my account but after 3 or 4 days, when I called, they told me transferring the money to my account is not possible they can put it back to my gift voucher, in fact this is what I wanted in the beginning but I have changed my plan after talking to the first customer representative. Now what will I do with this gift voucher as I already purchased the Item which I need using my credit card thinking that Flipkart will transfer the gift voucher money to my account. I have called several times to the customer care, many emails to them but every time they will say your issue will be solved so and so time, end of the day they will say your money has been transferred to your account which is NOT the money I paid by gift voucher, it is the money they already transferred to me first time which I paid by credit card. I fed up of saying the same story to them, now what should I do to get the money I paid by Gift Voucher to my account as promised by Flipkart in the call ?

                      More than the worst customer service experience, it is a case of cheating by Flipkart. On Big Billion day, I purchased a Moto G 2nd Gen in exchange for my mobile Samsung S5830. Due to some technical issue on the website (which Flipkart founders have acknowledged in their apology email), I had paid the full price of the product along with pick-up charge for the old product. I've made more than 25 calls and written over 6 emails explaining this issue to Flipkart's inefficient executives. The issue was resolved on 13th Oct (Incident:[protected] Order ID:OD[protected], confirmed over email by Flipkart's CS executive Jessita D'souza. The old product was picked up and I had also shared the acknowledgement copy on 22nd Oct. However, the refund of 3000/- is still not processed. I've again written multiple emails and called up many times at Flipkart customer service, But all I've received is future timelines and no call back. FROM MY EXPERIENCE I CAN SAY, FLIPKART IS HARASSING ITS CUSTOMERS. NEVER EVER PAY THEM BEFORE YOU'RE CONVINCED WITH THE DELIVERY. IT HAS BEEN A TRAUMATIC EXPERIENCE FOR ME, INTERACTING WITH FLIPKART FOR MORE THAN 1 MONTH NOW.

THE previous agent said they wil call on a Sunday, **********LIARS... I HAVE NOW LOST MY MIND... BEEP IRRITATED... ON A MONDAY I request the cust service agent to CONNECT ME TO THE TECHNICAL TEAM... Yes sir right away i will transfer your call, I DOUBLE CONFIRM are you transfering my call to the TECH TEAM, , ... very confidently YES SIR, I WAIT FOR TEN MINUTES was transfered to a RINGTONE im getting FRIED NOW... FROM FRIDAY not a single agent out of the 5 agents ( Jaya, Ali, Epen, Rohit) i have spoke has transfered my cal as they cant do it... ( im like fine) as for the SAD PROCEDURES FOLLOWED BY FLIPKART... (VERY SAD)... NOW POONAM the agent was an LIAR for transferring my cal TO THE tech team as that is not allowed by FLIPKART... LIARS LIARS LIARS...                           I understand what you went through, its difficult to understand why the compliants are rising against a well known online giant like flipkart, i hope u get a replacement of the phone as soon as possible. flipkart needs to get thier acts and facts correct if they want to stay in competition, but certainly these silly complaints are not helping thier cause.

I had purchased Bosch Skil Impact drill 6513 JJ model which according to Skil comes with 138 Pieces Smart Kit and flipkart instead sent me 6513 JP model which comes ONLY with drill and nothing else. A few points to consider: 1) On the product page Flipkart has mentioned that the model no. is 6513 JJ, which according to Bosch-Skil contains 138 pieces Smart Kit. (http://www.flipkart.com/bosch-skil-f[protected]jj-081-impact-driver/p/itmdtwyjw... 2) On email enquiry, Flipkart customer support had confirmed that it comes with 138 pieces Smart Kit. 3) Previous buyers of this product have also mentioned in the comments section that they received 138 pieces smart kit along with the drill. 4) I had also called Flipkart customer care number which had apologized for the wrong model and had confirmed that this time they will send me 6513 JJ model along with 138 pieces smart kit. NOW today I again received a mail from flipkart which says: "We are happy you have chosen to shop with Flipkart.com. With regards to your query, We would like to inform you that only machine is included in the package. We hope this information is helpful." Flipkart is trying to passon an INFERIOR product by charging for a COSTLIER product. This is a 1st class fraud which is being played on me. I want the item to be delivered which I had purchased or flipkart will receive a Legal Notice from me and if the correct item does not get delivered within time i'll be forced to approach Times of India, Hindustan Times, CNBC Awaaz etc besides approaching the consumer Court. I further demand apologies from Flipkart and compensation for all the fraud which flipkart has played on me and for extremely unprofessional attitude. I am very disappointed and it is hard to believe that an e-retail giant as big as Flipkart has indulged into such unfair practices!

                                This is my humble request to you to take my complain very seriously . My Case : I purchased one battery from flipkart, the company name of battery is digibuggy. http://www.digibuggy.com/ That battery would not charge properly cause of faulty batter but because of lacking my self in town my brother not check during that period that battery was not charge or what with my laptop ? After back i checked that battery and found that battery was not charged and i inquiry to flipkart but due to 1 month period of replace with flipkart was over i send that battery to direct company and they replaced me that battery but that new one was not fit in my laptop due battery design not fit in laptop . So again i send back to digibuggy and then again they replaced and at that time that sent battery's some part was opened And when i again send back to them they said this could be not replaceable cause of we received damaged battery now they are not ready to replace battery so please note down the company like digibuggy who are doing cheating their customers. I hope you will not allow such like compnay on your site otherwise your reputation will down in market. This is not your fault but i just request you to note down regarding company which battery u are selling .

                                  I had bought a Moto G first gen phone in june of 2014. On comparing the screens of my phone with other Moto G's (same model), i found out that my device showed a yellow tinted screen on a white background. It's a significant defect when compared to other device, but hard to recognize. . Kindly respond to this suggesting possible solutions.

                                      I placed order for redmi 1s from flipkart on 04 Nov and despatched on 04 Nov and give me confirm delivery date up to 07 Nov But it was not deleivered till now and when i did trace it no update shown after 06 nov. My order ID is OD[protected].

                                        i ordered an D-link Router on 2nd November, 2014 at 10:52 pm .It's order no. is OD[protected] .The estimated delivery date was gives as 8th November 2014.This date has passed and today it's 10th November and yet the order hasnt been delivered !! This is a shere proof of low quality servicing . So, plz take a look on this issue and fix it as soon as possible.
