I placed an order for the Moto E handset. The phone was available for Rs.1500 which was obviously a mistake from Flipkart's side. The order was understandably cancelled, although the refund provided by Flipkart was unfair. The refund provided was Rs.500. This is unacceptable to the customer. Flipkart has made a mistake and should either provide the full amount paid in a refund or should in an alternative, send the phone for which the money was paid. The management from Flipkart's side has been horrible. Please resolve the surprisingly large number of bugs in the site.

      On this much hyped "Big Billion Day" on Flipkart, I placed a successful order (OD[protected] and for some time I was feeling "Lucky", however, in around 6 hours, I got message/mail from Flipkart saying order is cancelled, sorry for inconvinience. What A SHAME!!! how can they claim being number 1 online shopping site and if they cant handle the pressure of orders, why they keep such "Big Billion Day" event? Most funny thing about this big bilion day was that orders can not be cancelled or refunded by customer ... and flipkart did the same... Very disappointed... Online Shopping india still...[censored]s.. plzzz plzzz dont purchase any product from flipkart.com, tell it to all ur frnds & family plz avoid FLIPKART... its good for nothing site. I will spread this in Facebook and all other networking sites..

        Today I ordered a mobile Moto E MRP: 6999. Its offer price was Rs 1500. The order had been placed and I had received confirmation sms notification regarding the same. But at 9.14PM the order got automatically cancelled with no proper explanation what so ever. This should be purely considered as Breach of Contract !         I had ordered a ScanDisk MicroSD Card from Flipkart having order Id [protected]. The order got automatically cancelled after few hours but I never got my money back. The flipkart customer care executive told that the amount was refunded to my wallet of flipkart account and some order of books was placed again. The most irritating part is that I never placed that order of books. Now when I call them again they just keep transferring my call from one executive to other and I still don't have my refunded amount. Please take the required action as soon as possible.
        I had ordered ScanDisk MicroSD Card having order no - OD[protected]. After few hours my order got automatically cancelled and the amount was never refunded to my flipkart account. When I talked to their customer care executive, he told me that the ammount was refunded to my Wallet account and some order for books was placed again. The most disturbing part is that the order of books was also not placed by me. I am unable to understand how can Flipkart make same mistake twice and not even correct it. I am tired of calling their customer care, they just keep transferring calls and never provide the solution. I am still not able to get my money refunded. Please take some required action soon.
        I ordered for two ASUS Fonepad separately and one of my order was automatically cancelled.

        Yesterday n8 i ordered HTC desire 620G thorough Net banking .order cost 12000 in. Ever thing i gave perfect but in final stage my order automatically cancelled, i don't know what happen that time...when flipkart refund my money...till now i will not my money

        they are telling me to provide equal opportunity to all customers but what about my opportunity, I have struggled and managed to buy it, why my order has been cancelled for no reasons.
        I had ordered Lenovo K3 Note through Flipkart's flash sale on 22nd July. Few minutes after my order was placed and payment done, my order got automatically cancelled by flipkart

        After complaining on the helpline number, I am told that this is due to "technical glitch" and I need to book fresh order.

        This phone is available in flash sale only. I was not successful in booking phone in previous 2 flash sales, and in the third one, I could book this. I cannot wait to take my chance on every flash sale, and subsequently hope that this technical glitch does not happen.

        Even after pursuing this multiple times with flipkart call center executive, as well as through emails on [protected]@flipkart, this issue is not resolved.

        I ordered a mobile LENOVO K3 NOTE two times. The order had been placed and I had received confirmation sms notification regarding the same. But within a seconds both the time the order got automatically cancelled with no proper explanation what so ever. After first order cancellation i talked with costumer care and placed second order for the same with their end consultation and promise that the same thing will not happen. This should be purely considered as Breach of Contract !
        Flip kart is playing with costumers: time, money and emotions as well.
        the costumer care has promise to arrange call back, but no way, no answer and no explaination.
        i am waiting for my refund in my account.

        I ordered lenovo a6000plus the new mobile its been 3 days since i orfered it and today i see my order has been cancelled wtf what is it flipkart thnk god i didnt pay u via debit card nor my money could have been stuck like others ...

        I have ordered on big billion day and felt happy that i got confirmation too. And don't know suddenly got messages and mails its cancelled. Its very bad that flip kart cancelled my all orders almost Rs 60000/- which i purchased through my credit card.

        I have only one question who will pay my credit card financial charges for late payment when flip-kart paying back after my billing date. Really this is ridiculous and big fault from flip kart side.

        This is not at all fare, flip-kart is cheating customers.

        I placed order Samsung Galaxy on7, 5 times since this morning, all day and night long, kept calling the service center and they say, its because of high demand so needs to have fresh order. seriously flipkart is not very systematic and organised company, I thought it was my mistake somehow but Clearly not. I mean if they just have to cancel the order, why to even show the product on available menu, and why even receive the payment? when you're just going to cancel our order yourself, we invest whole day to order the god damned phone and you just play with our time and money.

        i had ordered 2 APPLE I PHONE, one was i phone 6s rose gold 16 gb(order id :OD[protected] and another was i phone 5s gold 64 gb (order id[protected], date d on 12 th march with the seller AFV next day i.e on 13 th march i got a mail and a txt msg stating that apple i phone 6s rose gold was cancelled .i simply called flipkart team, asking for the reason they reverted that since becoz the price at which i had placed the order for i phone 6s rose gold was wrongly reflected at the website, due to technical error . so the seller had cancellled the order . no issues after that i made a several call to flipkart team for urgent delivery of my another product . but as mentioned it was to be dispatched on 16 th march . but when the time came for the dispatch . i simply got a mail and txt at 9 pm on 16 th march (after 4 days almost placing my order) which states " your order has been cancelled due to unavailibility of the product with the seller )and this time again the same seller (AFV).I CALLED THE FLIPKART team asking the reason, they told its not available with the seller so its cancelled.and since its repeated from a seller, they will BLACKLIST the seller . and i have to place a fresh order .
        NOW the most important thing is we trust on FLIPKART, not the seller when the product was not in stock, how can it be reflected at the same price for 2 days almost from the end of seller and flipkart .
        for ecommerce ? its a blind business completely, trust is the only factor .? customer satisfaction is also important .but in these case nothing proved .very sorry to say all this challenges that i had faced from FLIPKART

        I ordered a MOTO X Play mobile with order number OD[protected]. After few hours of payment i got a message saying that my order got cancelled.
        I called on customer care service and in return i got a reply that i did not pick up verification call and hence they cancelled my order.
        However, i have not received any call for the verification.
        FLIPKART is surely cheating their customers.

        I have ordered one laptop from flipkart and paid the full amount through debit card on the very next day itself i cancelled the order but have not received the amount.         I ordered a VU 65 inch TV on 25/12/2016 and the product was shipped on the same day and the delivery date is today. I made the complete payment through my credit card. Today I received a message stating that the order has been cancelled by the seller. How can they cancel the product while the product is on the way to my place with out any intimation.

          This time a worst experience with Flipkart.

          I have ordered "American Tourister X Bag" and "Retina RTC16 Car Neck Pillow" during an offer period.

          I received "Retina RTC16 Car Neck Pillow" correctly. But flipkart has cancelled "American Tourister X Bag" due to incomplete address. Flipkart is asking me to do a fresh order in higher price.
          Tell me a single reason why I need to do a fresh order by making some loss in my end.
          It was not my fault. If the address is incomplete then how come the orther item got delivered.

          Courier person did not call me a single time. I called up them and they were ready to skip it. But in mean time Flipkart has cancelled the order.

          I need the item in same price which I have ordered earlier. Or else I will log complaint in consumer forum.

            I just received a message on my cell phone that I have ordered a Moto G second gen phone! But I havent ordered any! I believe it was a hoax order!!! This is my order no - OD[protected] I cannot cancel the order as they have some big billion day thingy! It is a COD order. How can I cancel it? I tried contacting their customer care but in vain. Someone pls suggest

            It's ok don't worry . . . .when the guy come at your home . .tell him you didn't place this order and you don't want this nothing much worried about that . . . Because it's COD . . Means cash on delivery . . . So that's fine

              I have placed an order for television on flipkart and they showed that this TV could be shipped to my location. After successfully placing the order and making full payment Flipkart cancelled the order automatically without my permission. The reason I say they cancelled my order is because their policy is that customer cannot cancel the order. They did not bother to pick up my calls or reply to my emails. On top of that they will take full 8 days to refund my money. This is also not the case of out of stock product as they increased the price of the product again by 5-6K and put it up on their website. They purposefully cancelled my order because i got it in the deal. So, then again after talking to customer care they told me to place the order again.

                    Whom So Ever It May Concern, Dear Sir, I have ordered one MotoE phone through flipkart without knowing the fraud and defective product sale through flipkart. I got the product after opening it, I had a big shock, the product was defective and back cover was not fitting. I raised a complaint but they said back cover will be sent separately, I got back cover again that was not fitting. I called the customer care, but those guys were ridiculous.. no customer orientation. I am literally disappointed and I want my money back. Since I dont want any product from FlipKart now.                       Hi, I have placed the following 2 orders in the morning and payment has already been done through credit card:- 1. Sony BRAVIA KDL-32W700B 32 inches LED TV Order id:- OD[protected] Amount Paid: Rs. 29900 through Credit card 2. LG MC2883SMP 28 L Convection Microwave Oven Order ID: OD[protected] Amount Paid: Rs. 12990 through Credit card After paying the above said amounts I didn't get any confirmation SMS or email but amount has been debited from my card. When I enquired, customer care told me that my orders have been kept ON HOLD. They told me that I will get any confirmation call soon but its almost end of the day and no call till now. he was not able to answer me properly when I asked reason for keeping ON HOLD. By the way why a confirmation call is needed if amount is already paid to them. Also my order have been wiped out from the orders list and customer care said he don't know. FlipKart delivery team please look into this. Kindly deliver the products on time to the customers and train your customer support team further to resolve our queries. Regards, Ankit Jain

                        I have placed an order for television on flipkart and they showed that this TV could be shipped to my location. After successfully placing the order and making full payment Flipkart cancelled the order automatically without my permission. The reason I say they cancelled my order is because their policy is that customer cannot cancel the order. They did not bother to pick up my calls or reply to my emails. On top of that they will take full 8 days to refund my money. This is also not the case of out of stock product as they increased the price of the product again by 5-6K and put it up on their website. They purposefully cancelled my order because i got it in the deal. So, then again after talking to customer care they told me to place the order again. I did the same and again flipkart has debited the money and not given me any confirmation if my order will be fulfilled or not. I am now stuck with huge credit card bill which I have to pay in 5 days and Flipkart won't refund my money before 8-10 days. I am also attaching proof of the same. What a full load of cow dung this company is !!!

                          I made a payment an amount of 19998 through SBT & AXIS debit cards ending 7111 at 11:23:39AM to buy two asus zenfone 5.Even though amount got debited from debit card, order was not placed. Tried reaching your customer care number but it is not working today. It was really a poor poor service from your side. Request to reach me as soon as possible.Please check on this and revert me back so that i can order again if order is not successful. Also suggest on the refund as the amount is already debited.As per the message received from SBT: Rs.9999 was spent on your SBT Bank DEBIT Card ending 7111 on[protected], 11:25:02AM through mobile number [protected] pls reply

                            I ordered MOTO E this morning at 10:04 A.M. Payment done successfully. Money debited from my HDFC credit card. Received message from HDFC that Rs. 5499 spent on MOTO E for merchant Flipkart at 10:04 AM. On the other hand, order ID not generated, order is not shown at all on "my orders" tab. Flipkart customer care call is getting disconnected automatically. Mailed twice to CC though no replies yet. Please resolve the issue at the earliest so that I come to know that do I have to order again or not. Feeling helpless because of Big Billion policy of *No cancellations *No Refund.                               Today I placed an order on Flip kart of Rs. 3710 and bought hair styler, three books and micro sd 4gb external card and two mobile covers. After payment was transacted from my debit card I waited for order to be generated but did not receive any msg on my number [protected] or email on i.d en.[protected]@gmail.com. I tried to track my order for a long time, after about two hours my order was cleaned and it kept saying I havn't shopped or purchased from Flip kart. Please process my order immediately or provide refund. I am very angry and dissappointed by this poor Flip kart experience. Please look into my complaint immediately and process my order without further hassles. My name is Aditi Pal...please do contact me immediately regarding the refund so that I can place a new order or process my old order.

                                order placed but not showing in order history

                                Address: Bokaro, Jharkhand

                                Order placed for red I 1s and Asus zenfone 5. The amount was deducted an orders displayed in order history but after sometime the 02 items i.e. 1 redmi 1s and 1 asus zenfone dissappeared from order history. Do not know whether item will be delivered or not. Customer care no not responding. Clueless what to do....

                                  To whomsoever it may concern, This is regarding an order I placed with flipkart this morning. The website displayed an error stating that my transaction failed. I double checked my order summary to ensure that the order was not placed, which was the case. I then placed the order again following which I was shocked to see that flipkart placed two orders for the same product! The product is worth almost Rs. 20, 000 which I definitely cannot afford to spend more than once because of a flaw in your website.                                     I bought a Harry Potter Box set containing all 7 harry potter books today in the afternoon for RS.1200 and accordingly it showed on my order history but now it looks like my order history has been wiped clean. I can't even see my previous orders. I would like an explanation regarding the matter.
