We ordered groceries from Flipkart, the contact number that we provided got discontinued probably because of the sim chip issue, we tried to call the delivery person 6-7 times from another contact no. He didn't accept the call till 1 hour.

When he answered, he said rudely "Mai 1 ghante se call mila raha hun, abhi mai aage ki taraf hun mujhe car 2 baar back leni padegi delivery karne k liye, aap bahar aao lene".

We requested him for 15 min. explaining him the situation what happened with that sim, he didn't listen.

I finally went there 150-200 meters from my home, i asked politely "gaadi chalana nahi ata kya back lene me dikkat kya thi?"

He again raged on me "1 ghante se phone ni mil raha tha, mujhe hi akad dikha rahe ho"

I said "to kya order deliver ni karoge?"

He said "haan nahi karunga, jisko bolna hai bol do, jo karna hai karo".

I started camera and asked him to say that on record, he said "camera me kuch ni bolunga"

Attached is the small clip of the last statement and vehicle number.

And most importantly he marked the order "delivered" even before delever it and we still have not received the order or money, its been 2 days now.

      Dear Flipkart Team,

      I bought a Samsung fold 4 phone by Flipkart. There is a offer along with phone for Samsung galaxy watch 2999, after receiving the phone i have discussed with Flipkart customer service for watch offer. They told me that u will get a code after 7 days receiving phone.

      7 days has been passed, still i did not received any code or message, now customer care service executive are saying we dont have any solution or knowledge about this type of offer.
      Attached files for your reference.Please look into it and do the needful on priority.

        I have placed an order with three products. All three products were not delivered to me but were updated as delivered in Flipkart. I had to make multiple calls to get an update on this. But they were very negligent every time giving some random resolution time. This happened more than 5 times to me. Then finally they agreed to a refund and that too didn't happen immediately, I had to follow up and got the partial refund. That is Rs. 153 for the T-shirt, For the highlander shirt instead of 350, I received only 332, And for the Wrnog watch I have only 28 super coins. So I am supposed to get Rs 465 for the watch along with the remaining amount of 18 for the shirt. Overall suppose to get 483 rupees. Just to get this money I had to follow up and call them 100+ times, every time giving a random resolution time and marking the issue as resolved without giving me a resolution. I have even agreed to get that money in my Flipkart wallet which would not take more time for them. That also not happening. Its been more than a month since I raised this concern till now is no proper resolution. I need my Rs. 483 as soon as possible. I am totally disappointed with the poor service; they didn't deliver my product properly. On top of that, they are really making me frustrated by delaying the refund. It's really painful to follow up and to speak with the irresponsible executives. I would have spoken to 30+ executives by this time.

          Without my notice, they cancelled the products and no information provided to me for the cancellation.
          Customer support team is also not responding and information was given to me for cancellation.

            I order few items from Flipkart - Flipkart says payment is not confirmed by the bank. My credit card company (Barclay) says payment was transacted on Sept. 7 and I have already found on the list payment was made.
            Not understand what Flipkart says - the fact is that the order placed has not been fulfilled. Now I cannot even cancel the order. There is no place in the Flipkart for customer's complaints. It appears to be a dead-end road....

                I ordered from flipkart .
                I made payment through my ICICI bank account Debit card but the order was not confirmed. Later on I tried again which was successful. But when I checked my transaction history, it's been shown that money has been debited twice from my account, ie rs.14990 (twice).

                On raising the issue, the customer executive of Flipkart is unable to contact. later I called my bank and they verified that both the transaction are successful.

                In spite of complaining with Flipkart their was no action . So kindly look into the matter and do the needed to the earliest to refund my 14990 rupees which got debited twice for the same order

                          I ordered 5 different tops on Flipkart and payment was done successfully. And after confirmation of payment, Orders are showing purchased instead of expected delivery date and shipping details. The order was placed on 13th September 2022.

                          And I'm not getting option of cancellation. Flipkart please resolve this issue. Being regular customer of Flipkart, this kind of problem seems to be hectic. Please resolve it.

                                  I had ordered METALAC Stainless steel dish drainer last month with Order ID - OD[protected].Please check the attached screenshots. First, the order kept getting delayed. After a week of repeated delays i started contacting the customer care. They had no clue at all why the product was delayed. They treated as if i am dumb person and asked to check order status on the application. They were unhelpful. I finally got frustrated with constant delivery delay and cancelled the product. I never received any update about refund after this. I contacted customer care asking about my refund and i want to know in which mode will i receive my refund back. They told me to wait, seller will initiate refund once product reaches him!! How am I responsible for this? The product never reached me and flipkart teams didn't help at all. Now for my refund, i keep contacting them and all they give are generic answers like please wait. It is my money. I am sure the seller is a fake company and in this case flipkart is responsible to return my amount. Why should I wait for a refund when seller there is a delay in delivery of product for more than 15 days. Repeated complaints to customer care went unanswered. I don't know where is my money. I even wrote an email to grievance.[protected]@flipkart.com and haven't received a resolution or reply back from Flipkart team.

                                  Hence i am forced to write here to get my refund back. I hope atleast now the team will refund my amount quickly as its been more than a month of constant contact with customer care reg. Product and refund.

                                    If I put return it shows one quantity in the Item Details and the refund price shows one item price and a deduction of 5% which I got an offer while ordering two items.

                                      I have ordered a phone (order number OD[protected] on Sep 3 and the delivery was supposed to happen on Sep 6. No one delivered it and I raised a complaint with Flipkart. They said it will be resolved by Sep 10 but still no one delivered it.

                                      So I cancelled the order and created a new order (order number OD[protected] which was supposed to be delivered on Sep 12. Again no one delivered. When I called Flipkart they are lying that someone tried to call me but I was unreachable. I was available all day and received every call. Everytime I order they are avoiding delivering the product but are taking the money.

                                      The delivery person phone number they sent on SMS is not picking up my call. I called the number 23 times.
