The Service at Flipkart is very bad ! For Those who are new to online retailing please do not purchase your products from this website, I ordered a simple mobile cover on 4th November 2014 and today the date is 15th November, Over these 10 days i have received TWO Products that do not resemble my original order at all and after being replaced i am sent another cover with does not resemble the original order, and on contacting Flipkart of this situation, they refused to register my complaint and further more do not call back after sending a message that they will. I am truly amazed at the casual attitude of THIS WEBSITE FLIPKART ! I am a regular customer and if they can treat me like this i wonder how the treat new customers.

    I have ordered Asus Zenfone 5 on 6/10/14. The order nu was OD[protected] amounting to Rs. 9999. It was scheduled to deliver on 18/10 but they extended it upto 24/10 but when i called them because of not deliver on respective date then they told me to wait till 30/10. During this period there was no updates regarding product from Flipkart side. Even Flipkart agent also can't get me the exact location of product. On 28/10 customers agent called me and told that my order has been missed by them and can't deliver and have to cancel this. They canceled the order and insure me to refund upto 6/11. Again they are not able to refund me on given date and date extended to 12/1. Again they are not refunded me and extended to 20/11. On 14/11 i got my cash back to my a/c. But i have faced a lot of irresponsibility from there side and called several time. I want proper consolation money and have to pay me the 15 days interest. Plz take strong actions.

      Disappointed by Flipkart's Rigid Stand I wanted Netgear N300 Router and due to heavy discount available on it on the Big Billion Day I placed on order on the Flipkart. But due to the technical problem on your website the product got changed by default to Netgear N150 on which no discount was available. The product is not compatible with my LAN and it is useless for me. Inspite of repeated request to replace it even with the more expensive product you people are not ready for the same. Not getting proper response from your customer care team as their behavious is rude and few times they have even disconnected the phone in between not letting me to explain my point. They are repeating the same record of not within their policy. There were many other technical issues with your website on that day. The website was running very slow, money getting debited twice for the same product, the product getting out of stock as soon as clicked on add to cart and so on... I was satisfied customer for your company from more than 3 years but after this incidence I was forced to change my stance Was it a BIG BILLION DAY for us or for them??? Pathetic response..Most unfriendly response You were going to resolve this issue but instead you have rejected my claim for replacement.. only because the order was placed on The Big Billion Day you have rejected my replacement claim though the main problem was with your site.. This is another rigid stand example set by you.. Atleast show some respect to your regular customers.. This is a genuine problem which you are not ready to resolve inspite of my readiness to pay the additonal expenses incurred by you.. You were not good enough to revert directly or through other medium before rejecting my claim.. I dont think you people have understood my genuine problem without going into the gist of the matter..           This is to notify you that my husband ordered Moto G(2nd Gen) - 1 piece on 03Oct2014.The order ID is
          OD[protected] and I received the item on 06Oct2014.But the mobile is not working at all since 20Feb2015.I contacted Flip kart customer care via phone and informed the same.The customer care person instructed me to give it to the Motorola service centre at my hometown.It has already been a month, I did not get my mobile yet.The service centre people are telling that the mobile needs to be replaced with new mother board.It is just 4 months since I received the handset.I am not all ready to compromise on the quality of product which I bought thru Flipkart.I need the handset as soon as possible, either you resolve the problem or replace the same.I will be filing a case in the customer court if I did not get my problem solved as soon as possible.

              Sir, Ref.my complaint in the matter vis-a-vis discussion held with Mr.Manoj B. of Flipcart : I would like to draw kind attention of all concerned that despite your decision of refund, the damaged product (Euroline 3.2 Ltr, Rice Cooker) has not been taken back by the EKART Team. Followed a SMS(7.11.14), a formal visit has been conducted by ECART representative (Khsitiz Kr.Shukla) on Nov.7, 2014 and he did not pick the Rice Cooker saying that it would be collected by their vehicle pick up. But instead a SMS massage sent by EKART on the same day stating (Quote)"We regret to inform that your shipment could not be picked up due to missing contents.We will contact you shortly"(Unquote). Kindly let me know when the matter will be resolved ? I am sorry to say neither Flipcart management did refund (As assured by Kshitiz of EKART) the price of the product nor monitored the situation.Is it the way to deal ?                 Hi, My order was placed on 15th Oct & the expected date of delivery was 24th Oct. It was a Diwali gift to some one but till today (12th Nov 14) it is not delivered. What is the use of booking if the actual expectation is not met here? Every time I called they said it will be delivered with next 24 hours. This is very frustrating & need to be looked into on priority. Please resolve. Thanks Debesh Sharma

                      my complaint is against the courier service (first flight), which flipkart uses to courier products in Gangtok.pin no.737101. I received my item after 6 days of it reaching to the courier company and my shipping address is abt 1 km away from the company. At first they called me to collect my item which I directly denied because I cannot leave my work in the office unfinished. They then said they'll send the item tomrow(which never came). They first called me on Wednesday, n then on Friday, saying I have to come by myself to collect my item. We don't get time to go out of the office and collect our courier. and I think it is their duty to bring the item to us.I had to call more than 30 times, n They brought the item half way. my suggestion is that either you stop using the courier service for pin code 737101. Or you tell them to do their job properly. I believe there are other companies like DTDC, Indian post, etc which deliver our products to us and fast. invoice no. vil[protected] name.                           Flipkart took the order and was unable to deliver the product since one month and on escalating they were making
                          false allegations on customer that "despite several attempts, we could not reach you for delivery",
                          I have ordered combo of flip cover and memory card from Flipkart Seller: WS Retail and they delivered flip cover and for memory card they were unable to reach me (ridiculous).

                            I got this last week: Order id- OD[protected] Item- 11.6 inch Netbook Sleeve. But the sleeve is not able to take Dell 11.6 inch laptop. So that sleeve is useless as it CANNOT take 11.6 inch laptop as mentioned in the Flipkart website. I requested for refund but I got a phone call from flipkart refusing to do so. This is absolutely cheating and ridiculous. I will never ever order anything through Flipkart.

Yesterday only I returned back and opened the Parcel and I found that I was receiving the damaged phone. Front Camera is not working. Herewith I attached the photo copy of the damaged one.                                     Its highly Irritating to have shopped with flipkart. They are cheating big time. I purchased a salwar suit material on the Big Billion Day sale. The order was cancelled without any intimation to me on october 18th saying the product was out of stock. The refund for the same is still pending. How cheap. For the past one month I keep calling Flipkart and they keep telling dates on which i will get my refund. First they promised on october 28th, then on Nov 2nd then on November 11th. Today from morning I have been calling flipkart and they say the money has been refunded and told me to check in the bank. When I checked in the bank and mailed them the bank statement they told me to wait till till today evening 7 ( Spoke to a person called Imran). Immediately after half and hour I get a message saying I have to wait till Nov 19th. I called up flipkart again and they claim there is no customer care officer called Imran and I have to wait till Nov 12th, when I say the message said Nov 19th then they are immediately telling ya wait till Nov 19th. All the customer care officer names also they lie. Too bad. I have all the messages and mails sent to flipkart and their replies too I have my bank statement also Spoke to customer care officers : Pushpa, Imran, Farook (Dont know these names are true) Order ID : OD OD[protected] I have spent nearly 200 Rs calling them for the past one month. Suffering to get our own money. Highly unsatisfied customer.
