I myself had order for in the flipkart for an item. Every day i used to get message that " We are not able to deliver due to security instability and reattempt the delivery" I was very much annoyed here. Becuase there was never an attempt of delivery not even the courier guy called me when he reached the address. Actually i ordered it to my office address and its usual that courier comes to the gate calls us and we go and collect it. I had collect few like this from flip kart and others earlier but for this order i was shocked by the way i am getting response. I called customer care, had chat sent mails everything i tried but of no use. They say we will deliver but it never happened. When they are not able to deliver they are updating wrong status for the order and we get message about it which is highly unacceptable. Please never buy

          Filpkart delivery boy, i'm not sure of his name, Phone number he used while delivering the product is [protected]. He came to deliver the product moto G 16gb mobile (order id : OD[protected]) on may19th 1:30 PM. He called to my mobile for asking address. I gave him clear idea of the address but he is not listening to my words and talking rude against me. I need some action to be taken against this guy. I'm really annoyed by his behaviour .               I have ordered A Frontech 20 Mega Pixel E-Camera Oval Webcam, order no. OD[protected] on 26th April and An HP 16GB pen drive, order no. OD[protected] on 11th May. In both cases the orders were not delivered due to un deliverable location, as explained by the company. But the courier man did not call me for the enquiry of my address although my mobile no was given. But I have given a mail from flip kart that the courier man didnot find my address. Not only that there was no obstruction at the time of selecting my payment option at my address. I have given a nice service from Flip kart earlier but in last two cases the service was totally disappointing. In this circumstances my advise is take an action so that these kind of mistakes do not occur .

When I placed the order, the website was showing 2 years warranty of the product but as I received the goods I came to know that company (Crompton Greaves) is providing only one year warranty of product. I am not satisfied with same as company (Flipkart) is showing wrong information of the product at their website just to get the attraction of customers.                     i order nokia mobile on may 9th and it was suppose to get delivered within may13th. but no traces of delivery. payment is through credit card, through EMI .i got msg from HDFC bank saying about the payment through credit card. please tell us if delivery is taking time. we will compremise about it. but dont sit like rock. waiting for your call.

                      Hello, I have placed this order#OD[protected] on May 1st with Flipkart. The delivery date as per Flipkart was May 10th. Since May 10th i have been calling the customer care of Flipkart and they ask me to wait 24 hrs daily. Finally the order reaches their courier service which is EKART LOGISTICS. I get a message that my order will be delivered on May 12th before 7pm. I contacted the courier guy thrice and he gave me different timings as he was quite busy delivering orders of others. I get a message on May 13th from EKART that the order was sent back as my phone was not reachable. I called the courier guy again and he said he was quite busy and did not even attempt to call me or deliver the order. This clearly shows that EKART is lying and making fool of the customers. Now it is May 14th, i call the courier guy again and the same promises are made again. Finally i paid up front for the order and now Flipkart has taken my money and not delivering the order. Is this kind of customer service Flipkart Maintains. If they love to fool the customers by taking their money, Flipkart should be banned immediately on account of fraud done to the public. They are taking the money from customers and not delivering the product. EKART Logistics is the worst courier company who do not care for customers.

                        With this note I would like to inform you that on the on 6th May 2014 I
                        ordered for a product and it had been delivered on same as I requested for.
                        then I requested to return and refund the item and that also has been
                        approved.


                        Since 6th May 2014 the item has not yet being picked up from my place and
                        every day I am getting a SMS that we regret to inform you that your
                        shipment could not be picked up and we are not able to reach you over
                        phone. We will reattempt the pickup tomorrow though I was available at home
                        and my contact number too.

                        Each and every day I called the your Customer
                        Care number and getting an input by today by 19:00 shipment will be picked
                        up and which never happened.

                          Hello FLIPKART,

                          I placed an order for an external hard drive worth Rs. 3899. On the last step of my transaction your website stopped working. Which resulted in Money Debited from my account but order not being placed!!!

                          YOU HAVE CAUSED SO MUCH INCONVINIENCE that its not even funny.

                          I called your "Customer Care" but they refused to help me since there was no transaction showing on their system.

                          Now tell me what should I do???

                                  i ordered a Tamaron AF 70-300 mm F/4-5.6 LD Macro for nikon DSLR reading the compatibility list stating it is compatible with Canon EOS 1100D. i ordered the same and on recieving i tried to to attach it with my camera it was not compatible. i requested for refund and i was dissapointed by seller and flipkart as they said i ordered the wrong proof, as i have all the evidence to prrove that seller updated the wrong description on filpkart site. i suffered there joke for rs 8750. , making fool out of customers

                                    OD[protected] i had ordered a wireless keyboard which when i received was not in working condition. I immediately contacted flipkart and requested them to take back the product and get me a working one. It took them 5 days to accept my request and pick up was scheduled on may 7. No one turned up for pick up, its may 8 now and still no one has come. After calling flipkart 10 times in total since i received the faulty product they are supervisors are not even willing to speak to me. I have taken two days off to sit at home and wait for the product pick up. I am tired chasing this company

                                      Hi, I ordered a mobile phone Samsung Galaxy S duos 2 and the product was defected so I ordered for a replacement, they replaced the product giving me the defected phone again. Then I ordered the replacement again but now they haven't delivered me the product.The product was supoosed to be delivered till 2nd May, 2014 and today its 08th May, 2014 the product is not yet delivered.

                                        I had ordered a camera bag, a week prior to my trip. When I entered the pin code number of my city (rajkot-360005), flipkart website said it will deliver within 2-3 working days. the order was placed on 4th may and scheduled to be delivered on 7th may...while I was tracking my consignment, I could see that the consignment has reached rajkot by 6th may morning 10 am. As flipkart had promised delivery by 7th may, I waited for a day to receive the consignment. The 7th day noon 3pm I called up the customer care to learn why the product has not yet been deliverd as I was approacihing close to my working hours. They said that the product could not be delivered because the pincode was out of delivery area.

                                        I requested if they canprovide me with the delivery courier's contact number so that I can pick up the consignment my self, they said they don't have th enumber ( ekart is part of flipkart...)

                                        Since than I have been calling the customer care and they are telling that this matte will be taken onpriority basis and the resolution will be reached by 24 hours...nothing at all has happened yet.
                                        I am really shocked to see the kind of customer support flipkart has developed...pathetically sucking.
                                        I suggest all the people reading this that do not buy from flipkart...they are going down the hill...

                                        After rigorous calling at the customer care, and not giving up on the excuses given by the customer care representative, i was able to talk to the floor manager (Team Leader i suppose) and had to explain them the situation again and again. Finally the courier guy called me up and told that the consignments were lying in his godown and I could go and pick up for my self...i have been able to get through the problem, this time at least. But the tormenting experience was quite a good sign for me to ealaise that flipkart is not the way it used to be...would think twice before doing any business with them...
                                        I face the same problem. I order mobile on 3rd feb 2015 and will reached by 16th feb-2015 to delivery place as mention in flipkart. But on 11th feb-2015 it was delivered on address place. I do not receive my product yet. And they sent me mail that thank you for purchasing online the shipment is reached to destination. How careless the flipkart.There is no any authentication regarding delivery. They are not even asked for ID proof. Totally bakwas quality and I am tottally unsatisied. Now I am going to consumer court as soon as possible. The following is the shipment details.
