Dear Sir,
I have ordered a Xiaomi Mi3 mobile phone from flipkart.com on 12august which i received on 16august, after using it a fortnight or so it started giving me too much hanging and heating problem so i lodged a complaint on 8th september on 11th september they sent me some mails on 11september asking for another number which i did not have and niether had enough time to check my email, when i got time to check my mail then i saw that the issue had been close from their end with the remarks "Replacement (Return ID:[protected] REJECTED", when i asked them about this they simply replied that we can not do anything for you now and you can ask if you need any further assistance.
and this is not just my problem, somany citizen of india are facing this issue, please look into the matter and help me out, I WANT TO RETURN THE HANDSET AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
