I have booked one ViewSonic monitor of order id OD[protected]. Initially, they showed a date of delivery, but after that day, the parcel was not shipped, and there was no shipment information always customer care gave a message that they had tried to resolve it. The order amount was ₹16, 928 using a yes bank credit card. When the order is canceled due to no delivery of the stated time, then it shows the order is canceled, but a refund is not possible for the sellers. How is this possible? I strongly believe that Flipkart delivered the product at the right time, and the refund is done quickly in case of cancellation. But this type o[censored]nprofessional behavior is not tolerated. I must say to Flipkart, immediately start the refund policy just because of the non-refund of the order.
