I had ordered a LAVA IRIS X1 from FLIPKART, which was supposed to be delivered in three days. At the end of third day, when i called them they said, my order has been cancelled. Neither did they inform me throuogh SMS, Mail, no
intimation. WHen i called their customer care, there was loud noise in the background making it difficult for me to listen to the executive. Also, i was kept waiting for more than 7 minutes, just to let me know the status of my order.
Horrendous service, very bad customer support service. I want action to be taken against this incompetent E retailer, who is dreaming of becoming a big ecommerce player. Amazon has a much better delivery service. I want action against them

In the last month we have ordered one moto e mobile...Performance wise the phone is good...But the problem is battery...Every day the battery is going down..With out usage...So please help me in this regard...And tell us the complaint details...
