I bought a moto g2 phone from flipkart on 2nd november 2014 whose notification tab is not working from the first day o[censored]se. It works intermittently, at times it responds but most of the time it doesnot. In addition to this, the phone also responds slowly when notification tab is not working. Logged a complaint with flipkart for return of faulty piece but no resolution yet now, I always get a messge sorry for the inconvenience and we will call you tommorrow. This is disgusting flipkart, is that the way you are becoming billionare by fooling people. I will not spare you people, if you think you can get easily over it and let me remind you, you will have to pay for consequences if my problem is not resolved because I dont have free money to spend it on your website, when I have paid, I want service for it.     Very Bad Service from flipkart I have ordered a moto g 2 on 5th Nov 14, It was a gift for my friend. It was very embarrassing moment yesterday because I was unable to give him a birthday gift. I paid Rs. 90 extra for one day delivery. flipkart CS had promised me that I will get the product by 9.00 pm on 6th Nov 14 but the product is yet to be delivered. I will not buy any product from flipkart in future. After raising this issue in flipkart CS, they replied that they are compensating the customer emotions in RS 270. Money is not a concern, how flipkart can understand customers sentiment.

      To, Flipkart.com I feel deeply cheated with the way flipkart deals with a permanent customer like me, I purchased Lenovo yoga 2 tablet on 4th nov & along with it i was supposed to get 3 freebies(leather flip cover /potronics bluetooth headset/e-books) On 5th morning i spoke to one Mr.kapil jain at flipkart customer support who confirmed that i will be getting the freebies separately. On 5th afternoon i received the product without freebies which i confirmed vide mail. Also i spoke to on Mr.Ajay srivastav around 1p.m at customer support who confirmed that all the three freebies will be delivered to me. Still, i did not open the product & made a return request of this product, replying to which i received a call at 7p.m on 5th nov . This time it was a lady who confirmed to me that all three freebies will be delivered and i should be rest assured & can open the product & start using it without any apprehension. After so many confirmations, i opened up the product on 5th evening & started using it. Also i was regularly watching your website till late night on 5th nov which showed these three freebies alogwith the product. Today(6th morning)when i checked up at the flipkart website, two freebies(flipcover/headset) were removed. Just Now, to my surprise i received a call from your customer care who tried to inform that the two freebies(flipcover/headset}will not be delivered. When i told her the whole story, she told that she will check & revert further. From the above, it is very clear that your staff is not able to handle the increasing business opportunities. As it is this product is only available at flipkart and the customer is being forced to pay whatever price is being fixed by flipkart. Being a regular & loyal customer of flipkart, i am not going to be at loss if the freebies are not given, it is only flipkart who will loose a customer with bitter taste.Also the interest of Lenovo is being affected. Is anybody there in flipkart who works for company`s interest????? Expecting a positive action. I am also marking copy of this mail to Lenovo to inform that the image of a great product is reduced & affected by the mishandling of flipkart & should try to sell such premium and good products directly.       Yes, it is the same case for me to as well. Lot of cheating from Flipkart like this.
      Even the customer support guys are very rude on this matter. They told me that you do whatever you want but you never get this Freebie which is not good for Flipkart customers.

          Hi, I have booked a Bosch hand drill machine 3 weeks back and it reached the destination within 1 week. But the item is not delivered to my door step even after 2 weeks. When I checked with the courier people, they told that they can't deliver to my door step. When I contected Flipkart they told me it will be resolved soon. I used to call frequently to Flipkart in last 2 weeks and still the item is not delivered. Everytime they cheated me saying that they will call back in 24 hours. So I dont want any more excuses and I want my money back along with interest. Also I want compensation for the mental agony created by those peeple.           i have ordered a redmi note (order id- OD[protected] on 2nd of december and make payment through internet banking successfully and they sent a mail that your order has been placed and will be receiving the item by
          8th of december but i have not received my item till now i, e 17th of december. On 15th of december i received a email ensuring the courier partner will delivered the item by 19th of december. but this morning i.e 17th december i received a call from flipkart saying the item has lost on the way in transit and they cannot reshipped the item as my pin code is not serviceable. On this regard i strongly object the way they response, since the past 4-5 years iam using this address and normally i received item in time from flipkart. even they cannot use my pincode i will provide another alternate pincode. But i will never accept any refund or cancellation..

            I have ordered feew footware and the got cancelled, I have paid the amount via debit card and they did refund but excluding 1 amount of Rs1554/- its been 4 months and they say they have refunded the amount to my back account and i visited bank twice got my statement for past 3 months and their is no record of transaction done when I call the customer care they say check with your bank we have refunded from our side- when I ask for the transaction details they fail to produce that evry time I call up customer care or mail them with the bank statement they cut my call or dont reply my call please help Order ID

              hello sir I have bought a new MOTO E phone on[protected]. But after one month I have a problem that some time I am unable to make a call and it is mostly emergency call only when someone try to call on my number then repiled answer to him is unreachable or switch off the after two week i faced another problem at the place where network shows a red tringular icon comes and somtimes when i open any application like google chore or facebook then its stopped.and these days mobile itsself switched off or on in a day.

                  Sir i have ordered and purchased Asus Zenfone 5 A501CG(Black, with 16 GB) through Flipkart along with DMG Circle View Flip Cover for Asus Zenfone 5 A501CG, Matte Screen Guard and Stylus Combo Se OD[protected]. But the cover provided was not supproting the mobile set so i requested for the replacement of the set which i had ordered and it was also carried out but in vain because the new cover set was smaller than the mobile and was not able to fit properly. i also made a fresh order[protected] for the Matte Screen Guard and Stylus Combo Set but was of no use because again the flip cover sent was smaller than the mobile phone so it could not be adjusted Now please tell me what to do, whether should i move to consumer court for my right or else thanks

                    I ordered an Apple iPad Air worth 38900 INR, through an advance payment. After 15 days, flipkart just called up and they said that we are unable to deliver the product When I aksed for the refund, flipkart committed the refund to happen by next 8 business days. Its being more than 25 days and Flipkart is not returning the money. Its unfortunate and sad to deal with companies like this who have such a poor level of commitments...I need my money back with the interest.please suggest

                      I had booked Moto G 2nd Gen. Phone from Flipkart dtd on 06.10.2014 & my Order no. is OD[protected] but they provide Faulty phone to me. After doing constant follow up to change address of shipment they are not entertaining us. I had given 2 times request to change address but they aren't changing my address & always changing dt. of Delivery of the phone. Even I had given request to change address dtd on 04.11.2014 but insted updating my address in their system they had send their Courier boy on old address Even the Company who is looking after courier service for Flipkart (E-Kart) they are also not agree to take Responcibilty abt. Wrong address. According to their persons they are saying this is SOLE Responcibilty of Flipkart; Bcoz they get address details from Flipakart and they do delivery as per that. Everyday we have to do follow up on Flipkart Coustmer Care Centre to know exact dt. of Delivery of phone but every day they are making FOOL to Coustmer by giving Wrong dt. of Delivery... Is this some kind of SICK Trick is using by Flipkart for not providing replacement to Coustmer This is really un-acceptable from Company like Flipkart...                             Thi is for order code 0D[protected]D[protected] for I had ordered a wireless headphone that was dispatched to my home.And to my amazement it works on infrared about which no info. Was available on site .I even sent a request to drawback this product and they may exchange the product with my desired product or refund the amount . But a missed call came on the second day what was told when i was unavailable and for that a message was delivered the they'll call me back in a day and since then no ear has been give to the request, still waiting since 27 days for tthe respond

Balboa press had a contract with me two years back which is over as they did not give me any royalty but they seem to have given the book to author solutions without my permission. The book IN SEARCH OF HAPPINESS is copyright of Jaico and Jaico publications will upload the book. Author solutions is not giving me any royalty for these books. Please remove this book so that Jaico can upload it .

                                We ordered an Air Fryer from Flipkart and didn't receive the order past the expected last date of delivery. We ordered the product with COD but the courier company was rather calling us to collect the shipment from their office which was somewhere outside the city premises.We always receive the order at our homes when placed on COD from every e shopping website.And they were unable to deliver the shipment and they rather blamed us that we were out of station for which the shipment couldn't be delivered.We often contacted Flipkart customer care for the same but they din't pay attention to the matter and in spite of the complaint of not having the order received, the order was returned back to the company rather blaming us that we were out of town. Flipkart took no action against the courier service and din't inform us even that product was returned. I am extremely disgusted by this kind of behavior from Flipkart and would take the matter into serious consideration.

                                    battery backup is very bad so i have contact to flipkart customer care they are not responding properly and telling silly reasons and avoding my calls .they are not giving proper service and extending the service dates .no common statements from customer care executives .i am very embarsed about the product i loose the trust on the site .first date of calling is on 2nd november 2014 they extended to 4th november but my problem is not solved and again i called on 5th november 2014 and they are extending date but problem is not rectified so i want to exchange my mobile
                                    i bought a moto g2 mobile from the flipkart on 28th sep my order id is od[protected] my battery backup is not good when i called to flipkart they are not responding to my complaint and they are extending my service dates by saying problem wiil be solved but still my problem is not solved. and the customer service is not responding properly to the phone by keeping phone a side and also each member in the customer service is saying not proper words so finally i want to replace my product

                                      Hi Its about a cash back offer that was assured to me on my laptop but later they refrained from it. While making this order for laptop, I did not have access to the internet, So I called the Flipkart customer care. They assured me that I can order for laptop through call. I went on to discuss all the offers on laptops with the customer care person. As I had a budget of 35, 000/-, I asked the customer care person to look for laptops in that range. He came up with a laptop the cost of which was around 40, 000/- and had a cash back offer of 10%. So I went on to book this laptop. After a month of receiving the laptop, I didnt recieve any cashback. In between I have called regarding this, the customer care person said that it takes time for cash back. Again after some months when I called, they said that there was no offer like this on laptop, a completely ridiculous thing. Then after discussing with them about it, that got resolved. Then they came up with a new explanation that the cashback offer was only valid if I would have paid while making the order but not through COD. Regarding this claim they made, I had a fine discussion with the customer person just while making the order. I have asked him that the amount to be paid(40, 000/-) was not available with me right then, so I asked him if I can pay while receiving it. To this concern of mine, he checked and replied that its possible but I have to pay through my card. So I did as was said. But now as I call to any customer care person they either don't reply(keep me waiting ) or simply deny to the offer. Hope you take this matter into consideration. Waiting for your reply.                                       I HAD ORDERED THIS PRODUCT ON OCTOBER 12 AND WHEN IT REACHED THE LOCATION. THE PRODUCT WAS DAMAGED AND IT WAS RETURNED ON OCTOBER 28 AND I HAD RECEIVED A MAIL THAT MY CASH BACK WILL BE ON NOVEMEBER 1 AND I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY ASKED FOR TWO DAYS TIME NOW THEY HAVE EXTENDED IT FOR MORE THAN A MONTH. I MEAN THE FLIPKART SERVICE EXCUTIVE HAD CALLED ON MY NUMBER TO ASK ABOUT THE ORDER DETAILS AND THE LAST GIVEN BY HIM WAS NOVEMBER 7 AND NOW THEY HAVE EXTENDED TO NOVEMEBER 13. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXCUTIVE GIVES ME ALL THE FAKE INFORMATION REGARDING THE PRODUCT. AND ONE IS RESPONISBLE FOR IT. INFACT ONE GUY WAS LIKE YOU CAN TAKE ACTION AGAINST THE COMPANY IF YOU CAN. THEY ARE NOT WELL TRAINED TOO. AND GIVES A FAKE INFORMATION AND CHEAT ON PEOPLE. ON THE NEXT TIME I CALL ON THE NUMBER THEY WILL EXTEND IT AGAIN. I HAVE ALL THE MAIL ID. THAT THEY HAVE SENT ME. AND THEY ARE NOT SURE WHEN THE CASHBACK WILL BE MADE.

                                        I have ordered Lenovo A536 (order No OD[protected] mobile on Oct 19, 2014.. it had a delivery due time of Oct 28, 2014.. As per the tracking number item has reached local courier office on Oct 23, 2014. But till today Nov 05, item is not delivered When contacted Flipkart or courier company getting redundant response... Horrible customer experience and no one is taking the responsibility...
                                        Same thing happened with me same phone ordered finally i have to cancel the order now now facing issue in getting the cash back..
