Dear Flipkart Customer Support/ Service Team,
This email is in ref: to Order ID : OD[protected] ordered through Flipkart Grocery on AUG 30th 2022, with 10 items in the Grocery basket, after paying
Rs 1446 /- through Online Payment. And it was expected to be delivered on SEPT 1st 2022
i.e on Thursday, till date it HAS NOT been delivered to my home address.
Immediately from SEPT 2nd onwards, I had raised my issue to Flipkart CS team, inorder to cancel my grocery basket items, since I wasnt able to cancel from my end at all, but NO ACTION OF CANCELLATION has been done till now I.e SEPT 7th 2022 from Flipkart CS team, inspite of talking over the phone hundred times.
Accordingly, the Flipkart CS team, is Requested to do the CANCELLATION of that particular order id and refund the Amount, do the needful at the earliest.
This email is for a quick action of cancelling my 10 order items and refunding the amount
back ASAP.

Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
You can see the screenshot. All dates are gone as per their tracking. They are not accepting to refund. I am still stuck with faulty ro.
