I Have purchased a mobile Xiaomi mi3 on flipkart.com through Internet banking on 5th August. Order Details Order ID: OD[protected] (1 Item) Seller: WS Retail Order Date: 5 August, 2014 Amount Paid:Rs. 13999 through Net banking.very next day i have recieved one email saying that customer had cancelled the order which i NEVER did. i called customer service for several times and they stated, There was a technical issue and has been Resolved. and delivered as scheduled. on 8th aug courier guy called me and asked for the location and promised to deliver before lunch, meanwhile flipkart had sent one email not to deliver. i dont understand what kind of customer care flipkart is running.

Please try to resolve the issue if any of flipkart representative come across this complaint.

    Dear Team I have placed below mentioned order on 4th August 2014, its was Rakhi, which was suppose to send on 9th August 2014(suppose to be delivered before Raksha Bandhan, 10th August 2014), till date Rakhi is not been delivered. Order Details: OD[protected] mobile number of Delivery person was switch off on Thursday (7th August 2014)and Friday(8th august 2014), on Saturday (9th august 2014 )when called the Delivery person he told that reason for delay was that order has been misplaced. Its total customer harassment, only reason i have booked from flip kart was as delivery date was showing on 9th August 2014, else i would have chosen Amazon as its far more better that flip kart. 1) Worst Customer services on helpline number- on Saturday(9th August 2014), first time when called Flipkart Customer Care, there was no proper response from customer care executive and they kept me on hold for long, when again tried second time i got response from customer care executive that either cancel your order or else it will be take 3 to 4 more days to deliver the order.       BE WARY about buying any of the MOTO phones from Flipkart. I a, a regular buyer from Flipkart but did not have the experience of "returning/exchanging" something until this time. Last month, I got a Moto E and a Moto G phone from them. The less expensive Moto G has an issue with a black line showing up on the screen that was not obvious before in a dark background. I called up customer services and spoke to Nadeem Pasha who gave me the rounds of their policies saying I should called yesterday. Next, I called again and spoke to a helpful guy Ashok, who set up a call with ARINDAM CHATTERJEE, a manager of sorts. Arindam again gave me the rounds about the policies. Given the business I have given these guys, I dont expect to be treated like this for a legitimate reason and a faulty product that Flipkart is the exclusive seller for. At the end of the day, Amazon would probably take the product back no questions asked and would give better service. I am sad to say that after speaking to Arindam, I am going to take my business elsewhere.

        Hey there,

        I purchased MOTO E from flipkart on 30th July. I always appreciated flipkart for it's excellent service & on time delivery. Although it was working fine for a month, it stopped working(Speakers not working all of a sudden) after a month unfortunately. I just crossed 30 day time limit. But when I called the customer care, they are not ready to replace the phone ( It is pretty CLEAR THAT FLIPKART DELIVERED A FAULTY PRODUCT). They provided contact details of Moto service center which is nothing but pathetic. Flipkart which was awesome is now aweful ( After it crossed 1$ dollar revenue) .
        They clearly cheated me. I want justice for the money which I've spent and I want my phone to be replaced.

        Go to the service center .. they will either fix it or get it replaced. Its not flipkarts fault at all.

          As per previous interaction the above shipment is already delivered to customer and the same has been confirmed with the customer. So closing the case.
          I AM BOOKED PRODUCT THROUGH FLIPCART UNDER-OD[protected], ON TUESDAY BUT AS PER COMMITMENT BY COMPANY NOT RECEVING YET...AND COMPANY NOT GIVE ANY MESSAGE OR ALERT REGARD SAME..THE SERVICE IS VERY POOR..
          I got a message on my mobile from e-kart that your item is out for
          delivery at 9:52 am and will be delivered today before 7pm. I waited
          whole day and now its 8:30pm but till now I didn't receive my product.
          If the courier service wasn't sure about the delivery then why did they
          send the message and kept me waiting whole day.

When i gave a complain on website for delivery delay they mailed me and told unforeseen transit related issue. I had also call to flipkart customer care they guys told me our courier partner on the leave but they give a number [protected] and manipulate me. When i called this number a lady tell me he had received 2 pin code of my address and told me after 48 our you will get your order. I am very disappoint from flipkart service because i want to give this mobile to my sister on 10 august as a gift of Rakshabandhan but i can't give.

              Hello, This complain is regarding flipkart.com. I ordered a Moto G phone and the charger for the same was not working. When i complained about the same, they told me that they will refund me 450 Rs. instead of replacing it. I refused for the same as it was just 8 days since i purchased the phone. Then they sent me a mail that are going to give me a samsung charger which is adaptable to my phone. This is really shameful. I would request you to take this matter in consideration.

                  I have placed an order for HTC Desire 210 vide order no OD[protected] dated 04.08.2014, and the commitment date for shipment was 07.08.2014. Day after I placed the order, I got a message, from ekart logistics that shipment will be delivered to you today ie. 05.08.2014, but not delivered. Then again I got the message that “ we tried to deliver your flipkart.com shipment today. as per your instructions delivery will be reattempted” and I didn't give any such instruction. Then again this thing happen on 06.08.2014. On 07.08.2014, which is a last day of your commitment time, in noon, I got the message due to vehicle breakdown, shipment could not be delivered, then again message came, your shipment will be delivered today before 7 pm . I talked to the customer executives, regarding all such messages, and they assure me that I will get the shipment by today. I need the shipment today, due to urgency I requested your customer executives please delivered it today, or gave me the address of logistics, I will pick the shipment myself, as I really need it today. For this I talked to you customer executives at 14:30 p.m and again for confirmation at 18.:30 pm and then 19:10 pm and even on 21:00 Pm and request to them please deliver the shipment today and every time they assure me, mam your complaint is filed and we are working on it. And every time I trusted them. But i didnt get the shipment. And on 08.08.2014, i called the customer care executives, they said it is impossible to deliver today. And i got the message from ekart logistics that " we regret to inform that your flipkart.com could not be delivered as your phone was unreachable. It seem like they are playing game with me today as on special request, they are not taking my shipment seriously and ultimately blaming me that i am not reachable. And I also want to file an complaint against e kart logistics, as they are updating on track shipment wrong and false information. According to them I didn't response, but how could I response, because I didn't receive any call from them. Even I didn't give any instructions for rescheduling. Due to non delivery of shipment, I suffered a loss as I required it urgently. Kindly take necessary action against Flipkart, Customer care Executives and E kart Logistics for misguiding the customer and updating wrong and false information and unnecessary blaming the customer.

                      My order details are stated below: Order ID: OD[protected] (2 Items) Seller: WS Retail Order Date: 4 August, 2014 10:57 AM Amount Paid: Rs. 13998 through Cash on delivery after completion of the order it was stated "Your complete order will be delivered by Aug 07, 2014". But, till date I haven't receive my order and on contacting customer care executive I am not getting satisfying solution moreover, they are blaming me for not receiving their calls (no calls came from there side), infact, I had called them many times and they are always giving non-satisfying answers and different executives have different reasons. I had hopes from flipkart for best delivery, but with this experience I am very much disappointed and more over I will not be able to gift my sisters on Rakhi. This has saddened me alot and I will further not order anything from Flipkart and would not suggest Flipkart to my close ones as well.

                        Flip kart is very very irresponsible. I ordered a mobile phone on 31st Jul 2014 and they gave me the delivery date 5th Aug 2014 . but i did not get the product yet and they are giving me the new date 9th Aug 2014, But i am in doubt that they will deliver to that date. Also when i contact them their customer support executive are also very rude and they dont give the exact answer to your query. I dont recommend this site to buy any product because their service is worst. Ashish Gupta

                          Dell Vostro 2420 Laptop was delivered to me on 30th Jul'14 . When i opened the laptop and checked same, the laptop was not charging at all. The product was delivered on Cash On Delivery . 1. We checked laptop at very moment and asked the delivery person to take it back. He refused and asked to take it back. 2. At the same moment we initiated a return of product online. They give date 1st August 2:30 PM to resolve the issue . But nothing happened . After such long wait i contacted them and asked them to provide resolution. They said, they will make sure it will happen on Saturday(2nd) morning . But again on saturday morning, i need to contact them repeatedly for a call back from technical Team. Then call back came, and lady rejected the request to return out of haste. I again talked them, they said we cannot replace the laptop till dell engineer come and visit same .This was wiered that a new laptop being sent defective need a check from the dell side, But agreed to same . 3. She sent out the mail for details of laptop, I sent all details to lady by mail by sunday . She promised to have a SLA of 72 hrs to make the dell engineer visit regarding same . But till Thurday no one visited . Upon enquiring the lady had updated the comment on the issue that laptop is ok, but the customer need to make a return . Please help to return the laptop, as they take the money and gave a defective product to us . This is real cheating with us.

                            The incident took place between 28th of June 2014 and 6th August 2014. For the whole month I called Flipkart to sort out my issue but who cares. I purchased a few products (4) in June. One out of the four was having some problems in it. So I called Flipkart within half an hour of its delivery to get it replaced. Their representative said that it's gonna be replaced within 3 days. That didn't happen of course. Then I called again, after not getting any response from your side, this time their representative said, "your request for replacement has been canceled, we will return the product & refund the money. Please wait for 3 days". He didn't tell me that I have to provide my bank details. Ok. Then after waiting for about 7 days I called again and this time he said, "We never refund the money in hand. We will refund the money to your account provide your details". I gave my bank details except IFSC Code coz I didn't remember that all of a sudden. He asked to call Flipkart back to give IFSC Code. Between 8th July to 18 July I called you at least 3 times, if not more, and gave my full bank account information. Then finally on 18th July Flipkart said, "We are looking into it and wait till 23rd of July you will get the refund". I also want you to know that I got a SMS from Flipkart on 18th July 2014, "We have escalated your issue to the concerned team. We will resolve your problem by 23 Jul, 8:00 PM." I waited and waited till 24th of July, I didn't call but sent an email writing about all my problems in complete detail. Then after 2 days 4:00am in the morning, I received a long email in reply from SUNIL D (Customer Support). He said that he is going to arrange a call back from Flipkart to my number between 9:00am and 9:00pm. And God knows they never called back. Just a false promise. On 27th of July, 2014 I was talking to one of the representatives. He was trying to teach me something that it is so many days now and we will not refund the money and told me to write the whole story to flipkart once again & disconnected the phone intentionally. On 29th of July I recieved 2 emails from Flipkart. They asked me to wait for next 5 days, they are going to initiate the refund and it will take 5 days for bank procedures. I've attached the screenshot of that email with this. And still I've not received any confirmation email about the refund. If I call them again they are going to start this all over again. I am very angry now. What should I do?

                              I have purchased a sadwitch maker against my order id-od[protected] dated 22/07/20104 and good delivered to me vide receipt no-4366965 on 25/07/2014 at 3:45pm.Incidentally said appliances broken in upper parts after using 2-3 days.Please arrange toreturn the goods to the company and replacing the same with new one.

                                  ordered two screen guards for Sony Xperia ZR (OD[protected]) Had some urgency to get this order within a time line. Received message that one of the product (tracking ID : FMPP[protected]) was out for delivery on last Sunday (3rd Aug).. but, later received a message that due to vehicle breakdown product couldn't be delivered on the same day (message received at 2:30 PM).. ultimately the order got delivered on 6th Aug.. after three days delay.. I have sent several mails to Flipkart asking for delivery.. but no one answered why is it delaying for three more days..!! Flipkart seemed to be least interested in customer grievances..!! if one product is out for delivery and vehicle breakdown at 2:30.. attempt should have been made to deliver through different vehicle on the same day.. provided, that the urgency has been repeatedly informed to them.. but it took another three days to ship the order again..!!

                                    I had ordered a Xiaomi Redmi Note from Flipkart dated[protected].

                                    My phone has stopped switching on since one time when it was off, there was no external damage but still it isn't turning on. There were problems with calling too, as in you cannot disconnect any calls. I hope you look into these matters and fix my phone as soon as possible.
                                    I had purchased a MOTO-E (Second Generation) from Flipkart on 23rd April, 20145.The PHONE IS NOT WORKING. Suddenly it is switching off, Its DISPLAY is not working due to which it has become unable to switch it on and operate the phone. This is causing high inconvenience to me as entire useful data is stored in it. Kindly revert at earliest with the replacement or warranty service for the same. Regards D.karthik

                                      Dear Team, I have purchased a Karbonn A27+ through Flipkart Online Purchase Invoice No : BLR_WFLD[protected] dated : 13.01.2014, in this 7months time i have used the mobile for maximum for 30-40days only and the rest of the days it was there in the Karbonn authorized service center only. Around 10-15 job sheets i have entered in the same service center (Rite Info Solutions, Salem) for the same mobile and same problem. My latest job sheet no is 8056 dated : 08/07/2014 now it is almost 1month, till date there is no proper response from the company. I have never experienced such The WORST Service in any other companies. Service Center Address, Rite Info Solutions Sri Lakshmi Complex, Omalur Main Road, Swarnapuri, Salem - 636004.                                         i order for GB JEWELLERY STAINLESS STEEL HUGGIE EARRING from DARYANANI ENTERPRISE through FLIPKART. The product I received was defective product. continuously calling customer care from 1 month for replacement. every time they r giving excuse for replacement. they r not providing any assistance. not providing contact of nodal officer. not escalating my call to any superior. want to complain that DARYANANI ENTERPRISES, SB SINGH ROAD COLABA MUMBAI 400005 is a fraud seller.

                                        I am a certified buyer of flipkart.[protected]@gmail.com.i ordered LENOVO K3 NOTE but in this product there are so many defect

                                        1.heating issue
                                        2.back cover issue
                                        3.battery issue. Battery get dischared in only
                                        One or one and half hour.i. requested return request 2 time flipkart customer care team
                                        disapproved my request.please replace my handset.
                                        I have received ordered item against order OD[protected], Invoice No.470 dated29.07.2015. Wrong item is shipped. This OTG I have already been purchased vide order No.OD[protected] . It is not the same which is appearing in your display. Micro USB connector is different which I actually need and appearing in your display. You are requested to replace the OTG as per your photograph shown in your e.mail dated.29.7.2015
