MY COMMENTS
1. Congratulation for the booking of orders worth Rs. 600 Cr on 6th October, 2014
2. My order for MOTO X ( 2nd Gen) worth Rs. 27 Thousand was not good for you, if compared with order booking worth Rs. 600 Cr, was tiny.
3. You were proud to have order booking worth Rs. 600 Cr. And the Flipkart.com was on 7th Heavan. You were in the news in all the Newspapers.
BUT
1. You were failure in delivering the Mobile as per your commitment date of 10th October and later 12th October and later 16th October, 2014
2. No proper answer was given over telephone by any one of the employee out of 10000 + + persons of Flipkart, you had appointed for Rs. 600 Cr. Order booking for 6th October Sale.
3. Your communications over phone and email rather gave us the impressions that we should cancel the order for Moto X Mobile with you.
4. You were later not confirming Rs. 2000.00 payback agreed for using CITIBANK Credit Card.
THEREFORE
1. The result of your Rs. 600 Cr. Booking, took our hard earned money amounting Rs. 27, 049.00 to your account. You used this money from 6th October onwards and will use till you return the same to our account.
2. I the CUSTOMER is ultimate loser. May be you have monopoly or you enjoy Monopoly for certain products.
END RESULT
1. I did not get Mobile on committed date. Had to cancel the booking.
2. Your sorry or apolozise made you happy and the advantage you got from small working capital you generated from us.
3. At least we will not buy any Product from Flipkart.com.
4. We will share our bad experience with Flipkart with all our well wishers on Whats Up, Face Book, SMS, Emails, Twitter Etc. Etc.
WORRY
1. Will have sleepless night till Money Paid to you is received Back.
