      I got a replacement for my order which had a defective screen, which was also verified by there technician. Same issue with this new replacement, in the previous phone the screen had a defect on 30% screen, now in this it covers 70% of the screen, not accepting the return. OD ID OD[protected]

        I was ordered fireboltt watch on 7th August, but after long waiting the product not delivered and not get any solution by Flipkart customer care, the delivery boy attempted 3 times for delivery but he denied for open box delivery and go without delivered the item.and today it's cancelled without my permission.
        How you guys cancelled my order without my concern.ita really very bad exp.its Flipkart delivery executive issue.and as a customer i suffering, and harrasment by flipkart.i had only following the Flipkart rule, as per rule the item is open box delivery, but delivery executive dinied, and Flipkart customer executive say every that oder will surely delivered, and i wait.but at last it was cancelled.
        Flipkart cheating with customer, harrasment and bad behaviour by delivery executive.take time give hope, wasted my time.and last cancelled my order, I lost the offer .

          I have made the payment on time in paylater account, but still those paylater EMIs are not closed in the IDFC bank and which is affecting my credit score.
          I hae been informed to the flipkart team from last 1 month & they are not soled this issue yet. Kindly help me to get it soled this issue.

              I ordered the POCO M4 Pro 6GB/128GB variant from Flipkart on 10th Aug 2022.
              this is the order id: OD[protected]
              and they sent me a 6GB/64GB variant in the box. I was not at home when they delivered my order they left it to my family member and when I returned back then I noticed they sent me the wrong item. Now I am calling support to send me the correct variant but they are not replying to my call and removed the return option from my Flipkart account.
              Please help me.
              I got scammed by Flipkart.
              I have full unboxing video evidence also.
              and they can match by IMEI no. also that which model they sent to me and what I ordered.
              Please help me soon.

                I have ordered a product from Flipkart on 21 of July of an order id OD[protected]
                The product was misfit so i raised a return on the same day on which is delivered that is 30 july the pick gas to be done in a week but Flipkart has not done pickup of the product in 20 days every time i call Flipkart next 48 hr waiting time was gived so please help me in this to get my money refunded

                        I bougt a laptop on 2019 nov 8th and recently i thought to change my laptop bcz its working too slow and in 2 years of pandamic i dont use mostly to know my problem in pc and after i decided to buy a new laptop when i was selling to another person he explained me to this laptop was 2018 year warranty expires in 2019, so flipkart sold you a watrranty expired laptop, i completely understand that flipkart is cheating to public over electronics in way of offers, i suggest to public not to buy in flipkart, today public trust on flipkart and amazon over any product but they getting profit on us pls take action on flipkart over this product.

                          Today morning, my Flipkart account got deactivated and after sometime I received a mail that an iPhone 11 has been ordered from my account using paylater payment mode worth 47, 000. The random address was of Bengaluru and contact number provided in the order details received on my mail is also unknown to me. I tried reaching Flipkart customer executive but he was unable to cancel the order on his end and hung up my call. I am not able to login my Flipkart account since it shows 'maximum attempts reached. try connecting after 24 hrs'. If the order gets deliver tomorrow then the outstanding amount will be shown in my Flipkart paylater transaction which is sourced by IDFC first bank. Currently my limit is 50, 000 out of which 47, 000. has been debited. Pls help me what should I do. I am feeling so helpless.
                          Also I 've been receiving multiple spam calls and text from different sites (MechGo, Jeet11 etc) for OTPs since morning. How do I access my Flipkart account and cancel that order???? Pls help

                            I have placed my order from Flipkart for poco m4 pro 5g on 9th of August, seller is "Truenet Commerce" and my order was suppose to deliver by 10th of August as promised by the Flipkart but as usual that promise was fake even after 11 day of placing my order, the order is steel under process and not even shipped yet, Several time I have tried reaching Flipkart customer support they just kept saying that, "There is some issue from seller side or from the logistic department your order will be delivered with in 2 day" like a recorded tape customer support say this line every single time whenever I reach out them, this issue is from their side and rather than resolving the issue they suggest me to cancel this order and place a new fresh order now the order value is raised by almost 4000, eventually If I place a new order I am in the loss, don't know like me how many people are facing the same issue, it's very big issue from the Flipkart side and I am surprised they are not resolving this issue as their wage and reputation is getting violated and their customer base is falling down, hope after filling my complaint to Consumer they will deliver my order on time and not just only me all the customers who are facing this same issue.

                              Two days ago this account was hacked by unknown person and he was placed so many unwanted orders from this account and use my pay later service. I contact with a flipkart assistant he is saying that he will hold my account and update mobile no. And that problem will be resolved. From two days that assistant regular contact me and manage my account from his end. Today at 10:50am he again called me and say that you will received a otp to update mobile no and email id. I gave that otp and he change mobile number and email I'd and make a transaction of 39600rs from pay later. Now, I am again login in with my original no. But no order detail are showing here regarding that pay later transaction and also my previous order are also not showing there only some unwanted orders which was I cancelled it showing there. What should I next to do?
                              I honourly request to you please concern on this matter and take a action regarding it and please make flipkart more secure.

                                The company created a fake cash-on-delivery order in my name and since I and my family members do a plenty of online shopping, I accepted the delivery by paying cash (Rs.2000/-) on the belief that the Order has been placed by one of my family member. However, later when I realised that the Order was NOT placed by any of my family member, I contacted FLIPKART to raise a dispute and lodge a complaint which they declined to accept as the Order was placed by a THIRD PARTY with different mobile number and email-id. I then requested them to take the return of the goods as the product page clearly showed that the product is returnable with 14 days. This was also declined by them giving the same reason that since the Order was placed by a THIRD PARTY, I don't have the right to cancel the order. I tried to convince them that since I have made the payment in CASH, I should be given the option to cancel the order and claim the refund, but they refused. The invoice copy, product information (with picture of the product) page is attached for your reference and perusal.

                                  I ordered my product Motorola g31 mobile phone from Flipkart on 17th August. In 2 to 3 business days I got problems with charger and mobile phone which is overheating and not get resolved so I request Flipkart to return and get refund of my product but they didn't refund it and they didn't proceed my refund and return application. While complaining my refund application it shows an error on Flipkart and not proceeding so I request to the Flipkart to give my money back and take your phone.

                                      I m writing this mail after a very bad experience from flipkart plus...

                                      i ordered one tv during the fest offer but still i can't get the product for that i have already paid one installment of it... I am continuously call daily to flipkart to resolve my problem. They have said the same answer: wait for 2 days, 3 days, and 24 hour.

                                      already paid one installment now not able to cancel order my money stuck no any response from flipkart
