on 17 April i have ordered for microsoft train stimulator game cd ... with order no OD[protected] on installing the CD it has found that crack folder has been missing. by indicating "cannot locate the CD drive".. so that it is useless for me... so pls. find me a solution over it...

    Dear Sir, My Name is Gaddam Srinivasulu i have purchased a HTC One 802d Order No OD[protected] handset in Dated[protected] but i got Battery backup complaing With in one hour on same day so i went to replace the handset but they advise us to get a and i went to replace but he is very irrugular about customer and now 4 days completed till date i did not received the handset i am asking to service center people they are telling that we did not received from branch so why should i wait for this many days i want Re-Fund for my mobile your company is making very very delayed and that is sending message like plz change your way and give the replacement immediately or RE-Fund immediately your persons wasting our time. The company persons are not respond properly kindly check the status of my request and get me back as early as possible or the refund the my payment .     Dear Sir,

    Greetings!

    I wish to state that I have ordered for the first time with Flipkart.com for my Textbooks on 9th September 2014, for 4 Text books, for which i have been eagerly waiting as I have to clear my Exams. I have been frequently updated through SMS that my tentative ordered Material would be received by 19th of September 2014, for surprisingly, i received a message form Flip kart that Your request for Cancellation has been initiated from Flipkart.com of the following order numbers. ODA[protected]PUUTU00/ ODA[protected]DTKYQ00/ ODA[protected]LIKHZ00.

    Upon confirmation through Telephonically, the Customer care alleges me that it was from my side, latter on my convincing, he check up my data and conveyed that it was from the GOJAVAS Courier Service, that my order was cancelled.

    That, they have not given any specific reason for the cancellation was clear ... otherwise I should be expecting for 19th September.

    Related concern departments should look into the matter, otherwise necessary legal action will be case.

      hello, i have been a very regular customer of homeshop but this time i m badly dissappointed with your late servise.what u think o[censored]rself... i have orderd 3 books for first book u have given 3 days i recived that on 5th or 6th day fine i adjusted...for second book u had asked for agin 3days for dilevery, i recived that book on around 8th or 9th day .what the hell!...for third book u had given 9 days nd here its around 14 days i havee not yet recived -_-...i have alyawz been suggeting all my friend, relivtives, colleguges for u ol9 shooppng site but now what do u expect???...i want to cancel my 3rd order right now as that was Atles my brother needed for hes test and now is over so what will he do with that, bcz o[censored]r late dilevery i have to get him that book from local stationary...i have decided to switch over to some other site for ol9 shopping . -_-

        we have purchased a sandisk pendrive from flipcart.but when we checked it..it cant be detected from any computer.so we have requested the company to solve our problem. Now no one is giving us proper solution of the problem.we have warranty period and bill also.so please kindly change it otherwise strict actions may be taken by us and even if the warranty period will out the flipcart will be responsible for this and they have to change the item as soon as possible and if the problem is not solved then we will go for"grahak surksha".

          Spoke to customer he say's that to get the product he waited for a long time, Apologized to customer because of the delay as the product is been delivered asked whether the case can be closed but customer say's that the product was delivered to the security in the given address he will check whether the product is been delivered after that he want's the case to be closed.

            I have order two shoes vide order No. OD[protected] dtd.10/3/2014

            both the shoes were returned due to size problem. I have sent emails to the Flip Kart and contacted on telephone several times, but the executive says the issued will be solved within 24 hrs and refund will be generated into my bank account.

            But Till date I have not received my refund even after more than 36 days have elapsed.

              I tried to buy 2 books as offer states that it will give me 15% off but its not giving me and i also checked the terms and conditions but find nothing related to my purchase. I tried to buy An actor prepares and Flip hearts. Can i ask flipkart executives that are these not books than why are you not giving me offer.

              Customer say's that he didn't get the 15% off on the book's, Informed the book's doesn't come under the 15% so it doesn't reflect under the order summary, Customer said we should put all the details under T/C so that he can be aware of it, Informed all the details are mentioned under the book so asked customer whether this case can be closed customer agreed.

                Dear Sir/Madam, I have purchased Cherry color “V-Guard VG 50Voltage Stabilizer (Cherry)” on 8 April, 2014 with order number - OD[protected] and when the product was delivered it was in Grey color. I called and asked for a change in product color, they given delivery date Wednesday, 25 Apr'14. I am very much disappointed with services provided. Showing one color and giving some other color and in that this much time to get a product. Kindly take a strong action on this issue as soon.

                  hi this is kitabo dudhwal...residence of a-29 d rajori garden... there is one of your customer named JYOTI SINGH ...she lives on the top floor..and whenever your parcel she is always not available at her home...so because of same address we have to collect the parcel that causes very inconvenience...this happens all the time and she never available to collect all of her parcels...the delivery boy never call her before delivering the product...ad they never take back the parcel and pressurize us o take it...it is very uncomfortable...so kindly understand our situation as we are not the delivery boy...pls pay attention to this and kindly blacklist JYOTI SINGH..( A-29 D VISHAL KUNJ TAGORE GARDEN EXTENSION..NEW DELHI 110027... OR give instruction to courier company to call her before delivering the parcel or else i will have to take serious action for the same...

                    Dear Sir/Madam I order mobile Nokia Lumia 1520 black ordered on 6th-April-2014 and paid amount Rs.39850/-, as order sheet no OD[protected] will deliver on 12th-April-2014, am doing follow up from 11th-April-2014 and getting promise that will deliver in 24 hours but not yet delivery... i send complain email on Saturday (12th-April-2014) but not feed back from Flipkart.. they have all the rules regulation for customer but no rule or condition that if company delay to delivery order than what will be penalty will pay by company to customer for harassment. I like to request what i suppose to do to get claim from Flipkart and what is the possibilities to change rule and regulation for online business company if the delay in delivery... as company decide the delivery date not customer so company must deliver order on time.                       sir, i had bought a western digital 1 TB My Passport Ultra external hard disk from flipkart.com website.
                      I place the order (I.d - OD[protected] ) on 10th march, 2014 and got the product
                      on 13th march, 2014. According to the rules and regulations the warranty should start
                      from 13th march, 2014 but the warranty of the product is starting from 17th Jan, 2014
                      I call them and also mail them several times. Even they are not register the complain yet.
                      They did not call me further. Is it not a illegal move??
                      Kindly take a strong action on this issue as soon as possible.

                        sir recently i ordered an otg cable but its not working properly from the moment i received it and it is because of your packaging error.. your team stapled the otg cable while stapling the cover... when i try to use this cable it hardly works for few seconds and always get disconnected. so please exchange my order with new otg cable. my order no. is OD[protected], my phone no. is [protected] and [protected] and my email id is [protected]@gmail.com . please issue me a new product. thankyou

                          Hi, I am a regular customer of Flipcart. Recently I have ordered for four T-shirts (Order ID was OD[protected]) I have found that size of two of them is not perfect, hence want to return the same and want to order as per my specific requirement Bronz Women’s Solid Casual Shirt which I have ordered for Medium, but currently I require Small and Style Quotient by Noi Printed Women’s shirt which I have ordered for Medium, I require Large For the same I have tried to contact customer care, where I came to know that these product has been stopped and now you can’t provide me my required size and also I was been told that product can be exchanged only for size and defect as per policy but I can’t order different product Also customer care executive told me to get refund back (but I have availed Rs1000 coupons and 25% discount on purchase of more than 3 product), hence the refund amount coming is excluding that coupons which as per me is not fare on my account (as cost of 4 t-shirts was approx. Rs2000, I availed coupons of Rs 1000 and 25% discount on purchase of 3 or more hence per T-shirt cost me around Rs200. And hence you people are refunding me only approxRs400) I request you to allow me to change my order as proper size is not available at your end Regards Anshul

                                Order ID OD[protected] The product stopped working after one month. After calling flipkart they gave me address of service center in banglore as im from kochi they asked me to courier it to Anandit Infotech India Pvt Ltd No-06, 3rd Floor, 2nd Cross, Sadar Patrappa Road, BANGALORE - 560 002, Karnataka. INDIA Mobile No : +[protected] i was not sure about sending the product because i had no guarantee if they would send me back and repair it. After contacting flipkart about my concern one of flipkart representatives Sneha called me and said i should send the product as they are reputed company i will have no issues. After being assured by flipkart i made up my and sent the product to banglore on 11 March via Dtdc Docket number : R13125998 its been one month and there is no response from service center about my product even after calling them many time. I believed flipkart and sent my product and now i have been cheated. I have the proof of address of the delivered product.

                                  OD[protected]. called 1 week back to tell them the moto g 16gb that i
                                  ordered was defective and the customer care executive confirmed me the
                                  pick up to be done on 14th april. now on 13th night, when i called them
                                  to reconfirm...i get to know that they have no information...n dey say
                                  it wld now take 3 business days to get the reverse pick up and a new
                                  phone arranged... NEVER BUY FROM FLIPKART... MOST DUSGUSTING SITE
                                  EVER...

                                    Here my invoice no: OD[protected]... All, I got samsung tab 3 mobile through from your online shopping. But I am not satisfied which you delivered the product. Mobile was continuously hanging on when I connect with WIFI... that will happening very frequently even I tried restarting the mobile same problem occured and that was found first day itself. CS Response: Here my complaint no:[protected]. they are telling like within 24 hrs u get a call from respective team. But I didn't get any call from your side. Even 2 times I informed about this problem in the customer care. This is the first time I bought through ur shopping. I was so disappointed which I get my product. I am referring my friends anything need buy go with flipkart. But, This kind of problem am facing...how should I get proper satisfaction from ur side.                                       sir, I ordered the wildcraft spring 18 L small backpack(red) from www.flipkart.com after delivery I cheacked so I get know to that bag was to small so I return the product on 3/04/14 after that I am calling at flipkart to return money via e-gift voucher. everytime they are saying you will recive money in next 24 hrs. from 7-8 days with pin on my mail [protected]@outlook.com but i didnt get any voucher or pin because they are not sending. its my request for refund of my money.

                                        I availed a scheme on MotoG (16GB) from Flipkart which offered Rs 2000 discount in exchange on an old working phone (the list of phones was provided by Flipkart) I looked through the rules and FAQ section in which it was clearly mentioned that the customer has to pay the entire money while availing the offer and on delivery of the product, a credit note of Rs2000 will be given with the parcel. I didn't receive any credit note during the delivery of the phone though I handed over my old phone and was instead informed by the delivery man that I would be receiving an e-voucher soon after. I called up at the customer care a day after I received the phone to inquire about the e-voucher (which I didn't receive even after 24 hours) to which they at first completely refused to acknowledge the offer. Thereafter much argument, the customer care representative (Afroz Pasha) confirmed the offer but denied that there was any mention of credit note on the site. I searched online and have been able to find the link (see below) in which clearly states that a credit note will be generated after the payment and delivery is successful.
