Yesterday on october 07, we had booked two motorola E mobile for 1500 each which was the special prize ahown on your site.As per the advertisment only we had booked the same and the amount worths rs 3000 has also been taken by you.Now, we got informed from your office that, the message was a fault message and you could not deliver the booked item.You cheated us and insulted a lot.

What we can do? if they will give more offer then we are going to buy only...

    Hi, I have placed the following order : OD[protected] It was on the "BigBillionDay" offer. I booked two Moto E phones. RS 1500 each as seen on flipkart. I paid Rs 3000 using my credit card by 4:36PM. The order was accepted any my money was paid in whole.I was literately happy with the flipkart deal then. Later on the same day by 10:34Pm I received an SMS stating that your order is cancelled and the sum of RS 1500 will be transferred back to the credit card. I checked flipkart site and found that my Black - Moto E was cancelled. By 11:36PM received another SMS stating that my order has been cancelled and Rs 500 will be added to the flipkart wallet. This time I found that white- Moto E was also cancelled. Today I have received an applogy mail from flipkart saying that the order was not processed due to "Price Error". This is not an apology but saying that we have created hype and fooled the customers. 1. I have paid a sum of Rs 3000. I have been shown that Rs 1500 will be sent to the credit card and Rs 500 to my wallet. What happened to RS 1000 ???? 2. Did I approve to transfer my money to Flipkart wallet? 3. Why was my order cancelled? The BigDay offer was making me happy only for some time. Is this the flipkart way of dealing with customers and their hard earned money? I feel a sense of cheating...!!!         My order ID OD[protected] I booked two orders for Moto E on billion day offer the order got approved and i receive confirmation mail also. But on next day i receive a message my order has been cancelled. When i ask customer care they simply replied Bulk order we not processed that is our policy. In ordering stage they mention nothing about this. Is 4 qty is bulk one. if it is their policy during ordering stage they need to block. I am ordering for my friends, now the offer is closed i dont know how can i say this. if i say no they book through another one. Flipkart make me in trouble. I want to do something against this. Please advice what further step i need to take in this issue.

          Through order No : WSRP[protected] We received Moto G 2nd Gen. From the Beginning itself charger was not working and Handset getting more Heat. Regarding this I sent a complaint on 30th september. After that from flipkart Mr.Shyad spoke to me on 1st October and said that to go for restore factory settings after take Backup then the Problem will clear. I've done the same thing but the same problem continues. Hence you please replace the entire product (Cell No: [protected])

            I booked one Puma Sport Shoes of Rs 2274/- by thinking that I will get the best deal, but when I opened flipkart today its prices comes down. Now its price is showing Rs 2099/- The order number is OD[protected] I will not recommend to anyone to buy from Flipkart.

And when I am opened the Flipkart today dated 8th Oct 2014 it's price decreases to Rs. 1, 679. The order number is OD[protected] I will not recommend to anyone to buy from Flipkart.
            This is open cheating with the customers.
            Very bad experience by buying from Flipkart. I will never recommend anyone to buy any product from Flipkart

              Hi Team I am very disappointed with the practises adopted by Flipkart on the billion day . I bought HP laptop which was priced at Rs. 25, 590 with the special discount reducing it to Rs. 21, 990.I although kept a watch on the prices latter on as well. Today the same laptop HP 15 g049au is being sold at Rs.25, 624 which states that the price of the same is 1, 00, 000 and is available at 74% discount. I am in a fix as the price should be Rs.25, 590 . It is disappointing to find that Flipkart practises unfair trade at the cost of customer. I will not recommend anyone to purchase from Flipkart as it has ruined its image itself.

                Hi, I have placed an Order (Order No: OD[protected] for Moto E and the order was successfully placed and got a confirmation mail that product will be delivered by 15-Oct-2014. Later during mid night i go an SMS and Email stating that my order was cancelled. How can they cancel the order without my knowledge?? I got another SMS stating that 500rs will be added to my flipkart wallet to shop from WS retail. I dont want this 500 rs and all, i want my order must to be approved and delivered to me on time. With big names (Big Billion Day) Flipkart is trying to cheat its customers. This is not fair. Ban this company!!! Hope raising complain here will mean something. :)

                  Dear, I had purchased Moto-e, delivered on 21st Sep'14, On 19th I, was in BBSR for my service work, as I was out of kolkata I, Used Moto-e 1st Oct .It is that which Your Customer not believing and this is my first time online shopping from Flipkart. On 1st Oct I, made call but CC([protected]) but your system have problem so CC told me that Please call me afterwards... I got CC on 2nd Oct. Now after 2nd times returned the replacement of Moto-e, because it have some crack on the display. Now sir please help me it is not the questing of Rs.6999 it is my 1st entry in Flipkart.                     Hi I made a order from flipkart on so called big billion day The order was for converse shoes 2 quantity and the total charges were 1530 INR. I got an email statkng one part of my shippement is dispatch and i'll get it soon and next day(7th oct) delivery boy came and told me i ve a packet and it has one shoes and asked mento pay him 1530 INR which was meant to be for two shoes not for one. So i asked him to check about the second shoes only than I'll give the money to them. He called some in office and they told him that the order is with some one else when he called them they said the packet he has is the complete packet for my order(two shoes) inside the same small packet. I was shocked because the delivery just told me that he has one packet only and some one on the phone confirmed that the other one is with some other people So i just asked him to open the packet first as i need to check it first He refused to do that and called some one and they did the same. I feel this was harrasement to the customer. You asked for the customers to place an order or Such big sale day and then you deliver the product like this and if i m unsure about some thing I'll not pay for it until and unless I've checked it. If you have a return policy you can open the packet for the assurance and if you are sured that both the shoes are there..why can't you simply open it. I've ordered it so I'll surely pay for that. This is complete harassment and i need this to be compensate by the team of flipkart. Regards Akash goyal [protected]

                          I got a Moto E phone in Flipkart's Big Billion day offer. The order got confirmed and I received email and sms also. But late at night the order got cancelled with a refund of 500 INR in my flipkart wallet. This is cheating. With big terms like "Big Billion Day" Flipkart is fooling around the customers. I want my Moto E, not the 500 INR.
                          They are doing the same for all the customers where they are not getting the profit. Even they cancelled my order later.

                          This is what they are getting the comments. They will lose many customer because of this big day sale and making fool of people.

                            Flipkart cheating customers, I have order Moto E mobile from flipkart on 06 Oct 2014 at 4.30pm. They accept my order, but at late night they automatically cancel my order. how can they do it without get permission from customer. This is highly cheating to customers. So i want my product with same quality and price. Please do needful.

                                Flipkart Order No : OD[protected] Dear All, I booked a Sony LED TV yesterday at Flipkart during the BigBillionDay sale. After exchange and discounts the TV was priced at INR 33, 430. The order was confirmed, however Flipkart cancelled my order and increased the price. Here is the series of events 1) The order was confirmed and my credit card account was debited. The delivery date was also confirmed. 2) An hour later without giving any reason the order was cancelled. I checked immediately and saw that the TV was still available online but Flipkart had now increased the price to INR 40, 900 from INR 37, 000!!! 3) Then last night I get a message from Flipkart team on my Facebook post saying that they will make sure the experience is not hindered and that a resolution will be offered. 4) Then I get two sms's early early morning today saying that my specific TV order is received and is being processed!! 5) Now I check online and the order still shows cancelled!!! Why was the order confirmed if it was not true? How come the price of the TV was increases all of a sudden? Why was I sent two sms's this morning after this fiasco saying that my order is being processed???

                                  I have ordered Hush Puppy Shoes on dated on 2nd Oct 2014. Order ID: OD[protected] Items) Seller: WS Retail Review Seller Order Date: 2 October, 2014 5:38 PM I got my order on dated 06/10/2014 and money is deducted from my credit card and i got message in my mobile after waiting 30 mins in front of my office main gate. Flipkart delivery boy called me after 1 hour told that my transaction is fail then i have replied that i will check my credit card and let you know. Now My trauma started when i have got the call from flipkart delivery boy at least 15 call from different number and harassing me in different way. I have clearly told, please give me 2 days time to check my Credit card bill then surely i will pay money if transaction fail for my order. I was in office and many meeting and work, i have traumatized by flipkart boy so much that i am disturb whole days and night too.                                       During big billion day sale on 6th Oct 2014 Flipkart was offering MotoE mobile for Rs. 1500/-. I had ordered this phone and my order was confirmed with order number OD[protected]. But later flipkart had cancelled this order by themselves with the reason that its pricing was wrong. This is clear cut cheating done by flipkart by giving fake offers and created inconvenience for lot of customers. I have a group of people with me who where the victims of this fake play by Flipkart. I want to know whether we can take any legal action against Flipkart for cheating customers like this and wasting lot of our time and effort. Thanks. Please suggest us the solution what can we do about this fraud. I have spend 3000 rs/- . They will refund the amound on October 17. may be they cheated around 1000 consumers means they have had 1500000rs/- of our money in their pocket. They will refund this after 10-15 days means what that means????? This is biggest fraud action by flipkart..

                                        On 6th October, "The Big Billion Day", I placed only one order on Flipkart for "Sony BRAVIA KDL-32W700B 32 inches LED TV" (Quantity '1') and the transaction went successful and amount was paid to Flipkart from the bank payment gateway. Attached is the screen shot. Also I got order confirmation email from Flipkart, as attached screenshot. The order number is OD[protected] and was placed at 9:55AM, 06 October 2014. After 45 mins, the order status was changed by Flipkart to 'Cancelled' and I got an email from Flipkart stating the reason as below : "Greetings from Flipkart.com! Thank you for your order OD[protected] . You made an excellent choice by deciding to purchase one of the top selling products on Flipkart. However, due to high demand for this item and in order to provide all customers an equal opportunity to avail this great deal we had to cancel the following items in your Order. ITEM - Sony BRAVIA KDL-32W700B 32 inches LED TV QTY - 1 PRICE/UNIT - Rs. 44900.00 Seller: WS Retail The amount of Rs. 28400.00 will be refunded back to your bank account/card by Tuesday, 14 Oct'14." - Attached is the email screenshot. This is ridiculous from Flipkart as I placed only 1 order for only 1 item from Flipkar, there is no point of saying that Flipkart want to give opportunity to every customer, as I am also one of them. After that I raised a ticker on Flipkart to deliver me the product for which I paid instead of cancelling the order with such non-sense reason. However, inadvertently, inspite of numerous quality checks, an error occurs and our dedicated technical team is notified immediately to sort it. I understand that we’ll be unable to make up for the inconvenience that was caused and your valuable time spent.And once again, I request your pardon for the unforeseen circumstances caused this time and it was never our expectation, we will sort things for you.I request your kind cooperation and patience in this regard. Regards, Kavya G Customer Support Response received from Seller: WS Retail" So, if Flipkart have accepted the amount and completed the transaction, gave me the Order Id then whatever issue Flipkart have at their end, they can not cancel the order which was already confirmed. Flipkart is now having my money till it will be refunded to my credit card again. I want Flipkart to confirm my auto cancelled order and to apologies for this act. This is really very disappointing and cheat act from Flipkart.
