On 31st Aug i received wakefit 6-inch mattress with 78x72 dimensions. After receiving the product i realized it doesn't fit my bed so i wanted to replace with new size. When i called flipkart since on app delivery was not even showing on Flipkart app i was not able to raise a request for return/replacement.

Today after 5 days Flipkart customer service saying to me we still dont have update on item delivery.
On 31st Aug itself i informed them i am going out of station for 3 weeks on 8th sept morning. but there is no according action from flipkart side.

      M-flipkart internet pr deducted from my credit card.
      Every month the amount is increasing. It is very annoying that the money is debited without the customer knowledge.
      Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      Flipkart has charged me with some "M-FLIPKART INTERNET PR".
      I saw your complaint about this and wanted to know if it is resolved. If resolved what steps did you take to get it resolved. Whom did you contact (Bank or Flipkart) to resolve it.
      You information will be very helpful as it is very unethical what has happened.

        I was flipkart customer for many years atlast i ordered one product DDR3 RAM, but i received only empty parcel so I made a complaint to customer care, after this moment my account been blocked.
        I called more than 30 times to the flipkart customer care, They are always telling this words “your account has blocked but there is no reason mentioned”. All executives telling the same reason, but they wouldnt unblocked my account, i have written multiple mails to the different teams no use. I dont know what to do
        The major issue for me is i need to paylater every month, i cannot able to login. It will affect my strong credit score, this is the last day for my due, worst process ever from flipkart please do something. My number is [protected]

          I ordered Realme 9 5G SE mobile for 3 times and it was cancelled by Flipkart due to delivery issues...then I received a call from Flipkart executive and she said asked me to order that mobile again and when the product will be delivered you'll get a Rs.2000 as a compensation due to cancellation of same mobile thrice...I ordered and received the product but didn't receive any voucher and when I asked them they said there are some issue and voucher isn't going in my Flipkart account...for last whole week they are asked me to give them time for 24 hours, 48 hours to resolve and it's been more then a week...still waiting for the voucher...and when I said them to return my product if you're not giving me voucher then there reply was same...wait for 48 hours we'll get back to you shortly...basically they lied to me and asked for ordering that product...I want my compensation...they harassed me in this manner for long

            I have been purchasing from Flipkart since around 6 years using the same pin code (500100/500014) suddenly almost all products are not deliverable to any of the above mentioned pin codes. How come there was no issue in delivering for six years and now products are not deliverable?

            Please do not ask for order details, had products been deliverable to my pin code, I would have happily provided Flipkart with the details.

                Vouchers Received are Invalid

                This complain is regarding order no - OD[protected] which was placed on 3rd August.

                Firstly I did not received the vouchers though these were to deliver instantly as these vouchers were instant vouchers. I followed with Flipkart Support for 20 days and somehow it got delivered after escalating it to support and on their twitter handle.

                Now after that I tried to use these vouchers yesterday and now all...

                          I called customer care before i purchase tv, they quote first lg warranty covers and three years protection starts. After purchase both warranty starts simultaneously. Nearly makes about 30 calls no one was trying to resolve the problem.
                          On 14 Aug i spoke with supervisor Amita, she straightly denied my request ( refun of my rs1299/-) I purchased 3 years protection after confirmed from your executive only. Dont make financial loser due to your executive misguidance. Please make my refund or extend 3 years protection on completion of LG warranty.

                            I ordered Sony Liv premium subscription 999 rs from Flipkart assured seller and the activation code I recieved is expired and not working. Its been 19 days since the purchase. The overall experience with customer care has been awful and of no value. I paid upfront and not got the product. This is forgery of the highest level. I had contacted Sony Liv and they have categorically told that its the issue on Flipkart's end. Please provide full refund or new activation code.                                   I ordered a watch from the Casio brand ( https://www.flipkart.com/casio-mwd-100hd-1avdf-youth-digital-watch-men/p/itm0713... ) on 22 Aug 2022, but I got delivered with a wrong model of watch on 26 Aug 2022.

                                  I had raised multiple return requests ( most of which were raised by the custom care executive ) and all are were rejected by the seller, even after providing all necessary details such as images, Aadhar for review.

                                  I had spoken to multiple custom care agents and even the senior members who had promised each raised return request would be the last one but all the return request were rejected without proper reason and without my concern.

                                  On Sep 1 2022, my flipkart account was also blocked without any proper reason. There has been no help from the flipkart customer care on this as well.

                                  Due to this, even though I have genuine reason to return the product and matches the return policy of the product, I am unable to return the wrong product and get my refund.
