I bought a laptop of HP 240 G2 series from flipkart in August. There was an issue in laptop i, e unable to install the drivers like WIFI, Graphics in Windows7. I raised a query in the month of August complain id is "OD[protected]". Still now it is in open status. All the time i call to customer car service simply customer service will respond like this "your problem will be resolved in 24 to 48 hours". How they will resolve my problem untill and unless they seen the laptop position. Already the laptop was replaced once still the same problem repeats. In product description they didn't mention that Hp 240G2 series is only compatible is Windows8.1. I got total damaged product like screw are missing some cracks and etc., The conservation is happening for last for 2 months. I am tired with this laptop. Today i, e 20 October 2014 they give me a new case id i, e "26804671".
The conservation is happen with customer care I remember some of the technical team members like Mr. NAVEEN, PRIYANKA, YASIM, SRUTHI YADAV.
This was the wrost experience in on line shopping.
