Hey i want to buy fifa 15 game for the ps3 version but its either out of stock or too much expensive on flipkart About 10 days before i searched the game on flipkart its price is 4599 which is way more than the original price which is 3500 then i decide to wait till the prices come down coz i thought that it is a new game so thats why prices are high but after 10 days its price is 5200 on flipkart Omg can u believe it a ps3 version of fifa is more expensive than the ps4 version which is 4000 They are literally cheating on us please order them to shutdown their business this is total injustice

    I had order a micromax canvas nitro on 6th Oct 2014. the expected delivery was 14th October. I am still to get the phone. On 14h Evening i raised a case via the online portal. After 18hrs I get a mail from customer support askimg me to be patient and the matter has been escalated. After some time I get a mail update on the case that was opened that they will deliver the product in 4 days. And the next day the incident logged is close without my consent and the product being delivered. Also I had replied to the customer care executive to cancel the order and give me a refund still I am waitng for a reply from them.This is not at all acceptable. To top it flipkart claims to have 24*7 customer support still I get reply from the CS tram after 18hrs. Since the time Flipkart has launched the flipkart first service there has been a decline in the service from them. Its as if they expect all to pay for the flipkart first service.

      Pathetic service by flipkart, i ordered a tv worth 20k on the billion day but haven't received the product yet it has been more than 10 days but no response from the flipkart team. When i called them the call center keeps you ivr for more than 15 mins and the executive again keeps you on hold for more than 3-4 mins on hold. When asked about my product they give only one answer that it ll b delivered with 2 days. My question remains is when ll i receive my product, my money is with them, i contributed them to reach the 2 billion mark and they dont feel to reply on my calls. the company if they are not fully equipped to fulfill their commitment y do they take orders. They have postponed my TV'S delivery date thrice and i am still awaiting a response from flipkart which i haven't received. My suggestions to all is go for amazon, snapdeal or ebay and try avoiding flipkart Their after sales is pathetic As their own courier company is overburdened to delivery which has to handle both deliver of flipkart and myntra

        I BOUGHT A NOKIA LUMIA 520 ON WEDNESDAY 15.10.2014 AS ORDER NO MENTIONED ABOVE BUT WHEN WE SWITCH ON THE MOBILE NO DISPLAY WAS FOUND . ONLY THE COMPANY NAME AS NOKIA WAS DISPLAYED. DISPLAY WAS IDEAL. KINDLY ARRANGE TO REPLACE THE MOBILE AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE.

            Dear Sir, I have ordered a Xiaomi Mi3 mobile phone from flipkart.com on 12august which i received on 16august, after using it a fortnight or so it started giving me too much hanging and heating problem so i lodged a complaint on 8th september on 11th september they sent me some mails on 11september asking for another number which i did not have and niether had enough time to check my email, when i got time to check my mail then i saw that the issue had been close from their end with the remarks "Replacement (Return ID:[protected] REJECTED", when i asked them about this they simply replied that we can not do anything for you now and you can ask if you need any further assistance. and this is not just my problem, somany citizen of india are facing this issue, please look into the matter and help me out, I WANT TO RETURN THE HANDSET AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

              I placed an order for Philips 32inch TV on so called "Big Billion Day'. The promised delivery date was 7th oct (the very next day). On 7th, when i didn't received my order, i called them. They shifted delivery date to 11th Oct. On 11th Oct, they shifted my date to 15th Oct. On 11th I told them that if I do not receive my product on 15th, i would like to cancel my order and they agreed. I have called 10-11 times after 15th midnight and asked them to cancel my order. Now they are saying they have cancelled my order but I haven't received any cancellation mail nor the status on the website has changed. Even I can't view my product on their website now. It just vanished away...

                  It was very bad experience from Flipkart. I ordered a wrist watch and watch does math with my personality. Dial size is very small. I requested to exchange with another product and brand but Flipkart denied exchanging the product. This is totally useless for me and Flipkart is totally crap in case of online shopping. Once you bought a product you bound to use that either that product is useful for you or not.

                    sir, I had ordered a moto g 2nd gen and recieved the product on 30 sept 2014 order no. OD[protected].witin a week the charger stopped working when i contacted the flipkart they credited an amout of rs 500 in my wallet account of flipkart but the problem is that the amount was credited for the portal of WE RETAIL SELLER and the charger was not available on the portal.When i again contacted them they replied that you exchange the charger from MOTOROLA service centre but there is no service centre in my local surroundings i.e. ALIGARH, Uttar Pradesh. There is a return policy of 30 days in flipkart, yet they aren't giving me any positive response.

                        Hi Team, I have ordered Moto G - 2nd Gen mobile some days back and found issue in battery performance. So I just returned the mobile after two days and request for refund. But there was no option to return the item. I have no choice but to replace the item. Replaced item was having the same problem. Battery was draining so quickly despite of mentioned on the flipkart site. I asked customer care as well to return the item and process for refund but they took it lightly. You are keep on replacing the mobile and not returning and processing. Now as per you refund policy is very complicated and not sure that refund will be processed. Then what is the mean of Guarantee?? Flipkart is making fool of customer with services and products delivered. I will highly not recommend to anyone to buy product from this site.                             i ordered Blackberry Q5 on 10th October 2014 through Flipkart, And while tracking my order i got to know that my order got delivered to Guindy HUB ( which near to my place), on 12th October 2014 and right from that date i started receiving SMS that my order will be delivered today before 7.30Pm but no one called me.. the next day on on 13th I received a mobile no. With the delivery persons contact no. when i called him he said that he dint receive the product from the HUB and after an hour later he said that he'll deliver it within 20 mins and he's on the way, 2.30, 5.30, 7.30, 9.40Pm it went on he said he's on the way and he'll deliver.. but @ 10Pm he called me and said that he cant deliver it today and so he'll do it by the next morning . But i was SHOCKED when i checked the tracking status... it was mentioned that "Undelivered Due To No Response From Customer" Next morning i got new no. from the same courier saying that he'll delivery it before today 7.30pm with the same dialogue.. When i called him his number stayed Switched off ... I don't know what is really wrong with these guys.. this proves the quality of Flipkart & its worst delivery Service. My Order Id: OD[protected]

                              FlipKart cancelled my order OD[protected] without notifying me and i got email from them stating that i cancelled it. What rubbish, i never cancelled my order and i have been waiting for it to receive. Customer care is hopeless and said they can not do anything.

                                Hi, I bought Moto G black 16 GB from flipkart on 2nd June 2014 . I am facing network issue in this phone . I tried to analyse the scenario, when it prompts a caller to not reachable messages . whenever I am turning off mobile data connection, then its showing network strength as strong in phone, but nobody able to call me in this scenario, as its prompting either switch off or not reachable . Please suggest .

                                      I still don't understand who had cancelled the product and why? Order ID: OD[protected] Order placed on 6th Oct, 2014 Item confirmed and shipped on 9th Oct, 2014 through firstflight. I called your representative regarding this on 14th night, he said the product will be shipped to me again but he didn’t send any confirmation mail even on my request. Again I called your representative on 15th night, he said the same. I continuously checked the tracking number which you had given. But it was showing incorrect until 15th evening. Now, you are telling that product will not be shipped and also updated the firstflight tracking details immediately. It looks like a game which had played with me and you WON. What do you call this kind of behaviour with your customers?What was the mistake that I had done to you?Is it my fault to trust Flipkart?Why the product has not shipped when it is dispatched?Why firstflight suddenly updated all the details after my query? If expected delivery is on 14th, why they haven’t keep it with them for at least 48 hours or at least tried one more time(I know you will tell they have tried but I didn’t get any call/message nor an update on the firstflight website). Why they haven’t delivered the product to my address while they have delivered all other products? I received most of my products which I had ordered but not this one. If you don't want to ship, then you might have informed that "Flipkart don't want to ship the product which you had ordered". You made me wait for almost 10 days to see this reply. Finally, I want to say one thing, you made me fool in front of my friends and colleagues, I was the one who stood with you on the rumours raised against flipkart on the bigbillionday. I need my product which I had ordered. I believe you don't behave so disgraceful by saying "NO" in a beautiful way.

                                        I booked a Gionee L800 mobile phone of "coffee color" on 23/Sept/2014. Delivery received on 29/Sept/2014 of same phone with lable of "Coffee color" outside the pack-box and on opening it "Black" color phone was found. I requested for replacement. On 01/Oct/2014, I was promised for replacement in 3-days time. Later without any intimation, Flipkart team changed my delivery address in order. Despite of notifying them by email, they continue with wrong address. More than 5 time, I wrote them for time delivery of replacement and every time they gave new date but not the replacement. Till 15/Oct/2014, Flipkart team failed to do the replacement. I believe company is not interested in doing the replacement. Despite of making the payment, I am not able to use the phone as on using it, company may refuse for replacement. On repeated failure to delivery and repeatedly giving new delivery dates, I feel cheated by Flipkart team. It has caused wastage of my precious time and mental harassment. It is an act of denying the replacement and equivalent to cheating their customer. By doing this, team will not only loose its sincere customer but also spoiling the image of company. I hope higher authorities will take note of it, feel ashamed on their act and do the needful to restore their goodwill. Thank you Sunil Kumar
