    i had purchased a D-Link 8-Port 10/100/1000 Desktop Switch Network Switch (White) my order id is OD[protected] it was about to delivered to me by 1 st still the product has not been delivered to me after talking to customer support they dont give proper response next time i will seriously about buying anything from this FLIP-KART and suggest my friend also not to buy, instead of giving me the product your are again give me commitment that it will get resolve in next coming days if that was the case then why should i purchase on-line i should have easily gone to retail shop and purchased the product seriously not expected this type of answer from flip kart
    DON"T BUY ANYTHING FROM FLIPKART

      I have a Flipkart First account. I had made an order for Nokia Lumia 730 with payment by Credit Card EMI. The order number is OD[protected]. The order was scheduled to be delivered on 30th October 2014 but as I was not available at the delivery address, I re-scheduled the delivery for Monday, 3rd November 2014. The same was also updated on the 'My Order' Page on Flipkart.com. But out of nowhere with baseless reason, Flipkart sent me a message on my registered mobile number and email id saying I was not available at the delivery address on Sunday, 02nd November, hence the order was being cancelled. This kind of decisions taken based on such a baseless reason is not accepted. I suspect that the order was purposefully cancelled since the Mobile Nokia Lumia 730 is a latest edition from Microsoft and is in huge demand. I request the authorities to take severe action against Flipkart for such an irresponsible behaviour.

        Hi, Order ID : OD[protected] Product : Moto G (2nd Gen) i booked moto g(2nd gen) on 24th oct 2014, flipkart promised me to deliver by 30th oct 2014, but online i was tracking continuously and i was informing from date 27th oct 2014 that my product has been struck in bangalore kindly do followup and try to deliver in time, but they ignore it and told it will deliver by 30th oct 2014, at last product has been dint delivered after that when i told them they told wait upto 3rd nov 2014 we wil resolve problem and we will deliver it and on 3rd nov 2014 i received msg that problem will be resolve on 5th nov 2014, and then i called and telling me that forget that order sir, and asking shall i book new order mohammed Asif ali [protected]

Once their courier partner confirms the pick-up, a wallet refund of Rs.2024/- will be issued to our Flipkart account. as per them I ll receive an automated e-mail as soon as your wallet is credited. NOTHING DONE ON THE LAST 15 DAYS AND AFTER REPEATED REMINDERS . RETURN REQUEST Date: 22/10/2014 04.             I ordered Moto g(1st gen), 16GB on 18th Aug, 2014. The phone was having battery issue from the starting itself, i guess. Now the worse is, It is not getting charged at all. It shows that the charger is connected, but there was not even a 1% charge level increase . Now the phone is off. Please address the complaint ASAP. I have 1year warranty for the said product.               My sister in law has ordered Motorola G (2nd gen) and the shipment was supposed to delivered on 01st Nov 2014. No one turned up on 01st Nov 2014. We did call up flipkart customer service and they said that the delivery date has been changed to 05th Nov 2014. After frequent calls and request to flipkart they said the phone will be delivered on 02nd Nov 2014. This has actually delayed lot of my work since I need to travel to UK ON 07th Nov 2014. Order number is OD[protected]. Finally the courier person came up with the mobile on Sunday (02nd Nov 2014) at 9.28 p.m. in the night. I don't think this is an appropriate time for a courier person to come with the delivery. Me and my family was out since that was a weekend. I did call the courier guy on the next day and he said you can collect the package from their Fatima Nagar, Pune office. I did visit the courier office but the situation so horrible there no one knew where the package was. Even the agency owner was there but he cooly said that the mobile will be delivered today, you can simply back to your home. But no one turned up to deliver the mobile today also. This is pathetic and ridiculous service from flipkart. They have hired a courier company who doesn't know where the shipment is. Moreover employees working with the courier company was stamping on the courier packet which customer has ordered from several different e-commerce retail website. They are least bother about the safety of the product. If flipkart can do a audit to the Fatima Nagar office (Delhivery Couriers). The situation is horrible, they do not have track on anything and people will stop buting products online if they see their products lying like garbage in the godown.

                I booked a Nikon camera model P520 on 23rd oct'14 vide order no.OD[protected] from flipkart for which the vendor was 'lootlo' and the quoted price was Rs.16999/- with free delivery and 4GB card+Carry case+HDMI cable The same day I received a call stating that Flipkart is having only refurbished camera in stock and suggested me not to buy and cancel the order. When enquired, caller introduced himself from nikon co.Subsquenly informed the Flipkart with the caller mobile no. and asked about the identity of the caller. They just asked me to ignore the call and ensured me of necessiary action against the caller.It was sure, call was not from Nikon but from their vendor 'lootlo' Next day, I received a massage from Flipkart stating that order is cancelled and the amount will be credited to the account.Immediately, contacted Flipkart and asked for the reason of cancelling the order. I was surprise to listen their version instead they told me that I have cancelled the order. Where as I have never cancelled the order or made any call from my registered mobile no.regarding cancellation.I asked Flipkart to provide the mobile no. of the concerned person who instructed for cancellation of my booking. They casualy said that within 24 hrs. I will be informed but a week passed, .not received any reply.Again contacted and demanded to dispatch the booked material immediately. They have taken time till 11th nov'14. Also to my surprise, Again, Flipkart has placed the same advertisement with same vendor ie, 'lootlo on their site but this time price is increased from Rs16999/-to Rs19999/-.Hope Flipkart will keep their promise and despatch the material.

                  Hi Sir, 6 days ago i was ordered a new mobile cover along with earphone for Rs. 899 in Flipkart and I was paid a full amount thru Cash on delivery. but my received product is totally different from what i was ordered.My time waste and Money waste.customer care user answering to me "this product not available and we will return the money". but that product now available in flipkart but price is changed (Rs. 1394 Rs).I don't need any silly reason with refund. Because this is not my problem. It's your problem(flipkart) .Who is checking the product before package? This is not a small problem.So resend the correct product to my address immediately . i was waiting for product replacement.                   i have recieved a wrong product.so how can i return them?
                  I ordered a Life by shoppers stop baby pink casual shirt, in the picture the shirt had a transparent lace on its shoulders which was the main beauty of the shirt and the reason behind my purchase.
                  Today i got the product and it was a plain pink shirt which did not have the net lace part.
                  This is not at all acceptable from a reknowned company like flipkart taking money from public showing pretty products and delivering all diferrent things.
                  Need an immediate reply and solution from you.

                    I am ordering Moto G 2nd Gen 2014 on 17 Oct. with make payment trough SBI Card . Flipkart give estimate delivery Date 5 Nov. my Shipment reach First Flight Nearest hub Ambikapur on27 Oct. then First Flight Return my Shipment to Origin says "No Field Station". i quickly contact Flipkart care they say me your order is canceled due to technical error. i can't Expect like this From India's Biggest Online mega store. then i receive an Email form Flipkart regard " We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you". What you Say ? my Dhanteras porches wash out. And also says if you interested Moto G 2nd Gen Then Reorder it, i Want to know that Flipkart Still Offer me 1250rs Cash Back. for their Fault.

                          This is bring to your notice that i have booked TP-LINK router model no TL-MR 3420, quantity -1 No. vide order number OD[protected] as on dated 31.11.2014. Yesterday on dated 02.11.2014 on sunday i received the courier against COD. After payment of 1890.00 cash they hand over parcel to me. when i opened the box it contains other product which cost only 680.00 rs (product of D-LINK ROUTER DIR-600). i was shocked that time and immediately submit online complained to the flipKart. on monday 03.11.2014 There was Mr.seeraj bilal from flipkart through which have made a complaint about wrong product delivery. after assuring me that product will be deliver with in 2 days some ledy call from flipkart and so roudly talk with me that now product is not available with us and i[censored] want yout money refunf or wait for 1 or 2 week.                               Haven't received my order ID OD[protected] yet which was placed on 17th Oct 2014 Moto G 2nd Gen worth 11749/- & tried calling customer care representatives. Such a worst experience & no one bothered to give genuine answers & updated wrong into on website saying that the consignee is not available & never ever going to buy anything in future & also logged a complaint against this. Soon will be coming in media as well about pathetic service

                                  I have buy SONY LE TV KLVP B from Flip kart on 18 th oct 2014. Order Id is OD[protected] .The product was delivered to me on 24 th oct. It was in the Scheme that if buy any LED, LCD from Flipkart, Demo & Installation will be arranged by Flip kart with in 72 hours from the date product delivered. .today is 3rd nov. 10 days, 7 working days have gone i have note received any reply from Flip kart. I have send number if e mails to customer support, number o calls 5-6 times in a day, but no feedback from there end. Please let me know weather Flip kart can arrange the Demo & installation Process or not or i can contact Consumer Court and Sony Directly to solve this issue.                                     I have ordered "Redmi 1S" on 28th October, 2014 and i got confirm mail that it will reach by 3rd November, 2014 but still I haven't received the courier of my ordered item. I think FLIPKART is no more interested in their consumers and will loose it's credit and also in my friends circle group I am going to inform everyone not to purchase any of the item from this website as they previously already lost their credit on "Big Billion Day" to make consumers fool.

                                    I have similar concern as you. I too purchase Redmi 1S on 28th Oct & estimated date of delivery was 3rd November 2014 but still the product is not delivered to me. Customer care has nothing to answer on it. Every time flip kart product is being delivered by their own courrier service but not sure why this time they have send the courrier throught "Delhivery Prepaid" Services which is one for the pathetic & worst service provider in the city. I have read many complaints about the service provider as well. The courrier status shows the product has reach Pune on 30th Oct 2014 but still not deliver to me till date. It seems Flipkart is now getting poor at delivery services.

                                      I booked Moto E mobile in flipkart (6299 Rs) on Oct 17, 2014. But still order has not been delivered. I called many time to flipkart customer care & they are not responding properly. Today (after 16 days) they told me that you book for another one & your order has been cancelled. But now this mobile price is 6999 Rs in same flipkart. Please help me to get that mobile in same price Flipkart order no: OD[protected].
                                      You are right Mr. Gireesh H.K. I am also a victim of similar complaint.My order is also cancelled by Flipkart. when contacted, they say order is cancelled by me. when asked from which mobile no.order is cancelled, they said will come back after 24 hrs. And almost seven days over, not received any call from their end.I have not made any call to them for cancellation of my order. and also, Flipkart cant cancel the order unless communication is made from consumer's registered mobile no. I am a regular buyer from Amazon, Ebay, Snapdeal and Flipkart but this is the first cheating experience from Flipkart. Best on line store is Amazon as per my experience.

                                        I was supposed to receive my #MotoE on 30th Oct. #Flipkart asked to wait till 3Nov. On 3rd Nov I am again asked to wait till 5th Nov. Finally I decided to cancel the order and get refund rather. Even if I could have got a delayed order what is the guarantee that the product is genuine? #Flipkart is fraud. and #Delhivery is the worst option they have chosen as a courier partner. I guess the product is stolen on the way only. Beware!
