I ordered Samsung galaxy S7 plus Tablet (OD[protected] on 3rd Aug and got delivered on 6th Aug. After unboxing (I have video as well), Product was damaged and I raised Replacement request (was showing replacement only) on same day. Its been 32 Days today, Request is still pending. Product amount was 47999/-.
Customer care is just saying that It will be resolved soon but No resolution at all.

Also, Seller is #IndiFlashMart and I checked that there are many complaints are raised against this seller for not replacing/refunding for damaged product.

I purchased this product from Flipkart and Expecting a resolution from Flipkart only.

Please check this and resolve my issue asap.

32 days and 47999/- is not less. (With broken product)

Kindly do the needful.

Called Flipkart more than 80 times and tweeted more than 50 times. Still no update. They are just sending automated replies without any proper satisfactory resolution.

Yesterday, I got a call from Flipkart escalation team. They again raised 6th return request and told me to wait for some time. Still no update on that request. Its still "Pending return approval". What's going on Flipkart, Are you guys just raising new requests so that you can get some more time to make fool of your customers?

I have shared my bank details as well as requested by Flipkart.

Resolve my issue asap and provide me the refund.

    Dear Flipkart Customer Support/ Service Team,

    This email is in ref: to Order ID : OD[protected] ordered through Flipkart Grocery on AUG 30th 2022, with 10 items in the Grocery basket, after paying
    Rs 1446 /- through Online Payment. And it was expected to be delivered on SEPT 1st 2022
    i.e on Thursday, till date it HAS NOT been delivered to my home address.

    Immediately from SEPT 2nd onwards, I had raised my issue to Flipkart CS team, inorder to cancel my grocery basket items, since I wasnt able to cancel from my end at all, but NO ACTION OF CANCELLATION has been done till now I.e SEPT 7th 2022 from Flipkart CS team, inspite of talking over the phone hundred times.

    Accordingly, the Flipkart CS team, is Requested to do the CANCELLATION of that particular order id and refund the Amount, do the needful at the earliest.

    This email is for a quick action of cancelling my 10 order items and refunding the amount
    back ASAP.

          I purchased a mobile (Micromax in note 1) from Flipkart, but it was used while I went to repair my mobile for the front camera issue I came to know that warranty stickers are broken, and not I am unable to get any service from the service center. Please help me with the same.

              Recently arount 15th of August I've purchased prestige electric kettle and i have recieved defective kettle. When I placed for return on 30th of August my account got blocked and after that I'm not able to get my invoice bill too. Now when I go to service centre they need that invoice bill. So now how can I get that invoice bill. So kindly help me out to get my account back so I'm able to download that invoice bill.

                I ordered product on 2nd September 2022 and delivery date was 6th September 2022. But they didn't delivered and when I ask to customers care of flipkart then they are only saying it's not our problem. So, I want to file complaint against flipkart that if not able to deliver on time please dont promise your customers. Otherwise pay compensation for late delivery.

                  I have ordered a laptop from Flipkart on 3rd September with promises to be delivered by 5th September but the item still hasn't beem shipped and they updated the delivery date to 8th September. And still the item hasn't been shipped. Already i have made the full payment and Flipkart isn't abiding to its promises of 2day delivery.

                    I'm vinod Kondepudi that I'm a valuable filpkart plus customer.So coming to issue that actually I need to pay 4059 rs on 5 th September soo I made a payment on 2 nd September through phone pe and transaction was successful, my amount was also debited from my account. But the Flipkart was still showing payment was pending. Kindly do the needful ASAP before effecting my cibil score.

                        Both rice and dal Deffective quality received rs 378 wasted quality of rice is Deffective it is not have fragrance and and not getting cooked and dal is not having essence poor quality and old stock almost expired product given rs 378 wasted totally

                            My flipkart account has been hacked and this unknown email id was found on it [protected]@gmail.com, sir they have tried to make an order worth over 3lakh.

                            Now I can't no longer access my account, they try to login in fishy way due to which my message is gets filled with otp's of login. they even ordered an iphone of 70k that I realised later through my Flipkart paylater option, but I've cancled the order for now, but I don't know waht else they"ll do.

                            Please look into it and I've also made a complaint to flipkart, If you could also take some action then I can save myself from this fraud.

                              My Flipkart account has been blocked without any reason. I am contacting from customer executive from last 23 days but they don't have any information and all the time they say to contact after 24-48 hours.
                              I have also 1 return which was cancelled 3-4 times and when I again raised the return request it was cancelled after 20 days. No pickup and exchange has been done by Flipkart and when I ask again they blocked my Id to .
                              I am a Flipkart Plus holder and I am an Advocate but I don't want to take any legal action against Flipkart but now I am thinking to file a case against Flipkart because I waited too long for the issue. This time I am totally disappointed.

                                  I ordered Two kurta sets which were not according to my size. Products are out of stock for replacement. Raised return request but it got rejected twice. Placed return request many a times and tried contacting them but all of them a giving fake assurance without solving my problem within given time period, not expected from such a farm. In case they are dealing with fraudulent activity, they should quality check the product while picking it up. I m trying since last 7-8 days but no resolution provided yet.                                         I purchased one Blue star RO . First I recieved faulty product. Then it was replaced, as it was in 10 days replacement policy. Now the second product i recieved is also faulty. Even bluestar installation guy, installed it and went bluffing. The RO is continuous on for hours and is not able to fill complete tank of 6 litres water. Taste of water is like plastic and bad. They even don't think about someone's health. It's a health hazard.
                                        I raised a return and refund request, that is rejected and again technical visit is scheduled for that. It's a complete fraud. Seller is cancelling request of refund. I want my money back and seller should take back it's faulty product.
