1) Order Number : OD[protected] 2) Order Number : OD[protected] I have ordered two item whose payment already been made on flipkart, and delivery date is expected on 16th Oct 2014. But not received consignment till today. As well superior is also not responding on problems. While in online tracking it shows status that "Customer has ask to open the consignment before payment" while it was prepaid consignment not post paid consignment, the fact is that no one has came to deliver the product at mentioned address. It is one of the worst and west service i have faced with flipkart and surprising thing is that Flipkart is not responding on it and giving me extending date on daily basis when i call to customer care. Before updating wrong status on tracking details at least flipkart have to check that it is prepaid consignment so don't write comments like "Customer has ask to open the consignment before payment" and contact to their delivery services weather they have gone to deliver material, does they contact to customer on mentioned order number..? It seems it is open fraud running by Flipkart. Note: Also keep note that Delivery service has given their toll free number on website for tracking of consignment but that number is also fraud. Till now there is no any update for my consignment.
Flipkart supervisor has told me yesterday that they will get back to me after few hours, but no any back call received in whole day.
Once try to contact on customer care, i don't understand why executives are not transferring line to any of their manager/supervisor or higher authorities if they unable to resolve problems.

Really it is open cheating and fraud running on the name of online shopping. I keep on writing till their superior and management team not wake up.

    they have been delaying the dates of delivery everytime when i call.. i had ordered it on 6 th october, first they gave the delivery date 13th october, then delayed it to 18th and now 24th october...everytime askl them they say its a logistic problem...too annoying..i would want you to take strict action againsy them...i want the phone that i have ordered...this is not the way they deal with customers...by delaying the orders everytime you call them...

      I bought a laptop of HP 240 G2 series from flipkart in August. There was an issue in laptop i, e unable to install the drivers like WIFI, Graphics in Windows7. I raised a query in the month of August complain id is "OD[protected]". Still now it is in open status. All the time i call to customer car service simply customer service will respond like this "your problem will be resolved in 24 to 48 hours". How they will resolve my problem untill and unless they seen the laptop position. Already the laptop was replaced once still the same problem repeats. In product description they didn't mention that Hp 240G2 series is only compatible is Windows8.1. I got total damaged product like screw are missing some cracks and etc., The conservation is happening for last for 2 months. I am tired with this laptop. Today i, e 20 October 2014 they give me a new case id i, e "26804671". The conservation is happen with customer care I remember some of the technical team members like Mr. NAVEEN, PRIYANKA, YASIM, SRUTHI YADAV. This was the wrost experience in on line shopping.           I placed the order on 6 October 2014 so called "THE BIG BILLION DAY" Product name-All Time Blue Polka Container Set 17Pcs Small 400 ml, 1800 ml, 250 ml, 750 ml, 125 ml, 600 ml Order no-OD[protected] 1. The above mentioned order cancelled without my consent. 2.The executive(namely Mr Durgesh) has told that the seller is able to provide same product now at increased price but not at the big billion day price, which they have cancelled that it is out of stock. 3. I was not informed prior to cancellation of my order. 4. When I talked to your executive (namely Mr Deepak) on 16 October then he told me that my order will be delivered by 21 October. And today they have cancelled my order. 5. And when I booked my order on 6 October 2014 it was in stock and how they are telling that it out of stock at Rs 299 + 30 delivery charges and is available at higher prices. That's something very strange. It is like flipkart is cheating its customers in the name of billion day sale or whatever. I[censored] will not deliver our order then we are planning to cancel are pending order and we will further complaint on customer forum.

            I had already registered a complaint but still no response .i had called them up many times but as they promised they would deliver they hv not yet delivered the product .its been 15 days aft my expected delivery date but not yet received my product so flipkart are just ultimate lossers and fooling people they r just cheaters Flipkart...dont want to use any vulgar words

              I've placed my order, but it's saved in my cart only - I've also called on helpline no., but from there also proper response not received .I felt very sad that I can't shop from Flipkart.com, because of your poor services .I will not buy anything from your site & will never suggest to my friends/relatives in future .               I have repeatedly made request for reversing the amount debited from my credit card account with respect to the payment I made for purchasing MOTO E. I came to know from my banker that you have claimed that amount. Since you are not able to address my request I am compelled to file a case against you in the consumer court. I will also share my bad experience in all possible medias.

                I have purchased the mobile Moto E on Fri, 23rd May'14. There were no issues at starting stage but after 5 months started facing issues like " Automatically its getting turned off " ..." call drops" ..." battery backup is low" . Till it is under the flipkart return policy it was totally good. But now after using the mobile for 5 months the flipkart is also not ready to replace the handset as it crossed the '1 Month return policy" by flipkart. So now what to do further.

                  I had ordered a product from Flipkart for Order ID (OD[protected], this is the second time wrong product has been delivered to me. After speaking to Customer Leader i have still not got a response from Flipkart. I am planning to go for a travel for which i had kept the order for this time. Now i am left with no option but to purchase the lense from a vendor. I am feeling so cheated by Flipkart, for all the reviews i have read it looks like Flipkart is into fraudulent practices. I have already initiated legal options, and i am also looking froward for Compensation from Flipkart.

                    I had purchased nokia kumia 1020 on the big billion day and as mentioned by nokia of phones spects, i havent got my phone with gorilla glass display and it got scratch and crack when it fell down from a height of 1 feet.I will provide a photo copy that was given by authorised nokia care. i never expected such thing from flipkart.

                      here its serious concern, i am facing a problem with one of the moto E handset which i bought on flipkart.Flipkart requested to contact to visit couple of service centers located in Pune but when i checked all those service centres does not exist in reality.then after contacting the flipkart again requested me to contact motorola customer care.Motorola customer care says : in case of issue with Moto E Moto G Moto X please contact Flipkart and the no published for Pune customer service for motorola does not exist.What is this : this is all fooling customer all around.Why Flipkart did not checked all these ground level problem before selling product, why if there is no proper service model in place before selling product why customer is not made aware of rather keeping in dark about the situation.i think this is all cheating and should be taken in serious concern.i would take this in customer forum and in case any penaulties should be charged in fraud case.this is a fraud which mororola and flipkart is doing since flipkart is only vendor selling these products in india, Regards,

                            I Have Ordered Nova Cordless NHT1045 on 6th Oct. and The Date Given to be of Receiving consignment was 15th oct. yet i have not received mine consignment, called 4-5 Times to Delivery Guy Dharmendra paswan [protected] but no response i received from him He just Give Different Excuses for the Delay from His Side.                               I booked a MI 3 mobile phone on 08.10.2014 as a surprise to my relative. The courier boy came on 14.10.2014, I was away for fifteen minutes and my mobile was switched off so I was not contacted. Within 15 minutes I contacted the courier boy he said that now I will not come. The courier boy was interested in the mobile and he told the recipient Mamta Kumari to sign the receipt of product and he will take. Afterwards I made 4 times request in customer care every time it was told that three attempts will be made and the same will be done within 24 hours. Even after lapse of 9 days I have not received the product and we have now been informed that we have cancelled the order. We have also booked the screen Guard and cover of the mobile and the same is delivered on same address. But the mobile has not reached. It is really shocking.                                 Hi...I purchased a Mi3 on 7th Oct 2014 which was promised to be delivered on 11th Dec to gift it to my wife on he B'day on 18th Oct. Inspite of the continuous follow-ups with both flipkart executive and courier partner i got fake dates and promise to be delivered on time and today is 20th Oct and still I have not received the delivery. The worst part is my party is spoiled and neither flipkart nor the courier partner had a clue were the item is lying, only thing they are aware is to promise another date after 2 days. With this space i wish you guyz aall the best to compete with Amazon and others. Long way to go.

                                  I ordered for HTC Desire 816. The delivery was two days late than the expected date. When finally received the package, the handset was missing in the package. There was only charger and headset. I escalated the issue to the concerned department. At first they ask for two business days and then when i get no call from their end, i call them asking about it. I get an answer " We are sorry ma'am..we regret the inconvenience. Give us three more business days." After three days, no call from their end. I call back.. I get the same answer but 4 hrs this time. I am tired of this situation. I would like to know what's going on at least. This was not expected from a brand like Flipkart. I just hope to get this issue resolved.

                                    A Sony Hand Set -N73155 was purchased online delivered on 29.7.14 for Rs-19990 along with accessories and Charger. But deeply regretted that the Charger came defective after expiry of two & half month where as the warranty is for one year. This is an alarming if a costly items being purchased through reputed firm having so poor response and in future customer shall have to decide on such purchase. The Bill Invoice No-[protected]/OD[protected] may be perused for rectification. I personally feel uncertain and will be thankful if the replacement of original Sony Charger of hand set of above No shall be sent through messanger immediately to avoid further litigation. Please do the needful on priority

Thses people tell the same story again and again. I am sick of repeating my problem to them. I have mailed them the bank statement hundred times, but no go. I want my money back rite now.                                         These flipkart Guys told me that my issue will be resolved within 26/10/2014 05.30 PM. As every time this also I waited for one week but no go. It is very easy for flipkart people to cheat customers like this. Below is the mail they had sent.
