You supplied only one however mentioned 2 qty on box . Found only one ice pack from packing . Your courier also witnessed this . I already paid for two ice pack . I already registered complain to flip kart Stop doing cheating business . I am doing FIR to local police station if the matter is not resolved. Flipkart is doing a cheating business with customer . I am Indian consumers protection squad member ( Reg No - 3224 ) & need to ensure that Flipkart is given a lession for their wrong acts . Thanks & Regards, Manoj Sheth

Thank You Consumer Complaints - After your follow up they contacted me & assured me to submit payment for one product which is not delivered to me & charged in turn .
Spoke to customer regarding the complaint, apologized for the inconvenience caused. Asked him to place new order, as the amount of Rs.249/- is already refunded via NEFT. Gave him information regarding the complaint and also about his refunded amount of Rs.249/- via NEFT. So closing the case.

      Dear sir, It is fourth time I am writing mail to you. Issue is of OD[protected]. I cancelled this order on Jul.28 2014. I received refund of that order Rs.711.35 . after 5 days of cancellation and same amount was reflected in my wallet. But later on when I ordered another Item from flipcart on12 Aug.2014. I found that my wallet amount is zero. I made a payment via visa debit cart. I also checked in my bank statement but I didnt found credited entry of 711.33 rs. So what kind of service is this??         my order id is OD[protected]. i ordered my product on 9 august and the last day of delivery was 18 august but i did not get my product and on 22 august it was cancelled by flip kart. then they put my product on replacement and today is 24 august and till now i dnt get my product
        Spoke to customer regarding the complaint, apologized for inconvenience caused. Informed the customer, the current status of the product. Also informed him the product will be delivered on/before promised date. We will close the case once the product is delivered to the customer.

            This is in with regards to the mobile cover of IPhone 5S which i have order on 15.08.14. from Flipkart.com... On 22.08.14. i have received the product in the damage condition... On the day of delivery itself @ around 11:13 PM i have called on Flipkart customer care & informed them about the same... They have assured me that i will get the replacement of the product & asked me to wait for another 2 to 3 working days for the delivery of the product... Today i have received the replacement of the product but the same is also on the damage condition... Again i have called back the Flipkart customer care & informed them about the same... Now i have asked for the refund of the amount (Rs. 849/-) which i have made to buy the product... I have also asked for the interest of these days which they have denied for... It took 03:00 hours long chat after which they have agreed to pay the interest of 10days... During this 03:00 Hours they kept me on the Hold for more than 45 Minute & I have spoken with 04 different executive (Vandana Rane, Irfan Khan, Padmashree & Finally with Manish Singh)... During this conversation there were many word which got exchange between us & i have lots my temper because of which i have used the slang language at the end of the call.. The recorded conversation is available with Flipkart team which can be used for reference... I just want that the company should be serious when they are delivering the things to the customer & incase if there is any issue with the product then some kind of penalty should be changed on the company... The company is using the money of the consumer & gaining the interest on it & at the same time not delivering the proper product to the consumer... If strict action is not taken against this companies then they will take customer into consideration & keep on doing this kind of things...

              Sir I have placed an order from Flipkart on August19, 2014 and is scheduled to be delivered by 23rd August 2014. The ordered item is a gift pack for the my friend whose Birthday is on 21st August, 2014. In my early orders from Flipkart, i got the delivery 1-2 days before the delivery date and if the delivery is to be in Delhi, it takes more less time, so that's why i ordered the product thinking that it will br delivered by 22 August at the most. But to my great surprise, the product is not delivered till today 24th August 2014. I called Flipkart yesterday and they told me that the product will be deliverd by 7 in the evening yesterday only but as usual again dissapointment. i have mailed them yesterday night about all and then got no reply till 2:20, so i called Flipkart at 2:20PM and got an answer that they don't have much details but my product will be delivered as soon as possible and Flipkart doesn't provide me the date that when it will be delivered. now i am feeling really betrayed and neglected by Flipkart for firstly delaying my product delivery and having no confirmation date for the delivery and secondly Flipkart's incallous attitude towards customers as they are not keeping me update to the situation. I want to lodge a complaint and want action taken against Flipkart in its strictest form and want the compensation for wasting my time, betraying me, causing me undue stress and keeping me uninformed for my product's delivery.

                I had bought a Fonemax iphone 5 data cable on Jan 18 and it broke while inserting it for charging. I called to complain about it, however the phone call was more traumatic than the fact that it broke. I was consistently asked to hold by Tulsi for a minute and the hold time was atleast more than 5 mins each time. Finally when the associate (Tulsi) came on the call with the information that she is registering the complaint, she said people would get back to me by 7th September(today is 24th August) I aksed her what will they get back to me with. She had no clue whether i would get the service center address or whether they will resolve my problem or replace my cable - she had absolutely no clue what is going to happen by 7th sept. I asked for the Manager and she again put me on hold for 3 mins. I am very disappointed and upset with FLIPKART...and only under duress will i use it...not as a a first choice.                   I bought woodland sandals from Flipkart on 08/08/2014 which i received on 11/08/2014. The buckle of the sandal broke after few days use, to be precise, on 20/08/2014. I send a complaint regarding this through e-mail on 22/08/2014. I mentioned them that my mother has thrown away the footwear packing, so i could not return it in the original packing. They send back an email stating that they cannot replace the product without the original packing. This is not about asking them to change the product after few days use, i asked them to replace the defective product which they have send me.Please advice me for what has to be done on this issue.                     I had a very bad experience on flipkart. As I carried out a transaction on flipkart. The web site claimed the transaction to have failed and asked me to retry. I retried again and again the web site stated the transaction to have failed. But for both the transactions I got success messages from my bank and my credit card was charged for both the transactions. I contacted my bank, they confirmed both the transactions had been authroized and marked as successful from their end. Now when I called flipkart customer care, they still claimed the transactions as failure and that I better discuss the issue out with my bank, they had been lying those cheaters, they even claimed money for both the transactions. On continuous following up they promised me to look in to the issue and that they have’escalated’ the issue. Its been more than 20 days now and no progress on the issue. Initially they seem to respond on the mails promising me to look into the issue. Now, each time I call up the customer care they simply stop responding after finding the fault at their end. The call-line remains on but they somehow will go complete silent, and you are made to hand-up after a long wait of say 15-20 minutes. And also simply no response to my mails either now. Things are just getting more disgusting. Flipkart is Thug, Cheater. Stealing on your credit card transactions I wish amazon.in to show these craps what does online commerce really mean. No wonder, flipkart is sure to be completely washed away by amazon in times to come I have lost(been stolen of) my money on flipkart. Further the follow-up with their customer care over emails and phone for the recovery is a big big harassment. So better avoid flipkart then being sorry later on.

                        I have ordered a Asus Zenphone 4 mobile from Flipkart, This mobile has an issue with his display, 2G connectivity, call quality & headphone sound. When I asked for refund they are giving invalid excuses to me. I have ordered many products from flipkart in past & they have always delieverd the products quickly and in good condition always with the best service. But this time I am really very disappointed with the product & the service of flipkart. Hence forth I will NEVER EVER order anything from FlipKart. I will also Make sure that no one from my friend circle or from my family is ordering from Flipkart. Flipkart always claims to be the Best in customer satisfaction but this time they have really very dissatisfied me with their service. I have also mentioned that I want to order Moto E instead of Asus, so that you will get your money and will pay the extra money needed to but Moto E. But still Flipkart is not ready to agree. I ordered this phone when 10% cashback was going on 15th August, Even if they dont give me cashback and instead just exchange this phone with Moto E will also fine with me... But FLIPKART IS PATHETIC...

I am not satisfied with the product. There are so many faults as spoken on phone. Then too I have to cope up with the product. Its really disappointing. Please look into the matter asap and provide me the refund. Or else you may lose a bunch of valued customers of Flipkart. Regards

                            I have placed an order on 17th August-14 with Order number OD[protected] the expected delivery was on 21st August-14 and till today there is no intimation of order not being delivered and while I called today the customer service call centre they are now asking me to grant 4 additional working days to get the order delivered which is purely harassing a customer as I have to gift to my friend whose Birthday is due today...moreover since I paid for the product online while I purchased they seem to be now least interested with the delivery of the Product to consumer.
                            I was also surprised to hear that the order is being shipped from New Delhi and it will take around 10 days to get a delivery within New delhi as there are some Logistic issue with FLIPKART however I have questioned them regarding if there was an issue that is there Internal issue and why the Consumers have to bear this out and why they have not intimated me within the timeliness so that I can look for other alternatives.
                            Kindly help me with the same.

                            The incident ticket opened is

                            I had placed an order on 19th August-14 with Order number OD[protected] the expected delivery was on 23rd August-14 and till today I did not get my order. When I called the customer service call centre they asked me to grant 4 additional working days, for which I agreed and waited till 27th August to get the order delivered. On 27th itself they are again asking me to grant 2 more days to get the next update rather than product which is highly unprofessional and irritating. Moreover since I paid for the product online while I purchased they seem to be least interested with the delivery of the Product to consumer.

                            I was also surprised to hear that the order is being shipped from New Delhi and it will take around 10 days to get delivered to Lucknow as there are some Logistic issue with FLIPKART however I have questioned them if there was an issue that is there Internal issue and why the Consumer have to bear this out and why they have not intimated me within the timeliness so that I can look for other alternatives.

                              I hv ordered some products from flipkart on 17.08.2014 ( OD[protected]) and today it is 23.8.2014 i have not got my products. This is not the first time i am using flipkart but i am experiencing this type of delay for the first time. It was so much urgent for me but flipkart is doing nothing. Even when i am trying to track my order it is only showing the previous date (18.8.14). Really this is a bad service. Please do take care of this complain.
                              ORDER No. OD[protected]. EVEN THOUGH THE PARCEL REACHED KANNUR ON 11 OCTOBER, IT WAS NOT DELIVERED ON 11 OR EVEN 13. OUR CONCERN IS NOT EVEN HEARD IN A PLEASENT MANNER. HOW CAN WE CANCEL THE ORDER AND CALIM OUR MONEY BACK.

                              I ordered an enliven pro-v ultra hold hair spray hair styler (order no WSRC[protected]) on 24th October which was supposed to be delivered by 9th October. so when it was not delivered by 12th October i assumed there some glitches, so i bought a new myself. Of course there has been a mistake on my part i didnot cancel my order but you people were way behind your delivery date. but tOday on 29th october there was a message from flipkart saying it will be delivered today. since i do nOt need the thing anymore i would like to cancel it or i would have to send the delivery person empty handed. so please do the needful.
                              I have ordered sparx running shoes on 23rd jan.. but yet i could not get it... really now i hope it was my mistake to order in flipkart, , , ,

                                  Today I recieved the order Shipment Tracking ID: WSRC[protected] of Asus Fonepad 7 2013 16gb. The Bill wasnt included into the box, So without Bill, this would be impossible to claim Warranty of 1 year. This is not first time flipkart did this. Pl. Provide the same as i have made full payment against the order.

                                    I received sub .Above product . But after installation this printer not at all working .And on computor screen reflect message " paper jam" how it possible with the new brand printer . I followed all instruction under help option but all in vain.
                                    According to me, printer is defective.Kindly see the matter on urgent basis and replace the printer

                                      Ordered OD[protected] (nCase Flip Cover for Sony Xperia M (Purple) and on usage the plastic base is started breaking up and if holds tight i am sure all the plastic will smash like paper. Ordered the product with the mobile which i received late- can use only mobile with cover hence your 30 days policy is no where in picture when both the items were ordered together. It was a gift for my sister which i gifted this raksha bhandan, now when she started using the issue came into knowledge. Received call from [protected] by some person not sure of the name (syed quershi iqbal) .He was not even ready to confirm his name and said i already have shared my name once in the beginning of the call and cant repeat again and again. He called me to threaten me as I am writing on facebook. How come your customer service think calling to customer in that way? Sorry to say, i am afraid now and going to take legal action. Team Flipkart wake up and and if possible listen to the call. I will be needing the recorded call file for future reference.

                                        i had brought micromax unite 2 a106, on dated 19/08/14 my cod order is OD[protected] i had compalin to [protected], they said to me till 24/08/14 the product will change. but there is no light to happen such the way. only two misscall come to me had now i had today call to customer care. they se that not to change the product but call will be arrage and my take long time can u tell me how much long i need to suffer, i m very upset from ur product. never thought again for flipkart.
