> Sir/Madam> As on date the product Order OD[protected] is
not installed and even i spoke to the flip kart executives many number
of times, who in turn assured that request has been placed and the
product will be installed, but the requests were in vain and not acted
upon and today at 5.30 P.M., when I spoke to the executives and asked
about the installation, they once again stated that the request will be
placed, then I requested to give the status of the previous assurances
and the status of the previous requests and questioned that whether the
requests are going in vain, they have failed to answer and the act of
assurance and non providing service definitely amounts to deficiency of
service and unfair trade practice.>
If possible kindly look into the matter and extend the help, else legal
action lies before the competent court of law, which please avoid and
maintain cordiality and customer relationship .>
I am intending to proceed legally since I have sustained Rs.4, 000/- to
Rs.5, 000/- loss since the product is not installed and there was no
impediment for me to purchase the produce on the Big billonare day when
its rate was depreciated, apart from that you are also liable to pay
mental agony, frustration and damages, costs and consequences, which
please avoid. >
Kindly refund the applicable amount of Rs.4, 000/- to Rs.5, 000/-
considering the purchase as on date of installation, since the assured

No use of separate service cell like 'Media' at Flipkart, if the service is good and I lost complete trust @ Flipkart because even the Media team couldn't keep up their commitment.
Finally, I didn't received my product.
