    Dear flipkart team, Are you guys mad? i cannot understand the reason behind using my flipkart wallet money only on ws retail products which i cannot find any of them on your site. This is very diassapointing because yesterday i returned a product purchased on big billion sale and in return you refunded my money in my wallet account. My question is : can i assume that i lost my money or it has been stolen? because i find no use of it now or are you guys gonna fix this issuse very soon? please let me know! or if you guys cannot do the above things then lend me a favour by sending me the link of your so called "ws retail" products list so that i can buy one. Then y shld they accept our order giving all order id n al... They r big cheaters... Dont buy anything from this ... It shld be banned considering al our complaints

        I have ordered a trimmer for men on 26th September. My product was supposed to deliver on 17th Oct, due to million day offer. After that I called them to make a priority delivery before 12th Oct. For three days I have been talking to that customer care they people are making false promises that your product will deliver today, the same dialogue every day. And finally at 12th Oct they are telling me " IF YOU WANT THE PRODUCT WAIT, OR CANCELL THE ORDER ". This is what I got from the customer care department. I don't know weather I will get solution here or not, we consumers are not having any respect in this country and everyone else are simply just watching. INDIA IS IMPROVISING !!! HAVE FUN PEOPLE

          Hello there, Sir, I have purchased Dell KM113 Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Combo from flipkart on dated Wed, 23rd Apr'14 and Delivered on Mon, 28th Apr'14 with one year replacement warranty. Now its not working and I have complained for the same to the flipkart, I called them from the last one month and they are not providing exact service centre. Whenever I called them they just give me addresses and phone number of service centre of valsad where I live, but when I went there they said that we did not providing any services to flipkart customers. I told about this to the flipkart and they just said 'we solve this problem and we'll soon contact you on this' on wed, 8th Oct, still there is no response. Sir, please help me here and do the necessary step and replaced the product as they write when they want to sell the product. Thanking you, Mohit H. Modi

            Never Buy anything from flipkart.com, Their Customer Service Sucks ! I have purchased a Moto G (2nd Gen 2014) from them on the opening day, the mobile worked fine, until I updated with the latest system update and it's motherboard got toasted, When I contacted Flipkart I was offered a replacement which was turned out to be a defective piece which wont turn on, I raised a complaint on 6th and since I had one day delivery I was suppose to get a call from flipkart back-end team on or before 10th of Oct 1:00 PM, no body called from Flipkart back end so I had to raise another complaint with them. Finally some guy called me around 4:00 PM after repeated incidence escalations. Again he couldn't understand that there was a display issue and I have to call Customer Care again to get a return initiated.This time I was assured that the product will be delivered on or before Friday 10th Oct 2014. But some issues with Shipment and product didn't deliver. I have chosen One day delivery to my house address, I called up Customer Support again on Sunday 12th Oct 2014 to ask for the status and I was assured that they are helpless and offered to send a mail to Delivery Team to make the delivery happen on Sunday itself. I explained to her that I have chosen One Day Delivery as I will be available only on Weekends at home and not on working days, She assured me that it can be solved if the delivery didn't happen on Sunday they can change the delivery address and deliver it to my office address.Sunday afternoon the Courier guy came but he didn't have any acknowledge form for the return product i have given him. But he made sure that I didn't get the replacement also even after getting my signature on it. I called up the customer care of Flipkart and again the same saga ! The Customer Care person says the delivery people are uneducated ! Is this our mistake that they are uneducated ??? (It's #Flipkart responsibility) . The delivery guy just took back the original and went back to his four wheeler ! (These guys have a lot of attitude) they cannot even come to your apartment stating they are in four wheeler ? So, what you are not supposed to deliver ? Are we suppose to go to this delivery guys and beg for them to give our products ??? Is this why we are paying Flipkart for ??? Really #shameonFlipkart ! Now I am left with a product which is not working and the delivery guy has my signature on the delivery sheet and I don't have a working product yet !                 Following to mails were received by me. In the given order I ordered two items. Now First of all I Am not very clear which Item has been cancelled and which item is being sent or both have cancelled. If both have been cancelled why refund for only one item is being initiated. Secondly seriously don't have time to go through all these chaos. If I had, I would not have purchased such goods only were I cant touch, feel and smell such items like saree and perfume. Now if these has been cancelled it was sheer waste of time when spent so much time online to purchase things and ended up purchasing things which i really did not want to buy as your server was too poor to hold and support the traffic and could not find the things i really wanted to buy for reasons like out of stock, payment failure etc. Its really disappoint and rather annoying that now by cancelling the order with your thankless regrett so not add to my satisfaction. Right now I am feeling that I am wasting m0ore of my time to hav eto draft this complaint letter. So pl do whatever you can do to resolve such things. PS: For future I am moving to Amaon, as it has better prices, more options, diversified items and best of alll it supplies goods at locations where you dont. Dear Customer.                       I placed three orders in Flipkart on 6th October. Order ID1: OD[protected] worth Rs. 9998 Order ID1: OD[protected] worth Rs. 10998 Order ID1: OD[protected] worth Rs. 19998 These three orders were later cancelled by flipkart without any reason and now it as been 5 days but I have still not received the refund. On contacting customer care I was told that they have already refunded the amount on 6th October. But I have still not received the refund in my account. Please resolve asap. I will else file a case in the consumer court.

And again after 3 days I requested them to return the product and on 10th october they handed me the phone. And even this time I got the phone which seems to be used. Even screen guard was already installed. And have few scratches again in backpanel. And when now when I request them to return the product, then they will be returning me the money.                           Hi, Flipkart had a good impression on products & services, but I lost the trust on service recent days rather work on improving services but it drastically going worse. Big Billon day, I placed an order and it got duplicated due to website issues. Unfortunately, the card transaction has been cancelled without taking confirmation from me and spoke to customer service ticket[protected] with Swetha which was pathatic of the service so far I have faced. The associate was so rude and reluctance to provide solution and floors are working without supervisors which is funny. Finally, I provided the solution how to resolve rather the escalation team giving solution to me with the best solution.                           I spoke with Shreyas and ticket#:[protected], I was told will be coming back today with an updated but even he is the same like others in customer service.

                          No use of separate service cell like 'Media' at Flipkart, if the service is good and I lost complete trust @ Flipkart because even the Media team couldn't keep up their commitment.

                          Finally, I didn't received my product.

                            I had an order (OD[protected] of two Moto E mobile for Rs 3000 on 6th October 2014 (The Big Billion Day in flipkart). There was clearly mentioned "No Cancellation" & "No Refund" for this offer. Still the order has been CANCELED & REFUNDED Rs 1500 by the seller! This is really ridiculous when we can not cancel the order, but the seller does that. If there were some issue with stock or pricing problem, then they should take the responsibility. The Moto E in stock, but still they are refusing to Re-Create my order that they had canceled. Is there any legal step that we can take against them? I have attached the order details.

                              I have ordered a mobile on 6/10/2014, my order No is OD[protected] Asus Zenfone 5 A501CG. It was to be delivered on 11/10/2014 to my place. From today morning I am waiting for my product. Just had a glance on the status of the order and I get a shudder to know the order will be delivered on 15/10/2014 instead of 11/10/2014. Had a talk with your customer care executive, who stated that there is some problem with the logistics and it will be delivered on 15/10/2014. There was no prior intimation that my ordered is getting delayed. Are we supposed to call or its your duty to inform the customer. Is this the way you are working ??? This is absolutely ridiculous. Does a single product which was booked on 6/10/2014 take so much time to reach Thane? Now you are saying that it will be delivered on 15/10/2014 total 9 days. Is Flipkart making fool to customer by giving all offers for so called “Diwali”. This is absolutely not done. I was not available on my place as I was travelling to some other place from 14-Oct-2014, now what they are not cancelling my order and refunding my money. Nor they are providing the delivery on time. It’s a mistake on FLIPKART part; I want my product to be delivered on 13/10/2014 anyhow. Do whatever you want to do but the product should reached to my place on 13/10/2014. STOP MAKING FOOL TO CUSTOMER, AND IF THERE IS SOME PROBLEM IN DELIVERY ON THE DATE YOU HAVE PROMISED THAN TAKE RESPONSIBILITY TO INFORM CUSTOMER. CUSTOMER IS NOT FOOL TO WAIT. Regards, Nikhil Shahane

                              i am a flipkart first customer and i purchased it for rupees 500. i ordered a hp printer on 10.10.2014, it was supposed to be delivered on 11th. i received a message from flipkart that the material will be delivered on 11th. sentimental was not delivered i call the customer care what is the status of the printer. They told that due to some dispatch problem the material is still in bangalore. when asked about what is the problem of delivery they are simply informing that 90 rupees will be credited into your e- wallet. they are simply telling sorryand the metal will be delivered only on 15th i got a message indicating that your complaint has been forwarded to the concerned department. truly flipkart sales has become worst

                                I HAD ORDERED A NETGEAR ROUTER ON 6.10.14 VIDE NO OD[protected]. THE DELIVERY WAS CONFIRMED LATEST BY 11.10.14. BASIS THE ABOVE I HAD CALLED MY COMPUTER PERSON TO SET UP THE MACHINE. NOW YOU HAVE INFORMED THAT YOU ATR UNABLE TO DELIVER THE ORDER TO DAY AND WANT 4 MORE DAYS TO DELIVER IE. 15.10.14. WE CALLED YOUR CUSTOMER CARE AND HAVE ASKED THEM TO CANCEL THE ORDER BUT THEY ARE SAYING THEY CANT. YOU WILL APPRECIATE THAT I CANNOT WAIT FOR SO MAY DAYS PLUS I HAVE UNNECESSARILY INCURRED RS500/- FOR MY COMPUTER GUYS VISIT CHARGE.                                   I had received email with offers mentioned in it, So i had opted for the offer of Mobile Moto G 2nd Gen. As per the offer price quoted for me was Rs 6000/- however when i clicked on the offer the price shown to me on Flipkart.com was Rs 12999/-. This is not correct, i believe you company is cheating the customer and misguiding them by offering incorrect offers. I believe i need to approach consuremer forum and Media for Justice.                                     Dear Logistics Manager (Flipkart) Please note that as the delivery was at my office address and the SMS and other communication stated that the delivery would be on Saturday (10.10.2014)before 7 pm I stayed upto 7 pm (though my office time is till 6 pm) and then left. I had no number to contact and confirm about the delivery either ways. I expected that from a reputed firm like Flipkart, I would get some information either about the delayed delivery or some information. When I was travelling back, I received a call from Flipkart at 7.11 pm (from No. +91 [protected]) asking whether I was at the office. When I replied that I had already left after waiting, I was asked whether the item can be delivered next day. As Saturday and Sunday our office is closed, I asked this to be delivered on Monday as there was no other choice for me. I was told that it would be delivered on Monday morning. In spite of this, I get a communication (please read mail trail-) that "looks like you were unavailable to collect it" and that the delivery would be done "on or before Saturday 11 October", I feel really cheated. I understand that this must be an auto-generated message but however, technically you will again attempt to deliver it today and claim that I was unavailable during both successive attempts. And indeed, I again get a message that we tried delivering to you on Saturday, 11.10.2014 and were "unsuccessful"! When I talked to Mr. Abhilash from Customer Care[protected] at 1.02 pm on Saturday, he mechanically kept repeating that "I have taken your request..We will make another attempt.. " There was absolutely no attempt to even check what is the problem or whether a solution would be found bu some "human" person. I could well be talking to a robot! I understand the volume of sale is high and complaints and issues are bound to be there, but I wish there was some sensible way of replying to frustrated customers. This whole thing tastes very unpalatable from a company of your repute. After receiving an apology on the Big Billion Day about various problems faced by customers, to receive this kind of indifferent, detached, robotic mail does not speak well for your public apology, which then means it is just another mechanical mail triggered by some input in the system. I hope you consider reforming your logistics and response systems to continue your trust building exercise. I am sure, like me, there may be many customers who may or may not communicate their feelings and frustration.                                       Hi, I had ordered ASUS ZENFONE 5 it suppose to deliver by 11th oct 2014, now they saying it will be delivered till 15th oct and saying that there is heavy traffic so there is chance of getting late. Order no is OD[protected], When they can not handle the traffic why these people launching big billion day kind of offers. durring that also website was down and was not working properly.

                                        > Sir/Madam> As on date the product Order OD[protected] is not installed and even i spoke to the flip kart executives many number of times, who in turn assured that request has been placed and the product will be installed, but the requests were in vain and not acted upon and today at 5.30 P.M., when I spoke to the executives and asked about the installation, they once again stated that the request will be placed, then I requested to give the status of the previous assurances and the status of the previous requests and questioned that whether the requests are going in vain, they have failed to answer and the act of assurance and non providing service definitely amounts to deficiency of service and unfair trade practice.> If possible kindly look into the matter and extend the help, else legal action lies before the competent court of law, which please avoid and maintain cordiality and customer relationship .> I am intending to proceed legally since I have sustained Rs.4, 000/- to Rs.5, 000/- loss since the product is not installed and there was no impediment for me to purchase the produce on the Big billonare day when its rate was depreciated, apart from that you are also liable to pay mental agony, frustration and damages, costs and consequences, which please avoid. > Kindly refund the applicable amount of Rs.4, 000/- to Rs.5, 000/- considering the purchase as on date of installation, since the assured service is not given as on date.> Hoping positively, > Thanking you, > Yours, > B.Pompana Gouda, Advocate, Bellary.
