      Hi, I have placed an Order (Order No: OD[protected] for Moto E and the order was successfully placed and got a confirmation mail that product will be delivered by 16-Oct-2014. At 10:03PM i go an SMS and Email stating that my order was cancelled. How can they cancel the order without my knowledge?? I got another SMS at 11:03PM stating that 500rs will be added to my flipkart wallet to shop from WS retail. I dont want this 500 rs and all i want is my order to be approved and delivered to me on time. With big names (Big Billion Day) Flipkart is trying to cheat its customers.         Hi My Name is narayan, and would like to bring it to your kind notice that, i have ordered a product through flipkart via there mega sale, and yes the deal received was good under the sale and not even waiting for a minute i ordered that. but later i received a msg late at night saying the order is auto cancelled by the seller. i need a explaination, when i orderred the product it was available, so how they can cancel a successful order, what they want publicity demand. hell to them. narayan

            What the hell you guys doing by cancelling successfull placed orders. 1st company in world who r buying disrespect for themselves by paying their loyal consumers the cancellation refund. Big Billion Day will be not yours if consumers turns around then Billion People will bring your company down as said "Customer is King".               I have purchased moto e for 1500 as give as an offer my order has been placed successfully and my money is debited at 4 PM i got mail and msg to my phone regarding the order success ...now at 10 : 30 PM i got a msg saying that your order has been cancelled..i called to customer care asking the reason they are not giving any proper answer and disconnecting my phone..order numbers "OD[protected]" & "OD[protected]" I have saved all screenshots, mails & msgs.

                  I ordered MOTO-E on The Big Billion Day and i got the conformation mail in the Evening. here i have attached the conformation mail with this and my order id is OD[protected]. At any cost i want my product MOTO-E. i talked with the customer care, he suggested me to mail to you. I don't want any offer or cash-back amount. From the morning, i surfed flip-kart and placed the order. at the end of the day i got nothing. i wasted my whole day for this. i have a screenshot for the placed order. please conform my order and give me my product. i eagerly waiting for the your product .

                    Had ordered Moto E Mobile by Order number - OD[protected] under Flipkart's much advertised Big Billion Day sale on 6th Oct'14. The scheme clearly mentioned that this order cannot get cancelled, nor had I requested for this cancellation. As part of the deal, I got 79% discount on list price of R 6999/- and placed the order at R 1500/-. But Flipkart canceled the order and offered me R 500/- 3 hours back claiming this as technical issues. Flipkart is trying to market products at higher price, which is hoax and inappropriate trade practice. I want the order to be shipped across by Flipkart without fail as product is well in stock and on sale on the Flipkart portal. Please support to resolve this issue.                           I placed an order for moto e at an offer price of 1500rs. But at 10pm they cancelled my order with out any explanation. They credited 500 rs as compensation. I don't want compensation and want that phone. They should try to honour the deals that they give. This is best eg of poor management and violation of Ethical Business practice.

                                        Today I ordered a Moto E handset for Rs1, 500 on flipkart at 4 30 PM.The order was conformed and i received a sms and a mail stating the same.There was an other mail at 10:40 PM stating that the order was cancelled and they added Rs 500 to my wallet to purchase other items from flipkart. The company is fooling people with its lucrative deals, if the deal was a mistake then the compensation provided is very less for an order of Rs 1500.
