Hello Flipkart Team,
I had placed an order on your Big Billion Sale Day.
The order ID was not generated at that time, after multiple attempts and calls the order ID was generated. I was assured that my order will be shipped as per promised date.
Also, your customer care executives confirmed that flipkart has received the payment.
But today morning ie 8th Oct at 10:16 am IST, I have got an SMS saying that my order has been cancelled.

Please note both Flipkart customer care and PayZippy customer care confirmed that payment was successful. Also, my Credit card company (Standard Chartered) had confirmed that the transaction was confirmed.
Also, the order details says that “ Item cancelled by you” . Please note on the The Big Billion Day, I could not have cancelled the order.
I am really frustrated as I have been calling up Flipkart again and again since 6th Oct and in the end you have cancelled the order saying cancelled by user.
I DONOT want my payment back. I want the order to be fulfilled.
