Sir/Madam,
I have received a defective product (HP compaq Laptop ) from flipkart dated 19/11/2014.Since second day of the product delivery, Laptop power button does work properly and laptop does not start up for long time on clicking power button.Also, abnormal shut-down frequently takes place.

Post 5 days of delivery, I am forced to sumitted online application for return and money back dated 24/11/2014 going to flipkart site.But Flipkart is not taking proper action and return process is being delayed unnecessarily.Even Flipkart customer care number is useless and one can hardly talk to a customer care person directly, instead customers are being confuesd by voice-records.

        I placed an order of Google Nexus vide order no. WSRp[protected] on Nov 25/ 12:45. The message and portal indicated delivery on 27 Nov.

        The tracking portal provided false info of the item reaching Hyderabad the destination on 26 Nov. However there was no delivery on 26 or on 27 Nov. The tracking portal repeated the status of 26 on 27 Nov. That means the item had not reached Hyderabad at all.

        The delivery at the promised time did not take place. It is still pending even as on 27 Nov night??

        There is no way one can get in touch with Customer Service. Only recorded playback exists. There is no one to answer your queries. So one does not know if the delivery will take place at all even on 28 Nov??

          Your service sucks!! You have lost one customer!!! I ordered an earring from you guys and received a default earring! The same day when I raised the issue to replace the ear ring, I received a couple of messages/emails saying they would. Now its been over a month (Does it really take more than a month to deliver a product???) and there is nobody to collect the default piece, you guys never turned up. I have called your customer service so many times- No doubt they speak so well and keep assuring you that they will take it as a high priority or they will escalate the issue and all they have done is postponed the pick up for the replacement. When asked to refund, you guys are not ready!!The first complaint was done on Oct 21st. After several call, when called on 20th November to check the status and ask you to collect by 27th Nov, you said I would receive by 27th ; when called on 25th nov to check, you told 12th Dec and also 27th Nov(assuring more on delivering on 27th Nov), the email to track order shows both by dec 12th and Nov 27th. when called today (27th Nov) to check you said the pickup would be done on Monday 1st Dec. I will wait till Monday, and if I don’t receive it I will post my concern in consumer forum. I am highly disappointed by your service. I have done enough of the waiting. Please don’t tell me you regret the inconvenience caused! – I’m tired of hearing the same over and over from you and also dont tell me you will look in to this, because you have been looking from Oct 21st.             We return the PUMA JI SANDAL 07 No in October first week against our registered mobile no [protected] & mail id [protected]@email.com ( This id is wrong entered by mistake) and wait for refund but refund not complete in given time so we contact the customer care 06 times dated ( 17/10_[protected], 21/10_[protected], 5/11_[protected]. 16/11_[protected] & 19/11_[protected] including complaint no. as well as we received escalate information by SMS but till date no any refund initiate.Account detail wrong entered by executive so we correct account detail updated to executive as on 21/10 but we contact the customer care on yesterday 26/11 and he give the previous wrong account detail this means previous executive updated information not update in system this is a BLUNDER MISTAKE and un-responsibilities to customer. All above detail means FLIPKART not serious about the customer problem.

              I ordered(OD[protected] whirlpool front door washing machine 855 LEW on saturday and got delivered on sunday 23rd Nov, 14... I returned it on the same day after seeing the manufacturing date on the package i.e. March 2012. I am sure flipkart or WS retail is not fooling the customers by selling old stock products at discounted price. Regularly following up with customer care but no answer as of now. sent email to [protected]@flipkart.com as per advice from customer case executive and looking for resolution soon.

The price is Rs. 2396/- their is 20% discount (Rs. 600) on this same product. Flip kart charge Rs. 2995/- from me for this product. I am really very disappointed from flip kart..                       Today I have received Pampers Diaper Taped L Size (Large) 60 Pads along with Sennheiser CX 180 Street II In-ear-canalphone. OD[protected] The Pamper Diaper packaging was tampered. Flipkart blue package was good but inside product package was tampered from the middle part. Since it is baby product I need to exchange this Diaper. Your customer service not able to help me in this regards. They said it is a inner garment issue. Please exchange this. How can I use this for my baby, since it is a safety issue.

                        I have placed a pre-order for a Manorama year 2015 (English) book of WS seller, which was having free delivery option. I paid the money by my debit card and money gets deducted from my account and the order was confirmly placed. But before i ll get the order placement mail, i got a mail from flipKart that my order had been cancelled and respective money will be refunded by 10-12days. My order id is OD[protected].
                        Now what is this! Its like i didnt get anything as well as my money also get stucked!!!
                        Please revert asap with reasonable solution to the inconvenience caused to me.

                          Hi, Flipkart doesn't value for customers time. i was trying to register for Redmi Note @ Sharp 6Pm on 25th Nov as intimated by flipkart. But due to some issue frm flipkart i was not able to register my self for that. Same thing happened on Big Billion day also, they cancelled many products booked by me in EMI n later they said they have booked same thing in COD, where i was loosing 10% Cash back n also EMI.                                 This complaint is regarding the order no -- OD[protected].. I've bought a Mahi Classic Baguette White Silver Stud Earring. As the page's pictures shows the jewelry will come with a authentic swarovski crystal with a certificate.. But when i received the package i realised that there is no such certificate.. Then i decided there is no point of spending 1688/- for a thing which has no authentication. I called up the customer care guys .they told me 23.11.14 ---- Flipkart Customer Support wrote ---- Dear Asmita, Greetings from Flipkart.com! This email is with regards to your query about "Mahi Classic Baguette White Silver Stud Earring." With regards to your query we regret to inform you that certifucate is not available in the sales package. Please feel free to call us back on our toll free number for further clarification." As per the email I've called the cs and told them i would like to return and refund. As in there previous email they've confirmed that they can't provide the certificate.. So I've decided to return the stud... Accordingly I've called the customer care on 23.11.14.. And Requested for return and refund... But on 24.11.14 I've got a email that replacement of the same OD[protected] has been done... When I didn't requested for a replacement how did you guy's raised this replacement request without my permission .. You guy's are wasting your and my time... I want my money which is 1688 rs back on my bank account as soon as possible.. Such a useless site.. I'll refrain myself next time onwards from shopping with you guy's... Such a bad experience..                                   Hi Team, I have purchased a Moto E handset on 17 June, 2014 with order no OD[protected] through EMI mapped with HDFC credit card. From the last four moths (from July'14 toOct'14) i have paid my EMI of 629INR, however as per the HDFC bank their was no EMI opted by me as they don't receive any EMI request query from Flipkart. So they ask me to pay the whole amount on 6999INR (excluding penalty) and also they have laps all the EMI paid by me previously. As I have already raise the case to Flipkart on 04th Nov'14 with Incident #[protected], however not receiving any response from Flipkart so i have raised my concern with you. Screenshot attached which cleraly state that the produce is through EMI.                                     I ordered Sonata watch thorugh flikart order no OD[protected], but its not working properly so i asked them to exchange my product but they told there is no option to exchange the product.but in web site the posting 30 day exchange & warranty, all are cheating the people.i asked them to refund the amount or i want to buy the another watch but they told me there is no option for refund amount.i think there is one way transaction, only paying the money and no refunding the amount to people even when they are suffering, i heard last week flipkart turn over more than crores, now only i came to how they making money.

                                        I had ordered for Philips trimmer.. the order id is OD[protected]. The bugging site allowed me to place an order.. After a day got a response saying OUT OF STOCK. So pathetic. Do u check for inventory after a day?? So Idiotic.
