    This is bring to your notice that i have booked TP-LINK router model no TL-MR 3420, quantity -1 No. vide order number OD[protected] as on dated 31.11.2014. Yesterday on dated 02.11.2014 on sunday i received the courier against COD. After payment of 1890.00 cash they hand over parcel to me. when i opened the box it contains other product which cost only 680.00 rs (product of D-LINK ROUTER DIR-600). i was shocked that time and immediately submit online complained to the flipKart. on monday 03.11.2014 There was Mr.seeraj bilal from flipkart through which have made a complaint about wrong product delivery. after assuring me that product will be deliver with in 2 days some ledy call from flipkart and so roudly talk with me that now product is not available with us and i[censored] want yout money refunf or wait for 1 or 2 week.         Haven't received my order ID OD[protected] yet which was placed on 17th Oct 2014 Moto G 2nd Gen worth 11749/- & tried calling customer care representatives. Such a worst experience & no one bothered to give genuine answers & updated wrong into on website saying that the consignee is not available & never ever going to buy anything in future & also logged a complaint against this. Soon will be coming in media as well about pathetic service

            I have buy SONY LE TV KLVP B from Flip kart on 18 th oct 2014. Order Id is OD[protected] .The product was delivered to me on 24 th oct. It was in the Scheme that if buy any LED, LCD from Flipkart, Demo & Installation will be arranged by Flip kart with in 72 hours from the date product delivered. .today is 3rd nov. 10 days, 7 working days have gone i have note received any reply from Flip kart. I have send number if e mails to customer support, number o calls 5-6 times in a day, but no feedback from there end. Please let me know weather Flip kart can arrange the Demo & installation Process or not or i can contact Consumer Court and Sony Directly to solve this issue.               I have ordered "Redmi 1S" on 28th October, 2014 and i got confirm mail that it will reach by 3rd November, 2014 but still I haven't received the courier of my ordered item. I think FLIPKART is no more interested in their consumers and will loose it's credit and also in my friends circle group I am going to inform everyone not to purchase any of the item from this website as they previously already lost their credit on "Big Billion Day" to make consumers fool.

              I have similar concern as you. I too purchase Redmi 1S on 28th Oct & estimated date of delivery was 3rd November 2014 but still the product is not delivered to me. Customer care has nothing to answer on it. Every time flip kart product is being delivered by their own courrier service but not sure why this time they have send the courrier throught "Delhivery Prepaid" Services which is one for the pathetic & worst service provider in the city. I have read many complaints about the service provider as well. The courrier status shows the product has reach Pune on 30th Oct 2014 but still not deliver to me till date. It seems Flipkart is now getting poor at delivery services.

                I booked Moto E mobile in flipkart (6299 Rs) on Oct 17, 2014. But still order has not been delivered. I called many time to flipkart customer care & they are not responding properly. Today (after 16 days) they told me that you book for another one & your order has been cancelled. But now this mobile price is 6999 Rs in same flipkart. Please help me to get that mobile in same price Flipkart order no: OD[protected].
                You are right Mr. Gireesh H.K. I am also a victim of similar complaint.My order is also cancelled by Flipkart. when contacted, they say order is cancelled by me. when asked from which mobile no.order is cancelled, they said will come back after 24 hrs. And almost seven days over, not received any call from their end.I have not made any call to them for cancellation of my order. and also, Flipkart cant cancel the order unless communication is made from consumer's registered mobile no. I am a regular buyer from Amazon, Ebay, Snapdeal and Flipkart but this is the first cheating experience from Flipkart. Best on line store is Amazon as per my experience.

                  I was supposed to receive my #MotoE on 30th Oct. #Flipkart asked to wait till 3Nov. On 3rd Nov I am again asked to wait till 5th Nov. Finally I decided to cancel the order and get refund rather. Even if I could have got a delayed order what is the guarantee that the product is genuine? #Flipkart is fraud. and #Delhivery is the worst option they have chosen as a courier partner. I guess the product is stolen on the way only. Beware!

                    6 Oct – i ordered an item on #BigBiliionDay - Flipkart deducted money from my account and gave expected delivery as 10th Oct. 10 Oct - when i contacted customer care they delayed delivery to 13th Oct. 13 Oct – again i contacted they said delivery will be delayed by 5 days and i can expected it on 18th Oct 18 Oct – i called to customer care before leaving for Diwali Vacation; they said it will be delivered on 19th for sure so i decided to stay in city for the day. 19 Oct – i again called and they said delivery can’t be made on that day as it was Sunday – so i stayed in city for one more day. 20 Oct – i waited for shipment, I tried my best to get my shipment i even asked contact number of delivery agency so that i could collect it They said “Shipment Cancelled by Seller” surprisingly i got mail saying your item will be delivered on 26th Oct I was done! i cancelled order – Flipkart said my amount would be refunded in 8 working days. 27 Oct – i got mail – saying amount would be refunded till 3rd November 2 Nov – Flipkart said amount will be refunded by 12th Nov. I was #big fan of flipkart before #bigbillionday – i guess they are losing their loyal customer! Flipkart should pay me interest of 1 month. BTW Amazon keeps promises !

                        I purchased a Moto G from flipkart on October 06, 2014 however the same is not delivered yet (November 01, 2014). Almost they have taken a month to be delivered the product in India. They are only distributor of this product otherwise i never buy anything from flipkart. I am unable to understand, why the Motorola having tie up with this cheap type of company (Flipkart).

                          Despite several follow up tv installation not done. Tv delivered on 25th oct 2014 but installation not done till date... Commited date was 2-3 days from the date of delivery. Nothing happened... please look into it and i would like to be suitably compensated for the delay and service deficiency.                             ordered nikon camera on 20 oct 2014 with OD[protected] No. expected to get delivery by 28tt but in vain. called customer care and registered a complaint, assurance given that will get delivery by 1st nov but in vain. called again and assured to wait till 6th nov. i did a mistake by paying the money inbefore through my debit card. am requesting all the customers who ever wants to purchase a product dont ever pay inbefore. customer care people are asking me to go consumer forum and do what ever you feel like. pls anyone can suggest how to approach a consumer forum or lodge a police complaint against flipkart.

                              This is regarding the misbehaviour of local courier partner's field executive for delivering the product Moto E.He just called and gave order either to come at his place to take the parcel or else he would send the parcel back .I checked my product status at flipkart site and its showing consignee refused to accept whereas its not true because product was never delivered to me. I complained the same to flipkart and they assured me that product would be delivered to me with in November 01, 2014 before 7 PM but still its delivered to me and when I called at customer care they are giving me excuses that they are not able to connect with our courier partner's because they do not work after 7 pm and we don't have any answer or update that why it was not delivered. This is really being frustrated . I just want the exact date when product would be delivered beacuse its already too late.

                                  Hi Have ordered for Alcatel Mobile from "Flip Kart.com". As promised informed would deliver the product as mentioned below: Date of delivery 1st - Nov - 2014 Haven't been delivered on time and they give some or the other stating it would get delivered at their convenient time. As haven't got any sort of alert regards to the delivery of my product, Tried calling to the customer service number[protected] The call landed in sales department informed to transfer to customer care service as the issue haven't been resolved, One of the escalation Team named "Arbina" spoke for a period of 45 Mnts and wasted my time for bearing no fruits, and the end disconnected my call. Tried calling to the same number the second time, Spoke with Riya who put on the call on speaker and was questioning me some or the other without hitting the topic which am into.And the worst part is none of the Managers nor any of the higher official came for ward to resolve the issue. Its ridicules to have fun rather than sorting the problem, I reliable for the money which have paid, Booking it towards Flip Kart made my day to be in a very sorrow full manner which spoiled the entire happiness where i should have gifted to my would be the same day at the time of party before all ma co worker's nor with my best pal's. Need a Strengthen Action to be taken against the cause made towards me. Regards, John Silas

                                  Dude!! Calm down. Login and check your account. See which courier is subjected to deliver your product. Call them. Not flipkart. once the product is shipped then its the couriers part to knock at your door.

                                  I had the same issue but it was not on the part from flipkart. It was snapdeal. But i dint not call Snapdeal as I knew it would only waist time. So i found which courier was to deliver my product from my order status and I messaged them. Emailed it. My product was 3 days delayed and so next day was sunday. My problem was it would be delivered on monday instead which would waste more days. But increadibly the courier replied and they got my product on sunday which was great..

                                  What i mean to say is that you are calling the wrong party. or if they have no stock left for you then its better you cancle that order and place a new on instead of eating your mind.

                                  "Any service is better only in dreams. So dream." - say me :)

                                    Hi There, I ordered these by the reference of one of my friend and liked the product with the information which browse from website but when got the package and disappointed with the product as it was without the microphone and i specifically ordered these for my phone. Now i got the earphone and called the customer care they are forcing this product on me with the single line "we under stand your situation but you can't return the product and there is only replacement policy." as i told them in details that i ordered this one for my call and there is purpose of these because there is a major piece is missing "a microphone".The customer-care seems to follows a written lines that they understand but i got another response from there side.I specifically told both the guys that there is no information on the website regarding the product that it has no microphone and if you guys can't replace it with the mice version then please take this product back and response which i got again and again that "we under stand your situation but you can't return the product and there is only replacement policy." well... now m sitting here with blank face waiting for the response from their side, no idea they but i think they will again send a letter saying "we understand..."

                                      sir I done a online transaction on filipkart on 6.10.204 of Rs 91485.00 with 12 month EMI(with interest cash back offer). While placing order on filipkart I was click on 12 month EMI option but transaction was declined by ICICI bank due to lesser credit availability after depositing some amount, my credit limit enhanced and finally ordered by me . at the time entring 3 d secured password(OTP) i again click on 12 month emi option but statement show me full amount without EMI when I call to ICICI call centre it was intimated me that I have to pay processing fee for converting EMI. I put click on 12 month EMI while making online transaction and filipkart and ICICI bank having arrangement for not charging processing fee for converting my amount in EMI and availing cash back I call three time from 13 oct to 1 Nov 2014 an email also but no proper response receive from flipkart yet thanking you

                                      Then dont buy it from there. It would only make the problem more on your head. Instead Bajaj Finance was better here at Kohinoor this diwali. I got 32' LED with emi.for the same price as listed on flipkart or snapdeal.

                                      Conclusion, Its better to buy it locally after checking the demo and make sure to check the sound quality.

                                      Even so. If you plan to buy it. Buy it from some more reputed trust worthy website. Flipkart and Snapdeal are two names but the services are the same.

                                        The most unprofessional and cheat online shopping site and would be recommended to no one. I made a purchase of a Prestige cooker 2ltrs on 16th October 2014. Before making the payment I was asked to enter pin code and it said estimated delivery days is 2-3 working days. Hence, I go ahead with the order and make a card payment and guess what, it says expected delivery date is 1st November 2014, that's 16 days. So indeed you all are cheats to begin with. And to maintain your foul reputation you decide to cancel the product after 12 days saying you are processing my refund. I was astonished and disappointed and call your customer service & speak to Abdul, a staff as incapable as your company. He keeps parroting the verbiage, "Aplogise for the inconvenience, we will forward it to concerned deptt and crap like that". And the reason given to me, "cancellation was done by the seller". Do I really care a damn? Did you take my permission before cancelling it and who allows you block someone's money and then refund after 20 days? From 16th October 2014 up till now and still counting... As your supervisor the that she was said 6th. Unfortunately she is not sane and even forgets that bank holidays are not counted in working days. To add to it the refund will take place in 8 working days. I'm sorry but you cant block customer's money and then cancel it when you feel like.Being fed up of Abdul's continuous parroting (He couldn't even speak decent English dude) I ask for a supervisor and I am not out through !. I call back today and speak to Monalisa who pretends as if she doesn't know what the problem is and when I tell her to stop pretending, she remembers that the complaint is registered in her system. And then comes in the not so capable supervisor Soni, who is no better, just that she had less grammatical errors than the rest but she spoke crap too. I demand a refund immediately to my card/ bank acct as its already been 5 WORKING DAYS and mind you, it took you less than 5 seconds to make the payment on your site.                                         Conclusion and Advice "Always buy Cash on delivery".

                                        Flipkart does not have range of cash on delivery
                                        but Snapdeal has Cash on delivery 90% on most products.

                                        You can call back and try to get the number of the merchant who canceled your order.
