In the last month we have ordered one moto e mobile...Performance wise the phone is good...But the problem is battery...Every day the battery is going down..With out usage...So please help me in this regard...And tell us the complaint details...

    I had made the purchase the Router of D-Link ADSL 2750U from the flipkart Order ID-OD[protected]. After knowing that the router is not compatible with my LAN connection as it need the telephone connection. i requested for the return to the Flip5kart team but they denied my request. They told me that it is not under the policy of the Flipkart. but i wan t to know if this can't happen then what is the use of online shopping. I would have visited the local shop and made my purchase over there even they give this provision to return the product and take the desired and suitable one. Now this product is of no use to me and I am in a loss of 2000 Bugs from he Flipkart and really very disappointed and has not made my single purchase from them till now, Please help me i am in a big trouble as a customer I am not satisfied with the service, this is really a mental torture to any customer which is a regular customer of the flipkart, Please help me somebody.       Dear Sir/Madam I have ordered MOTO E mobile from flipkart. Delivery date was 21-07-14. My courier is at Bluedart Dharuhera from last friday. They dont wanna come to my address as i given for delivery. They say that You can come to our office and you can take your courier. If i will go there office to receive, then what is the role of their delivery employees???? I am not happy with Bluedart services. Please do needful, otherwise i will have to cancel that order.         Hi, I had purchased a book bearing order number OD[protected] on July 14th 2014. I was supposed to receive my shipment by 18th. Flipkart gave it to me in written. I also have the email for the same. When I kept tracking my order and it showed it was in a transit form two days I asked for an explanation, to which Flipkart replied that there was some problem and the delivery was delayed. They had not apprised me of it unless I contacted them. I was kept waiting even after having made the payments in advance. I got a call from Flipkart's office from Bangalore probably and he assured that I would get my package delivered by 21st of July. I still haven't got my order delivered and there has been no reply to my mail till now. They have shown a very irresponsible side of theirs and they seem not bothered about the reputation they hold with the customer. Even now when I tracked my order, it still shows the shipment is stuck in a transit where it was on 16th July. There has been a reason why I had ordered it more than a week before. 1) They will not update you if the delivery is not being done as scheduled 2) They are least concerned of what they promise to deliver, they should not placate their customers with ostensible apologies and not pay any heed to the concern raised by the customer. Whether it was a courier service problem or a procurement problem, the customer has to be notified. Thanks and Regards, Swati Sharma

          This is with reference to order OD[protected]. The order was made on 11th July and till this day i am waiting for my order to reach me!. I gave them special instructions as to when i am available to take my package to which these mechanical staff say yes ofcourse madam and then the very next day they are back to being brainless people and do not follow any instructions! I took a day off especially to see when the order is delivered to me today and again the customer "so not caring" people only make false promises that it would be delivered according to the time we want or by the end of this day and etc etc. Absolutely horrible services.. I would recommend people to rather buy stuffs from other online retailers coz these people do not value you or your time! Flipkart always there to test your patience and "flip" your brains!!

            The following is the series of events that occurred: 13th July'14 : Subscribed for Student Membership by sending my college id scan to the required email address along with my name and number.Received a reply saying that within 3 days my subscription would get activated. 17th July'14: Contacted Supriyo of the customer care via the chat option available in the website who said she has escalated the complain to the concerned team and gave the ID as OD[protected]. 18th July'14: Received a reply from Asif Niyaz( Customer Support) designating me by some other name, asking for 2 to 3 business days of time and they would be back with an exact solution. Gave me a Reference Number:[protected] 20th July'14 : After I lost all hope from the customer support I thought of writing to the customer support one last time explaining everything from the start. 21st July'14: I got a reply from the Student Subscription email ID that sent me the same mail that had been sent on 13th July which asked for a time period for 3 business days. I really wish I could complain to any of the co- founders but both of them are not accessible via the website, all you can contact is the INEFFICIENT Customer Care.             Within 5 minutes of registering this complain I got a call from this number [protected], the person said he was calling from Flipkart and asked me my problem. After I narrated him the whole story he told me that he will refund me my money back. I asked him his name and designation to which he said Surender Kumar, The General Manager. I told him being the general manager he was unaware of the fact that student subscription offer was free of cost on hearing this he disconnected the call. Now I have no words for this Customer Support!

                hello sir we have ordered an ipod in flipkart.And they sent us in BlueDart Cod.nd the man who came to deliver in our home.did not answer properly to our question.He even did not allow to open that package in front of him.He got the money and went fast after we open there was only cover in the package

                    I purchased an Asus GTX 660 graphics card from Fipkart.com on 3rd July (Order number: OD[protected]). The offer includes a free coupon code for Watch Dogs game worth Rs.1800 (screeshots of the order attached). But I haven't received the coupon codes yet. I have been following up with them for the past 15 days. I called and emailed them countless times but there is still no response. Please help to resolve this issue.

                      I had ordered a LAVA IRIS X1 from FLIPKART, which was supposed to be delivered in three days. At the end of third day, when i called them they said, my order has been cancelled. Neither did they inform me throuogh SMS, Mail, no


                      intimation. WHen i called their customer care, there was loud noise in the background making it difficult for me to listen to the executive. Also, i was kept waiting for more than 7 minutes, just to let me know the status of my order.


                      Horrendous service, very bad customer support service. I want action to be taken against this incompetent E retailer, who is dreaming of becoming a big ecommerce player. Amazon has a much better delivery service. I want action against them

                      The pride in India's thriving eCommerce business is being shattered by Flipkart who has seriously started cheating its customers. I wanted to order a phone by credit card payment but the order went by Cash On Delivery due to not a very clear user interface at Flipkart. Flipkart gave a 10 day delivery period which was rather long. I was closely tracking the order everyday, the product was shipped and I got SMS that to be ready as order will be delivered shortly. When went online was appalled order has been cancelled without my knowledge and it was the 7th day since I have ordered.

                      Tried finding Customer support to talk to where I can ask how my order has been cancelled on its own. First called on toll free number and was told by customer representative order has been cancelled due to some technical problems yesterday night and the product will be delivered, not to worry.

                      As there was no change showing on online status after many hours passed by I was suspicious.I mailed on whatever option was available online regarding customer support. Got a reply saying sorry and also very ambiguously answering that order has been cancelled and cannot be restated from their side. They were requesting me to reorder. What about the 7 days I have been waiting? Great thing was there site is showing a price increase from 6000 to 7000 Rupees for grey color phone which I have ordered.

                      I wrote about three times to customer care in past 3-4 hours and was getting variable answers at times common thing being they saying sorry. Last mail I wrote was that I will complain on social media of customers being harassed and whether they want 100 orders on COD where customer will deny delivery.Got a reply they will sort the matter by 24 July which was after 23 July their stated date of delivery.

                      I have been wasting few hours writing to them and also ordered on their competitor website where the phone was available on 6000 Rupees. The phone was supposed to be gifted. As I have been writing this mail the phone has been delivered at my house which is in a different city.Lets see whether the right product is delivered as I have paid and taken the package.

                      There is some serious coordination issues between departments in Flipkart and lack of Human interface.Thank you Flipkart for wasting my time . I do not know whether I would have got delivery if I had not kept continuous complaining. my colleague was sharing how his order was cancelled in same way for some other product earlier for which he did not complain.

                        I have ordered a Diesel Watch from Flipkart and when the order was placed - the site and the product claims - "The watch will be Delivered in a Plastic Box and the Brand Box will come Separately with the same Shipment" However, this claim now appears to be fake !! They have delivered the watch in a plastic cover packed in a cardboard box. And no update till date about the brand box. In numerous emails/tickets have been raise and also many calls made to their customercare but everything went into vain. Flipkart ia a Fake-Kart

                          Hi, I purchased a *karbonn- A99* phone from flipkart on 14-May-2014, order id: OD[protected]. Now Its ear speaker is not working so I visited to customer service center of the Karbonn at Contact Person : [censored]ij Sharma Contact Number :[protected] Service Centre Address : Vill. Chaura Sadatpur, Sec-22, Noida, Dist. Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh They refused to accept the mobile just because it is purchased from flipkart.com. I show them the original invoice along with the box of mobile. But again they refused. Then I called customer care no. of Karbonn on the no.[protected] and raised same issue, again they told me the same that all the karbonn mobiles purchased from Flipkart, their IMEI is not registered in the karbon's database. So they are unable to repair the mobiles purchased from flipkart. when I contacted to flipkart, they told me that the problem will be resolved within 1 day. Today it is 3rd day but i got not solution to that problem.                             i have complaint for this issue on 09/07/2014 complaint number[protected] after that every day i am calling and 2 times a day
                            in morning i get answer don&#039;t worry sir we will revert you in 4 hour
                            after 1 pm i get answer we will confirm you in the before end of the day but no one is reply me
                            every time i get new face on customer care but don&#039;t provide any kid of support.

                                I have purchased one mobile (Sony Xperia ZR) from FlipKart on[protected]Order ID: OD[protected]), which was delivered on[protected]. However the bill with the product does not contain any IMEI Number. Hence I have download the invoice from Flipkart portal and unfortunately that also does not contain the IMEI Number. Now without IMEI Number I am not eligible for any kind of Service and not only that I am not able to prove that this product was purchased not stolen. So I have asked for the correct Bill / Invoice from Flipkart on[protected], and till date I have not yet received the correct Bill / Invoice.                                     After getting delivery of the phone on cash on delivery base at ahmedabad on 10th june i brought the phone at patan where i live. it worked for two days but after that after charging the battery when i try to start the phone the logo appears on the screen and then light goes off and it becomes partially bright till battery drains out.

                                      I have purchased a karbonn tab during April 2014, and I gifted the to wife for her birth day on11/06/2014. She opened the pack on that day only. Unexpectedly, within a week the tab was hanged . after a long search I found the service centre m/s Deprosys Technologies, Chennai, Tamilnadu, INDIA and they also received the tab for repair under warranty on 04/07/0014. But there is no communication from their end. so today i contacted them over phone and informed me that the tab is under repair because of hardware problem so it will take one 15 days from today.                                         The Flipkart website advertised for Shoes (brand : Derby) with Shoe Horn and Polishing will be included in the BOX. I also paid extra for One day delivery option. So the next day the package came along but only with the Pair of SHOE. It did not have the other accessories as promised. Reported to Flipkart - they said not to use the shoe and they would deliver another new package. That took 2 days to reach me...So I simply paid for the one day delivery option... The second package also did not have the accessories. Again reported to Flipkart . I am yet to receive a response. All customers please be careful with FLIPKART . They will make all promises but will not deliver. Also if you pay for the next day delivery they may bring the wrong or some items may be mssing...but you would have already paid the delivery person on accepting the package. So then you are stuck . They will take time to resolve the issue and sometimes may not even bother. So you as a customer paying for the ONE day delivery will become meaningless. So take care
