I am old user of Flipkart and have forgotten my password when I trying to login by forgot password and request OTP it's showing "OTP unavailable please login with your password" my Flipkart number [protected]

    Pathetic service from Flipkart Health.I was delivered a wrong medicine on 1st Sep and on the very same day there the return was initiated. Its been almost 8 days but neither the refund was paid nor the medicine has been returned.

    The customer care executive everyday informs that it would be done but nothing happens by EOD. Worst service provided.
    Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

        Order ID - OD[protected]
        I had ordered Horlicks Diabetic Plus Vanilla Nutrition drink but I received Ensure Diabetes Care packet that too in distorted condition . There is no return policy on this order . I want the correct product to be delivered or else i need the refund . Never expected this kind of service

          I have bought blue jeans which was delivered on 1st Sep 2022, but different size, so requested for return for the same.
          Now, Flipkart is not accepting return saying that it should be black one as photo is showing black..

          I have not posted photo which was posted by flipkart seller only.
          Customer care is not helping for the same.

          Return ID[protected] was rejected with reason that jean should be black color, but blue jean was delivered.
          Return ID[protected] was cancelled without discussion.
          New Return ID[protected] is open as of now.

            I have placed an order for Redmi Note11
            order ID-OD[protected] .
            Ordered date and time: 7th Sep2022 at 7:34am.
            The payment was already got deducted from My Bank but still the order status is showing as pending since from 48 hours. i have made a query with Customer care and still the issue is not resolved. There is no update confirmation on my refund of money or placing of order.

              OD[protected] I ordered and Paid Full amount 20024 without any doubt. I am continuously Shopping on flipkart more than 5 years. I never faced this kind of issue in my purshace Life. I ordered The phone For my cousin birthday special gift I have no idea about the issue. I have raised return request return id -[protected] this one created on 6th September first time After that they require Documents for refund I shared Documents but they rejected refund without any reason I contacted Customer care on 8th September they newly created refund request return id[protected] still not resolved.

              Very much suffering with the issue and my money lots of huge amounts.

                My Flipkart Grocery Order will deliver on 7 September But They Missed it and Flipkart Also Remove cancel option...thay are told me that you can't cancel because this is under cancellation policy...but their no such cancellation policy to remove cancel but ... Thay do earlier also when they didn't deliver on time they just simply remove cancel button... Flipkart Coustomer agent thay didn't know they give excuses every time ... Just doing FRAUD with us. Guy Be careful when you are going to order grocery items.

                    I have been trying to generate a pin for the axis flipkart credit card ...i have tried to generate the pin thru their phone banking many times... giving error "INVALID CREDENTIALS" in spite entering all the correct details...I do not have axis bank membership...

                      I had ordered grocery items more than 4k and product did not deliver. After multiple follow ups of 3 weeks Flipkart failed either to deliver nor to refund the amount. Customer services are so pathetic that they don't understand simple english and customer query. They have standard script " Please wait for 24 hours" I have decided to uninstall Flipkart. Amazon is 100 times better in terms of services and product quality. People should think twice before buying anything from Flipkart. They are not trust worthy and their services they have outsourced to some cheap call center and end results can't think off.
                      It's sincere request to all Flipkart buyers it's high time to stop buying from this people. Lot of options available either online or offline.. Do think of it.

                              Showing my product in nearest hub since last 3 days But no delivery.
                              Several calls to customer care is also useless.
                              They are not giving the number of delivery agent..
                              Pathetic experience
                              Will never order from flipkart and encourage others to boycott your company..
                              False promises and updates is mental harassment..

                                I ordered a product i made the payment for that and balance deducted from my account but order is showing there was mention that If balance deducted so will be refunded in 4 hrs but i haven't got any refund i tried to talk with customer care but they are saying that again by again there is no order for this order id but its showing in my app and i have also payment proof

                                    My flipkart account has been changed to a different mobile no:[protected](which is completely unknown to me).

                                    Now i cannot access my account with my previous registed no (i.e Mob [protected]) or my previous registered gmail id([protected]@gmail.com).

                                    My Flipkart is linked with Pay Later With credits left. Please deactivate my account ASAP also deactivate flipkart pay later scheme.

                                      I am a flipkart plus member, I have ordered groceries total 19 items, (Order ID - OD[protected] the delivery boy came with 18 items on 30th August 2022, and there was 1 item missing i.e. Amul pure ghee 1 L. When i enquired the delivery agent about it, he said 1 item is missing and I can raise complaint since he was not ready to take action at his end. He asked me to take photos of the delivered items and he himself took the same.
                                      I requested for the call back on the customer support approx 2-3 times but no call back scheduled, then later i posted the same to on twitter tagging @flipkartsupport on 1st September 2022, and received a call saying the issue will be resolved soon, and they raised a return request. When i asked them why return request, when product itself was not delivered, to that they said this is the only option, you need not to return anything the seller will process the refund. The next day I got notification stating that my refund is cancelled, I again posted on twitter asking about the updates, to which a person from social media team sent me an email asking me my account details for refund, next morning again I received notification that my refund is cancelled by the seller, I again called up the support and they told me that the previous support person had put the wrong reason that is why it got cancelled, she assured me that this time i will not face any issue and she raised the request again with correct reason. Again the next morning the request cancelled by the seller, Again the same loop of customer support calls, explanation of the problem and new request, this time the SLA was set to 9th September.
                                      Now today morning at 8th September 2022, when i opened up my flipkart app and tried login in, it says that my flipkart account is blocked

                                      No product is delivered and no refund initiated, there is too much of mental harassment from the flipkart seller/ refund process and customer support and on raising complaint the account is blocked even though i am a flipkart plus member.

                                        It's the worst app to order groceries, I have ordered 5 times now, and out of these just 1 of them was a smooth delivery, the rest were never delivered on the day promises and the support assistant would raise a case with a 72 hour TAT and that too is extended so basically I am without the necessary groceries and have to get it again from the market and, flipkart would hold on to your funds for 5-7 days without a resolution, I feel this is a scam by flipkart to feed on the interest accrued on the amount withheld for millions of such customers
