How to ruin someone's festival season, can be learnt from FlipKart.
This is regarding my order ( OD[protected] of fully automatic washing machine purchased before their Big Billion Day sale. It was purchased on 4t Oct with next day delivery & installation within 48 Hrs. Well, I received a damaged product from Flipkart. Which I fought with them to replace. Later they agreed for the replacement & send me other piece.
Well, next piece was OK & I accepted that. But now, it's been 5 days passed & no installation has been done. I am calling their cust-care multiple times but they are deaf & dumb. In fact after Big Billion Day sale they become rude as well & started lying now. I am only getting false promise from them everyday. They are not even replying to emails. Looks like this company has lost mind now & forget the customers who made it so big.
Other incident is related to their Big Billion Sale day (but my purchase is no where related to that). On that day I purchased a power bank (order no OD[protected]. I selected next day delivery (being their Flipkart First Customer). The item must be delivered on 7th Oct else as per their policy, they were to pay back Rs 198/-. But they delivered on 8th oct. I asked them to compensate & they agreed on Rs 100/- (Incident:[protected]. But they never paid me that amount.
I called their cust-care on 9th Oct 11 AM. I raised both the concerns. That lady promised that installation of washing machine will be done on 9th & she will give me the confirmation in 30 minutes. 30 minutes passed no callback. She was lying openly.
I called again on 9th oct at 7 PM & raised both the concerns. That cust-care person was rude & disconnected my call.
I called again at 8:20 PM on 9th oct. This time cust care was even more rude and started asking me all sort of junk questions in a rude way. He was so rude that, I was forced to disconnect the call myself this time.
First of please take strict action against this company who behave rude with the customers. This company must be closed now. This was built by the customers & will be shut down by the customers soon anyway.
I am happy with our PM who is encouraging foreign investment. Let the Amazon to rule here. Bye to flipkart. But please teach these guys a lesson & take strict action against them.

Last time when there was no "HUGE ORDER" order (OD[protected]) delayed shipment by 4 days and every one in back end team was clue less where item is stuck.
Even after repeated follow-up I got a below response from the Flipkart team and when I again followed up on the day when I was expecting delivery then Flipkart response changed. They were not able to honor their own commitment. I guess there has to be a way by consumers like us can eradicate this casual attitude of Flipkart. This is second time they couldn't fulfill order on the committed time.
