We have bought a webcam of Mosaer bear and it does not meet the features as given on the site flipkart .Order no is OD[protected] and we have registered a complaint for the replacement of the Webcam but they haven't sent anyone for the replacement of the webcam .We have registered the complaint on 18/01/2014 .Flipkart has sent the message but they haven't sent anyone for the replacement .We want someone to replace it and for further details you can contact MUKESH SHARMA, Phone No -[protected].     I bought grip cover for moto-g from flipkart, it claimed to be of very good quality, but it has hardly been a month since i am using the cover and the rubber on the sides have already come off from the back case. Flipkart charged INR900 for that cover so i expected it to be an original product and therefore of good quality. I am very dissatisfied from performance of the cover. Hoping the company will look into it.

      Hi... I am Birendra. I have ordered Galaxy grand2 on[protected]. I received the device on[protected] but when I checked the basic functionality, I got issue with it's brightness. Whenever I set the brightness bar to minimum the device screen goes black after which I could not do any operation further. Minimizing the brightness bar to minimum make the screen go completely black. I had great difficulty in bring the brightness back to normal. I have registered the complaint against this issue. Next day the seller called me and asked me about the problem and accepted that it is a genuine problem. But I got message and mail from Flipkart that “We regret to inform that seller has disapproved you return request for Samsung… in the order OD[protected]. Please check your email for more detail…..” I was surprised when I came to know that Flipkart’s seller has disapproved the request even though seller person has accepted that problem is genuine he assured me that device will be replaced with new one. When I approached Flipkart again and again then only the problem got solved. Device got replaced on[protected] I got disappointed when I checked the device on the next day. device has new major issues, first one is communication issue not getting proper and stable signal on the device. GPRS internet connectivity is too slow compared to earlier device I am using Idea 2G connection for using internet GPRS data on previous device it was working fine but on this device it is not working. I also tried Vodafone 2G SIM for checking the same issue, but nothing happened. I approached my service provider (Idea/Vodafone) to confirm if there is any issue with their network they replied that there is no issue with their network they advised check or change you device. Another issue is display issue whenever I rotated the device into horizontally the keypad area is flickering some times. I have called Flipkart many time regarding this issue but Flipkart is not able to resolve the issue accept giving assurance that they will resolve the issue, even not calling me back. Yesterday day before Yesterday and today Flipkart's customer care execute told that technical team will call me but they did not call. I kept this device as I received it. I have purchased the device for using but due to Flipkart's seller's fault I am not able to use it. Now I trying to approach Flipkart to get resolution customer care person is replying we will get back to you soon. But they are just giving assurance doing nothing. I request to Flipkart that please replace it with new one device or refund my money on my wallet I will purchase the device from some other seller. I will be thankful to you.

          I have booked two Moto E mobiles yesterday. Today I have booked another mobile with my same account the amount has been taken but the order has been cancelled. I understood that everyone has to get equal opportunities. If that is the case u should not taken the amount. The order should not be taken it should have indicated that you could not place the same product more than two. Here the order has been cancelled after the amount has been taken . We understood amount will be refunded as per banking regulation. But why we should wait 7-10 days. This is not really fair. Highly disappinted.

                I bought a pair of shoe from Flipkart on 7th Jun and the same got delivered on 12th Jun. There was supposed to be 3 pairs of shoes in the parcel. However it had only 2 pairs. I raised a complaint with Flipkart customer care on 12th June. I was promised that the reseller will update me about the 3rd paid. In spite of several calls and emails to Flipkart, this issue remains open. The pathetic part of the issue is that the Flipkart executives kept responding as if all 3 items were delivered. Neither the reseller called / updated me nor the Flipkart team updated. Every time they kept saying the reseller will get in touch with me in next couple of days. The worst part is that the customer care executives - both on voice and email support - were very insensitive to the issue and were taking the customer for granted. When i mentioned that i will take this issue to consumer court, Ravi, who handled my issue today, sounded as if he didn't care about my concerns. That was my last purchase from Flipkart. And i will ensure that i stop at least one customer from buying things on Flipkart and to the extent possible let my friends know about this experience through the social media platform.

                  I m a regular customer of flipkart.i ordered buks frm flipkart on 22 june and got a confirmation from flipkart that by 27th june order will be delivered. I keep on waiting and on 28 june I got a mail from flipkart that my order has been cancelled due to non contactable number. This has not been possible bcj I am a very frequent user and place so many orders recently. And get delivered at d same address with d same no. Earlier also I nvr got a call regarding order delivery. They only send msgs at evry update of order. But this time I hv nt evn rcvd msg regarding delivery of product. And if no. Was non contactable they wud hv tried to cntct me thrugh mail or msg, but they just keep me waiting. I am sure dat d reason which dey r giving is absolutely wrng. Bcj I ordered lots of thngs recently. Moreover when I place fresh order again, prices of d buks has been increased on their site. When I talk to flipkart customer care, they said that I hv to pay increased prices. I just dnt knw why... I faced so much prblm bcj of this. Such sites will provide imprtnce to customer service and satisfaction level. But no... they only try to grab money from customers.

                    The company with a lot of fanfare launched exclusively the Xolo Win Tab through it's selling channel. I paid in advance on 11th June 2014 and received a tablet after two days - but with spurious Windows loaded on it. The same had been confirmed by Microsoft in India too. Requested Flipkart to send the product key - but they prefer for replacement. I got another replacement after a week. But the problem remains the same. The time & date never shows a real time but an old date with funny time. The mail, skype are workable - as errors are there. In fact - most of the function are non-working. Flipkart supplies products which are non-tested and spurious inputs / ingredients. I am waiting for getting my money back now - by way of returning the junk tablet supllied by Flipkart.

                      I have bought a Xolo Win Tablet from Flipkart. Thereafter, I ordered over phone one cover suitable for the same tablet. The cover that I got does not fit into. Now Flipkart is denying to take it back. They are saying - it has been supplied by BIPL as a seller and the seller BIPL is not going to take it back. I am not concerned with BIPL. My activities start with Flipkart and ends with Flipkart.You have in your record, what are the products being bought through your channel. Also, follow my e-mail dated 18/06/14; as I didn't receive any reply, I had to call up on 21st June '14 and had to explain about my requirement over phone. It is complete breach of trust by Flipkart. I wish to get back my money while returning the unfit stuff.

                        I bought a moto g from flipkart. Within a month I had trouble and suddenly it was not switching on 21st June. I called up flipkart and was informed that there will be a replacement pick up in 2-3 days. I never called up flipkart to cancel my replacement order, however to my surprise I was told that it was cancelled. I called up flipkart on 27th again and asked for a replacement request and was advised that I will get a call from technical team within 24 hrs, however till today as of 9 pm 29th June I have not received any call and I called up flipkart almost 3 times in last 3 days. I need this to be taken up immediately and resolve my issue on priority. You can reach out to me on below# Viswanath B - [protected] This is the most pathetic customer service that I have ever received. Mail which was sent to flipkart:- Hi, I had called on 22nd June for replacement and I never cancelled it. Please get the issue resolved with regards to replacement. Also I want to complain abt the previous agents whom I had spoken to (Raja & Mohammed Taufiq) as they had promised me a call back on 28th & 29th but that never happened. Please revert to me on this with a complaint# on those two advisors. I have been calling flip kart from last 3 days. Is this how you treat your customers. Really pathetic. I also want the name, email id & phone# of customer service head. Your customer service team has denied to register my complaint against the service lapse and also denied to give me the name of customer service head and his phone#. Hope you will revert on this ASAP or else I will not be left with any other choice apart from going to consumer forum, media with my complaint against flipkart.

                          Although Flipkart offer amazing products and a large varieties, but I am not very happy with the fact that KEEP CLAM t-shirts are unable in India I request Flipkart to sell some KEEP CLAM t-shirt and if possible let us design us our shirts. So this time when I visit India for vacation (8th July) I wish Flip kart offer some real good KEEP CLAM t-shirts. thank you

                            I have purchased a seagate momentus 500 gb internal laptop hard drive from flipkart. i get it 3 days delayed to the normal promised time. very next day when I try to install its defective. immediately raised a return request. 2 days later some one calls me and says he cant take it back its under warranty go to service center in ur city . Gives me 3 numbers to contact none of them work. I neva agreed to that, few mins after the call i get sms and mails saying return request cancelled as I agreed to some thing ... i cal up immediately and speak to a supervisor who promises a resolution in 24 hrs. its been 4 days now no resolution. I call up today tell the whole story to another guy... he kept on repeating wait for 4 hrs and some one would call and resolve. initially i did not agree and later when he said thats all he could do so i had no choice. I roamed around the whole of secundrabad called several dealers, called up just dial ... no one has info about authorised seagate dealer or service center... I roamed around 3 hrs in my car to every lane in secundrabad area ... time and money wasted... if this was the case i could have directly gone to a computer shop nearby and got it done... i feel guilty of being greedy of few hundred buks ... it cost me double than what i could have saved... request to every one who reads this ... plz do not purchase any electronics from FlipKart. Snapdeal in this case is gud. their service is good... Order no: od[protected]

                            I had called on 24th i get an incident report number:[protected] which was suppose to be an escalation, then i go to secundra bad roam around the whole area on 28th and called and escalated i get the exact same incident number[protected] and then today 30th when i called i get the same incident number again[protected] ... got proofs as mails ... same incident numbers for all 3 diff incidents ... 8 days and no one counts .


                            highlight is at one point the agent today said, ohh 20th you recieved the product to you are out of 10 days return policy u cant even raise a return request, then he said i willl process replacement, then he said I will escalate to backend team they will ask questions about product and then they will process replacement, then got supervisor (i hope she was one) ruksaar ... she said request has already been taken and back end team is contacting the seller and need 24 hrs... so many different version in just one call... which one shud i believe...

                              Flipkart delivery service in Noida is disgustingly poor. They have delayed my second order in last two weeks. The courier guys employed by them are RUDE. They expect you to be at your home whole day (and next day if they could not deliver that day) expecting their visit. Last week i ordered two curtains and the packet was lying with them in Noida for 4 days (at least that's what their website tracking system said). Finally I had to cancel the order.

                              This week I ordered a Gionee E6 phone. The courier person didn't deliver it and when I complained about it to their customer service, to my surprise my order was cancelled the next day. This can't be any more bizare. Response to mails written to their customer service is standard - we are looking into your complaint.

                                  flipkart.com is fooling its customers. If you place an order for the same item more than once, you would be called a "reseller". You will not be able to place order for any item after that. All orders that you place will get cancelled. This happens without any warning from flipkart. They consider themselves bigger than the customer. I placed an order for a hard disk for myself and after 2 days, placed an order for the same hard disk for my cousin. The same was delivered as well. However, now when I am trying to place any order on flipkart.com (be it earrings or speakers), it gets cancelled automatically. They assured me so many times over an email that this is due to a technical issue, but nothing worked out. Even now any order that I place gets cancelled. The telephonic customer support team is not able to help at all. I sent my last email on Monday 23 June, but no response from the customer support team for the past 5 days. This is so foolish. Their email response is as below: On June 14: "Order Id: OD[protected] Item: 925 Silver Alloy Dangle Earring Thank you for taking your valuable time to write to us. I am really very sorry that your order was cancelled due to reseller issue. The order was cancelled by the system due to some technical issue and auto generated response was sent. I humbly request you to accept our apology for inconvenience caused to you. I have contacted and informed our technical and dedicated team to look into the matter and ensure that the same should not be repeated in future. We will make sure that none of our customers should face the same issue. " On June 17: "Hello Jeetu, Thanks for reverting to us. Please place the order and the same will be delivered to you. If any issue arises while placing the order or after placing the order, let us know and we will assist you. In previous email I was trying to inform that if you have requirement of multiple numbers of same item, just inform us and our dedicated team which assist customer in placing bulk order will assist you. You can use wallet of your flipkart account. You can log into your flipkart account and place the order as the same you have placed the earlier order. Once again I would like to assure you that we will assist you for any issue." They have been giving me assurance that the order will not be cancelled, however, it gets cancelled every time. I don't understand why do I have to give an explanation. If you (flipkart.com) believe that the same customer cannot order the same item more than once, then your systems should be robust enough to detect it and not allow the customer to order at the first place. Rather your systems would first accept the order and the money blindly without looking at the past order history and then your systems would foolishly cancel the order and process refund. At least educate your customer first that you guys don't want the same customer to order the same item more than once so that the customer don't place such repeated orders. All Customers Beware!!!
                                  i am not going to give single rating as the customer care employee talked rudely with me.
                                  i baught portable charger of rs.2000, in which i got 6months warranty.
                                  when my charger damaged with internal problem, i called flipkart before my waranty period getting over, and the response was so negative ___ they denied to take responsibility of the portable charger. and they literally denied to serve me even in warranty period..


                                  NOW I AM REGULAR CUSTOMER OF 'AMAZON ' INSTEAD OF FLIPKART

                                    We have purchased a sony camera on 31.5.2014.But when we start clicking the photographs, we got blurred images.We then given camera to sony service centre, but till date they people are making excuses-saying that lens has to replace but everytime when we call them they were not giving any clear date .Now, I am fed up with all this.I am thinking why I purchased such a product from flipkart ?Please replace it or do something as possible as soon.

                                      The statement made by the customer care representative "You have to wait if you want the product or we will refund your money". I had to hear this after waiting for 7 days to get the delivery which still not delivered where the delivery commitment was 3 days back. I had placed an order on 21st June 2014 for a mobile phone device, order number S48106188 which was supposed to be delivered on 25th June 2014.First of all delivery was not done as per the committed time in addition customer are representative who attended my call today on 27th June 2014 around 9PM IST was so rude and reckless that i was shocked. They have a feedback survey after the call which they avoid by not disconnecting the call. He was holding my call so long thinking that i will disconnect the call and skip the feedback survey. I even asked him that i have to give a feedback so waiting. For which he says, there is no feedback survey you can disconnect. He also said its not working. I hope the company monitors this and ensure to take action against such employees. Well its upto flipkart. But i will never buy a product from this company aand i will also alert people about this.
