I ordered MOTO E amounting ₹5500 on[protected] on COD at DBIT Dehradun, Navgaon, Manduwala, P.O.Premnagar, Dehradun on the name of Zeeshan Malik. It was the Big Billion Day on flipkart. I received d order on[protected]. But after opening it I found it was a defected product. I called the customer care of flipkart n dey suggested to return d delivery on the same address fm where it was dispatched n according to dem I will receive the new product within 10 days. I returned it to that same address fm where i had received it. But since I didn't received d delivery within the given tenure I called the customer service again n dey assured me dat dat my money will b refunded. Dey asked my account no. N said dat money will be refunded soon. But I didn't got any. I want my money back asap.

    I have done transaction with amount1216 with 500worth gift coupon for micromax x318. I have transferred amount through IOB net banking. while after amount transferred IOB session page has been expired. But amount has been credited to flipkart account. still i didn't receive any mail information recording order booking or cancelled. i think my transaction has been blocked in payment gateway itself.       I've order a product on 14-Oct on FlipKart to be gifted to my wife for Diwali. Delivery date was 23-Oct- (Diwali day) Shipment was done to BlueDart on 16-Oct however till 21-Oct, there was no major moment hence I was worried. I contacted FlipKart Customer Service & they assured it will be delivered by or before 23-Oct (delivery date). I followed via Email & even they confirmed it will delivered via 23-Oct. I highlighted them that BlueDart is not working on 23-Oct due to Diwali & they clearly said it wont be done, still FlipKart's pathetic customer service team kept on making vague promises & assured me that delivery will be done by 23-Oct. There are around 4-6 phone calls which I made to their Call centre in 2-3 days & 8-10 emails which has been exchanged between them & me; & on calls & emails, they promised that "Yes, Delivery will be done by 23-Oct." I requested one of them to keep a follow up to ensure that my Diwali isn't spoiled, but they failed to do so. Yesterday, they said "Sorry Sir, BlueDart isn't working today hence its not possible today" I’ve gave enough opportunities to them. I’ve done my level best to highlight the issue to their team but they remained stagnant. Lazy bones just don’t want to work. Not only emails but also listen to telephonic conversations with their call-centre staff & their floor supervisors (Miss Akshita & Miss Saumya couple of name I remember). If they have taken action on time rather than given vague promises & assurance on emails, I’d have received my delivery & my Diwali would not have been spoiled. Selling this Product; FlipKart makes money & by delivering the product; BlueDart makes money but they can’t make money on the cost of customer’s happiness. Check the number of emails I’ve sent them & their untalented staff’s reply/ confirmation for delivery on 23rd on them. Check the number of minutes I’ve wasted on phone with them in order to highlight this, but ZERO action from them. I've been under mental torture dealing with them? They spoiled my Festival? They constantly developed hopes for delivery on a festival day & failed to deliver? Is this level of service we expect from one of the big Ecomm websites? They celebrated BigBillion Day, is this how u treat your customers? Not BlueDart but FlipKart Team is totally responsible for spoiling my Diwali

          I have recently purchased LED android tv on launch offer and they have provided 10% cashback for amex cards. I Have used my amex card and they did not give the 10% cash back. Until i purschased the product their customer service claimed my cashback will be processed with my card and after the purchase and 10 days after they are saying the card is not eligible. This is pure cheating and I would never recommed some one to buy some thing from them. Also its been more than 2 weeks and they did not complete my order as well.

            Dear Team, This is reference to Order ID OD[protected] on flipkart pertaining to a HTC desire mobile order which I wanted to gift my fiancé on this 1st diwali before getting married. Really unfortunate that till date there is no clarity on the product delivery and customer team gives a stupid reason of pin code mismatch and the product has wrongly reached to dehradoon. Little furious and flummoxed with the revert from where did the product reached to dehradoon whereas I have clearly written Ajmer address with the correct pincode and details. Customer care team has been giving false commitments from last 1 week but no resolution to my concern. This unprofessional & unethical attitude from flipkart team has lend me in to deep embarrassment and uncomfortable situation with my fiancé as I could gift anything to her this team.               Hello, I ordered a MOTO E phone on 06-OCT-2014 in flipkart for INR 5499 at FLIPKART.COM bearing the order # OD[protected] . It was intially displaying that the product would be delivered by 10-Oct-2014. Then Flipkart's CEO sent a mail stating that they have some logistical issues and hence the products ordered on 6th would be delivered lately. I was ok with that since I am a long term Flipkart user and believed in them. The next promised delivery date was 15-Oct-2014. But since mthing has moved an inch. I repeatedly called Flipkart on the status of my Product Transit and they asked me to wait. Finally on 23-Oct-2014, I asked them to escalate my issue and they promised that it would be resolved within Oct-27. But all of a sudden, yesterday, i.e,[protected], I got a mail from Flipkart saying that my order is cancelled and my money would be refunded back. THIS WAS DONE WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE. I called Flipkart today and they said they can't re-process my order as the Product is not available for the same price. This is clear cheating. they blocked my money for almost 23 days untill today and must have used it in all their financial re-conciliations. Is Blocking Customers Money for all these days and then refunding them back after you are done with all your financial planning - not considered a case of fraud ? Please take my issue to the best people in the industry and I want Flipkart to be sued. Regards, Srikanth N [protected]

                Order number:OD[protected] I have ordered samsung s3 neo.when I received the product the seal was opened .I called to customer service for return.they told our technical team will call you w within 24 hr .i did get any call till 7days.after that I called t them back n the customer care people spoke very unprofessionally n rude.dont know whether I will get back my money or not

                  I have ordered a pair of shoes in Flipkart on October 6th the estimated delivery date for me was October 18th but i haven't received my product on date. I have contacted the Flipkart officials they promised me that my product will be delivered before October 25 10.30am but i haven't received it. I contacted them again they said it will be delivered before October 27th morning 10.30am when i contacted them on October 27th they said that the product is lost in shipping you will receive it by November 6th. I am really frustrated due to this. The consumer court should take necessary action on the online retailer.

                      I was ordered Digiflip Pro XT 712 Tablet (White, 16 GB, 2G, 3G, Wi-Fi) . I had created return request for the same due to defective product I received and got Order ID: OD[protected]. Flipkart is deliberately delaying to pick the product and not giving my refund. No customer care represntative giving the satisfactory answers for the delays.

                        I have purchased LG front load washing machine which I received damaged. So, I contact with sales department it should be replaced & replacement ID given to me. Now customer executive mail to me replacement within two days but there are 15 days lost but my washing machine is not replaced, so please replace my washing machine because it is taken by GATI courier but they don't reach the destination because docket no is not given by flip cart. So, I think that this is the frod case by flip cart to me. & I am cheated by compny by20990 rs.so, replace the washing machine & give docket no to GATI for replacement. Because this is illigle matter that you kept my washing machine & don't give me NEW replaced.

                            My son had booked Shoes thru flipkart that i got in Sep 1st week ... as they were very hard we wanted to return them and applied for it thru your call center. after a lot of discussion on 15th sep we were assured that we will get our money back and some one will come to collect the shoes in 2-3 days. my son had to leave for UK on 17th Sep so he has replaced the number for future correspondence to [protected]. no one came till 29th sep ... so i caled up and i was reasured someone will come maximum by 4th oct ... no one came and i called up again and i was reassured that someone will come by 13th oct ... its been 27th oct now and i am still following up with u guys. this is very very disappointing and was not expected from Flipkart. pls address my concern and help me restore the faith back in your organisation.                               Hi There, I have ordered one MOTO X from Flipkart on 21 Oct I have paid the amount through Standard Chartered Credit Card. I was Suppose to receive the delivery on 24 Oct before 7 PM. I got an SMS for the confirmation that I am going to get the delivery today itself before 7 and later on at 11 am on 24 Oct there was an executive from Ekart - Logistics have visited my place for the delivery but he went back as he forgot my package in Delivery Vehicle and he have asked me to wait for 10 Minutes but he did not turned back for whole day I was in touch with Flipkart for the same issue, they have asked me to wait till 7 PM accordingly I waited but there but it was not possible as per Flipkart to deliver the package but after so much of argument they have delivered the package at 9 PM but to my Utter Dismay I got an empty box. Since then I am in follow up with Flipkart but no proper solution given by them till now no response from them.

                                I ordered for a LG tv with order number OD[protected] on Big bullion day in Flipkart and till now i havent been delivered with the promised product.Nor customer care is giving any proper response to my queries other than asking me to wait for 2-3 working business days.Its almost 21 days and till now no idea where is it.

Till date there is no clue that when will i get my phone. You guys are really unprofessional, annoying and cheating. If dont get it by today evening, I am going to take this matter in a big way. I know how to deal this. Im going to put this issue to consumer court. Please dont cheat the customers in future.

                                    1.I, the undersigned Mr Freddy Rumi Daruwala ( under personal e mail ID freddy.[protected]@gmail.com)had ordered Xiaomi Redmi 1s phone under their offer with free screen guard, cover and sim card tray on 6th October 2014( your Big Billion Day) from the mobile application downloaded on my Regd Mobile No [protected] to avail of additional discount of Rs 150/- on 1st use of the mobile app. + Cashback of Rs 300/- (5%)( total Rs 5549/- with discount for mobile app use and cashback ). It is pertinent to note that Flipkart is the monopoly distributor of the particular item Redmi 1s in India 2. As per your own terms and conditions also reflected in your subsequent e mails there were no cancellations or refunds permissible for orders on 6th October 2014 3. On or about 8th October 2014, Flipkart informed me that due to malfunctions in there server the said order was logged in duplicate under order nos OD[protected] and OD[protected] and communicated to me whether I wanted two items of the product 4. I have communicated with Flipkart that since I had only ordered once they should not supply under the duplicate order ( In any case the terms of purchase of the item Redmi 1s allowed only one phone to a customer) 5. However in breach of all norms of trading ethics Ms Flipkart cancelled BOTH the orders and sent me a mail that due to technical issues they were unable to reinstate my order and asked me to reorder.It is very clear that Ms Flipkart has taken orders for products which were not in stock and used the technical glitch as an easy way out to wriggle out of its order obligations 6. When I tried to reorder, I wass shocked to find that the product was non orderable and I was asked to “register for it” for an order session on 14th October 2014 at 2:00 pm. On receiving this information I called up Flipkarts call centre and they also said that both orders were cancelled due to a technical glitch and the product was out of stock. I finally wrote to Ms Flipkart on 16th October 2014 asking them to send the product ordered to which there was no reply 7. On 18th October 2014, Ms Flipkart sent me two e mails to my regd email ID freddy.[protected]@gmail.com under reference Incident No[protected] as follows: a)That the Redmi IS purchase was successful and I was eligible for the cashback of Rs 300/- on successful completion of the order b) That The Courier Partner had misrouted the shipment and it was returned to the warehouseby Flipkart. However the login ID shows one order as cancelled and the other as returned ( especially noteworthy since as per Flipkarts own terms and conditions there were no cancellations permitted on 6th October 2014)Both the mails also asked me to reorder a product that was out of stock. Both the above mails clearly admit Flipkart’s culpability in indulging in unfair trade practices, (i.e. accepting orders for products out of stock for which they are monopoly distributors in India )and also making flimsy excuses for non fulfilment of orders. They also admit deficiency of service and consequent vicarious liability due to misrouting of shipments by their agents, the Courier partners, due to no fault of the customer and causing him loss, harassment and waste of time 8. I call upon Flipkart to supply the items in the order as specified especially since as per Flipkart’s own terms prohibited cancellation and refund on orders taken on 6th October 2014 and given the fact that the product is out of stock and that Flipkart is the sole distributor for the product in India.

                                      Flipkart shows no product to be available for delivery in Bihar now. Even the products which I had purchased using "Cash on Delivery" over a year ago the same are now no more available with any seller in Bihar state from this website. I had purchased 3-4 products in the last two years from the website using Net Banking and "Cash on Delivery" options. Now no product seems to available for Bihar state.
