I booked an order for samsung LED TV vide order ID OD[protected] dated 9th June, 2014. Order was scheduled to be delivered by 11th June, 2014 but the item not delivered as per schedule. Now the status on web site indicates that the order will be delivered by 13th June, 2014. This undue delay is causing lot of inconvenience to me. Moreover customer care executives are unable to give satisfactory reply to me., They are giving different versions for cause of delay. One say that shipment is seized by Sale tax department and another says that due to vehicle breakdown the order is delayed.
My order number (OD[protected]) was placed on Thu, Aug 28, 2014. it was supposed to be delivered on 5th sept14. however the delivery has still not happened. pls help
I have ordered an item (Order o: OD[protected] through Flipkart online service dated 9th Oct 2014. It was supposed to be delivered by 18 Oct 2014. Although the order the was delayed no prior intimation was given to me. On contacting their Customer Support they intimated it'll be delivered by18 Oct by 7 PM. The item is still not delivered. Customer support does not have concise information nor they're ready to give any further information or contact details of delivery person/company to collect item by myself.

          On 31th May, I ordered a 67 MM lens cap and a book "straight from gut" via order number OD4053104?5055. On Jun 2nd the Lens cap was delivered thru shipment number FMPP[protected] and to my surprise Flipkart delivered a 62MM cap instead of the original 67MM cap - I had to call your service center and they regretted the wrongs shipment and agreed to get back the item and the item was returned on Jun 4th. The second item from the order number, the book was shipped on Jun 4th via WSRP[protected] and delivered on Jun 6th, and again this was out of the world instead of a book a series of cassettes were sent (yes, the 60 year old technology that no one uses now). The very same day I called again your service center to return the shipment and ask for the hard copy of the book for which your service center executive, readily agreed, said sorry and stated that the book is available and stated that wrong item (cassettes) will be taken back and the book will be shipped thru WSRP[protected] on Jun 7th and delivered to me on Jun 9th - now the real disgusting service, the service boy picked up the item from my place and delivered a new box which was collected by my mom and to my utterly surprise Flipkart again had shipped the cassettes instead of the book as per my ask. Again, the pathetic part of calling your service desk at around 6.30 PM on Jun 9th which was attended by your executive by name "Preethi" - I had to provide the entire history to her and asked her to connect to the shift manager so that I could lodge a strong compliant and escalation, she put me on hold for nearly 5 minutes post which i was asked by IVR to rate the service and even before i could do anything the call got disconnected - neither i was connected to the manager per my ask or no update on my wrong shipment and i do not know whether there will be a refund or replacement. This is a very poor, mismanaged, pathetic state of service by the so-called India's answer to Amazon. I have been a big user of flipkart for many years now but off-late your service is no longer meeting the standards expected or promised by you and on top of it neither your service center or your manager (assuming the executive did escalate to her/him in the background) does not have a courtesy to call back and check on my request. I now intend to take this up with appropriate channels thru consumer grievances cell. Thank you for the service you provided to me till now, i now have to think if i ever have to come back to your service.

            against this order the goods are not delivered by my Dowlath D cell no [protected]
            to me (cell no [protected]) on 07.06.2014 but instead i had receivd a msg on 08.06.2014 morning that the amount/payment was not ready during delivery time.it is truly a false statement. mr dowlath or nobody has approached me at any time.
            .i had the same experience during the purchase of one laptop to the same address a month ago.

              Hi, I have purchased HP Pavillion G6Series G6-2005AX Laptop in Aug-2012 and in invoice, it has written 2 years warranty (1 Year Onsite Accidental Damage Protection + 1 Year Onsite Extended Warranty). But, when i went to my local HP service center, he told me that my service warranty expired in 1 year only when he has opened the details on computer. So, the 2nd year warranty might be from dealer side and this has not been informed at the time of purchase. So, please tell me how and to whom i need to approach for the same.                 i ordered for microsoft 100 usb optical mouse for rs 595, but they delivered a wrong inferior item, microsoft ms 200 usb optical mouse for rs 455 but i had to pay rs 595, i was promised return of my money but unfortunately it did not happen.they were supposed to take back the item but they did not do so.This is absolutely cheating, i have complained to flipkart via phone and mail but no avail, they are not responding.

                  I bought MOTOG During FLIPKART''S holi offer of 10% cashback from axis bank account. I mailed them and wow the response i got was

                  "We would like to inform that the cash back offer is eligible only for credit card and debit card, as the above mentioned order was placed via net banking, we are sorry to inform you that your are not eligible for the cash back rolled out.

                  We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. We appreciate your patience and understanding in this regard."

                  If this was the case they should have mentioned it clearly that offer is not valid on internet banking even though done with axis bank account.

                  Bloody nonsense this is... I just don't understand how net banking is possible without having a debit or credit card. Whether i bloody use AXIS PAYMENT GATEWAY OR AXIS CC CARD or Bloody AXIS DEBIT CARD. Ultimately i get the amount deducted from my AXIS account..

                  Then what the BLOODY DAMN THING ABOUT NETBANKING AND DEBIT CARD OR CREDIT CARD PAYMENT...

                    hi, I would like to provide thoughts on my purchase of MotoG phone from flipkart. 1. I ordered a MotoG phone and the recieved the phone. Very next day I got an SMS saying the phone would not work due a network issue. 2. I was told that it would be rectified in couple of days and also Rs 1200 was provided to make me happy. 3. I kept calling flipkart over the next 8 days days. They kept saying it would get rectified in next couple of days, same response everytime I call. 4. I had enough of it and decided to request for replacement. Then they came back and said they dont have the phone. So I requested that they make alternative arrangments as I was in a situation were I did not have phone for more than 1 week then. They promised me they will call back in 2 hours (couple times) and they did not call back. 5. Post that I had a tough call with them asked for refund. They have said it will take 5 working days post the pick up which is 2 days from now to get the money back. In the process I have lost 2.5 weeks time with out a phone. Flipkart customer service is not good, they make empty promises, they tell you that they will call you and NEVER WILL. regards.

                      firstly.. please tell me one thing.. if i knock your door ... unexpectedly... and say you that you have an oder for rs so and so..will u like.. that?.. and tell me one thing more that are u always at home to deliver one thing.. please say your delivery boys to give a date first on which they will deliver ..the product so that one is ready ...
                      a delivery boy from blue dart said that in half an hour he will deliver me my product(OD[protected]) and he didnt came.. and i had to leave for an urgent piece of work which i cancelled due to.. your order delivery.. please improve your delivery service in jammu... problem is not in flipkart.. but its in service in jammu you provide..

                        I have purchased Klipsch s4 reference earphones from flipkart 6 months ago.Now the left earphone has stopped working.When i contacted flipkart they said they only return item within one month even though it has 2 year warranty.They have avoided my attempts to contact them.Please help me get the warranty for my earphones.
                        Same happened to me! :( Sad we're in India! noone cares and nothing can be done!!

                          HI Team, I have purchased Bajaj New Snack Master Sandwich Maker on 15th Jan 2014 > through Kotak credit card for which I am eligible for 20% cash back. The time line given to refund the cash back amount was 21st April 2014 but it has not been processed yet. I am keep on approaching Flipkart customer support team but no one is helping out & they are trying to cheat that cash back amount. Every time they are replying with to check with the bank but it has not been processed from their side. They are also not providing the reference details & date of this cash back transaction.                           I bought an LED TV from flipkart through android app order id OD[protected] using my citibank credit card on 15th July. Till now Flipkart didn't give the 10% cashback of Rs 2500.

                            Hello, This is further to contacting you again n again but no reply from your side, My order number is OD[protected] Karbonn Titanium s5i, which is giving me trouble.. i cant take a picture from camera.. Showing internal and SD card memory full which is actuly not. I spoke with your customer care people also but then dint get back to me till now. I am following up since 29th May 2014 and now it 7th June 2014.. This is really unprofessional behaviour from company like Flipkart, I never expect this from you guys. Get back to me as soon as possible, and now i will prefer refund. I dont want replacment.

                              Hi,

                              As all of you might know, Flipkart had launched daily deals where you can get products at amazing discounts everyday. The deal goes live at 12 PM noon..initially they started with one product but now it's 8 products. The bulk of offers are by the seller WS Retail.

                              Today 6 June, 2014 at 1:57 PM, I went online to purchase Provogue shoes as part of the daily deal and initially the offer was for Rs 669 ( after discount as seen in the attachment). But when I went to make the payment, i got an error saying, " The prices of some items in your cart has changed, please check the revised payment. I went to check it and the price changed to Rs 899!!! a whooping Rs 230 extra!!!

                              I emailed them immediately about this as I really was looking to buy the shoes as it was a great deal but never thought flipkart as a shopping giant would fraudulently baffle their customers like this!!!

                              I'll just look forward for a suitable resolution although I've got a solution where flipkart can make this right!!!

                                I bought a book from Flipkart, but it was not printed completely. Last few pages were missing. And i replaced it for three times but got the same book. Its a pain to read the book half. So i would wish to place a compliant against them.

                                    i want to raise an issue regarding my problem .

                                    i have orderd for HTC Desire 816 grey colour on June 01 2014 and i was offered amazer flipcover as a freebie with HTC Desire 816(grey) model, but when i have recieved my shipment i found out that i have recieved a white htc desire 816 and along with that i recieved a htc white flip cover insted of Amzer flip cover

                                    i am so dissappointed by the act of flipkart and the customer team gave me mixed responses

                                    A CSR by name Manish Pandey mentioned me that since stock option is not available a pick up truck would be coming to take the product and then it is sent to ware house for inspection and then after 7-8 days your money will be deposited, i was waiting for call but i dint recieve so wen i called back the csr representative mentioned that i am sorry you cannot go for refund or exchange

                                    Another executive says to upload the snapshot of the case which was mentioned when you made an order and few times the CSR people hanged my call, i am seeking this email as my last option. i hope justice will be done

                                      I have booked online by paying through my credit card upfront for a TP Link make WIFI router of model 841N amounting to Rs 1552 on last Sunday 01.06.2014.The material which has been delivered is a wrong model which is 740N which i discovered after opening the pack infront of the delivery by of Flipkart Mr Shuvo yesterday afternoon.The same i have mentioned in the delivery challan of the Flipkart representative and he has promised to get me the exact material today.I have called the customer care number of Flipkart in front of the boy and the lady who has attended the call whose name i am not remembering is in no mood to help and is showing the helplessness towards the same.The delivery boy has promosed me the replacement by today but for the entire day his mobile kept on ringing. This kind of pathetic response from Flipkart is not at all anticipated.Since i will be going on official trip on 06.06.2014 i wanted the same to be delivered latest by today but i do not know if there is anyone to help me out on the same.                                         Dear Sir/Mam, I had ordered a product name Motorala G through flipkart.com. The product got delivered and there is no issue with the same. I had mentioned [protected]@gmail.com email id to order the product of which I am unable to retrieve the password. So I registered the new email id to [protected]@mail.com in setting. I also had talk with the customer care executive to change the email id regarding the same 3-4 days back. After doing the same he guaranteed that bill copy will reflect within 48 hours in new email id. But the soft copy bill of mobile purchase is still not reflecting in my account till today. I had ordered a mobile case with old email id which details are showing in the change email id. Please arrange me to send the bill copy of Motorola G mobile purchase to new email id [protected]@gmail.com. I would request you kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.
