After that I got a courier tracking number [protected] of ARAMAX, when I asked to courier company they informed me that they have not received the deliverable from letsbuy.

Then I called to LetsBuy customer care and they informed me that they will deliver it on 15th Sept. After that I dropped them mail and got following mail on 29th Sept:

We sincerely apologize for the delay in your shipment; however we would like to inform you that your order is getting dispatch today. All the information regarding the shipping details of your ordered products will be sent to you on your registered e-mail address for your convenience at the earliest.

Now Please help me as I have made payment of 41000 and it has been 13 days and I've not received the shipment and on the Lets buy site the status is showing as dispatched. Please help me to save from this fraud.

    This is one of the worst online sites to buy stuff. I ordered a book to my place and requesting them to deliver it before 11:15 AM as after that I won't be available. They assured me I will get the book at my requested time. But I did not received any book for next 7 days. They always came after 11:15 AM and every day I wasted 15 to 20 rupees on the call center of flip-kart. I finally had to cancel the order after spending some 100 rupees on the call. The amount is very less but it is very very frustrating to call them every day. They are just and very very bad service. Not able to manage the work on the larger scale. Seriously

    bought a philips juice extractor and the thing was faulty .. been trying to get it fixed or replaced for last several days but no response at all from them... I was always keen on Flipkart earlier but now will be very very careful

    I have placed an order on 12th of April and after following up with customer executives they delivered the product on 19th April(the committed delivery time was 2-5 working days ). While checking the product I found that the product is not working so called support executive again and told the item not working. Executive told they will take it back and will deliver a new product within 2-5 working days. The pick-up agent came and took the item back. I was waiting for the replaced item delivery and called Support again on 24th April-12. Executive told the item is not shipped or money is not returned to me... they kept the money in my FlipKart wallet !!! Using that money I can buy anything from flipkart ... What is this flipkart wallet anyway not my wallet the money is with them in business only.

    I have been using ebay, shopping.timesofindia, homeshop18, letsbuy, etc for online purchases and never faced this type of pathetic response or support.

    Flipkart is not having any reference number or record of customer calls so we do not have any choice .. to say that we have called on this particular day and talked to some executive.

    Really bad experience with flipkart.

    Just for others do not expect profession service from them ... I[censored] place an order always place the order as CASH ON DELIVERY. Never pay them money. Check all products before signing the delivery receipt.

    TO FLIPKART- Have a record number for each support call deliver an email to the customer detailing about the recent call and details of the support executive talked for transparency if you want to stay with e-business.

      I HAD ORDERED ABOOK FROM THE FLIPKART SITE ON 07/09/2011 AND I WAS TOLD THAT IT SHALL BE DELIVERED WITHIN 4 DAYS.
      DESPITE MY MANY CALLS ON THE CALL CENTRE AND MAILS TO THEM NO RESPONSE WAS GIVEN AND I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE THE BOOK. ON ENQUIRY THEY SAY THAT THE COURIER SERVICE HAS RETURNED THE SHIPMENT WITH REMARKS THAT ADDRESS NOT AVAILABLE. THE FACT IS I AM RESIDING HERE SINCE LAST MANY YEARS AND MY MOBILE NO. IS ALSO GIVEN.

        i had ordered headphones from letsbuy and made online payments through netbanking account of oriental bank of commerce. my payment has been accepted. i paid on 1st of september 2011 and still havent received anything from letsbuy. i have called them twice all they tell me is that they will ship it in 2 days.
        the time mentioned on their website was 4-7 working days. even after 14 working days, nothing has been shipped. i even went to their office directly to get my headphones. it has been a loss. i saved hardly 40 rs on the headphones which costed me 480 rupees. and i have wasted atleast 200 rupees travelling to their office and on their call centre waiting lines. which get answered atleast after waiting minimum of 10 minutes.
        complete wastage.

          I have ordered one Targus laptop cooler for my laptop but it is not being delivered in time as claimed by the website itself.It's been 5 days but still unable to get the product through courier.Why they claim such a ?I am fed up with the Customer Care service too.As I call them up,they smartly say,"you will definately receive the product within 24-48 hrs
          I ORDERED A PRODUCT HAVING PRODUCT ORDER NO OD[protected] WHICH WAS SUPPOSE TO DELIVERED TO ME WITHIN 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS THAT WAS BETWEEN THE DATE 3RD OR 4TH OF NOVEMBER OF 2013. BUT IT HAS NOT SO HAPPENED. SO ITS MY REQUEST TO YOU KINDLY TAKE ENQURY OF THAT AND PLACE MY ORDER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

            Letsbuy.com: Fraud! Cunning people! liar! Irritating! Disgusting!- Never buy from this site

            This is how the whole story started-
            6-sep-2011, Time: 1:05 AM [Monday night] I ordered HTC Wildfire- Phantom Black
            Order #: 361057
            The delivery time given was- 2 to 4 days [please note that it’s not SHIPPING time but its DELIVERY time]
            The order was placed cause I wanted to gift this mobile to my fiancé as her birthday gift which was on- 11-sep-2011.

            On 8-sep-2011, morning, I saw no change in the status [status was in-process] so I called them and they said they will expedite the process. I got message at 8:59PM same day that my order is shipped by DTDC.

            I was checking the status of this shipment every hour but there was no change. I could not even track this id on DTDC site.
            Well, I did not receive my order on Saturday, Sunday, not even on Monday and there was no chane in order status so finally I called them on Tuesday and asked them for the status. I spoke to one of their executive and asked him to hand-over this issue to his manager/supervisor.
            He handed over that call to Narendra. I spoke to him and he promised me that we will get this issue resolved within 48 hours max. 48 hours is their max SLA. [not sure if they even know the meaning of SLA]

            Narendra gave me some DTDC Pune number but none of the number was working. All numbers were INCORRECT.

            I called him again on 14-sep and asked him if there is any update. He said no updates. I asked him about the commitment he gave me and he said I can’t do anything…I can just send an emails to concern department. You can do whatever you want. I asked him any contact of concern department but he did not give me any details and disconnected the phone.

            It’s been more than 48 hours so I called letsbuy again and ask them for the status.
            Date: 15-sep
            1st call: 10:30 AM
            Executive name: don’t know
            Update: you need to wait for 48 hours so that we will update you on the status of your shipment
            When I requested him for exact details he said- We got your courier back from DTDC. [he don’t know the reason] and we will courier it today again. Call got disconnected…….

            Now my fiancé is leaving to Singapore tomorrow- Friday 5:30 PM, I wanted to either cancel this order or get it by tomorrow evening anyhow.

            I called them again-

            2nd call: 11:50 AM
            Executive name: Mansi
            Update: there is no update from concern department. I told her that I got response from your executive before some time that you got that shipment back to you? She said there is no such a update. I requested her to get exact staus from seniors or something. Call got disconnected…….

            3rd call” 12:10 PM
            Executive Name: Deepa
            Update: [I told her same old story and requested to get CORRECT update] she kept me on hold for 9:17 Min and came back with the status. It was-
            Sorry sir, we have not yet delivered your order and this is half status [I don't know what is this]. Our team is still investigating on this we will get back to you by tomorrow. But for sure- we cannot deliver this order by tomorrow. I asked her for her suggestion and she suggested me to get HTC Wildfire from market and gift it to my fiancé and she will cancel the order and the refund will initiate after 7-8 working days.
            So Kind!!!!
            I had no other option but to cancel the order.

            If you check this scenario anyone can become conscious about what they have done…
            1. If they did not dispatch my order then why did they display fake courier number and DTDC name. DTDC management should closely look into this that Letbuy is using their name to hide their own frauds.
            2. I may get my refund in 7-8 days….can I get any refund for regret which will be in my mind forever that I couldn’t gift my fiancé on her birthday what she was waiting and expecting since 8 months…

            Well, this is lesson learned for me and you all can be alert from this. BEWARE OF SUCH A FRAUD SITES AND CUNNING PEOPLE…Have a happy shopping J

            I will keep you posted on the status of-
            1. cancelaation of order: I have not yet received cancellation mail/message
            2. Refund: Now I am worried about my refund….
            3. And what will irritate me is their same apology message what they post on all reviews…shameless!!! Letsbuy sucks!!!!!

            I placed orders repeatedly with letsbuy but the results are same, as late as always. If you place any order then wait for at least 15 days.

            I placed an order for laptop of 35k but after even 10 day I am waiting for laptop to be shipped.

            Wish i had read this before i placed the order on letsbuy.com. Going through exactly the same right now.. already 10 days since i placed my order. No signs of delivery. They have given me a courier docket no. which shows that the shipment has been delivered 25 days even before i placed the order. Super service!!! Bad news is that this is someone else's order. Never able to get through their (so called) 24x7 call centre. Every alternate day, i get an email saying that the dispatch dept has been intimated for urgent delivery and the logistics dept will revert. No timelines obviously.

              I too have a similar kind of delay in my delivery from Letsbuy.com through bluedart. I would like to tell bluedart is the slowest medium of transfer..

              But be sure that it will be reaching to you somewhat late.

              If You feel cheated, you have bank transfer records, phone contact records. You can take leagal action.

                I "bought" a Samsung Galaxy S from Letsbuy.com. Though the payment was deducted on 07th September on their website, they keep telling me it has not reached them!! They acknowledge that I have paid through site and payment was successful. Still they didn't shipped the product. Now am running pillar to post to get my money back!

I paid you for two copies of Jane Austen: Real and Imagined Worlds by Oliver Macdonagh, but you have sent me only one copy of the book. Please do send me the copy that you have not sent.                     I have ordered a washing machine on 13-Aug-2011 from letsbuy.com using 1000 discount coupon, it was mentioned on the site that it will be delivered with in 10-15 days, but today it more than 25 days but still i am waiting for the delivery.I usually purchase through online shopping this is the first time have to complain for any online shopping site.Letsbuy.com service is really very bad, they disconnect the call when we call them to know the status of our product.I think they don't want to deliver the product.
                    Therefore, I urge readers of this complaint to abstain from buying from Letsbuy.com unless they have money to throw.

                      I ordered microwave oven a month back with letsbuy.com and they assured delivery within 4-7 days but I did not get any updates in 4 days and I started calling them. Finally they shipped item after a week and I got the item after 2 weeks of order.

                      I was shocked because the oven was damaged and I immediately called up them. They told me it will be replaced, so they will send the courier guy for pick up. Again 2 weeks got passed and no one has come to pick up the product. I am totally fed up calling their customer care. They always give 100% assurance that the item will get picked up within 24 hours but their 24 hours never comes and 2 weeks are already over.

                      So never ever buy from letsbuy.com if you want peace of mind
                      Same case with me. I placed one order LSB-809864 on 26.01.2012. The status shows order shipped by blue dart. The tracking no, provided were false and fake. They provided tracking nos. 3 times. The 3rd time the item was shipped from Delhi to Delhi and received by someone named Vishal. Whereas I stay in Orissa. I have called up to them atleast 20 times and written dozen emails but with no avail. Planning to sue them in the court.

                        I have very ridiculous experience with flipkart. On 28-Aug-2011 i ordered for Nokia E6 as my current N73 is having issues. Before placing order i spoke with their customer care and they informed me that item is available with Bangalore store and it will be delivered in 2 days, even thou official delivery is 4 business days.

                        I was expecting the item to be delivered to me by at least on 02-Sep-2011. unfortunately on 02-Sep-2011 evening they informed me via email saying it will take another 2-3 business days to deliver the product. I have just cancel the order and i asked them to return the amount to my credit card account. they said it will be done within 6 business days. Hope i will get my money back within 6 business days i. e by 09-Sep-2011.

                        Friends, beware of this kind of online product selling sites, it just to waste your time and money. On 28-Aug-2011 itself i could have purchased the item from Nokia priority dealer. Flipkart the looser.
                        still waiting for the amount to be credit on my credit card account. Flipkart has enjoyed my money without paying interest for that.
                        got my money back. First they refused to refund the credit store amount, i had to fight again with them to get that amount too. This is the story of flipkart.

It was informed to me that the courier so dispatched in my name has been delivered in the name of Amit. Thereafter Blue Dart courier has contacted me that they have traced the courier as it was wrongly delivered. At about 3 p.m. today (01/09/2011) courier boy come with the courier, the main packet is completely torn off. And the inner box is of Nokia phone of black color that has also been tampered with. Whereas the order placed by me is of Nokia C2-03 (White Light Gold) mobile handset. As the packet is completely torn off and the handset does not matched with that I had ordered, I refuse to take the delivery of the same.
                          Please note that it seems to be some foul play at the end of Courier Company. As firstly they have informed me that the courier has been delivered to in the name of Amit. How it can be possible as it was not a simple courier that can be wrongly delivered there is payment to be made on the delivery of the courier.
                          Please check at your end that details of the mobile set dispatched to me. Weather it was Nokia C2-03 (White Light Gold) mobile handset or not. You must have the IMEI number of the mobile you can easily check out the whereabouts of the mobile handset. You can easily check with the help of details of the handset dispatched by you and the one claimed by the courier company.
                          Please inquire about the matter how the valuable courier and be mishandled by the courier company.
                          At the end of the day I feel cheated and harassed.. I don’t think that your company feel good on account of cheating of you and your customer by your courier. You are requested to look into the matter and resolve my complaint.

                            I have disgusting experience with Flipkart.com. Feeling cheated. Placed order for a new mobile Nokia C2-03 (White) which is readily available in the market. I’hv Placed the order on 22nd morning and it was promised to be delivered within 4 business days. After not getting any details of dispatching I have called up the customer care and the reply I got from their Customer care executive Mr. krishna is "currently item is out of stock, we will try to procure it by 27th and then only we can proceed."

                            Flipkart is playing with customer emotions and time. Bad Service.

                                    when i called the customer care, they didn't haven't sufficient information about the tracking information of the consignment and seemed confused.

                                    After I've mailed regarding this issue to customer care they convinced me that the consignment would be delivered to me by 6:00 PM on 07/07/2011.

                                      mobiles phones — Empty boxes

                                      I have received a package without my mobiles phone on 04.05.2009 using DHL. The airway bill had the proper address. But when i went to get the was nothing in the Boxes. the were 2 Empty boxes and untill today no one says enything. was sent from HONG KONG to MOZAMBIQUE by DHL.

                                      As they said. TRADESTEAD CORPORATION they sent the mobiles, but they cant prove.
