Hi, I ordered a Moto X 2nd Gen Mobile on Oct 6th 2014, on the Big billion day sale offer, i placed the order
on cash on delivery Order No - OD[protected] and also there was exchange offer for my old phone
Sony erricson arc s for RS.8000.On Oct 11th 2014, E-kart field person came to my home and enquired us
how we got a phone on so cheap price and the details abt the phone and also about the old, and later he
advised us not to take the phone as the package was hit by a pole and there is a damage to the package.
So we sent the package back .
Later we spoke to the Flipkart customer, and they advised us to take the package so that they can send us
a replacement product, As per their advise, we asked them to resend the order .
On Oct 14th 2014 around 1:45 PM, E-kart logstics field person came and delivered the package and collected the cash of RS.24090 and the exchange phone (Sony Ericsson Arc S) from my wife and left the place .
Later around 5 PM when my son opened the package, was shocked to see stone in the box ...
Immediately we called Flip kart customer care and received a poor response and after several attempts
spoke a person called Sathya prakash stated himself as assistant manager he took a compliant
(Comp No.141014/099299) and said their technical team will contact us in 24hrs .And we are still waiting
for a response from flipkart .Hope we will get a our product or the money.Hoping we get some response
or some suggestion on how to proceed with this issue through this forum.
