Hi, I ordered my Moto X 16GB on the big billion day sale i.e. 6th October..My order ID is OD[protected] The battery backup of this handset is very bad and when I checked my battery status it shows that my wifi is always on, which is not the case...my friend bought the same and it has amazing battery life and the camera shows alternate dark and light bands which appear in pictures also. I tried resetting also but both problems still persist.

      I happened to purchase this product on the BIG BILLION DAY on the 6th of Oct.. and today after all the mess i get a mail saying that my order has been cancelled.. and surprisingly the reason saying the CUSTOMER rejected the order.. ORDER NUMBER : OD[protected]. Placed on 6th Oct I do not understand why is the order been cancelled? I get a mail today 15th oct stating the customer rejected it.. That's just bullcrap.. What nonsense is that.. I have been trying to track this product from the day it was bought.. That is on 6th Oct. It was supposed to be delivered the same day.. However that didn't happen.. And the delivery was pushed automatically to 11th Oct. I call up the next day that is 7th Oct and requested that i can take the delivery only before 10th Oct or after 13th Oct as i would be out of station.. The customer care person agreed to this and said that its updated in the records. Then on 11th Oct i get message saying the product is out for delivery.. in spite of me telling that i would not be available.. Again i called up the customer care and explained them whole crap again.. And they agreed it would be send on 14th Oct. Today 14th Oct: I have been waiting the whole day for the delivery and then around at 4:50 Pm on 14th, i am told the delivery will be attempted for 15th as there was no one to receive it.. Again a BIG LIE here.. Everyone at the house is waiting so that we accept the delivery and no body turned up the whole day.. I call up the customer care immediately when i saw the message and ask them about this.. And i get an answer there has been some mistake and we apologize for that.. Later, they convinced me that it will be delivered the same day that is 14th Oct before 11:00 pm.. Worst case 15th Oct.. I said fine and accepted that.. However the delivery didn't turn up as expected. Now today that is 15th OCT, suddenly i get a mail and sms from nowhere stating that my order has been cancelled.. What a surprise? Cancelled!! what the HELL. And the worst part of this... The reason for cancellation.. CUSTOMER REJECTED IT.. That’s crazy answer. I have been waiting for this product from the time the order was placed have been calling n number times to get it tracked etc etc... and then i would reject it? I call up the customer care immediately... And he doesn't understand a bit on this.. Again i explain the whole story.. He says i have asked them to cancel the product.. ANOTHER LIE/FALSE REASON. When i asked for when did i authorize to cancel the order there is no proof of it.. After all heated argument on why. how, what ... i am told there is nothing he can do and the concerned department would get back in 48 Hours.. This is ridiculous.. wasn't expected out of FLIPKART I need this product and the not the refund.. You have put in a big loss.. I could have purachsed this from a different vendor instead and i have lost all the DEALS available then.. You better make this happen that i get this product.. You just can’t get away with this.. Saying its b been cancelled after 10 days without a satisfactory explanation/reason behind cancelling.

        Flipkart's Big Billion Day..!!! Wow... Good to hear and see... When purchased found it really interesting... After purchase found that they are facing issues with delivering orders because there were hell lot of purchases made... First question here is was this our fault if there were lot of purchases made? Come on there were suppose to be and that is why the sale was planned right... Had placed the order on 6th Oct and the payment is done.. Product was suppose to be delivered on 13th Oct.. after a weeks time... it started right from there... and today is 15th Oct and the product is still in transit... And the worst part is that it always shows expected at Bhiwandi and then at Borivali hub and stayed there for two day? Is that it takes more than 2 days to bring a product from Bhiwandi to Borivali? Contacted Flipkart multiple times and the only response was that it was because of too many sales on that day and hence taking time to fulfill the deliveries... Also sent multiple feedback's on the call and on the website and no impact visible on Flipkart because their job is done..No refund for the purchase on that day... So why would they bother about the delivery issues now... Flipkart simply sent apology letters for the issues on that day but did they actually mean it? Most probably with this being the second instance with issue, would definitely cancel the account with Flipkart and would go with Amazon or Snapdeal.. Can deal with price but not with delivery and sales issues... Order number: OD[protected]

          I bought Samsung Galaxy Note 3 - N9000 online from Flipkart. This what showing on invoice and online portal. But i got something else. I was looking for Note 3 - N9000 model but received Galaxy Note 3 - N900 model (order no. OD[protected] dtd.04/06/2014). I dont understand why is that happened!!! Kindly explain the reason behind this or else i have to go to the cosumer forum on this.

                Hi, I have purchased Moto G 16GB four month ago. In my moto g, I am facing connectivity issues. Many times Google play does not open up. On 3G connection, Google play works as 2g connection. Most of the time I get Sync Errors as a result Google Play stop responding. I could hardly download any apps from Google Play. Moto G does not allow me to save contacts to Sim Card. When I save any new contact to phone get lost and disappeared from phone later. I am also tried third party app for this problem but it has no effect. The phone loses networks in a day on every day basis and I get red mark in place of network signs. When I connect my phone to a Wi-Fi network, it loses connections. In an all, this phone has embarrassed and irritated me every time. I trusted Flipkart for Good Services that's why I preferred to purchase a phone from Flipkart but performance of the phone disappointed me a lot. Please advise, Thanks, Rakesh

                  I am a common man and i purchased a nokia lumia 520 on 6 th October big billion day.due to courier problem they send my mobile on Monday 13 th october 2014 on 4 .15 pm .i put my phone on charging on 5.10 pm till 9.30 pm on night but my phone is not responding. My neighbor has same phone, so i thought to exchange batteries on phonebut unfortunately my battery is working on his phone.so according to conclusion there is problem on phone .i lodged a complaint on flipkart on Monday 13 th October night but they accepted it after a phone calls of 16times. To know my status of replacing of phone i again phone flipkart on tuesday 14 October 2014 . A FLIPKART representative naming subhasis banerjee hold phone and shared some troubleshooting methods but i told him that i have tried all methods but he had not listened to me and disapproved my request. I AM GETTING CONSTANTLY HARRASED BY FLIPKART.PLEASE LOOK INTO MY MATTER AND HELP ME TO GET MY PHONE REPLACED.My Order ID OD[protected]

                    Offers. We dont need any offers from you. We have amazon, snapdeal. You lost your reputation. Whatever the item i need i will only choose and recommend flipkart. But now that is not the case. flipkart offering everybody. Then why flipkartfirst, why student account?. flipkart really waste for india. market giant something really going wrong. I ordered a product for COD on 6th october. I got the product in hand by 13th october. The same product ordered by payment on the same 6th october. But still not received. Why?. you people are processing only COD orders first. Need more money. Then dont cheat. I am happy about one thing. Flipkart is fined for Rs.1000 Crores. Thanks to concerned team, who making this.

                      Day 1:6/October/2014 BIG Billion day I had ordered for a LG top loading (LG WF-T7519PR Top Loading) washing machine on the So called "Big Billion Day" on 6/October/2014 the product was from the WS Retail Seller and total amount for the product was supposed to be 17490/- and the mode was Cash on delivery since there was a lot of technical glitches on making payment through citibank servers on the BIG Billion day. On the same day evening, i got a mail from the CSR sating that the delivery has scheduled on the 9/October/2014 due to large of orders they have received. Hence i co-operated with them and went with their time of delivery. Day2:9/October/2014 The product was still not reached to Bangalore hub it was still lying in bilaspur hub, chattisgarh. Day3:10/October/2014 The shipment was moved from bilaspur to Bangalore and taken out for delivery on 2:15pm the same day, A guy called Tejas([protected]) called at around 10pm and informed me that the he was unable to deliver since he didn't poses a Swipe machine(POS machine) with him. Hence he didn't deliver the product and took back to his warehouse in jigani. & he will schedule the delivery to 11/October/2014. Day4:11/October/2014 On 11/October/2014 none of them called me for the delivery hence after prolonged waiting i called the guy Tejas([protected]) and he told that he is on leave for next two weeks and he gave me his manger number of a guy called Vinod([protected]) after calling him he told me that he will deliver the product at any cost on Sunday i.e., 12/October/2014 at any cost. Day5:12/October/2014 I had called this guy called Vinod([protected]) and he told me that the shipment will be delivered by 6pm or 7pm but it was not delivered and he again pushed it to the next day i.e., on 13/October/2014 Day6: 13/October/2014 By 10.40am on Monday the online status changes to out for delivery again but after waiting for the whole day in home by 6pm called this Vinod he speaks in very rude manner that he can’t deliver the product and u contact customer care from now on i[censored] call me anymore I will have to manhandle you . He told u contact a guy called anand ([protected]) he may inform how to cancel the order. When I called this anand he was like the shipment will be delivered on 14/October/2014 at any cost with failure. Day7:14/October/2014 Anand informs that the Product has been missing from the warehouse and they are asking me to bare the total cost and they will come with the swipe machine and I need to swipe my card for a transaction of 17490/- it came as a shocking incident to me without even me getting the product and even I haven’t seen what are the serials number or Product specific id I am asked to pay them the amount of the product. And they threatened if I refuse to pay amount on Wednesday (15/10/2014) they will come with goondas to my place and man handle me. After that every half an hour they were calling from various numbers to settle issue by paying the product amount. Still now signs of delivery attempted by anyone. All the Persons Belong to the Jigani warehouse in Bangalore In spite of all these i have been calling Flipkart Customer care and informing all the incidents they where like we will look into it and everyone registers a complaint id. there were two compalints registered from there end there was a response like backend will contact you shortly i really what they mean by so called backend because none have contacted me yet. The two compalint id are: 141014/109142, 141014/103903 On 16/october/2014 i will be moving to the Consumer Court in bangalore agianst this regard and i have spoke to my Legal adviser in the same and he has prepared all the essentials that are required to Pull Flipkart to the Steps of Law

                        I have booked the Mobile Phone (MOTO E) on 6-Oct-2014. After booked the phone flipkart company provided the dispatched detail to me, It was 14-Oct-2014. Today is 14-Oct-2014 and I have checked the shipment detail of phone but its showing Return to Origin . My order id is OD[protected] As per my conversation with customer service they are asking me to order again as Its in transit while purchasing on 6th i placed this order for 5499 now the price is 6999. Flipkart fooled its customers by Big day as they are cancelling or order are un trackable . Highly dissatisfied with the cs answer and with the service .

                          I ordered a a Philips 40" television on the 6 Oct 2014, order number OD[protected], paid through my Citibank Credit Card. After the payment of Rs.27400 was deducted from my credit card the order was cancelled giving no reasons. After numerous complaints on call and emails they placed the order again(DW[protected] with mode of payment as Cash on Delivery on 10 Oct 2014 only to be cancelled on 13 Oct 2014 without any reason. They say I had cancelled the order myself but at the time order was cancelled I was sleeping. Also, I have been following up with them since 10 Oct 2014 to get the order delivered at the correct time and it makes no sense to cancel the order again. Now, to my shock and disbelief I received a mail last evening saying they have initiated the refund after 8 day and the money will reach me by 23 Oct which is again 7 days.

                            My order had been delayed terribly OD[protected], I ordered phone on 6th october and paid the cash immediately via debit card. One of my friend from my city ordered along with me and he opted for COD, and he got the phone already with him. There is no status update of my order and i am so much pissed and frustrated now. I already called customer center so many times everyday. There is no status update on my flipkart page even regarding the status of my order. Order has been already delayed twice. I called up call center and as per them they know nothing !!! I am so sad and exhausted now :( Tired badly, money is hard earned and i feels sad to lose it in second. :(

                              My order was made on the big billion day. Order no OD[protected] . It was due to deliver on 13th October. But it got post poned by itself the 20th October. Later, the order got cancelled by itself. this is irritaing. Please get me back my order

                                During the booking of spin mop On dt.24th september the amount is deducted from my account for the online transaction through HDFC Bank internetbanking After entering my OTP in HDFC Bank account, it showed session expired but my money was deducted for this order. In Flipkart, it shows that I haven't ordered for thwe spin mop and i didn't get my confirmation of purchasing on my mail. but there is no confirmation mail from the flipkart.The transaction details are as follows[protected]FlipFlipkartInternet[protected] Sep 2014=1, 599.00. Please help me to get my money back as soon as possible.No such problem expected from such big companies, otherwise they will loose faith of people for such things happening.

                                During the booking of "Playskool Chase N Crawl Duckies" On date14th October 2014 the amount is deducted from my account for the online transaction through SBI Bank internetbanking After entering my OTP in SBI Bank account, it showed session expired but my money was deducted for this order. In Flipkart, it shows that I haven't ordered for the “Playskool Chase N Crawl Duckies” and I didn't get my confirmation of purchasing on my mail. but there is no confirmation mail from the flipkart.The transaction details are as follows

                                  I bought a usb optical mouse from fipkart on That big deal day. It was showeN flipkart that the mrp of that mouse is ₹599. They gave a big discount on it and i got it foR ₹199. When I got the proDuct I saw that the real mrp was just ₹299. They where cheaTing me. I could have brought thisouse for even lesser price than this.. I want my cash back. Lost all faith on Flipkart .

                                    On big billion day I bought asus zenfone 5 & SanDisk MicroSD Card 16 GB Class 4 alltogether for Rs.10614.I payed the amount using City bank debit card.As per the offer get 10% cashback on transactions above 10, 000 on use of City Bank Credit or Debit Cards, I should have got Rs.1061 cashback but i failed to get the cashback.The order Id for ASUS ZENFONE 5 is OD[protected] and the order id for SanDisk MicroSD Card 16 GB Class 4 is OD[protected]. This incident has seriously tarnished the image of flipkart organisation in my eyes.Please help!

                                      Delay of nearly 1 week for delivering the product, When we contacted the flipkart customer care, every time we get the same reply that we ll get today, but till now we did not get the product. Order No: OD[protected] Amount Paid: Rs:49999. This has caused us a lot o[censored]nrest and unnecessary tension.

                                        Hi, I ordered a Moto X 2nd Gen Mobile on Oct 6th 2014, on the Big billion day sale offer, i placed the order on cash on delivery Order No - OD[protected] and also there was exchange offer for my old phone Sony erricson arc s for RS.8000.On Oct 11th 2014, E-kart field person came to my home and enquired us how we got a phone on so cheap price and the details abt the phone and also about the old, and later he advised us not to take the phone as the package was hit by a pole and there is a damage to the package. So we sent the package back . Later we spoke to the Flipkart customer, and they advised us to take the package so that they can send us a replacement product, As per their advise, we asked them to resend the order . On Oct 14th 2014 around 1:45 PM, E-kart logstics field person came and delivered the package and collected the cash of RS.24090 and the exchange phone (Sony Ericsson Arc S) from my wife and left the place . Later around 5 PM when my son opened the package, was shocked to see stone in the box ... Immediately we called Flip kart customer care and received a poor response and after several attempts spoke a person called Sathya prakash stated himself as assistant manager he took a compliant (Comp No.141014/099299) and said their technical team will contact us in 24hrs .And we are still waiting for a response from flipkart .Hope we will get a our product or the money.Hoping we get some response or some suggestion on how to proceed with this issue through this forum.
