      I want to exchange OnePlus mobile in Flipkart but every time I enter any of the IMEI number out of the 2 IMEI numbers that given on my mobile cover box or by getting the same number by dialling (*#06#), it shows the error message that IMEI NUMBER doesn't match with OnePlus 9 . It's offer time in Flipkart so I want to exchange my old product before . Plz help me ASAP

        I am Ankur Verma so Bijender Kumar
        I ordered NIKE Downshifter 11 Running Shoes For Men from Flipkart and the shoes were delivered to me on 2 Sep 2022 the shoes were not fitted to my foot and as well as the shoe sole was damaged.
        when I go to the Flipkart website to return those shoes it shows me 4-5 options I selected one because the shoes are not fitted into my leg. then Flipkart ask me to provide my Govt issued ID proof I uploaded my voter ID and then Flipkart rejected my return request and no information was provided to me.

        I contacted customer support and they said sir this reason was not valid according to Flipkart policy. then they suggest me we should create another return request for this order and that was for a damaged product (this happened to me on 8 Sep 2022)
        Flipkart customer care guy raised a return request for the product. and then I got an email from Flipkart on 9 September 2022 at 16:52 that email was about submitting the damaged product images and the box packaging of the product. I submitted those images on 10 September 2022 at 10:02. but I got nothing from Flipkart. then I contacted Flipkart support then they told me that sir we haven't received any images on email from your side and also they said that the email is not working currently ( i have attached the email copy below you can check it there). then support Mam suggested I upload those images in the chat window of Flipkart. I uploaded those images there as well. but still, Flipkart said that we got nothing from your side.
        then Flipkart again rejected my return request (on 12-sep 2022) without any given reason then I raised the same issue again and provide the images on their provided section of image submittion.
        but today on[protected] Flipkart again rejected my return request and they just over the time period of return requests by these all stuff.
        I have all the proofs of chat and recording with Flipkart agents and email copies as well kindly give me the resolution and I want my money back.
        Flipkart is responsible for the whole matter.

        I have uploaded all the images and email copies related to that product.

        [Again sad reply from flipkart]
        I got a Message from Flipkart today: Sorry, your return request for a product cannot be fulfilled by the seller as the courier service provider has confirmed the delivery of the order with the product being intact.

        My Query: if Flipkart courier service and sellers are full proof then why does Flipkart provide such options for the return of damage and fitting issues with the product?
        I want my return my money back I belong to a poor family, not a high-profile family. I can not afford such a 4000 amount in any case, please try to understand.

          If flipkart has suspended/blocked your account:
          1. Do not make new account.
          2. Stop purchase everything from flipkart (from other people's accounts also).
          3. This would cause them business loss and this would be the best reply to flipkart.

          Flipkart has insulted you by blocking your account and it is like if a shopkeeper has restricted you to enter his/her shop for lifetime. So, for your self-respect stop purchasing on flipkart. It does not matter if you are buying things at higher prices from other online store or from offline market. Because your self-respect is priceless.
          I am doing the same thing since flipkart has blocked my account for a defective product replacement issue.

            Ordered a list of grocery items on 7th sep selecting the time of delivery slot as 10th sep. And from 10th sep it get rescheduled to 11 Sep, from 11 to 12, from 12 to 13, from 13 to 14 sep & now today i again got msg that my order got delayed from 14 to 15.

            This order have caused disturbance of my Mental Peace in last 5 days. i kept waiting for the order (despite of the fact i was at my work, i requested a person to collect my order when it arrives each day), and time and again it is getting rescheduled without any proper reason.
            When i contacted Customer support, they escalated my issue on 10th Sep itself which is not yet resolved.
            And today also when i contacted support executive and asked to deliver today itself, they again asked me to wait for tomorrow.
            All this happening when i'm their Super Customer.

            Now only option left with me is to cancel the order and i want to impose charges of mental harassment due to delay in delivery amounting Rs. 25, 000. The Compensation is penny in comparison to the mental torture i am going through all this while.

                  I have ordered 1) Levis regular blue jeans - for Rs 1601
                  2) Wrangler Regular grey jeans - For Rs 1119
                  through order ID OD[protected], the Levis product had two issues 1) As opposed to description that says it's a regular fit jeans, it is a slim tapered fit. 2) It is not a blue jeans, it's black. The Wrangler Jeans is a slim tapered fit instead of the regular fit I ordered. I asked the seller for a replacement first but the seller rejected the request without providing any reason, has wasted lot of my time. Now I am not in India, I don't need the Jeans anymore. Hence provide refund. Both the products that I ordered were regular fits and they sent me slim tapered fit.

                  I requested replacement first which the seller rejected, stating that the products were received in tact and this was confirmed by the courier team.

                  I have never denied that the products I received were intact, however they were not the same fit that I ordered.

                  Tired of endless conversations with the customer service, I decided to at least have my refund.

                  Now, the seller is also rejecting refund.

                  This is unfair and goes against Flipkart policies.

                  I have raised multiple requests and send email to their Customer care .. but they keep on rejecting using lame reasons like 1) We have confirmed with the delivery person and the product was delivered intact 2) They reply back with en email stating refund is already completed giving details of all the previous refunds on the account expect for the refind I am talking about. Just think about it. I am saying that I have the product with me. Which organization would refund the amount without taking the product back.

                          I've order Logitech MX keys Black color keyboard
                          Order No : OD[protected], Flipkart has delivered the wrong color keyboard i.e. "Graphite", I've raised multiple issues on the order, but none of them seems to be working and flipkart is not returning/replacing my order.

                          They are keeping on extending the date of the issue, now the date is extended to September 29th. I've raised this issue on Sept 1st it got extended to Sep 14th now it is Sep 29th.

                                  As 200 gm mean 100 gm of one and today it was delivered on 14 September 2022

                                    Delivery was rescheduled to 13th September 2022 and again I didn't received the products on such date.

                                    Again they have rescheduled to 19th September 2022

                                      Dear Flipkart, , I am not able to change the registered phone number from Flipkart without the previous phone number..as I have lost the old phone so I have no access to phone and number is suspended..but my gmail is present.. moreover I am a plus member so I don't want to loose my account..pls help
