I returned a product worth Rs. 1649 and flipkart showed in their app that they have refunded me the amount on 29th aug, 2022.
But till date I have not received the amount.
I raised dispute several times but they closed my complaintst stating resolved and provided me a bank reference ID which my bank informed that it is invalid.

Complaint marked as Resolved After 5 days of lodging complaint here, on 14th sept, 2022 flipkart called through its customer care number 044 6176 2300 and acknowledged that their seller transaction was not successful on 29th aug, 2022 and they are ready pay me on account or as gift card the full amount.
I opted for gift card and after 50-52 hours of this call they added the exact amount to my wallet.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
