I bought Moto G (16GB) cell phone from flipkart just before a month. But from many days I found serious problem that my phone doesn't works when i insert hands free. I checked all other brand's hands free too but same problem occur . So I can't switch to music with hands free on my phone. Along with this problem my cell oftenly switch off automatically without any warning even my battery is charged. I registered complaint on your 24*7 helpline but they did not give any reply. Along with my cell phone Motorola provided 1 year hardware warranty. So please, give me prompt and satisfactory reply how to solve these .     Hi,

    I ordered a watch Titan Raga 311SM05 which costs Rs 2250 on 11th July 2014 which was expected to deliver on 15th July 2014. I daily call Flipkart to get the order status.
    I never received a call from the Courier Company which was responsible to deliver the Product.
    Also, I asked Flipkart to give me the number of E-kart logistic(the courier company) who was going to deliver the product, but didn't got any contact.

    Flipkart daily calls me and says they will deliver the product today.

    Now on 15th July 2014 they cancelled my order itself without any intimation to me and send an SMS it is cancelled as they are not able to contact me and refund my money as a Wallet.

    The actual reason what i found of the cancellation is: The same watch which I ordered Rs 2250 is now available at Rs 3750.
    A total increase in price of Rs. 1500.


    I want the same product available to me at the cost for which I ordered from the same Retailer.

    Else, I do not have any trust on Flipkart so, I want my complete Wallet amount to be transeferred to my Bank Account.

    Also, I want compensation as I order that as Gift for someone as Birthday gift which was not deliverd.

And also on 14th and 15 and 16 July customer care people told, they are trying to reach me its not possible to reach me, but I was there in my office premises till 7.00 pm eventhough my office hours is till 6 pm. But I have not even got a call or message. Everyday when I call - I get the same reply today you'll get before 7pm (And blaming the courier guy), But no use. Expected delivery for this item is 15th July 2014 1 Question to flipkart, If you cannot ready to delivery a shipment on promised time, why the heck you have a online shopping. And also why you have to give a contract to and nonsense delivery partner. Its really not advisable like this. Already I have shared this incident with my circle. Even my circle also faces the same kind of bogus incident's from flipkart. We are really gonna stop ordering in flipkart. And we are thinking to spread this information.         i have ordered an item Bata Shoe from flipkart, i was told it would be delivered by july 7th 2014, on the same day when i was in office i got a message that the package is delivered, but i was in the office, when i called my colleagues there was no one who received the package, it was some other person who took the package and signed some name, how could it be delivered to some one else if i am not present, and it has been dragging from 7th that they are saying i would get an update and the update i got today was, please check with your friends and neighbors which i was discussing from the starting. when i contacted two of the customer service representatives they held me waiting for around 10 min on call which was chargeable and hung up.

          on 9th July 2014 i have ordered an apple I phone 4s with 8gb from flipkart.com as they have told me that the delivery is on 15th July 2014 they called me on 14th July and said that the product has reached the flip kart hub nearest to you, so as i have some personal work on that day i went to the office for the delivery and they took 22500/- from me and gave me the package i got doubt that the package was different from other mobile handsets package i checked the item there itself and there were two stones in it, each and every person there were shocked... they did not returned my payment after seeing this kind of fraud...now what am i supposed to do?

            i have ordered a phone on 5 days ago and they said that it would reach me by 16/7/14, that it took5 days, it's already late.I have kept on trying them from 15th evening onwards and on 15th evening they said it would reach me on 16th.Then on 16th they have send a message that i'm in an not reachable area and they have returned to office and deliver on 17th.Such a big online shopping site couldn't deliver properly and bluffing instead is waste and advertising best shipping is absolute bluffing.I choose flipkart because of because of my friends saying that it would deliver products fast and so my room mate got MOTO-E from it and they delivered it as usual but why don't they for me.


            MY ORDER NO IS:OD[protected] and it's ASUS zenfone.please do justice for me and warn them.They do like this frequently untill an authority aks.many customers wrote thie reviews about this tyoe of delivery.

              Hi, I had ordered 2 No's ten on ten shrugs from flipkart order no..OD[protected] as a gift for a friend who lives in Singapore.The product said free size, but when opened the packet one of the two Shrug the size is of a little kid.How could such a error occur??? It was a gift hence I did not open the packet in Bangalore and sent it to Singapore...Very upset with the product received.
              Order for moksha lemon grass oil 120ml was made & even the payment for the same of rs339/- including the freight charges was given but on opening the box found 30ml bottle

                Dear All, I would like to bring it to your notice that Flipkart & Ekart are engaging in Fraud by accusing the general public and their customers of either not being at home or not responding on their phones to the delivery boys calls. This is just because their delivery boys (who are a set of rogues) are unable to deliver (due to their laziness or in case they want to while away time). This has happened on almost 3 times for me and on all instances I was very much at home & always I get this troublesome message " Undelivered Because of No Response". In fact, I have changed the delivery to my office, as it is a Hospital and is open 24 hrs a day/ 7 days a week, just because somebody is there from my office to receive the item on my behalf for the whole day or damn night. Besides, in most instances where the claimed that there was no response from me, attempted delivery was claimed to occur after 7 pm, when in fact Flipkart stops delivering at 7 pm. How can Flipkart give fraudulent claims that the customer was not at home when in fact I was very much at home. By accusing the customers of this, they are bound to lose their business.                 I have ordered a Nike football from flipkart and it is saying that RECEIVED AT BAMNOLI CENTRE.AT DELHI and after that it says DISPATCHED AT HOSKOTE SORT FACILITY ON THURSDAY, JUNE 22 AT 03:39AM.It has been 2 days and still it did not reach at hoskote sort facility.It needs only a single day new Delhi to Bangalore from train or bus.From flight less than 1 day.                 They did that to me also... I ordered for same day delivery.. I even called the delivery boy 3 times.. He said he's gonna come before 9pm.. But that never happened.. And flipkart didn't do anything about.. So i take delivery next day and paid money for same day..

                  Worst experience from flipkart. "To be frank, there is no agreement that customer must receive item after they order." -said by customer service supervisor Mayukh :o Firstly the called was picked up by Ganesh and then transferred to supervisor Mayukh. I am totally unsatisfied with their service. Wow! I am stunned! I have no surerity that I will receive order after making payment. So what should I pay? @flipkart.com has blocked my Rs. 12000 but could not give any proper reason for it. Just thief people. Order ID: OD[protected] OD[protected] I have ordered Asus zenfone 4 ...two times. For the first one it was canceled immediately after making the payment. For the second order, they assigned courier then they cancelled and sent a return request to courier. My pin code is deliverable as shown in the website. Afterthat... 1. They could not deliver that particular product. 2. They cannot take alternative address. 3. They cannot assign another courier. 4. They cannot make refund in flipkart wallet so that I can purchase immediately. And finally...ridiculous that "there is not agreement that customer must receive item after they order" Will they pay the interest of a credit card after taking the money for 10 days! Stop buying from flipkart. @all They have no agreement that u must receive your item.

                  Seems like a rare case, usually people are very happy with Flipkart's services. Any how, you can always raise the issue over mail to their customer care, and resolve the issue to get your money back.

                    I had ordered a quantum QHM gamepad on 9th of July. They said the product will be delivered on 12th by 7:00 pm. I had no sign of them.                         This complaint is regarding the delivery boy named: Mohanraju Bangaru who misbehaved with me. First day he called to know if I was available in my delivery address, I replied saying that I am unavailable right now and instead come to their office and collect it, but since their office closes by 5pm, I could not go as my office hours are till 7pm. Therefore, I informed the delivery boy that I will not be able to come before 5 pm and asked if he can get it the next day. Initially he started giving excuses saying that he will not be able to come and deliver and started misbehaving. After a lot of persuasion, he agreed to come the next day between 12pm to 2 pm. Next day, he did not call before coming and suddenly called up at 12:24 pm threatening me to take the delivery in 5 min otherwise he would leave. I said that I will be taking 15 min to reach, could you please wait for 15 min, he started shouting at me and quarreling with me saying that he would leave if I don't reach on time. First, he did not call before coming for the delivery and thus did not give me buffer time to reach the address. Second, when I requested him to wait for 15 min, so that I can reach the delivery address, he started yelling and quarreling with me. This misbehaviour is totally not acceptable and I am highly disappointed with the service. If this complaint is not looked into, I would rather cancel my order and not order anything in Flipkart in the future as well.

                        I have mentioned above tracking id so that other guy who delivered in good manner at 9am approx doesn't get scolded instead the culprit one.
                        I got 2 packets delivered today 1st one came and delivered smoothly as had also delivered many days earlier. But 2nd packet around at 10:15 AM, who came to deliver, first told me that he can't deliver to 4th floor rather, i need to come down to collect so i went down, asked him why did he called me instead coming up, as earlier all delivery people r delivering doorstep. But he started shouting infront of all people standing outside on road and said i will throw your parcel next time.

                        Plz take some action against him thanks.

                          I ordered one earphones on Flipkart.com on 8 July 2014. According to the order and detail mentioned on their website, my order should deliver by 11 July 2014. I got one message that your order is out for delivery and will be delivered by today 7 PM. Today is 15 July 2014. I haven't received my order yet. I had chat and call with Flipkart customer support service. Everyday they told me it will be delivered by today evening for sure. Worst part was, i never received any call or message through their logistics about the order. If check in my account on their website, it still shows "Out for Delivery". This is not the first time that happened to me. Before that I ordered one shorts and they didn't the same thing.

                            i ordered a moto g with order id OD[protected] on 1st july 2014 with a delivery date of 10 july 2014 ..
                            suprisingly they havnt delivered till 14 july, even after continuous conformation from the customer care to ship the product till 14 july
                            flipkart service is worst i have ever witnessed .
                            please take immediate action ..
                            flipkart sucks..
                            nd it also lot a customer

                              I have ordered two moto G Flip Black cover .On 5th may but recived only one with the order id OD[protected]. i paid for two covers and the cover .i got is only one . Since that we are contacting the flip kart customer care people but they are simply ignoring the queries raised by us . along with this i am attaching the screen shots of the order confirmation mail sent by Flip kart while ordering and the scanned copy of the delivery copy.

                                I palced an Order on 6th of July. My order is OD[protected]. According to order, it would be delivered on 9th ogf July but I did not received my product as yet. And also the customer care's response is not cooperative. My amount is deducted. This is cheating with consumer.

                                I successfully ordered Redmi 1s mobile from Flipkart on 2 September my order id is (ODA[protected]HBPLB00) and after 7 days i checked my order status its still under conformation stage and i called to customer care executive he said that i will receive mobile on 13 sep but i have not received any conformation thing from flipkart. 10th sep i sent a mail to Flipkart team and after 20 hrs they called me and said that my product got reserved and it will be delivered on promised date that is 13sep. Today again i called customer care and they given me a foolish answer that my product has not been conformed and there was no stock to deliver and suggested me to register again for next sale. I paid total amount through city bank credit card that to 9(EMI) mode .If i cancel my order who is going to pay my interest. As per my knowledge they sold my mobile some one else and now the sales manager saying that my order not conformed and said that their executive has give wrong commitment that the product will be allotted to me. How its possible that their executive could give such wrong information to customers. I spoke to customer care 3 times and they said that my product will be delivered within promising date. In flipkart site my product Is still showing that Item has been confirmed by the seller but they told me that my product not been conformed. Entire mistake done by flipkart they wasted my time and my hard earned money who will going to bare the loss. Today they sent a massage that(they escalated my issue they will resolve problem by 16 Sep, 3:00 PM.) i don't believe flipkart they are cheaters i want to file complaint against company.                                 I have ordered moto e and paid the money on line through credit card. My order delivery committed by flipkart is on 28th of oct, 2014. I wanted to gift this product to some one I love. After I contacted the customer care, flipkart is saying I will receive my order on 1st Nov 2014. what I should do? it is so embarrasing.                                 ordered books on 22nd of December 2014 order no. OD[protected], which
                                was suppose to be deliver on 25th of that month but due to Christmas holiday
                                delivery boy by calling inform given number that order will be deliver on the
                                next day. As I didn't received by order, I call to customer service executive,
                                in that he inform me that the address which I had given was incomplete and he
                                takes my proper address and inform me that the order will be deliver with in a
                                48hrs. Again I give a call on 29th of December to customer service executive as
                                I did not receive my order. he repeat the same problem that I had not written
                                proper address again I corrected it and he told me that my books definitely
                                will reach with in 48hrs, even I share him that one of the books is very
                                important for me as I going answer exam very next few days in that he promise
                                me, any how the product will reach you in 48hrs. But still today i:e 05 January
                                2015 I had not received any books from Flipkart. Some Question are arise now
                                what would be the next steps to get the product.

                                  Dear Sir/Madam I have purchase symphony desert cooler from Flip cart. The product I received is defective There is water lekage in the cooler as well as the fan speed of the cooler is very low. I want to inform you that the delivery is made to delhi location due to non availability to Noida location.Then I shifted that cooler to noida. Then I called to customere care & I got a Complaint No ND-FM-7G-14003. I request the Execuutive to visit to noida, but I received call from delhi customer care again & again. When 10 days has been passed, I got frustrated & once again get back the cooler to Delhi location. Now I am receiving call from Noida customer care. They are doing just nothing except Time gain. Now I want to returned this cooler & get my money back. Therefore you are requested to arrange its delivery back very soon. My mobile No is - [protected]

                                    My ORDER no is :OD[protected], By this order no, i purchased moto g 16 gb, worth Rs13999 I received this product on 25th Jun 2014, But it is having defect in screen icons and text, so i talked to customer care flipkart, she told me to refund that product back to flipkart via courier, i did the same, they received my product and Return id for this request is : 5837565 is mentioned from their side. also they told me that, we are replacing your product 2 weeks back, but that has been cancelled and they said and mentioned on my mail that, their courier partner has discontinued the service in my area, now from past 1 week, i am calling cs flipkart but they are telling they will update on within 24hrs, every time this thing has been told to me, but no action regarding my money refund or replacement has been done. Please help me on this.

                                      Item 1: 5CD2280B8D Bill shows the warranty of 2 years, while the service centre says there is only warranty of 1 year that has been over. Apart from this, there is severe heating problem in my Laptop. This has been the 4th time, i am sending the complaint and there is no revert back in complete manner from your side. This was really not expected from a Company like Flipkart. So, plz revert back on my new mobile no: [protected] From last 1 month, i am waiting to get contacted from you. My warranty will get over by august 2014.

                                        I bought a Moto G from Flipkart last April, after 2 month o[censored]sing it, I decided to give negative review as i'm not satisfied with the product, so I posted the review and gave single star for it but but my review didn't appear in the review portion even after the website displayed "Thanks for your review, it may help others to decide about the product. Your review will be displayed within 48 hours.". So its clear that they have an underground dealing with Motorola. I believed them madly for their honesty. We should dig such Cheat companies.
