Hi, Flipkart had a good impression on products & services, but I lost the trust on service recent days rather work on improving services but it drastically going worse. Big Billon day, I placed an order and it got duplicated due to website issues. Unfortunately, the card transaction has been cancelled without taking confirmation from me and spoke to customer service ticket[protected] with Swetha which was pathatic of the service so far I have faced. The associate was so rude and reluctance to provide solution and floors are working without supervisors which is funny. Finally, I provided the solution how to resolve rather the escalation team giving solution to me with the best solution. Please take an action on this issue and never ever I place an order over the Flipkart Regards Pavan [protected]

I spoke with Shreyas and ticket#:[protected], I was told will be coming back today with an updated but even he is the same like others in customer service.

No use of separate service cell like 'Media' at Flipkart, if the service is good and I lost complete trust @ Flipkart because even the Media team couldn't keep up their commitment.

Finally, I didn't received my product.

    I had an order (OD[protected] of two Moto E mobile for Rs 3000 on 6th October 2014 (The Big Billion Day in flipkart). There was clearly mentioned "No Cancellation" & "No Refund" for this offer. Still the order has been CANCELED & REFUNDED Rs 1500 by the seller! This is really ridiculous when we can not cancel the order, but the seller does that. If there were some issue with stock or pricing problem, then they should take the responsibility. The Moto E in stock, but still they are refusing to Re-Create my order that they had canceled. Is there any legal step that we can take against them? I have attached the order details.

      I have ordered a mobile on 6/10/2014, my order No is OD[protected] Asus Zenfone 5 A501CG. It was to be delivered on 11/10/2014 to my place. From today morning I am waiting for my product. Just had a glance on the status of the order and I get a shudder to know the order will be delivered on 15/10/2014 instead of 11/10/2014. Had a talk with your customer care executive, who stated that there is some problem with the logistics and it will be delivered on 15/10/2014. There was no prior intimation that my ordered is getting delayed. Are we supposed to call or its your duty to inform the customer. Is this the way you are working ??? This is absolutely ridiculous. Does a single product which was booked on 6/10/2014 take so much time to reach Thane? Now you are saying that it will be delivered on 15/10/2014 total 9 days. Is Flipkart making fool to customer by giving all offers for so called “Diwali”. This is absolutely not done. I was not available on my place as I was travelling to some other place from 14-Oct-2014, now what they are not cancelling my order and refunding my money. Nor they are providing the delivery on time. It’s a mistake on FLIPKART part; I want my product to be delivered on 13/10/2014 anyhow. Do whatever you want to do but the product should reached to my place on 13/10/2014. STOP MAKING FOOL TO CUSTOMER, AND IF THERE IS SOME PROBLEM IN DELIVERY ON THE DATE YOU HAVE PROMISED THAN TAKE RESPONSIBILITY TO INFORM CUSTOMER. CUSTOMER IS NOT FOOL TO WAIT. Regards, Nikhil Shahane

      i am a flipkart first customer and i purchased it for rupees 500. i ordered a hp printer on 10.10.2014, it was supposed to be delivered on 11th. i received a message from flipkart that the material will be delivered on 11th. sentimental was not delivered i call the customer care what is the status of the printer. They told that due to some dispatch problem the material is still in bangalore. when asked about what is the problem of delivery they are simply informing that 90 rupees will be credited into your e- wallet. they are simply telling sorryand the metal will be delivered only on 15th i got a message indicating that your complaint has been forwarded to the concerned department. truly flipkart sales has become worst

        I HAD ORDERED A NETGEAR ROUTER ON 6.10.14 VIDE NO OD[protected]. THE DELIVERY WAS CONFIRMED LATEST BY 11.10.14. BASIS THE ABOVE I HAD CALLED MY COMPUTER PERSON TO SET UP THE MACHINE. NOW YOU HAVE INFORMED THAT YOU ATR UNABLE TO DELIVER THE ORDER TO DAY AND WANT 4 MORE DAYS TO DELIVER IE. 15.10.14. WE CALLED YOUR CUSTOMER CARE AND HAVE ASKED THEM TO CANCEL THE ORDER BUT THEY ARE SAYING THEY CANT. YOU WILL APPRECIATE THAT I CANNOT WAIT FOR SO MAY DAYS PLUS I HAVE UNNECESSARILY INCURRED RS500/- FOR MY COMPUTER GUYS VISIT CHARGE.           I had received email with offers mentioned in it, So i had opted for the offer of Mobile Moto G 2nd Gen. As per the offer price quoted for me was Rs 6000/- however when i clicked on the offer the price shown to me on Flipkart.com was Rs 12999/-. This is not correct, i believe you company is cheating the customer and misguiding them by offering incorrect offers. I believe i need to approach consuremer forum and Media for Justice.             Dear Logistics Manager (Flipkart) Please note that as the delivery was at my office address and the SMS and other communication stated that the delivery would be on Saturday (10.10.2014)before 7 pm I stayed upto 7 pm (though my office time is till 6 pm) and then left. I had no number to contact and confirm about the delivery either ways. I expected that from a reputed firm like Flipkart, I would get some information either about the delayed delivery or some information. When I was travelling back, I received a call from Flipkart at 7.11 pm (from No. +91 [protected]) asking whether I was at the office. When I replied that I had already left after waiting, I was asked whether the item can be delivered next day. As Saturday and Sunday our office is closed, I asked this to be delivered on Monday as there was no other choice for me. I was told that it would be delivered on Monday morning. In spite of this, I get a communication (please read mail trail-) that "looks like you were unavailable to collect it" and that the delivery would be done "on or before Saturday 11 October", I feel really cheated. I understand that this must be an auto-generated message but however, technically you will again attempt to deliver it today and claim that I was unavailable during both successive attempts. And indeed, I again get a message that we tried delivering to you on Saturday, 11.10.2014 and were "unsuccessful"! When I talked to Mr. Abhilash from Customer Care[protected] at 1.02 pm on Saturday, he mechanically kept repeating that "I have taken your request..We will make another attempt.. " There was absolutely no attempt to even check what is the problem or whether a solution would be found bu some "human" person. I could well be talking to a robot! I understand the volume of sale is high and complaints and issues are bound to be there, but I wish there was some sensible way of replying to frustrated customers. This whole thing tastes very unpalatable from a company of your repute. After receiving an apology on the Big Billion Day about various problems faced by customers, to receive this kind of indifferent, detached, robotic mail does not speak well for your public apology, which then means it is just another mechanical mail triggered by some input in the system. I hope you consider reforming your logistics and response systems to continue your trust building exercise. I am sure, like me, there may be many customers who may or may not communicate their feelings and frustration.             Dear Logistics Manager (Flipkart), I belong from punjab, (ludhiana).How cheap your delivery boy is his phone no. is [protected], today he call me and told me what is your order, and i told him that i order game cd of gta 4, and after that he told me that come to me i am standing at this place @$#%$#^, which was at 40:00 min distance from my house, i told him that this is home delivery that you call ., to have order i shall come to you, and i told him i live in address #$%&^** he told me i am not coming there if you want to talk to higher authority then talk i have no problem. and they send me a message that (unsuccessful delivery attempt ) and i don, t know what that means, u are just hanging my product to next day every time.My order id is OD[protected] and tracking id is FMPC[protected].               Hi, I had ordered ASUS ZENFONE 5 it suppose to deliver by 11th oct 2014, now they saying it will be delivered till 15th oct and saying that there is heavy traffic so there is chance of getting late. Order no is OD[protected], When they can not handle the traffic why these people launching big billion day kind of offers. durring that also website was down and was not working properly.

                  Hello Flipkart Team, I had placed an order on your Big Billion Sale Day. The order ID was not generated at that time, after multiple attempts and calls the order ID was generated. I was assured that my order will be shipped as per promised date. Also, your customer care executives confirmed that flipkart has received the payment. But today morning ie 8th Oct at 10:16 am IST, I have got an SMS saying that my order has been cancelled. Please refer to the screenshot attached Please note both Flipkart customer care and PayZippy customer care confirmed that payment was successful. Also, my Credit card company (Standard Chartered) had confirmed that the transaction was confirmed. Also, the order details says that “ Item cancelled by you” . Please note on the The Big Billion Day, I could not have cancelled the order. I am really frustrated as I have been calling up Flipkart again and again since 6th Oct and in the end you have cancelled the order saying cancelled by user. I DONOT want my payment back. I want the order to be fulfilled.                   I Received the broken item on 10th Nov 2020, when I try to create return or replacement request I'm facing Technical Error. When I reach customer support they are also facing same issue, it's been 10 days my issue is not solved and I'm going to take legal action on this definitely.

                    I placed an order on 6th october 2014 11.26AM at flipkart but after sometime i received a message stating that my order is got cancelled by them for some unknown reasons. Then i placed another order on same day at 8.00PM, After a day on 8th october 2014 i receive a mail that the order which was cancelled by has been recreated. This recreation of order was done without any intimation to me. I asked customer care of flipkart to cancel a product with order id DW[protected] on 10th as it was recreated by flipkart team without my intimation. Along with the order being cancelled, the order with order id OD[protected] is also got cancelled by them and they are not giving valid reasons for it. I was on Call with customer care person at flipkart with name Rohit, who for 1.30 mins spoke to me and had given no due response or action to it. They are not providing information or my order back.

                      I ordered two pairs of jeans order id OD[protected] and OD[protected] on 6th oct.(Big Billion Day) . Later I got the message that the order has been confirmed and the item is couriered. But today I got a mail and sms that the order is cancelled. The sms read "Your cancellation request for Flipkart.com order has been initiated." I immediatly contacted the customer care and they instead put the blame on me saying that I only had cancelled the item. Are!! why woluld I order if I had to cancel??? Also you people said that the orders placed on the big billion day are non cancellable and non refundable, then how did it get cancelled???? But when I refused and asked them to send me the order they said that I would have to order it afresh but the item is out of stock now. Are!! what is this man. I always prefered Flipkart above all shopping sites. If you cannot handle so many customers then why did you organise big billion day. You only lost my faith and this will lead to your downfall. Please stop these nonsense and send me my orders on time and earn your faith.

                        MY REGISTERED MOBILE WITHG FLIPCART IS [protected]. On 6/10/2014 I made four purchases from Flipcart. 1. I ordered for a mobile, I made payment through my Credit card and the amount is Rs.5999/-Order Number OD[protected]..Payment was made on 06/10/2014 at about 8.05am. 2..I ordered for pen, I made payment through my Debit card and the amount is Rs.280/-Order Number. OD[protected].Payment was made on 06/10/2014 at about 8.40am. 3..I ordered for a Book, I made payment through my Debit card and the amount is Rs.138/-Order Number. OD[protected], Payment was made on 06/10/2014 at about 8.45am. Payment to item No.1 was made through my Credit card and the same has been credited to the Flipcart Account. Payment to item No.1 and 2 was made through my Debit card and the same has been credited to the Flipcart Account. The above two items total amount is Rs.6417/- While doing these transactions I was made to give authorisation to another total payment of Rs.6417/-because Flipcart system was telling that the total amount is Rs.6417/-. Without realising that I was asked to pay the amount of Rs.6417/- again I have allowed the payment to Flipcart. Now flipcart has to pay a refund for the double amount they received, that is, an amount of Rs.6417/-they have to refund by reverse to my debit card account from which they took the double payment. .

                          Dear sir, I ordered a shoe with order id OD[protected] and it is to be delivered today. The delivery person with contact no [protected] contacted me and asked for my address. Since he came in an auto, I told him a landmark near my home so that I can collect it. But he demanded me to come to a place which was very far from my home. I said its tough to come there. He cancelled the order and moved away. I can't understand why do you have such arrogant delivery persons. This is one bitter experience for me and I am going to rethink if I need to order something in flipkart hereafter.

                            I am astonished company which spends CRORES of rupees in marketing cant spend in quality check before dispatching products. I orderded for laptops in Billion Day Sale and product arrived today. Delivery person refused to let us check the product before paying for the entire amount & after we paid handed over the product & before we could check left as if he knew something was wrong & he would get caught. Of 2 laptops we ordered one was missing upon calling the delivery guy he said thats not his problem & we should contact Flipkart. Which we did & were directed to 3 different rep before complain was taken and after paying for entire products we are told it would take 3 days to resolve the issue as they don't know where the product is. Delivery Box mentions: 2 qty This is ridiculous customer service & for sure a lost customer. I urge people of India not to trust online especially from FAKEKART

                              flip kart was canceled my order automatic, i don't understand what the hell is this ? what are flip kart doing ? my 2 nos smart phone order canceled automatic. i was already purchased 2 smart phone early. they told me that "our courier partner was unable to deliver following items in the Order OD[protected]. Please note that we have cancelled following items" how can it possible ???? i want my order, i doesn't want refund... 1 st photo was shipping my item, in 2nd due to that reason cancel my order, in 4& 5th photo i already purchase from flipkart, by bluedart courier service.

                                I had Ordered Philips "40PFL4958 40 inches LED TV" on The ‘Big Billion Day’ sale and received the Order ID for the same which is OD[protected]. This order was done on 6th Oct 2014 around 10.00 AM but i din't recieve order ID. Right from that moment i keeping calling to Flipkart Helpdesk but couldn't get them till late evening. Flipkart team said due to more number of transaction, due to technical error, I have recieved order number after 24hrs but it was updated as cancelled again got update from Flipkart team within 24hrs and your order will be confirmed. Now, As of date 10th OCT 2014 no any update till now on the status of the order . It is more then 4 days, atleast if they update on order confirmation or refund of Money, we will go for an alternative. Now, I have wasted my time by calling Flipkart team on updates, so I need the Philiphs TV order or the amount refund with interest since they have bluffed . Very Bad experience .

                                  Product not as described. The shade of blue shown in the website is different from the product delivered. I have raised 2 replacement request with a darker shade cover. However, an executive informed me that there is no return policy but only a replacement policy. Request for the cover to be replaced by a darker shade or kindly refund me the amount paid after taking back the product. I as a consumer, do not want to be stuck with a product that i do not want.

                                    I Ordered a Micro max TV on 28th September 2014 Order no:OD[protected]. When I placed the order the Delivery date specified clearly as 29th Sept between 10 AM and 12 PM. When I logged into my account the next day to check the reason for the delay the delivery date was already changed without my consent from 29th Sept to 30th Sept. This same process happened for 3-4 consecutive days. Then for almost a week the delivery person kept calling my house stating there is a technical problem and the T.V will be delivered the next day. He did this almost every day for a little over a week. On 6th Oct (Big Billion Day- Complete Crap) My order does not even show on the site and because of that your not even able to raise any complaints to the customer care team. Then after raising a complaint 1 day later, the Flip kart team calls up the next day and says "because of the Big Billion Day we had some technical problem and your product will be delivered after a few days(8-9th Oct).(I placed the order on 28th Sept, they used the Big Billion Day as an excuse for which the product was delayed) Today after almost 2 weeks I have got a TEXT MESSAGE on my phone stating there is still a delay, that they are working on the issue and the problem will be resolved by 12th Oct. During these 2 weeks I have been continuously checking this product on their site and have noticed how the product had changed from in stock to out of stock ever since my order was placed. Any one planning to buy any big electronic item with a price range of above 4000, word of advice try any other site but flipkart. Their customer service as well as their delivery service is horrible. I Hope this complaint comes in use for anyone planning to buy anything on flipkart in the future. Regards, Extremely unsatisfied customer still awaiting delivery of my product

                                      Hi, I had ordered a shoe from flipkart Yonex SHB 95 Badminton Shoes (Size: 9) order number OD[protected] they delivered me a shoe of size 8 and I order a return as I had no option to change size to 9 i choose 10 and clearly mentioned that I need a 9 size shoe I got 10 size shoe again I spoke to customer care they assured me that they will give the correct size and I got 8 size shoe frustrated I cancelled my order and again on 2nd Oct I ordered another shoe order number OD[protected] they told that 9th oct they will delivery i have not recived the order still and i don't know why they have sent it through FedX because usually they deliver through Ekart but strangley i dont know why have they changed the courier.

                                        This is my sixth mail to Flipcart Team On Big Day I have purchased one product whose Order ID OD[protected] .the same product was available on exchange offer .I am also attaching scene shot of the same .which I have take just before Order. When I did exchange it got 10999/- but while paying it shown me 13000/- .So I thought once I will give me My phone I will get 2000 Rs back as a exchange or I will get point in my wallet. Now 08 Oct I got mail form your side that I would like to inform you that on checking our records we see that you have placed the order when the exchange offer was not on live. Hence, you will not be able to have an exchange offer on your product. I know When I did Order have entered all the details of exchange .I have screen shot of the same.Even Just aftre I called you & m, ailed you abount exchange order .Kindly check my call record & mail record to show I m correct. I know this could be happen due to Website Issue.Please agry from your side.Only sending Apologies, from Flipkart is not enough. I request you kindly look into this issue.From last 4 days I am waiting some solution . Kindly call me & provide me solution...
