Team, Flip kart company is very bad with their customer care service. They are pressurizing customers for taking replacements with electronics products, rather than helping them with refund / exchange. Please don't buy anything from this site.

      As per your confirmation on call and on email as well on 22nd sep that my issue would resolve till 26th sep, 2014. However, one of your executive mr. Rahim commit me that i will get call from your technical support team within 48 hrs, after 48 hrs i haven't get any single call or email from your side, then i called your support team again and that time mr. Ali commit me to wait for next 24 hrs. Even both of them assured me that either i will get refund or replacement. Now already 72 hrs. Are completed and i again haven't got any call. It seems that you are not bother about your customers. Its my very bad experience with flipkart.

      For your reference i am attaching one file on which i want clarification??? Because firstly my issue had been resolving on 26th sep now its extended to 28th sep as confirmed today by mr. Ridhvik. Kindly check it and its really very very pathetic experience on buying product from flipkart.

      Mr. Tippu arfath: i would like to tell you that after doing all these i called your customer support as i am not an uneducated person.
      Inspite of sending all these silly emails you have to call the customer. Don't send these copy paste emails to me. As per your copy paste email we can't do anything in this product, so its your responsibility to refund my money. Even your executive didn't gave me escalation email id.

        DEAR SIR I HAVE PURCHACED THE MOTO G 16GB MOBILE IN THE DATE OF JULY 17TH, ON SEPTEMBER 12 IT HAS A SIM 2 DISABLE PROBLEM FOUND. I ASKED FOR THE SERVICE CENTER NEAR TO MY PLACE THE FLIPKART CUSTOMER CARE CONVEYED THE XPLUS COMUNICATION TRICHY.           I have ordered reddim1st i got confirmation from flipkart phone has been added to your cart, but webpage was giving error got screen shot's notified same to flip kart and they said there is techical glitch and flipkart is working on it Hence I have called Customer support on 23rd around 2.30 pm I was told to send an email with screen shots to [protected]@flipkart.com so that concern team can assist you and request to try around 4.30 pm again I got same error hence I had to call customer support around 4.30 PM and I was told there is some technical fault hence they are working on it and requested to check around 5.30 pm and I was told that I will get the phone for sure it error on flipkart side. 2) Around 5.30 PM I got same error and again I have called helpdesk number and spoke with executive I was told that there is technical glitch on flipkart side hence orders could not be processed and requested to check around 7 PM. “And was repeatedly told this is flipkart fault you will get the phone”. 3) When same error repeated around 7 Pm again same thing when I called customer support I was told to check at 9 pm, from 9 pm they told 11 pm as lines would be closed at 1 pm, and was told there is some technical fault at flipkart side. 4) Till yesterday I had have made around 22 calls until yesterday I had word with customer support member Rahul and later on when I requested he transfer me to his supervisor shabaz alikhan around 8.45 pm on 24th September. 5) 25th 3.15 PM called flipkart cs team Curooj transfered to Nithin and transfered to Senior Deepankar after listing all things Deepankar updated 40000 Product where there out of that 9 thousand people had problem deepankar will moving to technical team he will arrange call until 9 pm today. But till now no proper response from Flipkart if there is error from flipkart team should give compensation to customer rahul.[protected]@gmail.com ph [protected]

            I have not got the refund from flipkart, they said the already did... but i have not got the refund in bank account... i went to bank they were unable to track the regarding refernce no flipkart gave.. flipkart says they have initiated the refund on 21-sept-2014.. but till today i have not receievd any refund amount... Order ID: OD[protected] Reference Number:[protected] the flipkart gave reference id - 75503724234004675987118.. but they are unable to track the transaction... flipkart openly frauded me... refunded amnout is 6700 rupees. please help me in this regard

            i requested to cancel the order on 16 sep.
            they told me within 8 working days 12999/- price of moto g mobile will be refunded.
            but till date amount is not refunded.
            the flipkart company is playing with the sentiment of their customers.

            I ordered moto e 2nd gen on 15th May, Received the product by 22nd may. Found speaker problem, contacted flipkart, they changed my phone on 10th june. It means approx 15 days, The 2nd phone i got also has receiver problem, i contacted flipkart they said that they will refund my money, till date no updates.
            Its going to be a month since i paid them.
            I&#039;m feeling uncomfortable as 7000 is a big amount.

                  I had purchased a product(samsung galaxy tab3 flipcover) from flipkart and upon delivery only i found that it will not suit my phone. I tried to call flipkart and told them that the item is not suiting my device and requested them to replace the item with the right one. I also told them that i am ready to pay the difference in amount for the new item. But they simply denied it and told me to use the one which is delivered. This is like locking me i a dead loop where my right to buy the right product is denied. Please help in this case. Flipkart cheated me...

                    i have purchased moto g second generation bearing order no.OD[protected] on 13th of september 2014 everything went right and on 21 st of september 2014 the charger stopped working i immediately brought it to the notice of flipkart.They took the complaint and said me that the problem wiil be resolved by 25th of september 2014 lateron on 24th september a lady from flipkart called me up and provided an option that they dont have the chargers of the moto g second generation and said they would give 500 rs in my wallet as a TOA.First i accepted the offer and later denied it.Then they told me that the problem shall be resolved by 26th of this month and today when i called them up they were telling itwill be solved by 27th of thismonth like this way they have been prolonging the service .

                      I have purchased HP.SLATE 7’’ TAB for a sum of Rs.12, 899/- through FLIP KART online by using SBI DEBIT CARD on 17.8.2014. While me aware that an offer 10% discount was announced for the said product purchase in between 13.8.2014 to 19.8.2014. Also they assured with in 17.9.2014 10% discount which to be credited into my bank account. But they have not to do the same. So I said a complaint before the customer care on 18.9.2014 and 24.9.2014. Subsequent to that they gave an unsuitable reply on 22.9.2014, where they deputed that the said offer was ended on 4.9.2014 alone. Initially they offer announced between 13.8.2014 to 19.8.2014 and now on their reply the offer was ended on 4.9.2014. So they misuse the SBI name.                         My name is Yashwant Ghale. I'd been looking forward to the release of the 'Dragon Age Inquisition PC' for a very long time. Being a regular customer of Flipkart's I naturally assumed you would have it available for pre order as you do with most games. The desired product seemed available on many other platforms besides the PC for a brief period of time around two months back. It was removed afterwards. My concern is that, even with the assurances from Flipkart's executives, I will not be able to acquire the pre order version of this product that comes with certain offers in time. I hope you understand this from my (a customer's) point of view that it's not a trivial matter. I have reasons quite urgent and I would look for another way to obtain the product if you please make it clear to me if the product will or will not be available for pre order for the PC before it's official release.

                          i bought redmi 1s 10 days back. There are so many problems are there 1.when i on mobile data, it is not starting. when i restart the phone then after it is working. i got this issue 4 times. 2. when i capturing photos camera automatically stopping. so many times i got this issue. 3. when i watching camera gallery images then automatically closing all apps. 4. when i listening music and open another app or when i got message then music automatically stopping and not starting and closing. 5.when i listening music or playing game or talking phone is over heating.                             I have bought a Moto G on 25th August and when the phone was delivered to me, it had a black vertical line appearing on the screen. I called Flip kart customer care and reported the issue the very next day. They told me to reboot my phone and check if the line still appears. I did the necessary and still it did not helped. I called them again n I was told that I will get a call with a solution as Moto G was not in stock. Till date I have called them 'N' number of times and the only solution I get is "Our concern team will check and reach out to you". Sorry to say, I have only received messages where the solution date is getting extended, nothing else. No calls from the "CONCERNED TEAM". Do we really have a concerned team at Flip kart? I want my money back incase Flip kart cannot provide replacement for a phone. If I am not getting a proper solution for this, I will make sure that I do not buy any products from Flip kart henceforth and will also suggest the same to my family members. Please look into this as this gets really disappointing for a customer to call for such things so many times.

                              REALLY VERY DISAPPOINTED I ordered Mot G 2nd generation, just day after launch day I.e 7th sept. I got deleivery by 10th sept.. the phone is full of problems, sometimes touch not working, speaker problem and random power off, , I requested for replacement, I got my product again on 23th sept there is severe problem. phone is not turning on its blank, not reacting even on charging, really disappointed.. m complainting from day before yesterday.. but still no response from their side, they always do same reply "please bear with us" atleast they shud satify their constumers.. disgusting it is.. they just rob ppl and their HARD EARNED money..                                   Firstly I am left ashamed of being able to fulfill a promise made to my friend as it was a birthday gift for her. Second I had to spend some extra bucks to give her another gift. Third they didn't post any further tracking details until 22/09/2014 which is Insane. Fourth there is really not much action taken till I had to go ahead and make some tweets. Fifth there is nothing(information) exceptional that their Customer Support Team provided me with, no separate website to track or get in touch directly with their logistics team. Sixth a late effort is made only after a so called Customer takes steps to bring his point forward. Seventh They said a Sorry for the Inconvenience caused in this regard and you expect me to accept it? They broke a Promise of delivering by 24th Sept 2014 and is it acceptable? It won't even take a product from Delhi to be delivered at Rourkela more than 4 days and these Guys have created an exception out here. I paid the amount on time I even agreed to all the terms and conditions but was not mentioned in the deal that I will have to go through such hassles and chases. Now they have booked the same order again for me and say it will be delivered by 1st of October 2014.

                                      Hi, I had ordered for two t-shirts online on a cash on delivery mode. As per your website cost of a t-shirt was Rs. 499, so for two t-shirts I had to pay Rs. 998. When it was delivered to me there was only one t-shirt. It was delivered by your staff named Sugumaran (mobile# [protected]). After I made the payment of Rs. 998 he moved from my house but when I opened I saw only one t-shirt instead of two. I immediately called him back to my house and showed it and he said that he is just a delivery boy and he is not entitled to deal with it and asked me to call your customer care number and gave the number [protected]. I called up and informed your representative clearly about this and I was told that I would get the missing unit back soon. Today your delivery representative Ayyappan (mobile# [protected]) called and informed that he has brought the replacement. I was surprised about it because I have not asked for a replacement and I only called and complained that out of two units that I paid for only one unit has been delivered and the other unit is missing. He said as per the note he is seeing it is replacement and not item missing and would need the replacement and suggested that I should call the customer care and inform about it. I spoke to Syed today at your customer care number and he says that I can give back the empty cover and take one t-shirt back. My question is I was never informed that it would be a replacement. Also they never told me to retain the cover. Now I am being told that it is your policy. I do not understand why you cannot have a policy to empower your delivery boy to return the money back for the t-shirt that was not delivered to me at all ? If you take money from me for 2 t-shirts and deliver me only one then I am being cheated right ? I trusted Flipkart because I thought you are very genuine. Now you take money from me for 2 t-shirts and put me through all hassles of calling your customer care repeatedly and talk about policies. Is this in any way fair ? Is this what I get for trusting Flipkart ? Please see the attached screenshot that I took when tracked for the order number ODA[protected]BWSZS00 It says number o[censored]nits 2. Also see another screen shot or the message below for the same order number that says item shipped but unit is 1. What can you say for this ? Is this something that I rigged or tampered with to show you ? Please think. When I asked Syed to transfer to his manager he said his manager told him to inform me that I can send an email and someone will get back. He gave the reference id[protected]. I would need someone to call me back within 24 hours and make sure that I get justice for this. Either you return the money for one t-shirt Rs. 499 back to me or deliver 1 t-shirt that was missing. If you really care for your customers then you would certainly call me and make sure that your company is fair and genuine and do not take money from a customer for a product that you never delivered to me citing policy reasons.                                         Me buy a micromax canvas4 on 11April 2014 from flipkart...now wIthin warranty period of 6month...as flipkart mentioned on there website 6month garranty for accesary...but micromax refuse to replace the charger which Is noT working since 1month...me contacted to micromax custmer care 5times in last month n flipkart also they also refuse to provoide any service to me... Plz healp me forum... I requested to flipkart plz mention in every product of micromax as mmx custmer service is bad plz buy mobiles at ur own risk they refused i think flipkart n mmx together makes people fool... First of me a consumer of flipkart n then that of micromax... Plz healp me n lots of others
