My account was hacked and a order was placed twice through my account using my flipkart wallet money. It is completely fault of flipkart security system. I asked for refund the authorites are not responding.pls help. My calls are kept on hold for long and then ended by them.I have lost amout of Rs 199 twice (rs 398) Please help.

    Recently I have purchased a Exercise Bike (REACH BRAND) and Delivered on 25th August. This item supposed to installed by 28th Aug, but it was not done. So, I have complained and the Customer Care Executes told, it will be resolved by 1st Sept. It was not done. Today is Sept 3rd. I called many times the Executrices and requested the Return as the product is not installed I can not keep this in showcase. They updated the Installation Status as Completed.

    I have requested CC, either get it installed or Accept the return. They don't agree for the Return and I can request for the replacement as per their policy. I really dont understand whether Flipkart can understand the issue or not.

    Event I tried the brand and I dont get any proper response.

    It's really frustrating and the CC executives keep extending the resolution date and I could not connected to senior executive. I reached then luckily couple of time they too talk like a robot.. As per policy it cannt be returned,

    I dont know what to do with the product without installing... Is that the way Flipkart responding to the customer??

    Flipkart is not customer focused and they want do a favor to the sellers. If there is no customers, what they do with the sellers??

    We have paid for what the service we are expecting?

    I dont know whether their policy accepts the sellers not doing installation?

    If the issue with the seller, what is stopping Flipkart to accept the return.

    Flipkart is not gave this product freely and I have paid for it.

    I expect Flipkart to serve the customer and dont be favor of the seller if they are meeting the customers expectation.

        I have placed an order on flipkart for vivo v25 5g phone as pre-book order on 21st August. Expected delivery was 27th Aug but it was not shipped till 27th Aug. later on New date was assigned as 3rd September but i still didnt receive my product. Now again they proposed new date 8th September
        Customer care is useless with only one sentence we are sorry for delay but they took no action yet .
        Please help me to get my product.

          I purchase a mobile OnePlus nord ce 2 25028 rupees on Flipkart app
          But after Mobile delivered i check my mobile some problem means defective product received so i return my mobile and after return cancel in few hours i call customer care and agent create new return again 6 hours return cancel i call customer care again and told all condition and agent create new return request and next day my mobile pickup complete after my account block

          What is this??
          And immediately i call customer care and Flipkart agent told me account block complaint and provide me solution time 23 aug 22 and i waiting for account unblock and 23 aug 22 nobody call me and account still block

          Then after daily i call Flipkart customer care and Flipkart agent provide fake provide date again and again many times and Flipkart return department call me and told your account has been blocked so i can't provide your refund 3 time told me

          I complain on mail Flipkart head department, customer care, and Flipkart grievance office and explain my problem many time(20+) but nobody answer me on mail

          Today i am very sad and irritating to Flipkart and my money refund not provide by Flipkart

          Please help me and provide my money for helping me

            It was 15th December 2020 when After winning the Quiz of 8 Pm Evening Flipkart blocked me till date .
            Actually the Questions in the Quiz were repeated from previous day, So i was able to win .Instead providing me prize I was blocked very awkward moment was that for me.
            But Flipkart says I was found Suspicious. Very Poor Service even from Customer Care too they did nothing . I complained about 7-8 times only thing they said we will unlock accounts very soon, it is almost more than a year now.
            I have attached screenshots of winning and blocked one.

              As i have purchased the product from shopsy (Flipkart) comfortable and lightweight shoes for men black colour order id -OD[protected]
              the product has been delivered on 27th august and i received wrong no of shoes, i have ordered a 8 no shoe and i have received 7 no.
              and i ' m regularly calling customer care but no response from your team daily they are telling technical error i m fed up with your team
              and now i want the composition amount also with this if it is not solved very very bad service from your executives.
              I spent More than half an hour on call regarding this matter but my shoe has not returned.
              ASAP i need response find the attachment

                I purchased worth 2500/- swiggy digital gift cards on 3rd of august 2022 and i received but it shows deactivated, I cantacted seller, seller said " flipkart says deactivated that voucher we will refund that money " but till now i am not got money and flipkart also not responding please help me

                  I ordered flying machine trouser worth ₹1200 from Flipkart and received a different brand trouser then I requested for replacement but when the replacement package received the delivery boy said that this is a different product and didn’t provided me replacement. Then I contacted their customer care about a lot of times but everytime they gave me dates and not provided any resolution its been 3 months now. I didn’t know where to complain about this

                    I have purchased a Bosche washing machine 2 years back and have purchased a 3 year Flipkart Appliances protection insurance along with it. Now the appliance is not working and I have contacted flipkart and Jeeves (insurance wing of flipkart) for repairing the machine. After repeated requests 1 guy came and checked the machine and said he will come after 7 days and gave a number. We tried calling him several times and this guy is not picking...

                    I paid flipkart pay later and their partner idfc first bank same amount in same EMI account due to I was in hurry as I have an bank related issue. But when i told IDFC first bank for this. They said they could not do anything as flipkart did not done any payment to them. And i have to go to flipkart for the Refund. So i Complained and mailed every single flipkart had asked me. But every time they says after 48 hours it will be resolved. This 48 hours thing happened almost 8-9 times to me. still they can't give a resolution for that. Now i am mailing them for 5 days. but they are not giving any reply in mail or in call. The amount is 936 rupees.

                        Respected sir,

                        With humble submission, I would like to draw your kind attention towards my issue regarding return of my mobile which is ordered through Flipkart.

                        In this connection I would like to state that I ordered a brand new VIVO T1 PRO 5G amounting of RS 23028/- on 15.08.2022 and the same was delivered to me on 19.08.2022,

                        After that on 21.08.2022 I placed a return request by mentioning that " The performance of mobile/ camera is not upto my expectations.

                        Subsequently, on 24 .08.2022, flipkart aaproved my return and assured me that the mobile would be picked up by 09.09 2022, your executive also assured me that the same will picked up and the refund will be credited by 19.09.2022,

                        Furthermore, being assured I purchased another mobile and paid the amount as well,

                        But, on 30.08.2022, Flipkart cancelled my return request and they also removed all the digital footprint as well,

                        Concern:
                        1. Sir, first of all, if you are not willing to return the device then why did you approve the same, you should not have approved the same.

                        2. Sir, I purchsed another mobile for my younger one's, by thinking that the previous one I.e. vivo T1 pro, will be refunded.

                        3. I am a working professional, we earn as much as we can just feed our family,
                        This will be a monetary loss if the same couldn't be refunded.

                        4. Moreover, if the refund request would not have been approved then I would manage my expens in that way.

                        Moreover, i am in big dilemma, you people didn't leave any options before me.

                        I request you to kindly approve the return and refund the amount .

                        I have raised my issue at Flipkart Twitter handle, but they always send me a system generated reply, I also mailed at various e-mail of Flipkart but no resolution is provided yet. However, when I called them they always say that you have to wait for 72 hours...they are saying the same since 24!08.22.

                          MENTAL TORTURE FROM FLIPKART!

                          Ordered a Google Pixel 6a from Flipkart (order ID: OD[protected] on 25th August which was delivered on 27th August. The Packaging of the phone was full of dirt and scratches. And when phone was switched on, it was heating up real quick and the CAMERA on low light was full of GRAINS. Moreover, while recording video, after two minutes, the CAMERA FLASH AUTOMATICALLY TURN OFF and it won't work for several minutes. Not only that, the screen of the phone has a YELLOW TINT.
                          (Phone is on the latest version of software. I did all the updates and problems still exist.)

                          A tech visit happened when I requested a replacement, but the technician from @jeeves came and told me he can't help because he said heating issue is not a reason by which he can approve the replacement !
                          Then my replacement was rejected by Flipkart and i called the customer care again and they initiated a refund procedure which needed a tech visit again. The same technician from @jeeves was assigned and he came and even though he saw the flash turning off by itself, he said he couldn't help ! Flipkart again rejected my return.
                          Now when I called again to complain, they have again assigned the same technician for a third tech visit! Even then, the Flipkart app show refund is approved and there is no mention of a tech visit in the app.

                          I need a refund as soon as possible
                          without waiting for a THIRD tech visit because iam not able to use this faulty product from @google and iam tired of the mental torture @Flipkart and it's customer care is causing me for the past week.

                            Bought a product of above 900 Rupees, as described on their website, about more than 15-20 days back, even paid delivery charges but received wrong item, which was not even worth 600 rupees, unlike what was claimed and described on their website. Have been requesting return again and again since every time I receive the message that the return is being rejected by seller but I need my hard earned money back and so have even called flipkart each and every time, about 8-10 times uptil now and every time the customer support executives keep saying that the issue is being resolved and the return and refund will definitely be done but no further action is being taken. It seems the seller and flipkart are coordinating with each other to cheat the customers and then wasting their time and making them so tired By making the return request again and again so that they stop making a request since a customer cannot keep wasting their time during which they need to work and make money and also flipkart and seller can together keep the customers’ money with them. It’s appears the seller intentionally sends wrong low priced item and gets paid a little extra for that and the left over balance money flipkart keeps. May be it’s a new way of doing business and making money or I may say a way stealing customers money. But I just need to return the item since it’s not what I wanted or paid for and need my hard earned money back and can’t keep wasting my time by contacting flipkart again and again since during that time I need to work hard and make more money.

                              Order Id: OD[protected] was requested for return on 25th aug 22. Date of pick up was 31.8.22 .pickup not done. again flipkart itself rescheduled to 03.9.22 on its own. Surprisingly return request is cancelled by flikart with false reason . No one came for pickup. SMS alrt of out for pickup and pickup cancelled came in same minute. this shows the mischief being played. contacted customer care. no use. Flipkart logistic team is playing mischief and cancelled return requests earlier also. appears flipkart is not having any control. really sad. i am really disappointed about the way flipkart is handling the issue. If this continues flipkart will definitely loose heavily the market.

                                Dear Sir, I am unable to access my flipcart account as it has been blocked by your side reason is i am returning more items. All items which I returned are damaged.
                                I think you cannot block my account. As I have earned so much coins, I am prime member also, I have some money in flipcart wallet also. I have returned those items which have return policy, if you are unable to return just reject it.

                                  Ordered ( prepaid ) 35 items of grocery items, including 24 packets of 1 L sofit soya milk. 4 packets of soya milk had completely leaked and all the other items were soaked and drenched in the soya milk. Delivery guy himself taken back those 4 packets of soya milk. Out of courtesy, l accepted other items and asked him to update the status to get my refund of 4 items. But he didn't report this incident. Later when l checked, l could see, 4 more packets leaking. I immediately contacted flipkart customer care service and raised an issue regarding this. By next day, maybe because of getting drenched in the soya milk, 8 more packets got puffed. It is written on the packets itself that, do not consume leaked or puffed packs. So I contacted flipkart customer care and requested return request. So in total I have to get refund of 16 sofit soya milk, each worth 90 rupees . With great effort and wasting so much time, I somehow managed to raise refund request. They promised solution within 48 hours. They delivered the order on 27th August. I waited patiently, and received an sms that their agent would come to pickup the products. Scheduled time was between 10 am - 6 pm. But nobody came or contacted me. Waited one more day, still I got no response. The next day they themselves cancelled all the return requests and I received a mail that my issue had been resolved. I tried to reopen the issue through the app and immediately my account got blocked. I contacted their customer care executive and he said my account is in black list because of so many return requests. I have kept all the 12 damaged, puffed and spoiled soya milk packets with me.
                                  Rest 4 packets were already taken back by delivery agent. My complaint and concern is genuine. This kind of impropriety and iniquity cannot be tolerated by any means. This is the first time I'm facing an issue from flipkart. I'm a regular customer and I have flipkart plus membership also. But by blocking my account they are playing some kind of treacherous tactics to not give my deserved refund. I kindly want to remind flipkart authorities that they cannot run away from their obligations and responsibilities and a standard of procedure should be followed while transporting food items.
                                  I expect an immediate indemnification and reparation from flipkart. Kindly take action on this. They themselves can check the genuinity of my complaint.

                                      I have been using Flipkart Pay later for a long and paying the due amount within the due date but recently (02/09/22) I saw IDFC First bank has reported a due amount of 934 in my CIBIL for the month of July 2022 which i have already cleared and the same is reflected in the Flipkart App/Site as well. Because of this, my score across various Credit bureaus has gone down.

                                      When I contacted Flipkart Support they told me that there is no pending amount on your account to and try contacting IDFC First Bank but I remember when i initially contacted IDFC bank Bank for CIBIL related issue they mentioned that they can't help me on this and asked me to contact Flipkart as they only share that information with the Credit Bureaus what they receive from Flipkart which they have not resolved till date.

                                      I would request Flipkart to look into this matter and remove the wrongly provided information which will help me to repair my credit score.
