I ordered a micromax canvas win w121 on September 1st with the "in-a-day guarantee" which said that the product will be delivered on September 3rd. On 2nd, I saw that the product reached the nearest hub (Tambaram in Chennai), and was happy. On 3rd, I didn't check the status up to 5pm because I was pretty sure I would be getting it any second. So, after 5pm, I started losing hope and checked the tracking site only to realise that it had been taken back to the Chennai sort facility (that is where it went before it came to Tambaram). This made me a bit unsatisfied. So, I sent a mail to flipkart stating the situation. I waited till 8pm and I neither got the reply nor the product. So, I started sending mails continuously from them and until now, I've sent 16 mails to flipkart and still didn't get any reply.
By 6:41pm, I even tried calling the number, "[protected]" to get some details about my order status. In the call, an automated voice guided till a point where i said that their executive will be calling me. I still didn't get a call from anyone, from flipkart.
