I had ordered a laptop as per following details: flipkart order id- OD[protected] Dell Vostro 14 3445 Notebook (APU Quad Core A6/ 4GB/ 500GB/ Win8.1/ 2GB Graph) (Grey) The item that had been deliverd- Dell Vostro 14 3445 Notebook ((APU Dual Core E1/ 4GB/ 500GB/ Win8.1) (grey) The delivered item is of lower configuration and lower MRP than what I had actually paid.and asked for. This is a breach of trust and cheating

    I never saw such a pathetic service in my life. Since yesterday I am approaching to your representative unfortunately I am not getting any positive feedback from your dept. Two of your representatives hang up the call on me. Which is highly objectionable?. I will never recommend Flipkart to any one .
    Flipkart never keep their promises. This is second time happening with me.
    1st Incidence – I placed an order for MOTO E on 27 July 2014.(S[protected] Commitment date to deliver the item was on 31 July. I had a long conversation with your representatives. No one took the responsibility. Call back was promised twice to me. Unfortunately I didn’t receive any call from them. There is a delay in the order .After speaking with so many advisors I received my item on 1 Aug 14.
    Even I didn’t get any explanation why there was a delay in delivering the order.
    2nd Incidence- Placed another order on 1st Aug 14. OD[protected].
    Right now I don’t have any clue when I will get my order. Once again I am chasing my order. Your dept. doesn’t have any responsibility to communicate with the customer. I spoke with so many advisor and managers now. They are good for nothing. Even they doesn’t have any information related with my order.
    Today morning I spoke with one of your manager CHETAN KUMAR he helped me lot. He is first person who understood my issue. He promised a call back same as other supervisors. Unfortunately I didn’t receive any call back once again
    Second time in a row it was happened with me that I didn’t get my item on time. Such polling service ever seen before.
    Note- Now I had decided to take this matter in Consumer Court. Apart from this I am going to publish this matter on a social website. So everyone come to know how you all treat your customer.
    According to Consumer Protection Act 1986, Section 11. I am eligible for the compensation.

    I have placed an order and this was delayed without any notification and each time i am calling the customer care they disconnect my call i have never experienced such a pathetic service in my life. Flipkart needs to be banned for causing such a inconvenience to the users.

    Thanks for your quick response.. But why is the replacement keeps getting cancelled every time.. If you find the screen shot.. U'll notice that it's getting cancelled automatically.. I am sure that I have never cancelled.. By this time I should have received the right product..
    My Complaint is why did flip kart failed to check the product before dispatching to customer..
    I understand that other seller will send the product but it's flipkart's duty or a basic concern to verify the product before delivering..
    I'm totally unhappy with flipkart's service or the process they have..
    If you have a courtesy to take it as a complaint & feedback from your customer, , please take my suggestion..

    i ordered a phone and paid the money and product not delivered till date, you call them and they put you on hold for no reasons, and excuse they give pincode mismatch and deliver me iphone 6 on the same adress one day before and that too thaat phone does not gets even on.this prganisation should be stopped from doing any bussiness as services are terrible.
    zero is not an option
    please ban this..

      Dear sir, I item booked to my native place Pattikonda -518380, i checked with pincode WS Retails Services showing standard delivery. But WS Retails Sellers send my item throgh FedEx Coriers sevices. But This courier people saying " We don't have services to your location now I am Kurnool, So you need to come and take your parcel as early as possible otherwise I am taking back your item ". Kurnool is 90km from my native place, How I come and take my parcel, please give me clarification on this. I deeply hurted about Fed Ex Courier Services. Every body flipkart is No.1 Retail online shoping malls. WS Retails Sellers: if you don't have delivery services to 518380 remove pincode from flipkart ...         Flipkart has always been a great shopping experience but i found lot of problems in my last order placed with flipkart. I ordered many products in one order and received wrong products. This is with reference to order number OD[protected] ( Lavie bag ). This bag is damaged from inside. When you receive the product there is no way one can analyse that the product is damaged. Once i started using it i got to know that the innermost pocket is damaged and i called the customer care for the same. I told that person that i have thrown tags and boxes in which i received the product and then the customer care person logged the request and told me that their concerned department will call me and resolve the problem. I have never received any call. And i am completely pissed as i have spent 2500 for the bag and i couldnt able to use it even for a week. very bad experience with such a big online shopping giant.

          Every time i try to buy the MI3 Mobile within 2min they show as out of stock. Though we are registered well advance we are not getting it. i think they are creating Hype on the sale and not genuine to customer. Doing fake sale and try to get more customer for this mobile to show most of they are wanted.

            I have been a flipkart.com customer since the time it was launched. I really liked they way they took care of the customers, however my satisfaction was short-lived. I am facing one's worst fears of on-line shopping.

            I had purchased this bloody product (TVC ICAM FHD 18 Camcorder Camera - OD[protected]) from flipkart, it was a gift for a friend. When the product arrived, it didn't work, we thought it was because the memory card was not there, therefore we ordered for a memory card, however even after that, the product didn't work. We took the product to the seller's workshop (which was located in one god damn corner of Mumbai), the seller accepted that there is a problem with the product and replaced it with another one. The next day we realised even the replaced product didn't work properly (i.e irrespective of how many hours we charged, the battery got drained out in 7-8 mins), therefore we requested flipkart for a refund. It was very shocking to see that how easily flipkart rejected my refund request stating that the seller has rejected it, without even finding out a proper reason (I had provided all these details in my first e-mail to flipkart but nobody bothered to read).

            Then I called up the seller (TVC) to ask why did they reject the refund request, when I narrated the story, the seller agreed for a refund and asked me to get in touch with flipkart as the product was not directly purchased from them. When I again contacted flipkart, the first response I received was that I should ask the seller for a refund, I got extremely upset with this lousy attitude and wanted to escalate the matter, however nobody transferred my calls to a supervisor at the call centre. I provided all my details; i, e my bank account details as well as the address from where the item has to be picked up; over the phone as well as on e-mail but I didn't get any further response.

            Today I was told by the supervisor to write to the disputes team and when I did, guess what, the e-mail bounced back because the e-mail id didn't exist. I am still waiting for a call/ e-mail from flipkart. Its been a nightmare dealing with these people who don't seem to understand my problem. I am still hopeful that they will turn around and address my complaint to my satisfaction, lets see if they meet my expectations.

              I have purchased the clothes 29th July, 2014 and delivery date was on and before 2nd Aug, 2014 but till now I have not received my order.
              Our whole friend circle are frequently consumer of Flipkart. They have also faced the delivery issue as well as their executive's communication gap many times.
              We have complained many times to both DELHIVERY and FLIPKART but they have neither solved the issue nor responded properly till now.

              I've ordered few products from Flipkart. But while delivery, they have not called to my mobile no. and simply made the status as as "product has been returned by user". This is the second consecutive time i'm facing this problem. And while calling the customer support to re-deliver the product, they are saying that you have to order it once again. By that time the price of the product is increased. This the worst service i've experienced by a leading online shopping organization.If this kind of service they are providing in Bangalore, then how can we expect service in other places.

                I ordered Moto G (16 GB Black ) yesterday (3rd Aug 2014) and to my surprise when I opened the box I found a piece of stone inside a Nokia 150 cover. I never expected this kind of business from flipkart. OD[protected] [Incident:[protected]] I will never recommend buying anything from flipkart. I even paid extra charges for same day delivery and now I am asked to wait for three days for next update. Please somebody help on this. WS Retail was seller (not at all reliable).

                Yes, wsretailer is fraudulent company.
                Actually it makes small fraud like 1-2 out 100. Same thing happened with me. I purchased a book 3500/- (Mac OS X and IOS Internals: To the Apple's Core (English)) and found 200 pages were missed from book.

                I came to know around 1 month when I reached to particular chapter. flipkart refused to take any action.
                I tell you one thing, flipkart is indian company and we know maximum indian companies are cheater more or less so flipkart is one of them.

                I guess they do this only with such customers who have made the payment in advance and not cash o delivery.

                    i bought a Bosch AQT 37-13 Home & Car Washer of 130 bars pressure, the pressure is much less than it says, they replaced with a same product, i requested them either to give me a same company's product with higher pressure or else refund my paid amount (Rs. 12, 000), i registered compaints many times but they are not listening, very bad service, all my money gone waste no use of the product, not fulfiling my purpose.

                        I have purchased a laptop from Flipkart on 10th July 2014. It is getting over heat on the top(Touch pad and besides). I have raised complaint lots of times, no resolution for that complaint. They are ignoring the issue, telling purchase cooling pad. They are insisting me use defective laptop. They are telling one lenovo technical person will come and check the issue and another no will come and check, purchase cooling pad. I have paid 41k but there is no response. Finally I decided getting refund is better option. They are not ready to give any resolution, avoiding this issue. They are saying there is no refund option for electronic good as per the policy. When look into the policy there is no specifically electronic goods policy and also there are telling for any issue after confirming with Lenovo technical team will proceed the action(they are saying this is the policy), but there is no such kind of policy in their portal. I have given the review comments for this product, they didn't publish it. I think this people will publish good review comments, if low rate comments they are not at all publishing. After seeing kind of service I don't want replacement, I want refund only to source account. Mean while they are dragging the issue till 30day after that they say we are not responsible for this kind of issue. Please help me regarding issue and help me refund my amount.

                        Flipkart social media people reached me and they are once again convinenced to reget replacement not for refund. But thing is replace product also had very troublued, replacement no use. So once again called to flipkart customer care requested money. But after completing this process they are returned my money. So who is responsible for that amount. Once again I am going to sue on Flipkart that issue.

They requested me take replacement, if any issues with replacement they will refund the amount(committed). But yesterday I got the replacement product, it is also having issue. I just pressed on power button it is showing an error message " :( Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart" and getting restarted. I really disappointed with their service and quality. They have given the details of both the watches and one can depict from the picture also that the advertisement is for two watches. i have talked to the customer care person(named Saloni as she said) also but they talked so rudely that they can refund our money but they will not give us two watches.and i m fed up by these money return policies.it so lengthy process.They have cheated us.                             Its over a 12 days now that I have requested for replacement for the product item id OD[protected] it have to delivered by 3rd aug 2014 but till now i didn't get the product, and, I am deeply dissatisfied with the services.Its only due to delay in delivery that I am facing a lot of issues and much of my activities are getting delayed and incurred much loss. Have already lost the confidence on the provided services and now I got delay of 3 more days in the delivery which will further add more loss on me. What else I can say about such type of improper service and irresponsible behaviour but I am sure that I will prefer other service companies rather than yours. i am totally dissatisfied with this flipkart services. they are telling stories not giving correct reason .i have totally loosed my time .

                              I am a frequent shopper of books from Flip kart from last 3 years, but in recent time flip kart is being worst site for shopping. To make people aware that how flip kart cheating people I will tell what happen with me recently. I purchased two books from flip kart Order ID OD[protected] on 8 July 2014, I didn’t get product but as per flip kart books were delivered on 17th July, 2014 (Screen shot attached).I discuss issue with customer care and they told me wait for some days and you will get your items. Since order was Cash on delivery I didn’t worried and order again for same items (Order ID OD[protected]) on 27 july 2014 (Screen shot attached). On 29 July I got a mail stating order is delivered, I was shocked as it’s only two days till placing order and I got delivery confirmation. I contact to my neighbours weather they got my books, they denied. I checked with speed post tracking ID and it shows invalid tracking code. I was very tense as exam is near and from last 22 day I didn’t get books. Again I called Flip kart customer care, they told me “Item is delivered, please check with your post office and they rose a complain (No.[protected] and assured me to solve within 48 hrs. I went to post office (My duty time is 8-5 so I take half day leave) but post man denied to receive any speed post of mine. Mean while when after three days I check with Indian post site with tracking code, found that actually product was booked on 30th July and 31st July (Screen shot attached).I feel cheated as they book product after raising complain. I was disappointed by service provided by Flip kart () but thought at least I get books after few days. On 2 Aug, got a mail from Flip kart that they tried to contact me but didn’t succeed and asked me weather I got product or not If not than instruct me to check with Post office again. In tracking screen its clearly shown that product was in Bangalore on 1st Aug, how could I get it within 24 hrs. I called to customer care regarding this issue, again customer care officer told me to check with post office, than he connect me to his floor supervisor “Mr. ROHIT”. Mr Rohit talks to me in very arrogant, rude and careless way. He was not even listening to me and shouts at me continuously. He told me few things regarding Flip kart service which I want to bring in notice of everyone. 1: Flip kart update book as delivered as soon as they book and got tracking ID (They didn’t bother to check delivery status from Indian post site). 2: Since they post books by speed post and it is a government organisation and THEY CAN NOT CONTROL INDIAN GOVERNMENT, they cannot control delivery of product to customer, customer himself is responsible to track with Indian post and raise complain if didn’t get product (Funny). 3: When I told him I will complain regarding his behaviour and this issue to consumer complain sites and Flip kart authorities he told me go for it this problem belong to different section. 4: He told my address is out of their delivery area and even though they send me books (If it is than how I got books in last three years on same address and if this address removed by them in recent days then why their site booked order). 5: I will get product but in how many days is not sure as Speed post is not in their control. I was very Disappointed by behaviour of Mr. ROHIT and thought how he got rights to talk to any customer in this way, than I check terms o[censored]se of flipkar and found few points help full for future buyers from flip kart and want to bring in notice of everyone. I want to bring into notice of everyone that Terms of Flip Kart clearly tells “The Website is a platform that Users utilize to meet and interact with one another for their transactions. Flip kart is not and Cannot be a party to or control in any manner any transaction between the Web site's Users.” (Other important points attached in screen shot). I request to all Friends please think twice before buying anything from FLIPKART

                                    I, Dr. Subir K. Patel, had ordered a SONY XPERIA L (Diamond White, IMEI NO.:[protected], S/N: ZH8001TCTS) from flipkart.com on 22/07/2014. My flipkart order ID no. "OD[protected]".
                                    I recieved the parcel on 25/07/2014. Since I was going out of station for 2 days, I opened the parcel on 28/07/2014. When I opened the parcel it happened to not accept my simcard. So on 29/07/2014, I replaced my simcard for a new one and then I again tried inserting it in the phone but still it displayed "Insert Sim". I inserted various other simcards which were working in other phones but not in this one.
                                    I placed a return request (Return ID: 6359884) as well as a complaint (Complaint No:[protected] at flipkart on 29/07/2014.The flipkart executive assured me for a refund. They also took my account details for transferring the refund. On 30/07/2014 I got a call from the seller from whom I had bought the phone (SyberPlace E Solutions P Ltd, KTC Illumnation) who insisted me for visiting the Sony Service Centre for repairing my phone. On my denial, he said to collect a DOA Certificate (Death On Arrival) after which they would collect the phone from my place.
                                    This was my first purchase (AND NOW ITS LAST WRT FLIPKART.COM) from flipkart.com and was done because I don't find time for shopping from my busy schedule. So, I complained about this at flipkart on which they said that my problem would be solved. And till date there is no positive response from the flipkart. I have already filed a customer redressal. On 31/07/2014 I again got a call from a senior from SyberPlace saying that they won't give the refund back without the DOA Certificate.

                                    Hence, today on 02/08/2014 I visited the sony service centre (Krish Electronics, dindoshi, Malad East, Mumbai). It was a SHOCK for me when they told us they cannot do anything about this & cannot accept our complaint as we dont have a a tax invoice (sales bill) with all details like IMEI & S/N of the phone. I showed them a copy of invoice which I got on the email, but they say that a copy without IMEI & S/N of product is NOT VALID. Additionally they told us that this issue should be brought to them WITHIN 7 days of the receipt of phone.

                                    => NOW, HERE IS THE TRICK/FRAUD THAT THESE PEOPLE LIKE FLIPKART & THEIR SELLER ARE PLAYING WITH US: THEY DONOT INFORM US UNTIL VERY END THAT WE SHOULD GO TO SERVICE CENTER WITHIN 7 DAYS - BECAUSE UNTIL THIS TIME THEY PLAY WITH US !!

                                    =>ADDITIONALLY THEY DO NOT PROVIDE THE TAX INVOICE WITH DETAILS, WHICH PROVES US WRONG TECHNICALLY.

                                    THIS IS TOTALLY BIZARRE !! FLIPKART, YOU ARE LITERALLY LOOTING !! RS. 13K IS NOTHING FOR ME & I AM SURE ITS OF LEAST VALUE TO YOU TOO.

                                    BUT BE SURE OF ONE THING, YOU CANNOT CHEAT AND WASTE OUR TIME & MONEY LIKE THIS - YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY EVERY PENNY FOR CAUSING US SUCH A TERRIBLE HARASSMENT !!

                                    THIS IS A TORTURE ! CALLING THE BLOODY CALL CENTER EVERY-TIME & REPEATING THE SAME STORY TO ALL EXECUTIVES - WHO EVENTUALLY CARES A DAMN FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS !!

                                    THIS COMPLAINT WILL BE PLACED BY ALL MEANS NECESSARY TO ALL CONCERNING AUTHORITIES & WE WILL MAKE SURE IN OUR CIRCLE OF CONTACTS NO-ONE PREFERS BUYING THROUGH ONLINE SHOPPING SITES LIKE YOURS.

                                    AND ME BEING A HIGHLY REPUTED DOCTOR, WILL HAVE TREMENDOUS EFFECT !!!

                                      I am facing i hell lot of trouble from this cheaters. 3 days back i tried to make a purchase for nexus 5, firstly they didn't accept my online payment, then they told me to buy 2 electronic gift voucher of re 20000 and make the payment through using those and debit card, i did as i was told, my order was successfully placed but then within few hours they told me your order is on hold and there concerned team will call me back. The next day i get a mail they your order has been canceled without my consent since i had purchased the EGV'S i had no choice but to ask them what to do, they told me to place a fresh order, seeing no other option i made a fresh order and the same cycle started again that your order is on hold due to technical issue. Till date i have no solution from them, i have my 27000 stuck, and 7000 yet to be refunded.I am frustrated with issue!!!

                                        Bought a singers mixer n got delivery on31s July with cash on delivery facility.When i started using the mixer I found that there was a leakage from both the big jar and the motor, very disappointed, bought a lot of stuff from flipkart earlier and was happy with the products.Would be happy if you look into this matter at the earliest possible.
