No money or no product

I bought a product from letsbuy. But after a month it stopped working. I called them and told them about the problem. They said that, since the product is within the warranty period and the product doesn't have any service center in India, they would refund the amount. So I send them the product with the details they have asked for, but its been more than a month -- NO MONEY or NO PRODUCT. Please help me....

I had contacted customer support earlier only to be told that I would be getting a gift voucher instead of HDMI cable within 24-48 hours. That was approximately 3 weeks ago. Flipkart did not reimburse the money even after 35 days

I ordered a whirlpool washing machine Order ID: OD[protected] and they delivered a damaged product. flipkart executive told me that there is no piece for replacement and offered a money reimbursement with in 5 to 7 working days on 5th of July 2012. Today it is 9th August and the cheating Flipkart did not reimburse the money. Every day I am calling and the customer care is mimicking the 5-7 working days.

DONT BELIEVE THESE CHEATERS......

Delivered me used trimmer

I had ordered philips qt4019 trimmer from flipkart.com and they delivered me the used one because it has hair on it like. I think they will deliver you products that are rejected and used by people who had buy it from them and rejected under the 30 day replacement guarantee. And when I complaint them they did not respond. My suggestion is never buy from them and pass this answer as many people as you can....

I have had bad experience with flipkart. I ordered a brand new laptop for 56.8k and payment successfully happened. I placed this order on July 18th and expected delivery date is July 27th,2012. NO exchange/return/replacement policy

DO NOT BUY FROM FLIPKART IF YOU ARE CONFUSED ON THE PRODUCT coz they do not have a return/replacement/exchange/refund policy.

I bought a Sony Digital frame for 10K from them as a gift to my mother but she wished to have a Tablet so i asked them to replace it with a 20k tablet which they refused stating that they only take returns if the product is damaged in transit.

There are so many other online shopping sites...

No refund received even after 2 months of order cancelled BY THEM

Defective laptop delivery by Flipkart

I ordered Dell Inspiron 5050 laptop from flipkart. The laptop which was delivered is defective shows some permanent lines on screen. Flipkart is making us run from pillar to post for past one week on pretext of one requirement or another.
Now they say their technician will visit our house and repair the laptop.
Flipkart has a 30day replacement guarantee with no questions asked even terms & conditions of 30day replacement...

Flipkart's Deplorable Customer Assistance - BEWARE

Non Delivery and poor customer service

Purchased Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 P3100 with VISA card (HDFC Bank, Visa Verified) and got email from flipkart confirming that order is completed and item shipped. Got sms from bank intimating purchase. I have not yet received the product.
Subsequently received email from flipkart asking for identity/address proof (passport, driving license, ration card, pan card).
I sent ration and pan card by email (as directed).

Faulty product and the support service is pathetic

i bought a laptop 50k on may 31, flipkart gave me shipping no. of bluedart on the 1st june, which doesnt show any result when trying to track till today ie june 8.
when i contact bluedart they say , such no. is not valid bluedart shipment no.
when i try calling up flipkart i need to w8 lots of minutes to get answered, and i also email them to look into the matter 3 times, still it seems theres no real effort to fix the problem....
