Flipkart seller support team close most of my tickets without sollution. Every time new agent came & give a different statement. Sometimes few agent understand & accept the issue that i face. Next day a different agent mark the case as resolve by providing a totaly different sollution. Then what is the meaning of calling. What kind of service is this. A small issue that can be solve in a few hour, but because of your team & system it took a couple of week. We are here to do business smoothly. Not to take headache of solving issue, raising ticket, describe, reopen over & over. I want the Genevieve officer contact details for the seller portal or provide a phone number where i can call . You have only one conact option for a seller. Raising ticket. Even [protected]@flipkart.com also create a ticket, not escalate a mail to upper department. Give me a proper desk where i can complain agains this 3rd class service of seller support team.

    I saw a product at discount and I ordered it immediately from Flipkart. The product of around 500 was listed at 49 rupees. After I placed the order, it was mentioned that the seller has processed it and will be shipped soon. Even after a week product was not shipped and I got a mail that the product was canceled with no reason mentioned. If the company can't afford to sell at discount, the product shouldn't have been listed at a lower price in the first place. I was made a fool by making myself wait for a week and then suddenly cancel the product as if it is their birthright to do so. Have been facing delivery delay issues and other problems with Flipkart for a long time now. I want the canceled product to be delivered to me at the price I ordered or I need compensation from Flipkart for this kind of nasty behavior.

    Also, I can see the product available at Flipkart at a higher price right. So basically it is not a stock-related issue also.

      I returned a product worth Rs. 1649 and flipkart showed in their app that they have refunded me the amount on 29th aug, 2022.
      But till date I have not received the amount.
      I raised dispute several times but they closed my complaintst stating resolved and provided me a bank reference ID which my bank informed that it is invalid.

      After 5 days of lodging complaint here, on 14th sept, 2022 flipkart called through its customer care number 044 6176 2300 and acknowledged that their seller transaction was not successful on 29th aug, 2022 and they are ready pay me on account or as gift card the full amount. I opted for gift card and after 50-52 hours of this call they added the exact amount to my wallet.

      Even after posting complaint here flipkart customer care is saying that i have already received the money and their seller is telling the truth.
      I can prove through my bank statement that I have not received any refund but they just won't listen.
      Should I lodged FIR?
      Please help.

          I bought a phone using smart upgrade plan unfortunately I lost the phone number which I used Flipkart account which I bought the phone now I can't login through the account but I need to do the payment my phone has locked I have the money but there have no channels to pay the money please please please help me it's urgent I am facing a lot of issue about this

            I had ordered a wakefitness matress and it had delivered but it is a used one so, I had applied for return but they didn't respond and they had rejected my return without any reason.i am calling the customer care but they are saying you will get a call back but it is not coming.the matress costs 7000.please help.

              Dear Sir/Mam!

              I want to inform you that Recently I have purchased a mobile (Order ID - OD[protected]from flipkart 17/08/22, 1st of all Open Box Delivery Refused By Courier boy and assurance given to me by him. I found some dents on mobile feels like second handed. Made a return request at 17/08/22 which is accepted. But till 28/08/22 Replacement is not Provided to me and Cancelled by the seller/Flipkart. I have talked to customer care and requested to pick up faulty product and Refund my money. Customer care told me it will be refunded to it's Original payment method after pick up till 30/08/22. But pick up not Happend.Called many times to customer care but not solved till date 9/09/22. Flipkart Customer care persons disconnects my call and their seniors never pick up the calls. I have not Expected this type of Fraud Activity From Flipkart.

                This is the worst service ever in my life with Flipkart 2 months I ordered pigeon kettle and done online payment that product was not delivered so I make customer call everyday they are just postponing the dates and saying they contact through email but they are not doing that I got very high levels of frustration still now the problem was not finished 😭

                    I purchased Avita pura laptop from Flipkart at[protected]. And I'm facing issues in laptop from many days. The laptop is not working . I am trying to contact the Avita company from months but it is not reachable, there is no customer service agent available in Avita toll free number . Also Avita is not responding to any emails and neither through their any other social media accounts . I'm in very trouble
                    My laptop is under warranty till[protected] and I purchased it from Flipkart so I want replacement from Flipkart.

                    I registered my complaint regarding this in Flipkart at[protected] but they are not resolving my issue, just giving excuses.

                      I purchased realme x7 pro from Flipkart under smart upgrade plan and now I am trying to make my smart upgrade plan payment but link or payment options not available i am trying to last 2 days continuously to filpkart customer service and every time he reply our team contacted but issue not resolved

                          Flipkart had assigned me 60, 000 rupees as my paylater credit and upon checking my Cibil score, i was shocked to fine that IDFC had granted me 60, 000 worth of loan i have purchased few items but i am paying emi for the that but in my cibil it is showing amount due, i have noticed a foul play here and would like to take this as high as possible if we just think about the masses of the people involved in flipkart paylater, we cam guess what big a scam this is. I would like to have a resolution on this as soon as possible.

                              We place a order 2 items on 6th September at 22:36 but money was debited, and order was pending with a pop-up notification with this information (sorry, we`re unable to place order. if money was debited, we will automatically initiate a refund within 4 hours.) so I wait since morning but issue was not resolved than i contact with flipkart team. As per your team i not make any order please wait 24 hours.

                                I ordered "Kesh King (2x)" on Sept 3rd, 2022

                                I received product on Sept 8th, 2022 and I gone shocked. I had never experience before this from flipkart.
                                .
                                I want to return or exchange because following reasons:--
                                .
                                1. Bad Packaging : when I opened package of this product I saw bottle of oil was sticky and may be leakage as you can see in my uploaded image.
                                2. Wrong product : I ordered by seeing this product images in which mentioned 2x and showing hologram but there not mentioned 2x on it and there's not hologram on it
                                3. Wrong expiry date : Expiry date of delivered product is few months less than that date which mentioned in description.
                                4. Missing parts : Its Kanghi and cover is missing in package.
                                I want to return or exchange with genuine product of kesh king. My Mobile number is [protected]. Please help me

                                  I have ordered Ganapati sheesham wood dressing table on 25th Aug’22, and they said it will be delivered by 1st sept’22, but they did not deliver, again they said it will be delivered by 5th, then by 6th, then by 8th, then by 9th sep’22, but today also the tracking is not showing for the delivery. It’s a pathetic and worst experience with Flipkart, now I am regretting why I have ordered from Flipkart, it’s a worst app, It’s like I did a mistake that I have ordered it. I have filed a complaint many time but no body taking any action on it and I HAVE PAID rs. 15, 300 already, I want my product delivery asap at my place, otherwise I have to take the help from TWEETER.

                                    I have created flipkart account 6 years back with a mobile number 739673xxxx. I have lost my sim and unable to get the OTP for the same.

                                    The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.

                                    Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

                                      I ordered a Mobile from Flipkart motorola g60 and they gave me defective mobile camera quality is worst and its software keep lagging and it keep restarting own its own and when i called costumer care of Flipkart they put me on hold for more than 10 minutes during call and never called me back even i keep requesting for call back from Flipkart in help center of Flipkart app please help me 16000 is too much for me i am very upset with Flipkart service and i am going to suicide because of Flipkart please resolve my issue and refund my money please
