I tried to order micromax mobile unite a 106 with 8 gb ram along with 16 gb
Card . Three times this order was cancelled and everytime i paid money by
Netbanking. Now after paying more than rs.22000/-, i have been told that
This product is out of stock hence your order has been cancelled

1. After first cancellation i was told that it has been cancelled due to my
Mistake.
2. After second time i was told that due to some problem it has been
Cancelled.
3. After third time i was told that this product is out of stock hence it
Is being cancelled and even my login account is blocked.
4. I palced the order by cod from another account.


Now...

1. If this product was out of stock, why it was being shown available on
Website.( a scam, may be)
2. If it was not available why it was not told to me two times.( a scam,
Must be)
3. If my account was inactive why i was able to login again and again .(
Again it seems a scam).
4. Now i have placed the order with another id and phone no. And i was
Advised by customer care man to buy another phone.( a scam)
5. After i ordered cod i have to pay rs.50/- extra.
6. My money of 22000/- rs. Is blocked ...( a scan, i strongly feel)


The story doesn't end here...
The order for fourth time has also been cancelled although it was placed through sales team telephonicaly . When i contacted again i my call trasfered 3 times and i was told that i ordered it from a wrong seller where this product was not available. When i explained that it was available at that time as well when i was talking ; and there is as such no option for choosing a seller, my phone was disconnected deliberately... I wish to inform you that everytime "pay now" option was available, money was transfered and immidiately order was cancelled. After getting agaitated when i called again the customer care person ( some urdu named) accepted the flipkart's mistake and promised to resolve the issue.
I wasted 5 hrs. Today in this process, lost money for 8-10 days and no proper response from flipkart and in fact being blamed again and again. How flipkart is addressing this issue? How are they going to compensate me for pain and agony? What if i need rs.21000/- immidiately? What about the loss of interset that would have generated from this money? Last but not the least, should i take legal answer? Answer is know because flipkart knows that ultimately customer would suffer.

    Sir i purchased Redmi 1s from Flipkart on 16th september 2014 sale .. i had locked two times my complaint against the faulty handset. there have no any action taken by the flipkart costumer care.. . i received a faulty handset there have problem in speaker it is not working .. kindly replace it in soon..       I've purchased a Philips (Oneil Cruz On-the-ear Headphones) from flipkart.com, where the product was working in a good condition for the first 5-6 months. Unfortunately there were some problem with the headphone and it stopped working. Being an electronic product, it can. When I contacted the Philips customer service centre, they stated "we have only 6 months guarantee for this product", where flipkart mentioned that its a 1 Year warranty product. Then I contacted flipkart customer service where they raised a complaint on the 7th month and assured me that within some days it would be resolved. It has been a month and a half, till date I haven't received any updates from FLIPKART. When I spoke to the customer care 10-11 times, they were taking the same complaint again and again. (Lack of experience/service). Thats not the end, I had a talk with the supervisor of flipkart, and she assured me the same service within a time span of 5-8 days. Again its been 15 days I didn't receive any kind o[censored]pdates from FLIPKART. Again the same false commitment by Flipkart. Mr. Sachin and Binny Bansal (If you continue this kind of service, I don't think your business can run for a longer tenure) E-commerce shoppers, I wont recommend you to go for any shopping from flipkart (Rather get your deals done from JABONG/YEPME), atleast they provide a very good customer service experience.

          I have purchased a Moto G from your company. The Phone is faulty and not satisfactory. I have tried my best through repeated requests to the company for replacement/refund of my money, but in vein. It is astonishing that such reputed company (Flipkart) is have such a poor service and poor network. I can not wait beyond one months time and preparing to knock the door of Hon'ble court of law for refund of my money. It will defame the company due to its poor service.             Redmi 1S got disappeared from cart

Now, i can see the followign message on Redmi page- "You’ve already purchased one Redmi 1S Successfully added your Redmi 1S to cart! Please proceed to complete your order. You can complete the payment process by 6:00 PM on 23rd September, 2014 (Today)." But, when I go...

            While logged in since morning and after unsuccessful attempts for last two weeks... I was able to book Redmi1s in Flipkart [confirmed as shown in the snapshot]. When clicked on the cart, there are no items in the cart which can be paid for. This kind of pseudo-exigency is created out of thin air by Flipkart as an experiment ??? This is absolutely cheap and insane especially from a e-commerce giant like Flipkart and proves that it is no different from other B graded cheap e-commerce companies. Is there any solution for this problem ?? Can I pay for the REDMI1S which I've booked and have it delivered ?

            After 5 hours of continuous and rigorous effort to reach anyone from Flipkart customer care... I could luckily fetch someone on the phone who explained me the cart is filled only at 6 PM and whoever pays for the phone gets the phone [its like booking a tatkal slot and then booking a tatkal ticket], first come first serve... i paid and delivery is expected by 27th Sept.

              Dear Team, This is so tiresome firstly to book a phone in a second, I have to try buying this phone since the day it was started selling thru flash sale, finally today I presumed happy that I have bought it until I press " View Cart" and shockingly the phone disappeared from there and than my strugle to reach the call centre to adress the issue started, it is now 2 hours the phone is bought but I am unable to reach the call centre to understand what happened.                 Hey... I've encountered the same problem... the Redmi 1s was added in my cart and when i checked the cart... it mysteriously got disappeared... I've taken a screenshot as proof and I'm planning to send a mail to Sachin [CEO] of Flipkart !!!

                  Respected Sir/Madam I was placed a order of Mobile Phone (iBall Andi 4.5D Royale) on flipkart against order no-OD[protected] on 03rd Sep 2014 and the product was delivered on 10th sep 2014 through Sharad Electronics (Jaipur) which was delayed by 1 days. we were lodged a complaint [Incident:[protected]] 20th Sep 2014 by telephonic conversation on flipkart customer care ([protected]) to return or replace the product (which is in Problems With in 10 Days) due to Handset heat. Then executive said that the same product was not in stock. Therefore, the amount will be refundable & request was take by her for refund the product. After then, I have placed an order on the same time at amazon.in for another mobile phone because I can't do my work without phone. One thing is very clear that I don't need to buy any worst phone. So, we are requested again to take some immediate action against flip kart to refund the amount as earlier possible. Look forward to your prompt action.

                    I had successfully added redmi 1s in my cart but when I click view cart for checkout it shows no item in cart. Customer care of flipkart says this error showing due to load on the site will resume after an hour but its still showing same error. After a long time i had successfully added this phone to my cart and flipkart ate it. Please find attached screen shot for reference and do the needful.
                    Even same with me but the pathetic thing is that the call centre is busy since than.. I am trying to reach them BUT IN VAIN...
                    VERY VERY UPSET AND DISHEARTED .

                      I had successfully added Redmi 1S mobile in the cart after viewing the VIEW CART the item was there and needed to do shopping and i click on continued shopping. The item in cart suddenly gone it is requested to u to give my Redmi 1S back in my cart. Please revert back as early as possible. please find attachment i had took for u reference purpose

                            Hi I order lenovo laptop 15th September and very next day flipkart deliver the product. I found serious problem with Os in laptop and after giving update its not going to update. So i request for replacement on 19th September morning 6am.till now i didn't get any call from flipkart regarding my replacement. i made so many call and email but they are not responding. This is very irritating response from flipkart.i am not able to use my product.

So two weeks before I was booked one GSB 500 RE Smart Kit on the name of Mr.K Srinivas through you. Fortunately the item was delivered on 15.09.2014 at Flat 3/A, Pratap Tower, 7 Extention Road, Sonari, Jamshedpur. Though I was on tour yesterday I opened your carton package. Fast I found, the carton packaging was not proper & the sealed rapper of the box was cut in condition & secondly, I found two important item was in missing; they are one is Adjustable wrench 2nd is Combination plier.                                       i have placed an order for moto g2, after a week i have been struggling hard with the battery issues and the voice clarity of the mike is also too cheap, have been struggling hard, at most have called the call centre 4 -5 times but zero response from flipkart team..As it Says"RETURNING OR EXCHANGING NO PROBLEM" But Practically it sounds Way different Order id -0d[protected] Regards karan [protected]
