Order id: od[protected] - delivered product is damaged, the whole nail paint remover liquid was out from the bottle.
Packing and the packed bottle kept the as it is for return.
Either refund back the paid amount or pick up the damaged good and replace the same.

    I ordered for mobile battery c-s2 for my blackberry with 10 days replacement warranty. The battery delivered to me was defective. When I requested for replacement they intimated that it is out of stock with the vendor and I can have the amount refunded and place fresh order. However the prices of this battery have increased. It is the duty of Flipkart to replace the battery from the same or any other vendor. Please help to resolve my complaint. My order number is OD[protected].

      Dear sir, i booked Moto E on 30 may 2014 on flipkart.com. i received theire confirmation messages on my mobile also theire order no. OD[protected] .. they sent mobile through Blue Dart currier... Bluedart courrier shipment No is [protected]... flipkart promice me that they will delivered theire delivery on 12th june 2014... i didnt yet received theire delivery... i go to blue dart office the man of bluedart told me that, "they lost my delivery & couldnt find" please help...

        Hello. I am Jintu James orderd the Netgear Wireless-N 150 Router (WNR612) on 7th June and its still not been delivered. I Purchased the product in view of an emergency usage and failing that caused me a great loss.Last 4 days continuously i used to get a message that it will be delivers on the day before 7.00PM and i availed myself on those timings. And the number which is given in the message was switched off. I will not apprciciate this negligence form your side. And here in you should be able to bear my loss on the same (loosing my time & materialistic loss) I an not sure if the delay was from Flipkart or Ekart Logistics.In both case i will be loosing my credibility in Flipkart.           We have recently bought a micromax canvas A111 from flipkart but we have found that it have some problems with touch screen. Flipkart has promised that they replace any defaulted item within 30 days but they were not responding to customer care we had tried to call them also but that also doesn't work.They had already cheated us once but not this time.

              My friend had purchased a Moto G (16 Gig) on my behalf from flipkart. I t was working fine till the time I connected to a desktop. It switches off automatically also if I try to use an OTG device with a file manager the same issue persists of getting switched off. There was also another issue that had popped up from the time of the purchase, I had always felt that the charger port was not very firm as the plug would come out from time to time, so I did a little comparison with other Moto G devices and came to a conclusion that the problem only persisted on my particular device. I would request the customer service department to either replace the device as the present one is faulty. The IMEI number of the device are as follows : [protected] and [protected].                 Hi I had ordered a Moto E from Flip kart on the 3rd of this month and it was delivered the next day. The device had a defect and a complaint was raised on the phone to Flip kart on 8th June and was assured that the product will be picked up within 3 business days. On the 10th, I get a message saying that I had rescheduled the pick up as per my convenience and the bitter fact is no one called me at all. I then spoke to the call center staff yesterday and they assured a complaint was logged and someone will pick up the item today and I get another unacceptable email saying 'We tried contacting you and there was no response' which is not at all true. I then spoke to the call center staff and was told it will be picked up today. I have been given wrong information and false promises on something that they should be reacting very quickly. Please can you look into this.

                    I got patent heels from Carlton London through Flipkart for Rs 3500 sometime in the beginning of September 2013. The surface of the heels has begun to chip off, probably because the stock sold by you was old. Kindly look into the problem before the entire surface of the heels comes off and cause any further trouble. I request you to get me a new pair or repair them as soon as possible since it haven't even worn them more than twice.

                      I bought Moto G in the last week of February and soon after 3 months i faced problem with it. The vibration was not working properly as it goes on-off now and then. On 31 May, I went to Moto G service centre -"Best Services" at Netaji Subhash Place. When analysed they told me that there is a problem with phone’s motherboard and will be replaced by the Motorola company in 4-5 days of time frame. When I called them after 5 days, each time I get a response that it will take another 4-5 days. Now it has been 12 days, this time they replied that the phone won’t be replaced and they will repair the motherboard when the desired component is available without any time frame. I would strongly condemn this kind of service and product quality. This is highly undesirable keeping in view the Customer Relationship. Work Order number – tqr/mg/14/00214

                      I faced a similar problem; the phone getting on-off frequently. I went to the repair centre Sri Vinayaka Electronics in Hyderabad;they informed me that its probably the motherboard problem. They report it to the company.                           I booked an order for samsung LED TV vide order ID OD[protected] dated 9th June, 2014. Order was scheduled to be delivered by 11th June, 2014 but the item not delivered as per schedule. Now the status on web site indicates that the order will be delivered by 13th June, 2014. This undue delay is causing lot of inconvenience to me. Moreover customer care executives are unable to give satisfactory reply to me., They are giving different versions for cause of delay. One say that shipment is seized by Sale tax department and another says that due to vehicle breakdown the order is delayed.
                          My order number (OD[protected]) was placed on Thu, Aug 28, 2014. it was supposed to be delivered on 5th sept14. however the delivery has still not happened. pls help
                          I have ordered an item (Order o: OD[protected] through Flipkart online service dated 9th Oct 2014. It was supposed to be delivered by 18 Oct 2014. Although the order the was delayed no prior intimation was given to me. On contacting their Customer Support they intimated it&#039;ll be delivered by18 Oct by 7 PM. The item is still not delivered. Customer support does not have concise information nor they&#039;re ready to give any further information or contact details of delivery person/company to collect item by myself.

                                  On 31th May, I ordered a 67 MM lens cap and a book "straight from gut" via order number OD4053104?5055. On Jun 2nd the Lens cap was delivered thru shipment number FMPP[protected] and to my surprise Flipkart delivered a 62MM cap instead of the original 67MM cap - I had to call your service center and they regretted the wrongs shipment and agreed to get back the item and the item was returned on Jun 4th. The second item from the order number, the book was shipped on Jun 4th via WSRP[protected] and delivered on Jun 6th, and again this was out of the world instead of a book a series of cassettes were sent (yes, the 60 year old technology that no one uses now). The very same day I called again your service center to return the shipment and ask for the hard copy of the book for which your service center executive, readily agreed, said sorry and stated that the book is available and stated that wrong item (cassettes) will be taken back and the book will be shipped thru WSRP[protected] on Jun 7th and delivered to me on Jun 9th - now the real disgusting service, the service boy picked up the item from my place and delivered a new box which was collected by my mom and to my utterly surprise Flipkart again had shipped the cassettes instead of the book as per my ask. Again, the pathetic part of calling your service desk at around 6.30 PM on Jun 9th which was attended by your executive by name "Preethi" - I had to provide the entire history to her and asked her to connect to the shift manager so that I could lodge a strong compliant and escalation, she put me on hold for nearly 5 minutes post which i was asked by IVR to rate the service and even before i could do anything the call got disconnected - neither i was connected to the manager per my ask or no update on my wrong shipment and i do not know whether there will be a refund or replacement. This is a very poor, mismanaged, pathetic state of service by the so-called India's answer to Amazon. I have been a big user of flipkart for many years now but off-late your service is no longer meeting the standards expected or promised by you and on top of it neither your service center or your manager (assuming the executive did escalate to her/him in the background) does not have a courtesy to call back and check on my request. I now intend to take this up with appropriate channels thru consumer grievances cell. Thank you for the service you provided to me till now, i now have to think if i ever have to come back to your service.

                                    against this order the goods are not delivered by my Dowlath D cell no [protected]
                                    to me (cell no [protected]) on 07.06.2014 but instead i had receivd a msg on 08.06.2014 morning that the amount/payment was not ready during delivery time.it is truly a false statement. mr dowlath or nobody has approached me at any time.
                                    .i had the same experience during the purchase of one laptop to the same address a month ago.

                                      Hi, I have purchased HP Pavillion G6Series G6-2005AX Laptop in Aug-2012 and in invoice, it has written 2 years warranty (1 Year Onsite Accidental Damage Protection + 1 Year Onsite Extended Warranty). But, when i went to my local HP service center, he told me that my service warranty expired in 1 year only when he has opened the details on computer. So, the 2nd year warranty might be from dealer side and this has not been informed at the time of purchase. So, please tell me how and to whom i need to approach for the same.                                         i ordered for microsoft 100 usb optical mouse for rs 595, but they delivered a wrong inferior item, microsoft ms 200 usb optical mouse for rs 455 but i had to pay rs 595, i was promised return of my money but unfortunately it did not happen.they were supposed to take back the item but they did not do so.This is absolutely cheating, i have complained to flipkart via phone and mail but no avail, they are not responding.
