1.I, the undersigned Mr Freddy Rumi Daruwala ( under personal e mail ID freddy.[protected]@gmail.com)had ordered Xiaomi Redmi 1s phone under their offer with free screen guard, cover and sim card tray on 6th October 2014( your Big Billion Day) from the mobile application downloaded on my Regd Mobile No [protected] to avail of additional discount of Rs 150/- on 1st use of the mobile app. + Cashback of Rs 300/- (5%)( total Rs 5549/- with discount for mobile app use and cashback ). It is pertinent to note that Flipkart is the monopoly distributor of the particular item Redmi 1s in India 2. As per your own terms and conditions also reflected in your subsequent e mails there were no cancellations or refunds permissible for orders on 6th October 2014 3. On or about 8th October 2014, Flipkart informed me that due to malfunctions in there server the said order was logged in duplicate under order nos OD[protected] and OD[protected] and communicated to me whether I wanted two items of the product 4. I have communicated with Flipkart that since I had only ordered once they should not supply under the duplicate order ( In any case the terms of purchase of the item Redmi 1s allowed only one phone to a customer) 5. However in breach of all norms of trading ethics Ms Flipkart cancelled BOTH the orders and sent me a mail that due to technical issues they were unable to reinstate my order and asked me to reorder.It is very clear that Ms Flipkart has taken orders for products which were not in stock and used the technical glitch as an easy way out to wriggle out of its order obligations 6. When I tried to reorder, I wass shocked to find that the product was non orderable and I was asked to “register for it” for an order session on 14th October 2014 at 2:00 pm. On receiving this information I called up Flipkarts call centre and they also said that both orders were cancelled due to a technical glitch and the product was out of stock. I finally wrote to Ms Flipkart on 16th October 2014 asking them to send the product ordered to which there was no reply 7. On 18th October 2014, Ms Flipkart sent me two e mails to my regd email ID freddy.[protected]@gmail.com under reference Incident No[protected] as follows: a)That the Redmi IS purchase was successful and I was eligible for the cashback of Rs 300/- on successful completion of the order b) That The Courier Partner had misrouted the shipment and it was returned to the warehouseby Flipkart. However the login ID shows one order as cancelled and the other as returned ( especially noteworthy since as per Flipkarts own terms and conditions there were no cancellations permitted on 6th October 2014)Both the mails also asked me to reorder a product that was out of stock. Both the above mails clearly admit Flipkart’s culpability in indulging in unfair trade practices, (i.e. accepting orders for products out of stock for which they are monopoly distributors in India )and also making flimsy excuses for non fulfilment of orders. They also admit deficiency of service and consequent vicarious liability due to misrouting of shipments by their agents, the Courier partners, due to no fault of the customer and causing him loss, harassment and waste of time 8. I call upon Flipkart to supply the items in the order as specified especially since as per Flipkart’s own terms prohibited cancellation and refund on orders taken on 6th October 2014 and given the fact that the product is out of stock and that Flipkart is the sole distributor for the product in India.

    Flipkart shows no product to be available for delivery in Bihar now. Even the products which I had purchased using "Cash on Delivery" over a year ago the same are now no more available with any seller in Bihar state from this website. I had purchased 3-4 products in the last two years from the website using Net Banking and "Cash on Delivery" options. Now no product seems to available for Bihar state.

        Dear Sir/Ma'am, I have ordered a 2 Nos. Huggies Wonder Pants (Large) on 9th October 2014, my order No. is OD[protected], and I have not received the order till date (27th October) even though the expected date of delivery was 21st October. Twice I have contacted to your customer care executive, they assured me to deliver my product on 26th October but they failed to complete the commitment. I have given 2 order on same day & by same shipper i.e. WS Retail. One is delivered on 17th October then why the hell you people are not deliver my 2nd order. What is the problem? Tracking shipment also does not show any record after 21st. Why you are giving trouble to customers? Is this the new policy of Flipkart? Regards, Harish

            Ref: OD[protected] I had ordered a mobile phone and I got a message stating that the article will be delivered on 25th Oct and a telephone no of the courier guy( Krishnan) was given. When I contacted him he told me that his vehicle was under repair and hence he would be bringing it on 27th if it is not raining.               Dear Sir/Ma'am, i have ordered a book on 4th October 2014, my order No. is OD[protected], and i have not received the order yet. the expected date of delivery was 16th October. on 18th october i contacted to your customer care executive, he told me that your order is deliver to wrong person and this matter will solve on or before 24th october but nothing happens. than yesterday i.e. 25 october 2014 i contacted to your another customer care executive he told me that, "your matter will be solve, i m sending you a mail on that you please reply i want replacement". I did that but nothing happens than again i talked to your customer care executive he told me that, "i am sending you a mail". but i am waiting for that mail for last 24 hours. Sir/Ma'am i am facing so much problem, online shopping site such as "FLIPKART" this kind of behaviours to customers shows very bad impression. This is 22nd day from the day of order and i don't even know that when i will get the book or maybe i won't.                 My Order ID: OD[protected]I received a message on 24th October 2014 (Your flipkart.com shipment with tracking ID FMPC[protected] will be delivered today before 7pm. Please make the payment of Rs. 499.0/- by Cash or Credit/Debit Card on delivery.)but it didnt happen when i called customer care to check status they do not have information about it and said they wont be able to share delivery person information because we will call and trouble them.This is worst answer and service received and said to call back after 10 pm to check status why do i have to call and follow up for which im paying for service Same repeated again on 25th with message product will be delivered bu today even that didnt happen Regarding this Mr divakar and gagan from Customer Support replied on 24 th that product will be delivered in 1 day

                    Respected Sir, I am Biswal Biswas from Durgapur. My register email for flipkart is [protected]@gmail.com, mobile is [protected]. I order a times watch on 14th oct14 and paid it through Internet Banking. That came to me at 18th oct14, when I open the seal the watch was missing. I launch a complain at flipkart but they didn't take any proper action, because when they send a guy to take my cart back, he rejected to take an empty cart. Although I had already launched a product missing complain at flipkart customer service. From that day I complain at FLIPKART CUSTOMER SERVICE four(4) several time and CONSUMER COMPLAIN INDIAN CONSUMER COMPLAINTS FORUM two(2) time. They give us a text message that they will solve the issue within 1pm 29th oct14 and we don't need to complain anymore. It is very frustrating for me to argue in this concern. I guess this is my last complain to you that and after that I have to take legal steps against flipkart, through consumer forum, social network and media. Thank You.

                      These People again and again asking for time. Last time they had said issue will get resolved by 26th oct, 5:30PM. Below is the mail they had sent. I can imagine how inconvenient that can be for you and I would like to confirm you that, your issue is escalated to our concern team, and they will get back to you with a reliable updat. We will make sure that your issue is resolved within 26/10/2014 05.30 PM. Kindly do not worry in this regard, we will resolve the issue in the best possible way. We are here to address your concern and to ensure a prompt resolution. We will take ownership of the problem and we will follow-up until the problem is resolved. Your patience is requested in this regard. Now they have sent another mail. Please go through below mail. Hi Srinivas, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused and I assure you that we will sort the things as soon as possible. However, I have escalated this issue to the concern team. Have my assurance that this issue will be resolved by October 30, 2014.                           Dear Concern, I purchase my phone lenovo P780 phone from Flipkart on 1st Oct and it's start creating problem since 22nd oct that network is not coming on my phone . I spoken with lenovo customer care, as per him they wants the phone there service center which is not possible. My work is hampering due to unavailability phone or bad network. It's my humble request to flipkart team to get replace the handset on immidiate basis otherwise it will be escalated to higher management and legal notice will issue by court .                               Dear Sir/Ma’am, I had ordered a Canon EOS M Mirrorless Camera (OD[protected] from flipkart site (i.e – Flipkart). I made payment of 16999 Rs from my Citibank credit card (On 06 Oct 14) Later on I received information form Flipkart side that Flipkart have considered my order for two camera’s (One on Credit card payment & Another on Cash on Delivery- Second one I never ordered - Order No.- OD[protected] I received a sms from Flipkart side asking for me whether i want both orders or just one, as i have ordered & payed for just one so i replied with one only, Flipkart then saying that you have cancelled one order and the second order is on the way, without informing me that that order is COD(Cash on Delivery) Now I am being cheated hear as 1) I did the payment already in advance so there is no point of COD and there is a cash back offer of 10% on my citi bank credit card (i.e1700 Rs) 2) By sending my order on COD I was not mentally & financially prepared for cash on Delivery 3) I want Credit card payment mode 4) I loosed my credit card point benefit 5) Lost confidence in ONLINE site & company Please contact on ([protected]) & Use Email Id - K.[protected]@gmail.com

                                Hi, On the Big Billion Day by Flipkart I purchased a Asus Phonepad 7 tablet Priced at Rs. 5499. Even after a call made prior to the dealer.. The delivery guy came without notice and after promising to be there the next day no one turned up and got a notification that the item has been cancelled.. without any information. On calling twice they apologized but no resolution.. Now after sending them an official mail.. they have responded and have asked to buy the product again and they will refund the reminder Rs. 1500 in my Flipkart Account.. However now the item costs Rs. 7299 and it is changing every week.. Is this a joke ? First they tell me to refund Rs. 1500 to my wallet.. not cash as I will have to purchase something else FORCEIBLY.. I''m not okay with that.. This is Pathetic

                                  I had received damage item which is zenfone 5 mobile from Asus . I talked to tthe customer care and they are reready to replace it but I hadn't received the item till yet . I am disappointed from the flipkart for giving this type of service .. I gifted this phone to my mom and they opened it up with damaged phone ..

                                    i ordered one adidas aeron lea flip flops which was sum amount of 1299 rupees..this order was placed on 18th oct..after it is delivered next day i applied the return request as the size issue, but i didnot get any response to that, n that product is still with me useless..my order number was OD[protected].n i m very disappointed with flipkart service for the first time.
