Sir/Madam, My order ID is OD[protected] done on 21st Oct'14. But till now ie. 25.10.14 2 pm it has not reached Bhubaneswar. Also the tracking shows the consignment is expected in Bhubaneswar twice i.e on 23.10.14 and on 24.10.14. I dont know exactly what's happenong i can be contacted on [protected]. regards SANATH SAHU

    Flipkart customer care responses are pathetic. I am still awaiting my samsung pro mac book cover which i had placed order on line on 12.10.14. I receive an sms on my registered mobile that the pkg will be delivered on 21.10.14 before 7 pm. I get a call around 4.30 pm from the delivery executive asking the landmark which i explained to him. After long time waiting around 6.30 pm i again called this executive to confirm as to when he is deliveringthe pkg, to my surprise this felow informs that he hd taken the pkg by mistake and the delivery address mentioned is not pertaining to his area and he has given thre pkg back to his office. I tried getting to take his office no. but this gentleman disconnected the phone and then my frequent calls to him were a waste as he never responded the calls. Late evening i called the flipkart customer care on this non delivery and to my one more surprise get a reply from the customer care executive that the pkg could not be delivered as there was no response from the customer is what has been updated by their logistics partner which is nothing but taking customer for a jolly ride. My various calls to the customer care after that till today 25.10.14 for delivery of the pkg has gone futile and with the customer care having to tell the same system updation of 21.10.14 and nothing much to offer other tan an assurance that the pkg will be delivered for sure but when, god only knows. Flipkart does not have any controls on the delivery and are least bothered about the customer once the money is received is the attitude of the call centre. Really pathetic and frustrating it is.

      Hi, Please note my Order ID to track the Details first.. Order Id is OD[protected]Product Name:- Motorola Moto 360 Smartwatch let me tell you the order details. Order booked on :- 14th Oct 2014.. Expected Delivery was 24th Oct 2014Order Delivery date got Change once I booked the Order and the New date was 31st oct 2014.. Once I got the New Date I contacted to Customer care on hotline No. and requested them to arrange the product on 22nd Oct 2014 as I want to gift the product to someone else.. and the reply from the team was they will try to get it deliver on 22nd Oct 2014.. after 2 -3 call I got the Message from flipkart stating that my issue will be resolve on 25th Oct by 9 am..( Result the issue is still not resolved ).. Secondly I had already informed the customer Support team regarding the Urgency of Product ( As I want to gift it to some one else on specific date ).. Still the product got shipped with the third class courier company ( Delhivery Courier ).. As I check the tracking details and the mail from flipkart I can expect the delivery on 27th Oct 2014.. where as due to some office work I may be out of station from 27th Oct to 2nd Nov 2014.. I am trying to reach to courier company to know the expected date of delivery so I can make the arrangement accordingly.. But the most disgusting part is no one is answering the call on Delhivery-Partner helpline no. after holding for 2.27 min the call gets disconnected.. I had send them a mail to Delhivery Courier there respecting email id but no one bother to reply on mail.. more than 10 calls.. still no once is ready to answer.. Boss this is the really an Dam Bad experience I am getting with the Flipkart.. First the Order Delivery is Late.. Secondly they are choosing the third class courier company who doesn't care about there customers.. Now I doubt whether I will get my product or not. Secondly find the flipkart expected delivery dates. first promise while booking the consignment was 24th Oct 2014 as expected date of delivery. after booking the product expected delivery date was change to 31st Oct 2014. Then when I had explain my problem to your customer care team, there promise was 22nd Oct 2014. after that i got the Message on cell phone that the query will resolve on 25th oct 2014. ( Result Product is still not received ) Please find the attached mail the expected date of delivery is 27th Oct 2014 and the mail from Flipkart team.. and now you are again back to your old date i.e. 31st Oct 2014 in trailing mail..       I would suggest never go for Flipkart as they are not stick to there written promises also.. As per the mail received from Flipkart this guys are supposed to deliver the product on 27th Oct 2014.. Where as now the I got the mail stating that the product will get delivered on 29th Oct 2014..

      As per my experience with flipkart this guys provide false commitments.. So Please think twice before going for flipkart.

          I had ordered a mobile MOTO E on big billion day, but i found a display issue in the delivered product so i request to customer care for replacement, the product has been pick up on 13 October and today after 12days from the day they pickup its still in dispatched process, so far I have still not received my product back, I do often Complaints but they every time told me a new date for shipping, my believe is now dying out, maybe I will no longer shopping from Flipkart ..             I made a order of my tv on 6th Oct, Fipkart suppose to deliver TV on next day, but after that they have changed to 9th OCT but stiill not recieved till now, please help me out or should i cancel it, because i dont think so they will have this product available.

              I've order a product on 14-Oct on FlipKart to be gifted to my wife for Diwali. Delivery date was 23-Oct- (Diwali day) Shipment was done to BlueDart on 16-Oct however till 21-Oct, there was no major moment hence I was worried. I contacted FlipKart Customer Service & they assured it will be delivered by or before 23-Oct (delivery date). I followed via Email & even they confirmed it will delivered via 23-Oct. I highlighted them that BlueDart is not working on 23-Oct due to Diwali & they clearly said it wont be done, still FlipKart's pathetic customer service team kept on making vague promises & assured me that delivery will be done by 23-Oct. There are around 4-6 phone calls which I made to their Call centre in 2-3 days & 8-10 emails which has been exchanged between them & me; & on calls & emails, they promised that "Yes, Delivery will be done by 23-Oct." I requested one of them to keep a follow up to ensure that my Diwali isn't spoiled, but they failed to do so. Yesterday, they said "Sorry Sir, BlueDart isn't working today hence its not possible today" I’ve gave enough opportunities to them. I’ve done my level best to highlight the issue to their team but they remained stagnant. Lazy bones just don’t want to work. Not only emails but also listen to telephonic conversations with their call-centre staff & their floor supervisors (Miss Akshita & Miss Saumya couple of name I remember). If they have taken action on time rather than given vague promises & assurance on emails, I’d have received my delivery & my Diwali would not have been spoiled. Selling this Product; FlipKart makes money & by delivering the product; BlueDart makes money but they can’t make money on the cost of customer’s happiness. Check the number of emails I’ve sent them & their untalented staff’s reply/ confirmation for delivery on 23rd on them. Check the number of minutes I’ve wasted on phone with them in order to highlight this, but ZERO action from them. I've been under mental torture dealing with them? They spoiled my Festival? They constantly developed hopes for delivery on a festival day & failed to deliver? Is this level of service we expect from one of the big Ecomm websites? They celebrated BigBillion Day, is this how u treat your customers? Not BlueDart but FlipKart Team is totally responsible for spoiling my Diwali

                  I got call from courier guy(+91-[protected]) to handover the this Item(order OD[protected] today(24th Oct 2014 3:50PM), and I gave him the exact address where he has to come but he said can't come to my house to handover instead of that I need to go where is was standing to collect the Item. In that case what is the purpose of giving exact address while ordering. I called customer care for informing this and take necessrey action he also said he can't do anything. I can't accept this type of service from flipcart and I am not interested to continue with flipcart going forward, and I cancelled this item only bcz of this service

                    OD[protected], I have ordered this product on Oct 6 th 2014 . There was no response till 20th October 2014 neither the status update . I called up customer care to enquire about the status Customer care responded that product was not available and requested to cancel the order. As frustrated with response, I shouted at the customercare that how did i order product when it was not available ( have seen product available in flipkart on some days between 6th -20th October with avaliable status). customer care said they can't help and they did cancel the order. shocked with the Order status online as cancelled again I called the customer care sir we have refunded ur amount cannot help with product.I feel like cheated.how can flipkart do this kind of business.I wanted to file a cheating case with consumer forum.can anyone help please?

                      Dear Sir, Please find the below mail and request your help on the same either the Exchange or the Refund. I have Complained of the Mobile Asus Zenfone 5 A501CG Red which I brought for Rs. 8999/- on a EMI bases using my Credit Card, which I booked it on 18th Oct 2014 and the same was delivered to me on 21 Oct 2014, as the Phone has a issues of getting heated and battery is getting dried off within 4 to 5 hrs, so I have called Customer Care and requested them to help me to exchange the Phone to the company Flipkart. And this is what shocking I get to hear from the customer support team, when I got a call from the Flipkart, at 1st it was from Mr. Arun & then 2nd with Mr. Manoj, & then one more Lady were she transfer the call to Mr. Rakesh who is the Manger I suppose. Mr. Rakesh says, the same product is not available right now with them, and he will go for refund of the money, then I told him boss now which is already more than a week now, I don’t have a phone with me, so please exchange the phone and give it to me at earliest, then he said in that case I don’t know when the phone will be exchanged and delivered to you. Then I asked him, you don’t know when it will be delivered then what is the next opposition I asked him, he said we have a different colour of the Asus Zenfone 5, were as Red is not available for which you have to pay more Rs. 1000/- to get it. Then I told him why should I pay more thousand rupees to get the phone, then he said the other opposition left is, you take the refund of your money which again will take more 08 days. Then I told him if the Refund the money is taking more than 08 days, so totally I will be losing 15 days for which I have to make all the charge with the EMI to my Bank, for the mistake of FLIPKART by delivering a defaulted product, why should I, then he says this is the only opposition left you decide, we can’t help you in any way. Please need your help on the same, the FLIPKART is saying they can’t do anything more on this, were I will losing my money by paying the EMI to the bank with defaulted phone.                         I have book Microwave (LG MC2143 CB 21L) on 17th Oct-14. They have informed me that product will deliver to me at 21st Oct at 10-12 pm, but they cann't deliver that product to me on that day. So, I have talk to there Customer care center and they told me, due to festival it will take another 24 to 48 hr. Now, after that they have cancelled the order on 23rd Oct. Every thing was clear(payment). And told me very-very stupid reason that in U.P. they can't deliver product. Now, my Question is that why not they informed me earlier they can't deliver in U.P. on very last moment they told me about it. Which is really not excitable. I want action ageist them.

                          I’ve purchased an HCL ME G1 Tablet from you-Order no. OD [protected], Dt.18.08.14; delivery Dt.20.08.14;Invoice No.EDGE/14-15/5513.After usage of one and half month it turned out of order!Naturally I submitted it to an HCL Authorised Service centre.The technicians said that the PCB(Printed Circuit Board)of this device is tampered and already changed.That means Flipkart provided me a damaged repaired “second-hand” product!!And its manufacturing was too old-December, 2012.The Service Centre also denied to give me any warranty benefit. For your kind information, I am a handicapped person, unable to go for servicing repeatedly. Under this circumstances, I earnestly request you, kindly replace my HCL Me G1 Tablet as soon as possible.Hope, you will dissapoint me not.

                              My order ID is OD[protected]. I got a message from Flipkart on 21st October around 1pm that the MotoX I ordered will dispatched before 7pm that day. When I returned from office and checked, it wasn't dispatched as mentioned. When I called Mohaneshwaran, the one mentioned in the message I got irresponsible answers twice saying that delivery guy has messed up the address with another area and the other time someone else answered that the one suppose to deliver had fallen ill. When I checked with customer care the reason mentioned there by delivery person was no one was there to receive the package in my place. How could this happen! It was his fault and gave a faulty reason to the company as well. The one who took the complaint said I will receive the package on 23rd Oct before 9pm or 24th morn 10:30am at most. If I'm not getting my mobile on 24th morning, I'm planning to cancel my order and never gonna place with Flipkart again ever! I have shopped in other sites but this has never happened. Getting a message, expecting a product and then not receiving at all. Better don't send a message. Worst part I had to follow up each and every time to just hear that I will get the product the next day for past three days. I'm done shopping with this site. Even customer care people are irresponsible and not giving answers properly. Worst service you ppl have.

                                Dear sir, Order ID OD[protected] booked Motorola moto g mobile in flipkart website as on 17.10.14 and I received as on 20.10.14. At the time of inserting sim its allow only outgoing calls after this issue I contacted Motorola customers care to explain that issue. they told some procedure i done it butNow also have same problem.2. Speaker also not in clear mode. Echo developed in each and every calls.now I connected mobile to internet. I used uc browser whenever a keyboard popup a bluvish line passing continuselly. Please kindly replace the mobile.

                                  On 18th oct 2014 I have order Crocodile roller pen. The product does not meet my satisfaction. So I want to return it back. On website they are showing 30 days replacement gurantee but when I spoke to their customer care we cannot replace the product and also I cannot return the product back. They a making fool to people. I they will not reply to me I will push then to consumer court. And I mean it seriously.

THEY GAVE THE RESON FOR DELAY i.e. BECAUSE OF 6 OCT BIG BILLION DAY WHEN TRACKED MY ORDER, FROM THE BEGINNING IT IS SHOWING "Item has been confirmed by the seller" AND NOT UPDATED TILL TODAY I THINK PRODUCT NOT MIGHT BE IN STOCK. THATWHY THEY ARE PROLONGING. INDIAN GOVT MUST TAKE ACTION AGAINST FLIPKART. IF THEY FELL TO GIVE DELIVRY ON[protected] I WILL GO TO CYBER CRIME CELL BKC, MUMBAI & CONSUMER FORUM COURT

                                      195Dear Sir I have purchase a saree from flipkart.com on aug 21 2014 the order number is OD[protected]. But the quality was very poor and we returned back the same on 27 aug 2014 back to flipkart and requested for return back cash. But until today they informed us that transaction has been made to the account number we provided. But till today we are still waiting for the refund amount of Rs.1499/- This issue created us too much tension and frustration. They are not even replying properly for the request and nor the giving the contact number to talk to them in phone. Also i have provided the bank statement to them telling that i have not received the amount. But still they dint provided any proof for bank transaction. Kindly help us to get the refund amount from them.

                                        I BOUGHT AN REDMI 1S MOBILE THROUGH FLIPKART.I GOT THE DELIVERY ON 20TH OCT 2014.BUT THE MOBILE IS CAME WITH DISPLAY FAULT.BRIGHTNESS ALSO NOT WORKING AND THE SCREEN IS FLICKRING.I WANT THE REPLACEMENT OF THIS DEVICE BECAUSE IT IS NOT AN JUST SOFTWARE ISSUE ITS AN HARDWARE PROBLEM. SO KINDLY REPLACE MY HANDSET. I ENCLOSED THE COPY OF BILL WITH THIS COMPLAINT.
