Hi, I just want to bring it to your notice that i am highly disappointed from your service and feel emotionally hurt. Kindly note that i had ordered a mobile on17 th of oct, the expected date was given as 28th . I don't understand that if the delivery is coming from Bangalore then why such long date for delivery in Bangalore. Then on 19 th i checked the status and found that the system shows consignee not available even through nobody came to deliver the order at my address. I asked the customer care but did not get any helpful response. later yesterday 21, the order came but i was in office so i told the person to come thr, the office is just 10 mins walking from the address i had registered . The delivery guys refused and told me that he will update the addresses and i will get my order today at my office address.(22 oct) Today i enquired at the cust care and they told me that the status is shown as refused to take . also the person whom i spoke was very rude and was eager to take the cancellation as she told me that there was no update of address. Meanwhile i really wanted to have the mobile that i ordered but as a result of all this i cancelled the order and also cancelled my other orders ( including the flipkart first subscription)that were about to be delivered. I do not wish to buy anything from flipkart now even if i have to pay double the price anywhere else. #you apologized to me for such a silly reason in big billion sale, so i dint expect this behaviour from flipkart.     I have online purchased APPLE I PHONE 4S 8GB configuration through flipkart on 18th oct-14, and the same has promised to deliver on 22nd oct-14.on 21st morning i got updated mail that the purchased product(apple phone) is out for deliver but i couldn't receive the purchased oder till 22nd evening.when i asked the courier person about my product he replied that it was misplaced from him, so i launch a complain to flipkart and try to approach flipkart customer care several times but they are not giving me any info about my product nor they are sending any replacement against lost product, every time whenever i use to call them they always have some petty excuses.after doing enquiry manytimes they have extended by product delivery time to 29th oct-14 secretly without my info but they are not sure for that also. lack of commitment.. i have paid for my phone in advance while placing oder.. I am quite depress and physically n mentally harassed from flipkart.. Pls help

      Respect Sir/Madam, On 20th oct 2014 I HAD PLACED ORDER FOR ASUS ZENFONE 5 FOR CASH ON DELIVER, BUT I DID NOT GET ANY CONFIRMATION CALL. AFTER THAT ON 21st OCT 2014 AGAIN PLACED THE SAME ORDER ON SBI DEBIT CARD FOR 10% CASH BACK. THE ORDER WAS BOOKED AND THE AMOUNT WAS DEBITED FROM THE ACCOUNT. BUT ON 22nd OCT 2014 WE GET A CALL FOR CONFIRMATION THE PERSON WAS RECEIVED AND CONFORMED IT BUT THE ORDED SBI DEBIT CARD WAS CANCELLED AND CASH ON DELIVER ORDER WAS CAME TO THE ADDRESS.           I ordered the product Sandisk ultra dual 16 gb otg pendrive from flipkart on 06Oct2014 and delivery date given is 18Oct2014. Flipkart didn't deliver the product, I got a product cancelation message and email without asking me. It was ever worst experience with Flipkart. It was big inconvenience for me. Didn't expect such customer service. Please take action as soon as possible. Below attachment has proof of email, it has order id and details.

            Order ID: OD[protected]Reference Number:[protected]I ordered for Redmi 1s on 23rd September 2014. On 24th September morning it was delivered to me. 24th evening, the delivery body called me and said that flipkart has cancelled that order and has initiated refund and I need to return the handset. I returned the handset. I have got the refund also. Again the delivery boy called me up and said he had some confusion with the IMEI number of the handset, so he would deliver the handset to me again once I make the payment again. To make the payment again, flipkart sent me an URL of CCAVENUE (http://www.ccavenue.com/mer_register/sendInvoice/sendInvoiceRedirect_ccav.jsp?i... through which I made the payment on 2nd October. Since then I kept calling flipkart customer care. Some people said, they have received the payment, but they don't have permissions to update the status as paid and the backend team should do so. Now suddenly, backend team responded and says they have not received the payment and I should provide a proof from HDFC bank that the payment has gone to CCAVENUE. I took the transaction details of my HDFC account, which clearly mentions that Rs. 5999 has been transferred to CCAVENUE and sent it to flipkart. Now, the flipkart is saying CCAVENUE has not paid them the money and I need to get in touch with CCAVENUE to track where the money went. Attached is the screenshot of the transaction which is a proof for the payment I made through CCAVENUE. Also I have attached HDFC transaction details.

                I checked with HDFC bank. They say that the transaction isn't failed. It was successful and the Flipkart has received the money.
                But the customer care of Flipkart is the worst. They are not ready to properly check in their records about the money that's received.
                They are simply responding with vague and irresponsible responses. Always they point out the refund they made for the other payment order.
                They are trying to act polite and repeatedly giving wrong responses for all the mails. Simply pushing the issue. It has been almost a month. Each and every time I hear a whole new response from them.

I am pursuing the matter with your executives but in vain. I am to say that courier company neither contacted me nor sent me any SMS. Without contacting me how courier company can be supposed to reach at residence for delivery. The fact is that my family members were available at home on 18.10.2014 and no courier boy came to my residence. Courier company is maligning the image of Flip cart.The suffering has caused me great mental agony.                         Dear Flipkart team, This is regarding OD[protected] delivery with stupid service responsibility from flipkart courier guys and management is not aware of what is happening out side and to the customers. I ordered LG TV and am supposed to deliver @21st Oct 7pm - 10pm time frame. And I got a call from courier guy the same day morning and was checking to me the item can be delivered before 1 pm, but I asked him I won't be available in that time as I have to go to office and asked him to deliver it ordered time 7pm-10 pm. But he replied if not before 1pm, they can deliver it only on next day. But due to curiosity I said them okay, please deliver it @1pm and I can wait for you and I took leave from office. But till 2pm there was no delivery and when I contacted them they said that we will deliver it tomorrow. I begged them to deliver at any time today because I already took the leave and waiting for you only, finally I quarrelled with them but no use, they simply the cut the call. Courier guy no# [protected]. Then I called customer care rep Varsha and raised compliant#[protected] and she confirmed within 5 hours will get a call back and deliver the product, but there was no response after that. Again called customer care, explained entire story, he also given confirmation to deliver the product today itself. But later after one hour got sms saying "We regret to inform you..." from flipkart. And till now there is no phone calls no responses from anyone from Flipkart team, this is totally disappointing to me. What a services from flipkart nowadays and no responsibility or customer services from management. I will re-think next time when I am planning to buy anything from flipkart as it is second time delivery delay is happening to me in 5 days gaps. And specific to this issue, just because of courier guy decision, the goodwill of Flipkart is going at least in my mindset. Flipkart was very good earlier and customers had a trust on guaranteed delivery, but nowadays team is totally loosing it. Dear management team, Please take care of this issue.

                          As on 22 October I received the delivery of 2 books.but the delivery boy, being a weak maths student, calculated the amount as 680(actually660).however I gave him 700, hoping he would give me Rs20 change at least.but that below average maths student had only Rs15. I request that. Please take care of the delivery boys.

                            i have placed a order for Moto G (1st Gen) order no:- OD[protected].on 18/10/2014 and the price of these product is rs 9999 but yesterday i found the massage that my order is cancelled . and today the price of same product is rs11999 ... only to raise the price of product this cancellation has done. and i am sure may be many cancellation is also happend. never trust on flipkart...

                              Hi, I am one of the many customers who got severely disappointed with extremely poor service by flipkart.I am one of the many customers who got severely disappointed with extremely poor service by flipkart. Leaving aside it is a big billion day order, my product got confirmed and ready for delivery. The delivery dint happen on the day confirmed to be delivered(as 12th October). Instead a delivery person came 3 days later and suddenly called me. I was out of station and couldnt take order. Though confirming he will keep order, the order status suddenly changed to returned without giving me option to make alternative delivery arrangement. During follow up with customer care, i got assurance saying product will again be delivered, but eventually after a week got to know of truth that it wont be delivered. It created tension for me for 15 days and i was denied the opportunity to buy a TV on sale period by trusting flipkart which was such a big mistake.                                 I ordered F&D 6000U Home Audio Speaker through flipkart on 1st of October 2014.The product was delivered after 10 days due to festival holidays.When I opened the box itself found that Sub woofer was physically damaged.So I dint connect the item and immediately raise the request for replacement.I got the message that your request is accepted and the replacement will be shipping before 20th October.But I doesn't had the patience and I decided to use the damaged item till the replacement arrive.Then I opened the case and found the packing was worst, very soon come to know that the item was used some one.Packing plastic cover was tampered, Battery was inserted in the remote(None of the new remote battery will be inserted while packing).Even though I used for just test the quality of the sound.It was having good performance.I was happy with the product. Finally my replacement was arrived just 2 hrs back today(19th Oct 2014). This time I got a classic packing & everything was sealed.I was happy that item is brand new.So I send the courier person and start connecting all.After seeing the packing of this I confirm that old one was used one.Then I connected all the speakers and finally connected to the power supply and try to switch ON, it was not getting ON.I thought some loose connection and checked everything properly.But no use it was also a faulty one.I got angry this time and called customer care of flipkart.Here the executive was telling me that he will arrange a call back from technical team with in 2 days. I was planning this item for festival season and enjoy some good music.Now all festivals are getting over and still I didn't get a satisfied product.Flipkart is made my festival miserable.This was my first purchase from flipkart.Today I got the call from your executive and he said me that he will arrange one more replacement.For that he need another 5 working days.This time I was not ready to try once again and become fool.I told him to cancel the order and pay back my money.This is the one bad experience I ever come across. Do you all think that we are sitting here as fool? I will never ever come back to flipkart and also I will share my experience through all my social media network as well as planning to initiate a consumer complaint against this.                                   Sir / Madam, I have ordered an product with ORDER NO : OD[protected], A backpack On 6th of this month (Oct) and its expected to be delivered on 15th of the same month. But till 15th its not been shipped, so I contacted Flipkart for the problem and they replied that the product is ready to be shipped on 15th. But today (21/10/14) they cancelled my order. The original price of the product is 1400 (+/-) and I have ordered for 850 (+/-) on spl offer. How can they cancel my order ?                                     I ordered a "Whirlpool NEO IC255 CLS PLUS 3 242 L Double Door Refrigerator" on 21st Oct'14 at around afternoon. The product mentions that after booking and payment the Flipkart would issue an e-Gift Voucher of 2000 INR that would enable an additional shopping of 2000 free on flipkart. I ordered and successfully paid flipkart through Debit card and received a confirmation mail, but there was no correspondence for e-Gift Voucher. I mailed flipkart regarding the issue. They only replied back with the message that they will contact me back soon, but there was no contact from their side. I then personally dialled their customer service number a good time after their mail, but to my amazement it took me 4 calls with a half hourly intervals to finally connect to a non-machine person. I narrated my issue, to some second third person, wherein he finally accepted that yes, there was a problem. Even he then took some minutes to finally conclude that e-Gift Voucher will take time to get issued. He mentioned that it might take a fortnight or a month also, which is indefinite and cannot be assured on the date. Simply a ridiculous reply!!! This is completely wrong statement. No where in terms and conditions it mentioned time or tenure related concerns, rather it states that "1. To avail the offer, customers have to add the required products to cart. 2. The EGV will be applicable upon purchase through any device. " which rather implies that it would be there after the order is successfully made. This actually created mental tension and pressure. Moreover, my further orders were planned according this offer. This is a sure shot case of misguidance / fake promise/ non fulfillment of promise. I request the concerned authorities to take required action, and also provide me with the adequate compensation of the mess flipkart created.

                                      Sir, I bought HP laptop battery on 6th october, 2014 on the occasion of flipkart big billion day for Rs 3140 and was promised to delivered very shortly, the item was atlast shipped on 10th october, 2014 with 14th october as delivery date. But to my disappointment the item was not delivered till date. I made multiple complaints to flipkart customer care and they said that they will deliver by 14th october, 2014, but nothing has been delivered yet. When enquired they are giving some petty reasons for the delay. If they cannot handle deliveries within the stipulated time, then why should they organize such a big extravaganza and fool customers. With the delay in delivery i had faced lot of issues with my laptop. My sincere request is to take stern action against such e-commerce sites and please see that my product will be delivered in good condition to me.
