Flipkart Lite Explore Plus — I have ordered redmi note 9 pro by paying 476 in Google pay
What kind of site is this, rubbish, it made me fool,
i have seen notification pop up on phone and it was showing 30 min offer, and i thought it is flipkart offer, and i purchased instant by paying 476 rs in Google pay UPI transaction ID is[protected]
then i have checked it is fake site, there is no payment details no order viewing, please resend the amount or redmi note 9 pro send the mobile...

I have placed order on flipkart on 6 September 2022.
Order ID - OD[protected]. & promised delivery date was 12 september.
after contacting flipkart support several time
i received my order on 15 September.
flipkart promised to pay 10% gift coupon for the new order.
I RECEIVED INCOMPLETE ORDER ON 15 SEPTEMBER. 3 ITEMS ARE MISSING.
1 ANANDA GHEE 100 ML & 2
GAINDA White Perfumed PHENYL 5 litre.
i contacted flipkart support several times, but no proper responce from flipkart.
At last my return request is raised & i was told that i will get refund for the missing items.
my order contains several items, only 3 items were missing.
2 bottles of gainda phenyl 5 litre value was rs 139 + rs 139 = 278 rs
1 ananda ghee 100 ml value was 49 rs, BUT THERE WAS PROMO GOING ON SHOPPING ABOVE RS 1000, I WILL GET THIS ANANDA GHEE FOR RS 1.
I HAVE NOT REVEIVED THIS ITEM, SO NOW FLIPKART SUPPORT SAYS I WILL GET ON RS 1 REFUND FOR THIS AFTER VERIFACTION.
NOW MY QUERY IS I HAVE AMOUNT ABOVE RS 1000 TO GET THIS PROMO.
PLS LOOK INTO MATTER & SOLVE THIS ISSUE of 3 missing items & promo valve.

I order a product namely 'WROGN Analog-Digital Watch - For Men' in flipkart in September 05.
The product was shipped in September 06 by ekart logistics ( FMPC[protected] ) .

The expected delivery of that order was September 09.
On September 09 I was contacted to flipkart and they said " The delivery of my order has been rescheduled due to an unforeseen issue, and order will now be delivered on 11 September 2022.
On September 11 delivery wasn't came, I aging contact flipkart they said " Ekart Logistics's delivery executive was unable to deliver your shipment today due to the unforeseen courier related issues, The next delivery attempt will be made in 1 business day".
Next day September 12 they said " treat this as an exceptional case and give the seller's partnered courier service provider one more chance to set this ".
Next day they said " your order has been delayed due to an unforeseen issue faced by the courier service provider, We are working closely with them to make sure that your order reaches you by September 15, 2022 . Please be assured that the seller is in touch with the courier service provider to get your order delivered to you without any further delays ".
Today is September 16, still I didn't get any delivery.

In last 10 days I have ordered so many things but at very good price like a blanket of MRP 3000 and I purchased it at 49 rupees, I also purchased 400 chana at 99 MRP was around 500 a boxer of rupees 169 and 200g badam at 99
But All these orders got cancelled by Flipkart in last 10 days I have lost all my trust in Flipkart, Even I raise complaint to Flipkart when they cancelled my first order of almonds and they said it will never happen in future now after the it happened 4 times
Due to this I missed such huge offers Vefy pathetic experience

I bought a neckband (Boat rockerz 235 pro ) on 10 sep 2022 and which is delivered on 12 sep 2022 and this is open box delivery. I take it out from a delivery partner and check it at home and I didn't found a charging cable under the box.

I ordered and Paid Full amount 13738 without any confusion regarding the issue and i am primary user of flipkart e-commerce am continuously Shopping on flipkart more than 5 years to go and I never faced this kind of issue in my purshace Life, I ordered The phone For My Father I have no idea this kind of incident/fraud now feeling heart and disappointment.
I have raised return request return id -[protected] On 14 September they Asked me to share actually received Images. I have shared But they Rejected my return request without any reason.

I created New return request by Calling customer support New Return id -[protected] and still not resolved.

I am requesting here higher authority team flipkart doing fraud with us illegal work .Do take proper action against flipkart immediately and Resolve my issue as soon as possible.

Very much suffering with the issue and my lots of money are facing loss.

Humbly requesting here to higher authority as soon as refunded my money.

Ordered a Van Heusen watch, but delivered a fake product two times.
When I'm trying to return the product it's getting rejected all the time.

Finally, my mobile number is also blocked by them.
I just want to return those two products and want my money back.

I ordered a new Nokia Laptop from Flipkart and received it on 27 August which was defective. It was not getting start from the moment it was delivered. I asked customer service to resolve my issue but they are stalling me from a month and not doing anything at all. Now they are denying for replacement or refund for the product.
I want to request a refund for the product or replacement for the same.

For the above order I paid Rs.13251/- through my credit card on 07.09.2022.
The order was not success but my amount debited from Credit card towards Flipkart India. I contacted Flipkart customer care over phone and email many times but in vain. I am giving some of my complaint reference numbers below.

In all that communication from Flipkart they buy time but never committed about the refund of my money. Hence, I am preferred to complaint through you so that I may get resolution.
They promise refund of money within 4 hours for a failed order. But after nine days, still they are holding my money. I am not able to buy another mobile as the funds get locked with them. Please arrange to expedite the process as early as possible.

This is my order no. the agent continious giving me excuse from last three days and delivering my product i need this product very badly and flipkart commuted to diliver 14 sept which is passed i am gonna sue flipkart otherwise take action against this man

I have no any overdue amount on flipkart paylater Or Idfc but in my cibil there is overdue of amount 2510. Due to this I have suffering trouble in my cibil verification and i talked to flipkart customer care they are not giving me the actual solution. My cibil score is continuously decreases due to this wrong overdue I need urgent solution.

I have placed order of laptop NOKIA PUREBOOK S14 CORE I5 11TH GEN from flipkart, Against my order no OD[protected] that was not working from the day it was delivered, I have raised complaint So many times to Flipkart customer service, But the issue is not resolved till not and delaying my complaint from a month. Now they are denying to replace and refund for the same and are asking me to buying another laptop.

First image is what i ordered on Flipkart and second image is what i Received from Flipkart, Fabric, Cushion cover and wood material is very poor, totally different from website photo show on @flipkart.
I have been calling them since last 2 week but no resolution from their end, Also I informed same about it to seller, but seller is not responding and also not picking up my call. I asked customercare executive of @flipkart to atleast not exchange but repair it or change the fabric as per photo which was shown on website that also is not been given. Also @flipkart is not resolving my refund issue, which I have been call for since last 2 weeks.

Really pathetic service and products quality. I have been customer of Flipkart for last many years, but not faced such issue but now the service and quality of products which i got is really very bad and poor,
Because of which i returned, and due to that they have blocked me also for doing maximum numbers of return.

Flipkart has still not refunded money of few of my products
Also I have ordered Torque sofa which is totally different from what I have ordered.
Flipkart has blocked my issue due to which I am unable to check my orders and raise issue

Without knowing that Flipkart pay later would reflect in my CIBIL report, I've given my details to it for activation. Later I came to know that Flipkart has opened a personal loan account on behalf of me with IDFC first bank without my notice. I've asked the bank to close the account and they've said that they can't do it and Flipkart have to do it. When I asked Flipkart, they're saying they don't have such option to close it. The problem is it is reflecting in my CIBIL report and the organisation which I've joined for my job is asking me a clean CIBIL report. I don't have any pending debt in that account and still I'm not able to close my account. No one is responding, should I lose my job because of their irresponsibility ??

On September 7, i ordered Mee Mee caring baby wipes with order id OD[protected] and OD[protected].
Payment got deducted for these two orders from credit card account but Flipkart shows 'order is pending'. I lodged complain on flipkart repeatedly but no response even after 8 days. Nor they are refunding my money nor they are confirming the order. They are simply ignoring my request.
