Respected sir,
With humble submission, I would like to draw your kind attention towards my issue regarding return of my mobile which is ordered through Flipkart.
In this connection I would like to state that I ordered a brand new VIVO T1 PRO 5G amounting of RS 23028/- on 15.08.2022 and the same was delivered to me on 19.08.2022,
After that on 21.08.2022 I placed a return request by mentioning that " The performance of mobile/ camera is not upto my expectations.
Subsequently, on 24 .08.2022, flipkart aaproved my return and assured me that the mobile would be picked up by 09.09 2022, your executive also assured me that the same will picked up and the refund will be credited by 19.09.2022,
Furthermore, being assured I purchased another mobile and paid the amount as well,
But, on 30.08.2022, Flipkart cancelled my return request and they also removed all the digital footprint as well,
Concern:
1. Sir, first of all, if you are not willing to return the device then why did you approve the same, you should not have approved the same.
2. Sir, I purchsed another mobile for my younger one's, by thinking that the previous one I.e. vivo T1 pro, will be refunded.
3. I am a working professional, we earn as much as we can just feed our family,
This will be a monetary loss if the same couldn't be refunded.
4. Moreover, if the refund request would not have been approved then I would manage my expens in that way.
Moreover, i am in big dilemma, you people didn't leave any options before me.
I request you to kindly approve the return and refund the amount .

Updated by MoGo001 I have raised my issue at Flipkart Twitter handle, but they always send me a system generated reply, I also mailed at various e-mail of Flipkart but no resolution is provided yet. However, when I called them they always say that you have to wait for 72 hours...they are saying the same since 24!08.22.
