I have ordered a phone with exchange offers available on the site. At website the misleading offers and value of the old phone is mentioned. The wishmaster came to check the phone which was is very well condition and all test passed in their application. Still they denied to exchange the phone as it was not getting accepted in their delivery application. They asked to pay the full amount of the exchange value. As per the information on website all condition was fulfilled to exchange the old phone. Without any reason they denied to exchange the phone. These misleading offers must be checked by government authorities where these companies hold the big amount of customers assuring the fake offers and policies and later breaking their own policies.

      I have ordered a baby carrier on 11th Sep, 2022 with cash on delivery option.
      When I was about to check the status on 17th Sep, 2022, My order was cancelled on 15th Sep, 2022 without any notice.

      When I called and asked about the cancellation reason, they didn't even provided a correct answer. They asked me to place a new order. The same product is now costs 1677 rupees. My ordered amount was 734 +(50 shipping). I want that order with same amount. Could you please help me to get the order.

        Flipkart has been blocked my account since 10 August. They said I returned many times his products but i didn't.
        I complaint many times to his customers care and from tweet But still they didn't help me .
        Last 2 returns from account i didn't and it's done by illegal method . I also complaint about this to company, they said It was happened because of their technical error .
        Pls help me

          I Ordered Oneplus Nord CE 2 Lite 5G For My Brother, Today Morning Was Excited for New Phone And Without Any Doubt only for trusted Purposes I have paid Full Amount Of 19673 and now struggling.

          While I opened I see there are nothing fully empty box delivered. How they can this mistake with me ? I am Old flipkart user more than 6 years to go I am continuously Shopping with flipkart never face this kind of issue in my purshace Life.

          As I am Requesting here to Consumer support team take legal action on it and set this right.

            I purchased "Beats Studio Buds with Active Noise Cancellation Bluetooth Headset (White, True Wireless)" for INR 6915 on 16th September 2022 . The product page mentioned in Flipkart app clearly states its new product and has 12 months of Apple warranty the seller is " BuzzIndia " in Flipkart, I received the product on 17th September 2022 and when I checked the coverage of warranty in https://checkcoverage.apple.com/ it showed me warranty expires on 13 of October 2022 roughly just 27 days.
            I contacted Apple support team for help and they asked me for invoice from Flipkart . The Invoice Flipkart gave me did not have serial number of the product mentioned in it, for which i have to again spend some 30min on call and mailing Flipkart to provide me with a revised invoice which I still did not receive after 24hrs . Apple was kind enough to understand my position and checked manually from their side as to what can be done, they provided me with a solution where in they updated the warranty expiry date from October 2022 to December 2022 by asking me the serial number over call, which is still just 3 months from my original purchase date, I enquired about this and came to know that the purchase of this product was actually made on December 2021, and resold to me on September 2022.
            As a consumer I was fooled by the web page of Flipkart providing me wrong information about the product that it has 12 month warranty secondly the seller is not authorised to sell Apple Beats studio buds, as he is not a authorised dealer to do so.

            honourable investigator, I also found that many customers had the same issue by reading the reviews of the product and surfing online and Flipkart uses this kind of methods (selling used product, selling product which it is not authorised to sell ) to reduce the price of product to a larger extent and attract customer ultimately fooling them.

            I also saw the same happening in Amazon.com as well, may reviews from consumer states that they got warranty of just 4-5 months in place of 12 months as mentioned in Webpage .

            Flipkart sent me replacement which is damaged and it has warranty of just 1 month . despite taking all the steps and still getting a defective product again and again is soo frustrating

                  I recieved a defective Asus Laptop, the seller is named as 'TBL Online' on Flipkart.
                  Even though Laptop's listing shows 7 day replacement policy, I was not getting any option for replacement. I went to Asus service center, and after inspection they declared the Laptop 'Dead on Arrival', issuing a DOA letter and sealing the laptop. Asus DOA policy states that if the laptop has manufacturing defect in the first 7 days, then Point of Purchase (Flipkart) will have to replace the product.

                  I have been contacting Flipkart by various means since 10 days with no resolution. Flipkart is not providing replacement unit even after Asus has issued the DOA letter. I have talked to about 30 Flipkart customer service agents, including supervisors and no one is trying to solve the problem.

                    Hi,

                    I purchased 2 Killer boys Tshirts from Flipkart on 26th Aug, 2022. The Seller was RetailNet. Order ID is OD[protected]. Due to size issue, I requested for a return. The tshirts were picked up from my house in Mumbai on 3rd Sept, but till date my refund has not been processed. I complained to Flipkart Support on their website as well as Twitter, but no result. They just keep asking me to wait for an update and keep asking me for my contact no. but they never call and speak to me about the issue. I am an old customer of Flipkart, but now am completely fed up with their behaviour. I request you to please take it on priority and process my refund ASAP.

                        I had placed few orders in Flipkart between 10/09/22 and 19/09/22. Most of the orders have been delivered and few were cancelled by me and few were returned by me. But the refund as showing in ordered status of refund processed and refunded to Flipkart Pay later but when I checked Flipkart Pay Later account the refunds were not reflecting. On 5th October I will get the Bill for payment and I wish to settle the issue before the final bill is generated by Flipkart.

                          Like many users I too have come across issue regarding IMEI not verifying.

                          I had been following up with Flipkart more than 10 days under complain no IN[protected] which after much follow ups shared the complain no

                          Under Festive sale disguise, Flipkart has undertaken malpractice by putting up fancy offers ln my case exchange of old Cell phone against New cell phone from their website..

                          When we opt for buying product under echange scheme the same is turned down by the system stating that IMEI is not getting verified, however in reality the Same iMEI is getting verified on AMAZON India for similar exchange programme.

                          More surprising part is on Mobile App of Flipkart under the festive Sale there exist one option were old mobile are offered to be pruchased with good value without any echange (only buying old cell from end user), hereto the process is similar by registering our handset with IMEI no to avail value, to my surprise the same Flipkart has offered good value by verifying same IMEI which was rejected under exchange programme

                          this is nothing but misguiding people by lurring or attracting cosumers, such practice is really unfair to consumer and flipkart either tries to be ignorant or willfully conducting such practice as no action has been undertaken by any Governing body.

                          I would sincerely request your intervention to stop such MALPRACTICES undertaken by E-commerce Giants

                            I have ordered a boxer in Flipkart on 24th Aug, and the product didn't even shipped even after 15 days. So I have cancelled the product on 9th Sep. As per the flipkart message "Your request is being processed. It may take up to 4 hours for your refund(if any) to be initiated".

                              Flipkart has delivered a damaged item-the Aristocrat Photon suitcase . This is also used. The packaging is torn, the suitcase is bent.

                              I have raised a return request and every time the delivery executive comes, inspects the product and goes back. They don't specify a reason for not taking back the product.
                              Flipkart cant answer the following:
                              1)Why have you given a damaged product?
                              2) What have you given a used product?
                              3)The suitcase is bent at many places.

                              On top of that your executives are coming and inspecting and going back.
                              So first I have to take the suitcase out and then bring it back again inside the home. Cant leave home for any essential work as the pick up team say they will come and then they reschedule the request. This is happening since the last 10 days

                              I have asked them to Return MY MONEY IMMEDIATELY.

                              Extremely frustrating, I want my money back NOW

                                    Have purchased a new brand mobile phone Realme C30 - Locked with Airtel Prepaid (Denim Black, 32 GB) on[protected] with Order ID : OD[protected] from Flipkart.com. When I opened the outer packet I found the mobile box is tampered means it was not sealed and there was no cover also over the phone which is compulsory for every new mobile. It means I got a Used/ Damage mobile and for the same I complained the Flipkart Customer Care on[protected]. On[protected] Flipkart send a mail asking for the pictures of the damaged product and I had submitted it through mail. They gave me a confirmation that my complaint will be resolved within[protected]. But surprisingly I saw that they extended the resolve date upto[protected]. After seeing this I called up Flipkart Customer Care but they were failed to give me proper cause. Then I send them many mails regarding this issue. On[protected] morning I was shocked to see that they close my complaint without resolving it. When I called them up again about this matter they can't be able to give me proper answer. I request to Flipkart please resolved this issue and refund back my money.

                                      Yesterday[protected], i have purchased a "ZOONIS Intel Core i3 530 CPU". During the online payment of RS 8549, The payment have been failed. but money got deducted from my account.
                                      The flipkart is not taking proper responsibility for the deducted money from my account. they saying it will take up to 8 more working days for the deducted money to reflect back to my account, which is unacceptable.
