I purchased a moto-e new mobile from flipkart.com site and from very begging sometime my phone gets restart by pressing power switch and sometime in between speaking to someone. Its creating too much disturbance in communication with others like that. Amit Agrawal Mobile no. [protected]

    Worst service ever. Please don't order through Flip kart ever. Shipment of items in order OD[protected] by Flipkart.com I have ordered this item in 99 Rs afterwards they change the price to 999 and cancel my order saying out of order but stock still exist in 999 Rs.I will file a lawsuit against your company for this inconvenience.I promise I will sue you for this. This is your mistake why i have to suffer for your mistake.

I received response saying my order has been placed succesfully and after 3 hours i received mail and message to my inbox saying "Your amount has been refunded".         I received the product Apple IPAD Air 16GB on 1st October... The product was technically damaged as it was not getting ON.. On lodging the complaint, i was advised to visit the Apple customer care which i did and found there is some technical problem with the product.. Also my product was shown to customers saying this is what happened when you shop online I have asked for the Refund on the same and waiting for my product to get picked .. Till now it has not moved.. Flipkart is known for quickest delivery which happened but when it comes to refunding the money, all i have been listening 4 to 5 business working days.. which are not getting over yet could you please help to resolve the and get the refund

        i got this product faulty and aseked for the the refund, against which i m just being fooled that the packet will be picked up
        Since past 10days i have been following and being assured .. but at the end of the day the only statement i get ''Sory it could not happen today and we make sure it will be done with in 24hrs''
        Is this the service flipkart provide or is this meaning of Easy Returns written as Flipkart Subtagline
        Being a customer i am literally fed up of calling, following up and hearing the same assurance and lost complete trust on Flipkart.. i am doubting now wether i would get the refund of the product

        Please do somethings against this..

          I ordered two MOTO E handsets for Rs.1500 each. My order numbers are OD[protected] and OD[protected] has been cancelled after the confirmation stage. I have attached a photo proof where my order has been cancelled after confirmation . They sent me a mail stating that there was a prize error. When they were offering products at Rs.1 and they were talking about it with pride. Now they are cheating their customers by cancelling their orders. Now they are even trying to shut the mouths of the Customers by refunding them Rs.1500. I have all the email, messages and screenshots for proof. I need my products which were ordered. Please do the needful

            I purchased one Moto e for 1500 on BIG BILLION day, later they themselves cancel it. They have this policy that there will be NO canceling and no refund on this day so why are they themselves doing this with costumer.This is cheating with consumers, they are doing publicity stunt like this to bring more traffic to them.

              Sir, I'm a flip kart customer earlier now. I changed my choice to other online site same happens for my friends too..because you are not shipping to pin :680125, 680684 which was easier for us to purchase but other sites are ready to ship to these pincodes (amazon, snapdeal, ebay) allmost all except Flipkart.So everyone is forced to buy from these site.When you shipped to 680125 we buy Why you are not shipping to irinjalakuda (pin: 680125, 680684)? This is cheating to the customer. If you don't want to give moto E @ 1500 then why u given this offer.                   I had ordered 2 pairs of catwalk flats from which one was delivered today . After my repeated calls for complain of wrong shoe size I was given no answer n asked to call after 2 hrs. I refuse to accept the delivery of my other pair of flats ordered. Since, there was no action taken after my repeated calls I would like my amount 518 rupees to be refunded back to me n I deny to accept my order placed since there is no cancellation or return option in those orders. Henceforth, I would not like to deal with flipkart nor would I lrecommend any other person.. It's really shocking and irritating . It's only about harassing customers

                  My order no is OD[protected] which has been delivered and is WRONG and the other order which now I want to cancel but I'm not getting an option to, will now not accept is OD[protected]

                  i had order the diffrent product but two times recieved the wrong order even after the replacement request.
                  i ordered powerbank of sony model no. CP-V5/BC5000 mAH but recieving CP-F5/LC. bad companyto purchase online.

I received Order confirmation mail and sms also for the same. But next day they Cancelled my order and refused to deliver the order. My Order No- OD[protected] and OD[protected] why credited rs 1500 as Flipkart Wallet. This is cheating to the customer. If you dont want to give moto E @ 1500 then why u given this offer.                         My GPU fan is not working hence Gpu Get heated and pc get shut down there is no service centre in mumbai i have 3 years warranty and its been only 1 year i m using this GPU just tell me detailed about what should i do.                           Dear Sir/Madam, There was an offer on Flipkart.com on 6/10/2014 regarding sale of Mobile Handset Motorola Moto E for Rs. 1500/- per handset. I booked 4 units of Moto E at that time and choose the cash on delivery mode for the payment. I received Order confirmation mail also for the same. But next day they Cancelled my order and refused to deliver the order. I spent my Internet Data Pack and whole day to book the Orders on Flipkart. This incurred a loss in monetary terms. Compensation money provided by Flipkart is 1500 to My Flipkart Account Wallet. I want my Ordered products to be delivered at that same price. (4 units of Moto E amounting to a total of 6000).                           had purchased a mobile from flip cart but on 6 oct review I could not read . I order the same but i want to cancellation of product but it is denied by company. What to do i have not received my goods. kindly help
                          I have submitted an order on 20th october in flipkart, on 29th october i got a message saying the order cancel request has been initiated as requested by you, but i did not even know about this, when i called customer care they are telling it has been cancelled by courier service,
                          so first the message came with order has been cancelled by me, second reason they are telling it has been cancelled by the courier service, the reason they are telling is because its a defective product, but i dont know how the courier service knows about the product is defective or not,

                          flipkart is trying to fool me with false promise, and they have cancelled my order for some reasons which i dont know and sending messages that i have cancelled my order.

                          Hi, My name is Mukesh. I reside at Silvassa. I had ordered "Nova Trendy NHT 1046 Trimmer For Men " with it on 26/01/2015; however, a very next day I got a message stating that my order has been cancelled. When I called customer service to explore a possible cause of my order being cancelled without any notifications, they literally gave me no damn reason of it and just ignored it.                               It was really dissapointing.
                              Price reduced >> Customers attracted >> reurned the orders in which margin was not there.
                              Thats what Flipkart did on that day. Its very annoying.

                                Hello, I ordered (Order No OD[protected] LG LED TV on Flip cart on 6th Oct'14 and delivery schedule was 7th oct'14 between 8AM to 10AM. Suddenly on 7thOct'14, I got a message that my delivery date has been changed and the same will be delivered on 12th Oct'14 between 6PM to 8PM. The product I ordered was to be given to someone very near to me on 9th Oct'14 on his special day. Finally I asked them to cancel the order immediately on 7th Oct. After lot of discussion, The Customer Care executive Mr Parichit told me that order has been cancelled and you will get a confirmation within one hour but nothing happened. I checked it on 8th Oct morning again, Order was still there. Then again I called Customer care and talked to Mr Regen Singh and after a discussion of 35minutes on phone, He told that he is unable to cancel the order. Then I asked him to transfer the call to your team leader and the I talked his team leader Mr. Krichitya (name may be different) and he told that you will get order status by 2 PM on 8th Oct'14. I need to purchase LED TV immediately from near market for 9th Oct but still waiting for order cancellation. If I have contact number of Binny, I have spoken to him for this fraud.                                     Hello Flipkart, I had ordered mobile device(Moto E) on Big Billion Day offer (6 oct 2014). Now you have cancelled order which is against your policy i.e. No Cancellation and No Refund. Kindly look into this matter and take required action to deliver said device as per order placed. I don't need your appreciation amount of Rs. 500. I want my ordered mobile MOTO E in Rs 1500 only.If you did not take any action regarding my order, i will take the legal action against Flipkart through consumer court. Thanks Vishal

                                      I had Ordered Philips "40PFL4958 40 inches LED TV" on The ‘Big Billion Day’ sale and received the Order ID for the same which is OD[protected]. This order was done on 6th Oct 2014 around 8.35AM but after few hours I received a message saying this particular order has been Cancelled. Right from that moment i keeping calling to Flipkart Helpdesk but couldn't get them till late evening. When I spoke with Flipkart executive they said this order is cancelled due to multiple quantity has been purchased and ended up by saying 1 customer can buy only 1 quantity (this is no where mentioned in the Flipkart terms and conditions). Now they are not ready to reopen the same order ID.
