I still don't understand who had cancelled the product and why?

Item confirmed and shipped on 9th Oct, 2014 through firstflight.
I called your representative regarding this on 14th night, he said the product will be shipped to me again but he didn’t send any confirmation mail even on my request.
Again I called your representative on 15th night, he said the same.
I continuously checked the tracking number which you had given. But it was showing incorrect until 15th evening.
Now, you are telling that product will not be shipped and also updated the firstflight tracking details immediately.
It looks like a game which had played with me and you WON.
What do you call this kind of behaviour with your customers?What was the mistake that I had done to you?Is it my fault to trust Flipkart?Why the product has not shipped when it is dispatched?Why firstflight suddenly updated all the details after my query?
If expected delivery is on 14th, why they haven’t keep it with them for at least 48 hours or at least tried one more time(I know you will tell they have tried but I didn’t get any call/message nor an update on the firstflight website).
Why they haven’t delivered the product to my address while they have delivered all other products?
I received most of my products which I had ordered but not this one.
If you don't want to ship, then you might have informed that "Flipkart don't want to ship the product which you had ordered".
You made me wait for almost 10 days to see this reply.
Finally, I want to say one thing, you made me fool in front of my friends and colleagues, I was the one who stood with you on the rumours raised against flipkart on the bigbillionday.
I need my product which I had ordered. I believe you don't behave so disgraceful by saying "NO" in a beautiful way.
