sir, my name is shivam mehta my complain about www.flipkart.com who has cheat with me.
i order a product with order ID: OD[protected] Product: Micromax Canvas 4 A210
and pay to flipkart to full payment of Rs 15248 in advance by neft bank transfar in 9/01/14
after that flipkart has sent me a defective Product: Micromax Canvas 4 A210 which i receive on 18/1/14.
then i call to flipkart then they give me a address and say courier the product to given address
and when they receive the product they give me new product and i do the same what they have said.
flipkart receive the product on 30/1/14
then after i call then they said they has sent a new product for me but after 10 day i have not get any
product then they said they are cancel the order refund my money to me . after that
more than 20 times i mail him & call them but every times they said i wil get refund in next 24-48 hour
they asking this thing more than 20 days but not refund my money.
i have all the proof

    I have booked an Apple Ipad worth 21900 against the exchange of my Samsung Mobile . The value of the IPAD upon discount is 14, 950 at www.Flipkart.com . There was a document typo error from Flip-kart.com and the same was not corrected till date and the commitment of shipment is postponed daily like a statement on water . The Challan copy speaks about the exchange of ACER Laptop for getting an Apple IPAD but what i have opted is exchange of Samsung SDuos Mobile for getting Apple Ipad . All the calls to the executive are in vain . All false promises and i am fed up . Till now the order was not delivered and the reschedule was pointed to the customer instead upon the self . I am filing an e-complaint for sake of justice .

    The delivery is not happening, first message showed that the product will be delivered today and kept me waiting nd the product is not delivered, infact the person or the delivery boy whom on contacting is telling me he will return the delivery..till now no delivery attempt has been made.

      I have purchased Mp3 Player of transcend brand. Within the warranty period of the product, it has been stopped working so i have consulted to the flipkart regarding service scheme and the they have given me the address of the authorized service centre for it. but the service is not there at New Delhi n some of them are not entertaining my product in order to replace it in warranty system. My Order no is- #OD[protected] Since one n half weeks i am calling flipkart regarding my problem but no proper response is there from there side as my warranty period is day by day decreasing. Please help me with this

          As soon as i had received my consignments on 17 Feb 2014 of a book Mousses and Cheesecake and immediately I had ordered for a return on the very same day Return ID-4024431 against the Oreder No: OD[protected].
          Its been 10 days and I have been calling the customer executive everyday to arrange the pick up but all in VAIN.
          Noone has come to pick up the consignment yet.
          Everyday I am being assured that the consignment shall be picked up by these executives but no acytion is being taken till date. I need my refund for Rs 269.00 immediately.
          Request you to please look into this matter at the earliest

            I There, I just buyed new sony Xperia c phone from flipcart one week ago on Monday and the phone started to not work properly just within two days.The aproximity sensor is not working as expected, few times screen automatically gets off and i cant do anything lie go to the menu or disconnect call or switch on the speaker. I contacted Flipcart customer care but no help at all.They just said that i will get a call within a 24 hours but i didnt received any till date. Please help Thanks, Satish

              I had bought a Oleva metal jewel set on 13th Feb 14 with the mil ID Pankaj.[protected]@gmail.com but received the different piece and it was badly packed also the oleva is not mention on the set anywhere then I raised a complaint at CC and they picked my product and send the other piece it was again the different piece and also its defected too now when I have called at CC they said the product was finish and take your money back.

              This is not the way of customer dealing and why do I take my money back I need the same piece what I have chooses or send me the perfect other piece.

              Also I have not recommended anyone to shop from your website its very pathetic website which show something else and dilivered different and defective peaces to their customer.
              Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
              Very pathetic service very bad delivery service.

                i had purchased MOTO G from Flipkart having order number OD[protected] having email id- [protected]@gmail.com, i had hardly using it from the delivery day i.e. past 2 weeks and its front speaker is not working properly it is giving sound like trumpet. Also i had called to nearby dealer of Motorola suggested by Flipkart but the no. provided is of someone else. kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible

                To whosoever this may concern,

                I had ordered a Micromax doodle from your site 7 days back as a gift for my mother. She switched on the system and started using it 2 days back. Yesterday she realised the phone would get hot, while on a call and continue to get heated until unbearable. Later the same day, it switched off on its own. Even after charging it for hours, it refused to switch on.
                I expect a solution to this issue in 2 days - with nothing other than a replacement of the same model. I don not want a payback or refund.

                i had ordered asus zenfone 5 A501CG(Black, with 16 GB) on 06 jan 15. Order ID: OD[protected]. flipkart delivered the product to my neighbour on 9th jan as i was unavailable during office hours. i got product in my hand on 10th jan. i started using the phone on 10th jan evening.

                this faulty product has serious problems

                1) it heats up extremely fast. i cannot use it for even for 5 mins. it is like holding a warm plate on the hand all the time. what is the use of phone if one cannot use it for songs / browsing even for 1 hour in a day. the mobile definitely cannot be used for more than 1 hour in a stretch. i am afraid that it may explode if it used for long hours

                2) the battery life is pathetic. it drains so fast that it does not last even for 2 hours. i have not played any games. not used it for playing videos. just used for sms, 2g browsing, 1 call. this happens when i have enabled ultra saving mode. i needed to charge the battery for 3 times

                their website is mentioned as below about battery

                Talk Time 18 hrs (3G)
                Standby Time 353 hrs (3G)

                but my mobile does not last for 2 hours.

                3) the quality of audio is extremely poor. unable to hear the song thru earphone outside the house even with full volume. tried with different earphone. same problem.

                4) i am unable to download any app thru playstore. always showing error ''unable to download". tried fixing the issue but not getting resolved

                i have contacted flipkart today (11th jan. yes on 1th jan ie not even used the product for 24hrs) and asked for refund as i lost my trust with flipkart. they have given incident id[protected]

                i cannot risk taking replacement product. i am sure that that product will also be faulty.

                Hi, I bought a Timberland Eknmrkt Wedge Boot Boots from flipkart website in October 2014 however after using it for sometime the color of the shoe changed completely and it looks completely different than what it was.                 I have purchased a new Asus Zenfone 2 order number OD[protected] on 05/21/2015. since then i am calling flipkart that the phone is not working properly. For a battery capacity of 3000 mah i have to charge this phone 3 times a day (which is normal as per flipkar supervisor). secondly any app i open or specialy if i open camera the phone gets heated up. while taking calls after 15 minutes i cannot keep the phone near my ear because the gets extemely heated. as per flipkart temp of 45 degrees is normal. at 42 degrees i had to switch of the phone because of the reason that the phone might not burst.
                flipkart tech reps mentioned that 45 degrees is company standard where in i called corp and checked their waranty documents where it is no where mentioned for heating temp. of the phone.
                now flipkart has developed some smart check app through which they remote diagnose the phone battery and temparture. that's kinda of fraud they are doing with customers as it is well understood that it is an app developed by tech team so any ways it will work in their favor. they are not ready to believe the customer have the phone in his hand and is being fighting for 3 days for product replacement.
                supervisor replacement are only sticking to their bull smart check app and saying that if their app is showing normal so there is nothing wrong with the phone. on top of that they are saying it is a certified app. even i can develop this kinda of apps and show them as certified and fool the customers and make money out of their pocket.

                they have refused to replace the product and i have felt harrassed and humilliated the way they have treated me since i have been a frequent buyer at flipkart. really disgusting and disgracefull.

                i dont need the refund, i just want the replacement of the phone.
                I purchased Moto G and it was shipped on May 6th, there was noise when I speak over the phone, also heating issues. Battery gets drained out even though I charge it for full battery. For noise issues flipkart customer care ppl said that I should use actual microsim, I changed my sim, but still problem persist.Please do something, I am a volunteer I cannot afford to buy new set.
                I had purchased a Mobile Phone (Moto G 2nd Generation) on 19th December, 2014.

                After using Phone for 3-4 months, i am facing some problems as mentioned below:

                (1) Speakers of the Phone are not working properly sometimes. Speakers stops working sometimes when an incoming call comes.

                (2) Speakers doesn't work when a Ringtone is set through Downloaded Audios.

                    Dear Sir/Madam, I have placed an order for MOTO G on 8th Feb 2014 vide order number OD[protected]. I was very happy and thrilled to receive the product even after 10 days long wait. But i was really disappointed when i found the product is not functioning. I immediately contacted Motorola Customer Care and explained about the phone's issues (screenshots attached). They have advised me to return the phone to Flipkart. But, i asked them for Service Centre address near to my location. They have given me the address of CCom Telecommunications. I sent my office boy to CCom and they said they will have to keep the phone for a day for observation. But after keeping the phone for a day, finally they have said this is a defective set delivered and should be returned to Flipkart. In between i had given a complete update about this development to the Customer Care[protected]. I spoke to Reetu at around 4:10 p.m. yesterday and she said, i am logging a complaint and our technical team will revert back to you with a solution within 24 hrs. I waited for 24 Hrs. and again gave a call today at 4:45 p.m. and spoke to Arindam Chatterjee. He told me the complaint is already been launched and i shall be receiving a call by today end of the day or by tomorrow. Now, as a first customer of Flipkart, i have following queries: 1. Why i have been delivered a defective product? I think any Electronic Product has to go through quality checks before it is delivered to the customer. Why it is not done in this case? (if it would have been done, i would have not got a defective product) 2. As a first time customer, what is the impression/experience i am getting about Flipkart? 3. OD[protected] - Placed by Flipkart executive Kunal on 07-Feb-14 to compensate Order No.OD[protected] cancelled by Flipkart without any reason. Your flipkart executives, who placed orders on phone on my behalf confirmed the launch day offers applicability before placement of order. I need a categorical confirmation on below mentioned offers on all above orders. + 100% cashback (as store credit) to 100 Lucky customers. + Buy a Mobile along with Case & Cover @70% off - Still 2 covers are required to be ordered once they are back in stocks. + Get Rs.500 off on purchase of ebooks worth more than 501/- on flipkart + Get Rs. 1000 off on purchase of clothing worth more than 1001/- on flipkart. Unquote They responded with below mentioned reply on 14-Feb-2014 that, Quote With regards to your query, I would like to inform you that the launch day offer is redeemable only once per account. Therefore, you will be able to benefit from the orders only once for each offer available. Unquote This condition was not mentioned anywhere while ordering. They are just finding the ways and means to get away from launch day offers which they publicized very loudly and later on found that too many orders received and they will not be able to fulfil the same. Now they are imposing all new condition of "One Scheme per account." This was never informed through any of the terms & conditions of sales shown on the site. This is really frustrating. I am fighting with Flipkart since the day I placed my orders till now. Now Draw is also over and my 2 orders were not included in the draw. I continuously re-iterated the issue but no one is trying to resolve it. I am fed up with Flipkart now and Motorola's poor policy of going ahead with Exclusivity on this product.                         To start with I am not at all a happy customer of Flipkart.I ordered Moto g on 6th feb 2014 (launch day) at around 12:44 PM.There were some launch day offers available with this product and one was regarding 70% discount with related Moto g accessories (back cover/ flip cover). I tried to place combo orders but was unable because of some technical glitches/accessories’ unavailability many a times. So I ordered the Moto g only(16 GB) OD[protected]. Then I got to know from other users that all the launch day customers can still avail this offer (70% off on Moto G accessory) till 31stmarch and they were getting such mails regarding the same. I also checked my mail but there were none in this regard.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> Then I contacted Customer care deptt of Flipkart and got to know from at least two of them that I can also avail this offer. One was from their sales department and one was a Customer care rep. Both ensured me that I am eligible for this offer and I can place this order for Moto g accessory till 31st march 2014 and get70% discount in the final price. I had a word with one of the customer care rep on 10th Feb in the evening (at around 8 9 PM) and she ensured me many a times to place the Moto g flip cover order and I will avail 70% discount on the price. Below is some of the excerpts from the call(key points). Q. Am I eligible for this launch day offer where I can place an order for related accessory at discounted price (70%). Ans. (After checking the details of my order) Yes Sir, You can avail this avail. You just have to login from the same account to avail this offer. Q. I haven’t received any mail about it (70 % discount extended till 31st Mar on Moto g accessory) from Flipkart. Ans. Sir, there is some bug in our system. You don’t have to worry, please go ahead and place the order. Q. But in my order summary page, the discounted price is not getting reflected. Ans. Sir, there is a bug in the system that’s why the discounted price is not getting reflected.You pay the full price now and before the delivery date, you will get 70% of the total price credited back to your account. Q. All these information’s you are giving me verbally, Could you please send me a mail or text me the same details so that later on I will have written proof with me. Ans. Sir, All our calls are recorded so no need to worry. You can any day get it checked. Don’t worry and place the order. Also I don’t have authority to send emails or texts. Now, after all this I was more than convinced and placed the order on 11th Feb (Moto g flip cover) OD[protected]. I received the product on 13thFeb and till date (17th feb) I didn’t get the 70% amount (INR 1120) credited back to my account. So today when I made this call to Flipkart’s customer care deptt I was shocked to know that now they are claiming that I was wrongly informed by them and only those customers who had received such mails from flipkart are entitled for this offer. I had a long discussion (about an hour) with them and reminded them what I was informed by the customer care rep on 10th feb. They are accepting that I was informed wrongly by them that time by their customer care reps and nothing can be done about it which simply means I have to pay the price for their mistake. So shocked I am that I can’t even express. So, I have more than a few concerns here: - I was getting good offers from other shopping websites but because of the wrong information’s provided by you I lost on that. What about my sunk cost, opportunity cost and all the hassles that I had to go through because your employees are ill informed. I had to narrate the whole story many a times to their reps. - Why am I the one on the wrong side here? Was it my mistake to be informed wrongly by your reps? - If this is your mistake then simply accepting it won’t help any customer if it is in monetary terms. Please learn the basic principle of compensating customers well if there is some grave mistake from your end because money is a serious thing to handle and especially if it is of customers then there is no room for such mistakes. BTW, I am not going to sit quietly about it. I will soon post it to some online consumer forums and I will definitely contemplate moving to consumer court. This amounts to fraud for me as a customer.                           The item has to be delivered by 13th feb 2014, but I still I don't see any sign. I hope you could have mentioned 13th feb 2015 that could be better Every time I call customer care they provide me the reference number. ThiI am receiving message 'delivery will be reattempted as your phone is unreachable', I wonder how I receive daily so many calls and others do not find phone unreachable. last time when I purchased Google Nexus 7, you people changed my shipper and delivery was so late. I bought 100rs book and they treated so well and within 2 days I got my delivery. they are Best You cant be better than AMAZON that's for sure and I do not recommend you any more, eventually all my friend are going from amazon, I was only fool to use your shopping website, your service is really pathetic.

                            Hello, I had purchased a Jacket from flip kart online worth Rs. 999. When i ordered it online, it seemed to be of good quality. But when i received the product it was of soooooo poor quality i couldn't even believe. This kind of quality is available in Rs. 300 in any roadside temporary shop. I requested FLipkart for return and refund but the seller rejected the return saying "You selected the wrong product". I don't know why the seller is selling the wrong product. Called FLipkart customer care 10-12 times, every time they said the issue has been raised with the seller. Only once i received a call from them saying that they will set up a con call with seller within 3 days but it never happened. I am frustrated with their service. I have been cheated by Flipkart and the seller as well. Please help me return and get my refund.                             i ordered for KEWL INSTYLE CASUAL LOAFERS( BROWN COLOR) from flipkart on 21/7/2014 at
                            3:02 pm, Monday. i received the delivery of shoes on jul 28 2014 Monday,
                            after receiving the delivery within 20 min i called the customer care the i have received the wrong shoe which is in BLUE COLOUR and of different material also they registerd my complaint . After registering it I recieved a msg that ur request for return has been rejected by the seller with no reason told to me, because in real they do not have any valid reson for not changing my product I even mailed them the whole matter but they didt replied me even. I had a conversation with there supervisor on the customer care named PADMA she assured me that they will contact me within 72 hours with a resolution but I there was no such contact from there side. After that I called the customer care on 2/8/2014 saturday then customer care agent told me that ur case is in resolution centre of flipkart ull be surely getin a call on monday. Iam posting this complaint on monday 7.30 pm and till now I have not recieved any call from them even the toll free num is not available and iam attaching all the proof that what I orderd what I received dont ever buy anything from flipkart they are cheters and I realised it now.

                              I am sorry to say But Flipkart You all Have now started becoming like other online marketing as you all are not stick to your words After A long wait of 10 days I have not got my disputes solved of order no-OD[protected] after going through many followups to customer care still I have not got my refund, You all have cheated me by giving false commitment My friends gifted me a Basic phone MIcromaxX273 on my birthday I got the phone and when I check the quality of phone the Talking quality of that phone is unbearable you can not talk with this phone for longer time and I have the habbit of talking for longer time so I requested Flipkart for returning it so that I can go for a change but they replied me that The seller has refused to refund wich is nonsense as why should I bother for seller If in filpkart they have mentioned that I can return the products within 10 days then why I have been refused then since the second day of my purchase Daily I am talking to Flipkart costomer service and they are just saying we will revert and get back to you solution even I talk to Higher authority of customer service but I got the same reply I got this product on Delivered on Mon, 3rd Feb'14 and I made my first complaint 0n 4rth feb I think Flipkart Time is over now and they have lost there faith among public PLease dont go for reviews its fake I guess...

                              as it is there in flipkart apps given without asking any question the things purchased will be refunded but i dont thing that as such is there because it is giving us so much work that you have to fill this form that form neither the person will be able to do such thing in his busy life nor the money will be refunded . as it seems that for making the customer fool such things are there . and after complaining also there is no such action taken it can be also that you could give money in cash but no such respond is there . after complain they calls and say you fill this form that form etc

                                I have ordered a web denim jeans of order id 0D[protected] from flipkart on 6 feb 2014 and now i am not satisfied with its size so i have placed an order for exchange on 10 feb 2014.But they are not exchanging my product.I have called them many times regarding this but they are postponding the exchange date by making excuse of non availabilty of courier person. so please check out this matter at the earliest.

                                  I have purchased two motorola moto g mobile on 6th feb, 2014 with offer which includes 1000 worth of clothing voucher and 500 worth of ebook voucher and confirmed the same over the phone with their customer care number. They told me that i will receive my voucher via email on 14th feb, 2014 but i have received the vouchers for only one time, though i have purchased two quantity. Therefore i asked the customer care for not receiving the voucher and for first time they told me that it was a lucky draw and only selected customers will get it.and second time they told me that it is valid for only one quantity.But flipkart has not mention anywhere on the website that the offer is valid for only one quyantity.Even my order status both in flipkart account and in my email id shows that i will receive the vouchers for both the orders.please do the needful.

                                        I have purchased a laptop decal from flipkart.com Order ID: OD[protected]. they send me faded colour i askdem for refund they told me at first we will replace with new one if you still not satisfied with the replacement item we will surely refund the money. and they replace the product with a new one but they send me the same fade colour product now i m asking for refund as i am not satisfied with the colour the colour is completly different from the colour which was show at the time of purchasing. whenever i m calling to the flipkart costomer care they are saying the concern team will comtact you within 24 hrs bint no one has contacted with me today i called the customer care team they are saying the same thing within 24 hrs concern team will call you.
