I bought a lenovo tab from flipkart ..after few months..there's some problem..i gone lenovo service centre and they said we cant repair ur product cause Ur service period has been expired and according to my bill i have 4 months left .it means flipkart sell old product.. Now i want solution...

    I bought a Samsung Galaxy S4 from this site December last year. This product starts creating problem after 2 months of delivery. First time I manage the problem by going to customer care of samsung. But after few days again same problem is occurring. Next I bought Nokia 208 in April. This product also starts giving problem after 2 months. Next I bought Nokia XL 6 days ago. But on delivery its display is not working. All the products are worst and giving problems again and again.

This is Syed saif From Kanpur India. i am a regular customer of flipkart, last Year i Bought a Zotac Nvidia Gt 630 2 GB graphic card, but recently for some unknown reasons my graphic card is not working. So i call to your excutive and ask him for the nearest Service centres. i got the address and go there but they told me that the service centre has been shifted from another location. i called flipkart again they gave me the adress of lucknow, i went there and again i got the excuse that they are not taking graphic card the service centre is only for mother board.i still have one year warrenty left for my Graphic card but i dont understand what to do now no body is taking responcibilty, not the flipkart and the service centre.           I returned an order of rs 1250 around. Flipkart said that the money is being credited to credit card back but its not credited. I sent 90+ mails to the customer support and around 40+ calls regarding this issue. They dont even care about that. ITS THE WORSE SITE WHO EAT USER'S MONEY. this happend thrice with me on returning my orders. Please check with the issue, i want to file a case against flipkart

              My Orders No OD[protected] & Order no OD[protected], Both were gifts and were delayed by more than 10 days . Even after Repeated complaint no one seem to be bothered about the same. I always got a false promise and without shame they keep defaulting on the promised dead line. I have the entire written mail of Delay. Both Case it was a gift for which I have paid Extra charge for the Gift Wrap and If a gift is not delivered on the time ( Birthdate ) then It has no use. I have lost my face in front of my relatives and its a loss of reputation .

                To, Flipkart Customer Service Flipkart Internet Private Limited, Ozone Manay Tech Park, #56/18 & 55/09, 7th Floor, Garvebhavipalya, Hosur Road, Bangalore - 560068, Karnataka, India. I ordered a Xiaomi Mi 3 on the 22 July 2014 (Order Id: OD[protected]) and it was delivered the next day, i.e, 23 July 2014. However I wasn’t in the city when it reached. Now, on the 27 July 2014, I got a chance to finally open the phone. But I was greeted with a cracked display and a non-functioning touch screen on opening the phone. Meanwhile I had got to know through a friend that Loop Mobile wasn’t working on their new Mi 3 phone. The friend asked me for a favor by trying to troubleshoot the issue with their phone..with the help of Flipkart customer support. So I called the customer care and gave MY order number (because I didn’t have the friend’s order number) to see what was going on and to ensure that it was not something that was wrong with only that particular phone. However it started working just fine a day or two later. Now on the 27 July 2014 I register a complaint with Flipkart for this phone with the cracked display. I waited for 3 days until I got a call from a VERY unpleasant customer care guy from Flipkart. Now, what I’m told is that the phone cannot be replaced JUST because I hadn’t stated the fact when I had contacted Flipkart earlier (How am I supposed to state the fact when I hadn’t even opened the phone yet?). He went ahead to subtly imply that I was bluffing about the facts (no offence taken). Then I talked to one of the seniors who said that they’d go through the previous phone records to see if I was actually telling the truth and then they would get back. (Okay. I’m starting to take some offence now). By now, I’m really annoyed. But I keep my calm and wait for the next day believing that the customer care will actually be able to make at least some sense of the situation here. I got a call today and was told that I should have stated the fact of the phone being cracked when I first contacted Flipkart for the Loop Mobile issue (even though I hadn’t even been able to open my phone and the first call was just for the friend’s phone. I can also provide with their order number if you guys are really so suspicious). I had not been able to provide the CS with any information regarding the broken phone when I first contacted them. I could not even give them my IMEI. It was just a friend’s phone with Loop Mobile not working on it. I could not even have used my phone with the broken display and the non-functioning touch screen. It is still stuck at the first screen where I’m asked to select the language (but I cant thanks to the broken touch screen). I wasted a lot of time talking to the customer care executives who were really trying to be the Sherlocks of Flipkart and treating my earlier phone call as the conclusive evidence of me trying to extort from Flipkart, a 14k phone. It was of no help. Instead of helping the customer face the problem, they are simply and VERY CLEARLY trying to deny the customer a rightful replacement of a defective phone. It is extremely sad for a company, which has always been known to be the best in customer satisfaction in ecommerce. So here I am, with my broken phone, writing this letter with a positive hope that someone will actually understand this situation and help me get a replacement which I VERY CLEARLY deserve. I am not just going to settle with this kind of behavior from you guys. Just because I gave my order number and not my friend’s in order to seek technical support, you guys are jumping to conclusions and blindly blaming the customer here, which is a totally unprofessional approach for the customer care of a company as big as yours. I expect a prompt reply to this mail as the matters are no more petty and it is turning out to be a serious issue. And I’d be delighted and happy to be served by your customer care personnel who actually have some sense about how to talk to a customer. If I don't get best possible solution from your end I shall not refrain from taking this matter to the consumer forum and also take it onto the social media as I am left with no other choice.                         recently I ordered for two watches in flipkart but i was shocked when i got problem after problem we ordered only for two watches bt they told we have ordered 6 watches that was not only the thing they donot have any coordination between themselves the watches under the same categories were considered same though both were different not only by their colour but also design and dial.we found the watches in a completely hazardeous way and it was also not properly packed. this type of worst behaviour wasn't expected from such a big company.

                          This is about the Fake company Flipkart, there is no trust on FLIPKART the one big [censored]ing Indian fake company.

                          Today : 30 July 2014 (Till now order is not completed after many complaints) – There is no resolution by Flipkart customer service, its almost 1 month over
                          Action needs to be taken on Seller à WS Retail Service Pvt. Ltd.

                          This is the kind notice to Indian fake company Flipkart and fake offer for the below issue which is not yet completed.

                          This is with reference to sales order number which is not yet completed after many complaints. I have not received “Free Targus Laptop Bag”.
                          I am requesting you to either complete this order with the given below offer or take back this order and return my money (I don’t want skip this offer, as per the promise and order you should complete this).

                          Flipkart people they keep on calling and enquiring about the issue but no one is taking this issue seriously. Recently the guy called from flipkart told me that will give you replacement of bag with other company (Instead of Targus – will offer Wildcraft company bag) but after that no communication received by flipkart, I don’t know how foolish people is working with such kind of company.

                          If I raised complain, you already known to the incomplete issue and you should take action but rather than this, flipkart people used to make call to the customer till the confirmation and kept the issue on hold since a month. Is it really required to confirmation from customer ???
                          Flipkart people should get confirmation from you seller that why they missed offer every time and other thing is that you should be deliver incomplete order in the same manner as you used to deliver in 1st time ordering.
                          Later on when I checked, Targus bag is still available with flipkart and flipkart people are not ready to give that bag as you promised when I booked the order.

                          As I am customer so I know I purchased something from flipkart and all the receipt from flipkart, I don’t know what is your seller and what stock you have with your seller but still you people is blaming to seller even though you have stock that means simpley they are making fool to the customers.

                          I wanted to ask you that why Flipkart is offering fake offer to the customers ? I am giving you eg. Of another sales order number which was also about to same and flipkart missed the offer (After many complaint they didnt given bag offer with laptop ) this is flipkart marketing which is not trustable and never acceptable this fault.

                          Is this the right way to running FLipkart marketing business in India-> making fool to customer if we are not taking strict action on you people and every time we have to do the complaint, once you deliver incomplete order with us . Is this the way your are archiving market strategy ???

                          I want to escalate this issue with all Indians through the many forum site and that everyone should know how thee flipkart is giving fake offer to Indians.

                          If you people don’t have sufficient stock availability then why you accepted the order, you could cancel at that moment, why you promised for delivery ??? is this really meant to escalated such kind of issues? ?

                          I have escalated this issue with Flipkart managerment - Mr. Sachine & he also ignored this issue . means the all flipkart along with company is fake one .. There is no truct on Indians company, Amazon Ebay is always much better and trustable company where I never faced such kind of cheap issues.

                          @Consumer-forum : Could you please take care of this issue on your priority.

OD[protected] I have bought lenovo tablet A7-50 few days back. first time when i switched it on and found it switched off automatically after 10 mins and restarted also automatically. i unlocked it with my pattern password. Again i faced the same problem of auto shut down after half an hour and hence after i am unable to unlock it!. It seems some technical problem is there which is required to be addressed.                                   I had ordered a Dell laptop battery via OrderID: OD[protected] on 15th July 2014. Finally after a long wait of 10 days my product was delivered on 25th July and that too they sent an incorrect package. Instead of the Dell battery they sent me a Lenevo battery which was of Order : OD[protected]. I called their customer service and he gave me a complaint number:[protected] on 25th July itself. Next day on 26th July, when I called their cell, they said my complaint is not registered and I had to file another complaint:[protected]. I dont know how they operate with such a negligent staff who dosent know how to deal with their clients. They sent a person to my place on 27th July, without informing me and since I was not at home, they rescheduled the collection on 30th July. Again no one turned up and there is no mail / sms informing about the next pick up dates. I have lost my 15 days and they are asking me to place an order again. I dont know when the product will be collected and when my money will be refunded. This is one of the most unprofessional service that I have ever seen from such a brand. I wonder if I will ever do any business with them. Disgusting !!!

                                      I have by moto X from flip kart after buying this handset with in 3 days we are facing problem with that handset as we replace this handset from flipkart.after 30 days same problem is arising with that handset and now flip kart is saying that our policy is just for 30 days.we went to the Motorola service centre they are saying that they need 90 days to repair this handset. At that time custmer his help less where should to we have to go. pls help us as iam facing lots of problem with this.
