I have ordered a mobile phone ( poco x3 pro) on december 2021, I want to return it to a seller but i dont seem to find the invoice copy in the flipkart application or the website. the customer care doesnt prove to provide any useful solutions. pls help...

I've recently ordered a graphic card worth 20k from flipkart and paid online but it was not delivered even after the due date but the order status shows that it is delivered.
