I ordered an item from Flipkart and paid using Flipkart pay later and on 5th of September my bill got generated and I paid my Flipkart pay later bill using debit card but due to certain reasons I return the t-shirt and the pickup was successfully done on 7th of September but I haven't yet received my refund amount in my account.

    My self Bharath i ordered a black jeans and it delivered on 22 aug 22 and dur to size issues i wanna return the item for the first time due to some technical issues the return got cancelled and i again rised the return and with out reason they cancelled the return and i contacted to coustomer care and the return period is completed so through coustomer care i raised the return again for the third time they cancelled the return again i want my money back for third time an promised return date is 12 and now it got cancelled and i called to coustomer care and they put me hold ofr more than half an hour this is not the right way to treat the coustomer. Now iam going to rise the complainant on consumer court

      Hello, I am unable to update my mobile number on flipkart as it sends OTP to both old and new number in order to update new mobile number. I have my old number which is active but it does not get any OTP as it is overseas number. If you do not send OTP to overseas number then why to register it in the first place. Customer support is so useless that it I wasted numerous hours explaining them and still am here with unresolved issue complaining on this site.         I Had generated refund request with in policy but pickup but pickup is not provided on time by executive so please accept my refund request because after delaying my pickup customer executive called me and said that i am canceling your request so please raise a new return request but now flipkart is denying my request My refund id is-[protected]

          Hi Saddam Here,
          My order number OD[protected], I have made an order on 6th sep ... it was showing by 7 sep it will get delivered .. Not delivered yet now its showing as order cancelled by Seller ... VERY WORST ...
          If i called to customer care Rude Behavior by customer care Agent . they are playing .. am asking for refund but they are not reponding for it telling me to wait .. or put email...

          Please dont order from flipkart

            My account has been blocked by the flipkart without any reason i already submit 2 or 3 compliants by calling to flipkart customer support.But they doesnt give any response to my complaint.My login details to my flipkart account is [protected].

            If flipkart has suspended/blocked your account:
            1. Do not make new account.
            2. Stop purchase everything from flipkart (from other people's accounts also).
            3. This would cause them business loss and this would be the best reply to flipkart.

            Flipkart has insulted you by blocking your account and it is like if a shopkeeper has restricted you to enter his/her shop for lifetime. So, for your self-respect stop purchasing on flipkart. It does not matter if you are buying things at higher prices from other online store or from offline market. Because your self-respect is priceless.
            I am doing the same thing since flipkart has blocked my account for a defective product replacement issue.
            flipkart is fraud

                  Pl note my order no. By me on 3rd august 2022 sunsui mixer grinder, (not as par my reqiuement) with byju's voucher @999 also
                  its not, its not recieved me because its for 4th class
                  not for 3rd class
                  and i want jucer also i want return or exchage this
                  but my account hacked /blocked, i dont know by flipkart.
                  They are not worked my complaint from 7th august not sure date after recd mixer order,
                  i am contd complaint on customer care they foolishly behave resolved after 48 hrs etc. But no result .Alredy one month, flipcart's all mails blocked .I want returned my order immediatly and also they have recd my request, but same product exchanged after this i was returned this order immidiate, my account is blocked same time.

                    Horrendous service by Flipkart! This is basically just testing the patience of your customer! Ordered on 8th Sept, & was supposed to be delivered on 10th Sept. Today is 12th, neither has the product been shipped, nor am I able to cancel it. It's a prepaid order. Even if I'm trying to cancel the order, it is getting unsuccessful. Contacted many customer care executives, and none of them have resolved this. I want to cancel this order and want my amount refunded, ASAP! Tired of all your "technical error" excuses! Tired of calling you guys for the resolution since 4 days! Order id: OD[protected]

                    Update: Today, i.e., 13th September, 1:35PM, I got a call from the flipkart "escalation team" and the person said that this issue will be escalated to the seller and I'll get the resolution within the next 24 hrs. This is the nth time they're saying this and I've lost count of the number of calls and chats I've had with their customer care, and the number of hours of my precious time I've wasted. But, since this call was from their escalation team, I'll give them 24hrs, one last time. If the issue isn't resolved within next 24hrs, I'll hire a lawyer and proceed to the consumer court to file a complaint.

                      The product Banglore Refinary Rose gold coin 24kt is missing from the package, where the value of the product is 10007/-. I have been trying to return the product and complaining about the same since 27th July 2022 then, but till date no appropriate action has been taken from Flipkart's side.

                      I have also attached the pics of the package. I have been trying to return it since 27th July but my return request has been cancelled again and again since then. I have complained about the same a number of times but no affirmative action has been taken till date. And blocked my Flipkart account.

                      I have wasted 50 days for a single product. I just want to return these product and refund the amount that I have paid as soon as possible

                        I ordered body massager on Flipkart my order no is OD[protected]. The expected date was supposed to be 8th of September 2022. I waited morning to evening later I called delivery person and he gave false reply that his bike got repaired and he got many orders to deliver. He ask me to come and collect to his nearest place. I agreed to collect from his nearest place but when I reach there he was not there and his phone was switched off. Again after 30mins I called him he picked the phone and ask me to come another place to collect the order. I told my brother to collect the order from there since I can't able to ride for long kms. 30mins later I got call from delivery man that the product got lost and not to complain to Flipkart to secure his job.

                        Next day I complaint to Flipkart that my order was not yet delivered and till today Flipkart is extending the time from 42 hours and again to 72 hours.

                        Since it was prepaid order I lost my money. If I want to order the same product the price is also increased.

                        I request concern to take appropriate actions against these types of scams in Flipkart also compansation for my delay and wasting my time.

                              I ordered Sigri-wala Cute-2B ISI Certified Steel Manual Gas Stove Black vide prepaid order id number OD[protected] on 07 Aug 22. Item was Shipped on Mon, 8th Aug '22 through Delhivery[protected] awb number). Item was not delivered till 26 Aug 22. On 26 Aug I received a msg from flipkart that your item is cancelled by seller. After that on I received msg from flipkart that your item out for delivery and it was delivered on 04th Sep 22. on received item I seen wrong item was delivered without any invoice attached. I raised return request same day but flipkart not approved that request till last date of return and return request is cancelled by flipkart on 11th Sep 22.Now flipkart not resolving this issue and my rs 1354 is stuck by flipkart negligence. Now i want return the product and want refund.

                                I had ordered Mimosa Paisley Kanjivaram Art silk saree worth ₹1, 889, Order ID-OD[protected]. Over the parcel there was two sarees mentioned and the cost was collected for both the sarees but prima facie it appears from outside of the parcel that it contains only one saree inside the parcel. So I quickly open the parcel and saw that there was only one saree of worth ₹ 2069. Immediately I approached to delivery boy who was with bicycle and was near my house make him to witness the situation . He asked me to contact with Customer care as so I did. From that day (25th of Aug) till today, several times I have raised my issue to Flipkart, which is still not solved and and it is rejected and marked as resolved by Flipkart. Every next day, I had registered complain about my issue, they gave me new proposed date for solving the issue . But no one is genuinely working on it . On 5th Sept and 9th sept, I consultant to customer care regarding rejection of my request. they said me that my Flipkart A/C is blocked for unknown reason. I have not received any email related account blocked nor the reason for the same. He assured me that my issue will be resolved till 10th sept. and concerned team will contact me they assured me.
                                Today, again I contacted to customer care and address my issue and requested to talk with senior executive, after putting ne on hold, she replied that she couldn't connect me to the senior right now and said that contact after sometime. At 1:27 pm, today they send my email stating that that my returns are high. which I quashing because this flipkart Acount ( Account holder name- Kirti Singh) is new. I have only order 10 products, out of which 1 saree is missing( which is in dispute), three products are returned and one product was cancelled immediately because placed by mistake.
                                Now it appears that they are ignoring my request.

                                Kindly looked into this matter in depth because it seems carelessness and fraud by the seller. Do necessary inquiry with delivery boy, the seller and the flipkart

                                  I purchased Redmi 10 from flipakart along with insurance of JEEVES.

                                  My mobile got damaged on 22nd August but still didn't received any reposnse from Flipkart nor Jeeves.

                                  I send the all the photos by email but they are refusing that they received any email. Most hopeless experience ever.

                                  Today is 11 th September and it's been around 20 days, I am using damaged mobile.

                                  Please dont buy anything from FLIPKART

                                    I have been shopping on Flipkart scens 5 to 6 years.
                                    I have trusted Flipkart with the right delivery of product with assured delevery, but i am disappointed because they sent me the wrong product and the wishmaster is not even taking the return order.

                                    I ordered a Laptop Ram "hynix-pc4-2666v-1rx8-ddr4-8-gb-single-channel-laptop-hma81gs6jjr8n-vk"
                                    But i got the different model of korean version ram.

                                    I got the wrong model which is not supported by my laptop, so i filed a complaint regarding this issue to customer care and the return for this product was initiated.
                                    But when the delivery boy or also known as so called wishmaster came but he is not accepting the return even when everything is intact and bill is also there, but he is not taking my product for return saying he can't take this product because he didn't get the confirmation email from Flipkart, this is strange because if he didn't get the confirmation then why is he coming to pickup the order and this happened two times now i complained again and again to customer care and they raised my complaint but the wishmaster is not picking up my return order.
