I had ordered a camera bag, a week prior to my trip. When I entered the pin code number of my city (rajkot-360005), flipkart
website said it will deliver within 2-3 working days. the order was placed on 4th may and scheduled to be delivered on 7th may...while I was tracking my consignment, I could see that the consignment has reached rajkot by 6th may morning 10 am. As flipkart
had promised delivery by 7th may, I waited for a day to receive the consignment. The 7th day noon 3pm I called up the customer care to learn why the product has not yet been deliverd as I was approacihing close to my working hours. They said that the product could not be delivered because the pincode was out of delivery area.
I requested if they canprovide me with the delivery courier's contact number so that I can pick up the consignment my self, they said they don't have th enumber ( ekart is part of flipkart
Since than I have been calling the customer care and they are telling that this matte will be taken onpriority basis and the resolution will be reached by 24 hours...nothing at all has happened yet.
I am really shocked to see the kind of customer support flipkart
has developed...pathetically sucking.
I suggest all the people reading this that do not buy from flipkart
...they are going down the hill...
