Dear Team I have placed below mentioned order on 5th August 2014, its was Rakhi, which was suppose to send on 9th August 2014(suppose to be delivered before Raksha Bandhan, 10th August 2014), till date Rakhi is not been delivered. Order Details:OD[protected] Its total customer harassment, only reason i have booked from flip kart was as delivery date was showing on 9th August 2014, else i would have chosen Amazon as its far more better that flip kart. 1) Worst Customer services on helpline number- on Saturday(9th August 2014), first time when called Flipkart Customer Care, there was no proper response from customer care executive and they told me that the order would be delivered by 7pm definitely but it was not done.On the 11th again tried second time i got response from customer care executive that the order would be delivered by 13th august 1.30 pm. I have made full payment and my sisters had to go without their Rakhi gifts for no fault of theirs but mine for choosing and trusting Flipkart. I dont want to cancel my order because I dont know how long they would take to refund the money. This has caused me great mental anguish Sunil Ahuja
